随着人们生活水平的提高,对食品质量的要求也在不断的提高,调味品在食品质量中扮演着非常重要的角色。本实验以普通养殖鲫鱼为主要原料,研究水产调味品鲫鱼汁的最佳工艺。通过正交试验和感官评价,最终得到水产调味鲫鱼汁的最佳配方:黄原胶0.04%,鲫鱼汁30%,盐15%,糖5%,谷氨酸钠5%,5′-肌苷酸0.25%,叶黄素0.03%,鱼味香精0.03%,山梨酸钾0.05%,均质压力35MPa。水产调味品鲫鱼汁质地均匀,口感细腻,鱼鲜风味突出,色泽淡黄,气味芬芳,符合人们对于风味和营养的需求,具有广阔的市场前景。  相似文献

本试验以‘甘农2号’黑麦(Secale cereale L.)为试验材料,以‘冬牧70’和‘黑饲麦’为对照,来评价‘甘农2号’在2018-2019年在青海省不同区域(海晏县、湟中县、平安区)的适应性。结果表明:3个黑麦品种中,‘甘农2号’在3个试验点的平均干草产量(13.04 t·hm-2)显著高于‘冬牧70’和‘黑饲麦’,平均纤维含量显著低于‘冬牧70’和‘黑饲麦’;3个试验点中,海晏点3个黑麦品种的平均干草产量(12.06 t·hm-2)显著高于湟中和平安点;品种×年份交互作用中,2018年‘甘农2号’黑麦的平均干草产量(14.38 t·hm-2)显著高于其他处理;试验点×年份交互作用中,2018年海晏点3个黑麦品种的平均干草产量(14.47 t·hm-2)显著高于其他处理。综上所述,‘甘农2号’黑麦干草产量和营养品质高且较稳定,适应青海省海晏县、湟中县和平安区以及其他气候相似区种植。  相似文献

为研究放牧对温性荒漠草原植物群落特征和牧草营养品质的影响,本文研究了放牧和围封对温性荒漠草原植物群落特征、牧草营养品质的影响及其相互关系。结果表明:放牧显著降低了植物群落的高度、盖度和生物量,显著增加了物种丰富度指数(P<0.01);放牧显著增加牧草粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)、粗脂肪(Crude fat,CF)、消化率(Dry matter digestibility,DMD)和代谢能(Metabolic energy,ME),显著降低了牧草的中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fibers,NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fibers,ADF)(P<0.01);群落多样性指数与牧草CP,CF,DMD和ME呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与牧草NDF和ADF呈显著负相关(P<0.01);牧草CP,CF,DMD和ME与NDF和ADF呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。总之,放牧处理显著增加了物种丰富度指数和牧草营养品质。建议对围封温性荒漠草原进行适度放牧,以充分利用草地资源,保护草地物种多样性。  相似文献

Cool-season grass mixtures are rarely evaluated for preference, yield, and persistence under horse grazing. The objectives of this research were to evaluate horse preference, forage yield, and persistence of cool-season grass mixtures under horse grazing. Eight commercially marketed and four experimental perennial cool-season grass mixtures were planted in 2009 in a randomized complete block with five replicates and grazed by four adult horses during 2010, 2011, and 2012. All mixtures contained four to six cool-season perennial grass species. Specie density measurements were taken in each spring and fall, and yield was mechanically measured before each grazing period. After grazing, preference was determined by visually assessing percentage of forage removal on a scale of 0 (no grazing) to 100 (100% of vegetation removed). Data were analyzed using a mixed-model analysis of variance and liner regression. Horses preferred mixtures containing tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, Kentucky bluegrass, and timothy (P < .001). Horses had less preference for mixtures containing ≥30% orchardgrass (P < .001). Mixtures had similar (P = .11) forage yields that ranged from 6,100 to 7,082 kg ha−1. After 2 years of grazing, orchardgrass and tall fescue increased; Kentucky bluegrass remained stable; and festulolium, meadow fescue, and perennial ryegrass had the greatest rate of decline in mixtures. Orchardgrass became the dominate species, regardless of initial percentage in the mixture. Mixtures containing tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, Kentucky bluegrass, and timothy should be planted in midwestern US horse pastures; however, mixtures will likely transition to tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass–dominated pastures.  相似文献

A modeling method based on DSM is introduced. In circumstance of iterative task, the ways concerning about the input of data,the generation of stochastic variables and the set of the simulation clock are dipicted. While considering the learning curve of activities, the way is studied express the movable process of a single project and then list the corresponding Monte Carlo simulative block diagram .The program based of EXCEL VBA is also written. A novel edge detection algorithm is proposed by implementing fuzzy image enhancement at different scales.The implement of this algorithm can reduce the negative influence bring from the non-maximum suppression algorithm which select only one threshold.The success of the approach depends on the selection of a general fuzzy operator(GFO) for the enhancement of contrast of region after smoothing of image at different scales.Consequently,it is more obvious that coarse intensity changes are obtained at a large scale whereas the fine details of intensity changes are obtained at a small scale.A pretty performance is obtained by used this work.  相似文献
