早熟春大白菜新品种三园春皇的选育

从北京、天津引进的大白菜品种中选育出两个自交不亲和系 90 2和 90 7,继而配制成春大白菜一代杂种三园春皇。该品种早熟 ,生长期 6 0～ 6 5d(天 ) ;一般 6 6 7m2 产量 40 0 0～ 6 0 0 0kg ,比对照鲁春白 1号增产16 % ;抗病毒病和霜霉病 ,对软腐病的抗性与对照相近 ;叶球橄榄形 ,质地脆嫩 ,品质优良。单球质量 2～ 2 .5kg     

Effects of tetrandrine and fructose-1, 6-diphosphate on the elevated intrasynaptosomal [Ca2+]i induced by excitatory amino acids

AIM: To study the effects of tetrandrine(Tet) and fructose-1, 6-diphosphate(FDP) on the elevated intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i induced by excitatory amino acids(EAA). METHODS: A rapid method for preparing synaptosomes was used, and intrasynaptosomal free calcium([Ca²⁺]_i) was measured by using the fluorescent indicator quin-2. RESULTS: L-glutamate(Glu, 100 μmol/L), aspartate(Asp, 100 μmol·L^-1), N-methy1-D-aspartate(100 μmol/L) and Glu(50 μmol/L) plus Asp(50 μmol/L) all elevated intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i in a dose-dependent manner. Pretreatment with Tet(10, 30, 60 μmol/L), FDP(15, 30, 75, 150 μmol/L), MK-801(10, 20 μmol/L) and Tet(15, 30 μmol/L) plus FDP(15, 30 μmol/L) all attenuated the increase in intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i induced by EAAs mentioned as above in a dose-dependent manner, and the effect of Tet plus FDP was most significant. CONCLUSION: Both Tet and FDP inhibited a rise in intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i induced by EAAs, which may be one of mechanisms that Tet and FDP pretect cerebral tissues against ischemia injury.     

Effects of angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy on the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas

AIM: To investigate the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas under angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy. METHODS: The brain tumor model was produced in Wistar rats by stereotaxic inoculation of C6 glioma cells (1×10¹² /L). Tumor-bearing rats were treated with carmustine, teniposide and lisplatin (chemotherapy) during angiotensin II-induced hypertension. Then, the survival time of tumor-bearing rats, tumor blood flow, the concentration of drug, volume of gliomas and the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in glioma were examined.RESULTS: The survival time of tumor-bearing rats was significantly longer in chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension group than that of chemotherapy alone. In addition, regional tumor blood flow, the concentration of chemotherapeutic drug and the activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme in transplanted rat gliomas were increased, while the volume of gliomas was decreased in hypertention chemotherapy group compared with chemotherapy alone. CONCLUSION: Chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension has a enhancing effect on chemotherapy for improving the drug delivery to tumor tissue by a increased tumor blood flow and enhancing activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme.     

西瓜新品种‘红冠龙’

 ‘红冠龙’为中熟西瓜一代杂种, 全生育期100 d 左右, 果实椭圆形, 平均单瓜质量8 kg 以上, 瓤红色, 可溶性固形物含量12. 2 %, 高抗枯萎病、炭疽病, 抗旱耐湿性均佳, 适合全国主要西瓜产区种植。     

粉纹夜蛾离体细胞对Bt Cry1Ac毒素的抗性发展及其交互抗性

以Cry1Ac活性毒素逐代筛选抗性粉纹夜蛾离体细胞BTI-TN-5B1,抗性发展速度呈S形曲线,经56代选择后,抗性比上升至1 280倍.在去除选择压力后,抗性比逐渐下降.低水平抗性细胞抗性衰退较快,而高水平抗性细胞抗性衰退较缓慢.抗性比衰退至1.5倍的细胞在复筛后抗性比恢复较快.抗性细胞对苏云金杆菌工程菌GC-91(Bt GC-91)、苏云金杆菌鲇泽亚种(B.t.awazai)和苏云金杆菌库斯塔克亚种(B.t.kurstaki)的复合毒素晶体的活性毒素都具有较高的交互抗性,但对农药无交互抗性,对杆状病毒的敏感性也没发生变化.     

Identification of Rhizoctonia solani AG 1-IB in Lettuce, AG 4 HG-I in Tomato and Melon, and AG 4 HG-III in Broccoli and Spinach, in Brazil

Fungi isolated in Brazil, from lettuce, broccoli, spinach, melon and tomato, were identified as Rhizoctonia solani. All lettuce isolates anastomosed with both AG 1-IA and IB subgroups and all isolates from broccoli, spinach, melon and tomato anastomosed with AG 4 subgroup HG-I, as well as with subgroups HG-II and HG-III. DNA sequence analyses of ribosomal internal transcribed spacers showed that isolates from lettuce were AG 1-IB, isolates from tomato and melon were AG 4 HG-I, and isolates from broccoli and spinach were AG 4 HG-III. The tomato isolates caused stem rot symptoms, the spinach, broccoli and melon isolates caused hypocotyl and root rot symptoms on the respective host plants and the lettuce isolates caused bottom rot. This is the first report on the occurrence in Brazil of R. solani AG 4 HG-I in tomato and melon, of AG 4 HG-III in broccoli and spinach and of AG 1-IB in lettuce.     

辣椒新品种亚华205的选育

亚华205辣椒是由母本2105和父本K6242配制的一代杂种。该品种中早熟，丰产，果实长牛角形，果长18－25cm，横径3．5cm,平均单果重45g，果皮黄色，果面光滑，果条顺直，竦味中等，肉厚，空腔小，耐贮运，商品性好，一般667m^2产量3500－4500kg，适于华南、吕南及华北地区露地丰产栽培。     

转基因水稻对稻瘟病的抗性研究

 采用苗期初筛、复筛、抗谱测定和田间自然诱发试验等不同鉴定方法,对经分子检测证明已整合有碱性几丁质酶基因和β-1,3-葡聚精酶基因的22个转化系的转基因水稻植株进行稻瘟病抗性鉴定研究,筛选出对稻瘟病的抗性比原种对照七丝软占有明显提高的一系列转基因水稻品系,其中表现高抗的有来自F4-9转化株系的7个品系。高抗材料的R7代品系,经室内抗谱测定及田间病圃试验结果,仍然表现高抗稻瘟病。本研究通过转基因技术,成功地将优质感病品种改良成高抗品系,研究结果证明了利用基因工程手段培育抗病水稻新品种是一个非常有希望的育种途径。     

茎瘤芥新品种涪杂1号的选育

涪杂1号茎瘤芥母本是胞质雄性不育系96118-3A,父本是优良的茎瘤芥自交系920154。该一代杂种从出苗至现蕾150～155 d(天),属中熟类型。瘤茎近圆球形,加工性能好,品质优,适于四川盆地茎瘤芥产区种植,一般每667 m2产量2 500—3 000 kg,最高可达4 000 kg。
