克隆并测定了暗纹东方鲀线粒体基因组(m tDNA)含完整的细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅲ(CO III)及其下游70 bp的tRNAG ly序列。CO III基因编码框包含786个核苷酸,编码262个氨基酸的蛋白质。鱼类CO III的序列组成对A T核苷酸的偏倚程度比较低。通过暗纹东方鲀与GenBank中8个目12种鱼类的CO III序列同源性比较,显示暗纹东方鲀与这些鱼类的CO III基因具有较高的同源性。根据暗纹东方鲀与鲀目其他5种鱼的CO III基因序列所建立的进化树,与传统的分类地位相吻合。推定的tR-NA的二级结构具有典型的三叶草型结构。根据CO III序列构建的分子进化树分析,认为在采用线粒体基因序列进行分子进化分析时,应综合考虑物种遗传变异的特点。  相似文献

Identification of new tetrodotoxin (TTX) analogs from TTX-possessing animals might provide insight into its biosynthesis and metabolism. In this study, four new analogs, 8-epi-5,6,11-trideoxyTTX, 4,9-anhydro-8-epi-5,6,11-trideoxyTTX, 1-hydroxy-8-epi-5,6,11-trideoxyTTX, and 1-hydroxy-4,4a-anhydro-8-epi-5,6,11-trideoxyTTX, were isolated from the newt, Cynops ensicauda popei, and their structures were determined using spectroscopic methods. These are the first 8-epi-type analogs of TTX that have been found in a natural source. Furthermore, we examined the composition of the TTX analogs in this newt and in the ovary of the puffer fish, Fugu poecilonotus, using LC/MS. The results indicate that TTX and 11-deoxyTTX were present in both sources. However, 6-epiTTX and 8-epi-type analogs were detected only in the newt, while 5,6,11-trideoxyTTX was a specific and major analog in the puffer fish. Such considerable differences among analog compositions might reflect differences in the biosynthesis or metabolism of TTX between these animals.  相似文献

This study examined the effects of Isatis root polysaccharide (IRPS) on the growth and non‐specific immunological responses of obscure pufferfish (Takifugu obscurus) as well as the potential of using this Traditional Chinese Medicine for disease prevention. The antioxidant capacities, lysozyme and complement C3 activities in phagocytosis, erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rates, respiratory burst activity, body weight increase (BWI), feed conversion ratio (FCR) and several other nutritive indices were determined in pufferfish fed a control diet or diets containing either a low or high level of IRPS. The results showed that IRPS played a positive role in regulating the leukocyte phagocytic rate, respiratory burst and antioxidant enzymes. The IRPS‐fed fish showed an increased BWI and reduced FCR compared with pufferfish fed the control diet. The significant alterations of non‐specific immune response parameters in fish fed the less IPRS diet were rapid, occurring within 7 days, but were then reduced, whereas those in fish fed the more IRPS diet peaked at 10–15 days of treatment but were maintained for at least 30 days. Isatis root polysaccharide activates host immune function, improves phagocytosis by macrophages and exerts direct antimicrobial and antiviral effects, thereby helping to resist infection.  相似文献

从中国有毒河鲀的种类和分布、河鲀体内的河鲀毒素的来源、河鲀对河鲀毒素的耐受性、人工养殖河鲀的河鲀毒性等四个方面,介绍了当前国内外河鲀与河鲀毒素关系的研究进展情况,并提出了关于河鲀体内的河鲀毒素来源的新观点,认为河鲀体内的河鲀毒素可能是河鲀以细菌产生的河鲀毒素类似物为前体,生物合成而成的。养殖河鲑的毒性控制,需同时考虑食物链和河鲀本身的因素。  相似文献

Availability of environmental and dietary calcium in tiger puffer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Tiger puffer, Takifugu rubripes, juveniles were fed with four semi-purified experimental diets containing 0.2% Ca from Ca-lactate (diet 1), no supplemental Ca (diet 2) and 0.2% and 2.5% Ca from tricalcium phosphate, TCP (diets 3 and 4), respectively. After a 10 week rearing period, growth and feed utilization were significantly lower in the fish group fed on diet 2 than in the fish group fed on diet 1. Fish groups fed on diets 3 and 4 also showed poor growth performances compared with group 1. It appears that Ca intake from seawater is not sufficient for the normal growth of tiger puffer. Furthermore, Ca in dietary TCP appeared to be unavailable to this species. Dietary TCP strongly inhibited the bone mineralization of Zn and Mn. The findings indicate that easily digestible Ca supplementation is indispensable in a diet of tiger puffer for normal growth, feed utilization and bone mineralization. © Rapid Science Ltd. 1998  相似文献

菊黄东方鲀仔稚鱼的生长、发育及行为生态   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
在大批量苗种培育条件下,通过对菊黄东方鲀胚后发育阶段的观察、测量和摄影,研究了菊黄东方鲀仔、稚鱼的生长、发育及行为生态特点。结果显示,仔稚鱼发育分为前期仔鱼、后期仔鱼、前期稚鱼、中期稚鱼和后期稚鱼5个阶段,每个阶段由若干个时期组成,总共为17个时期。在盐度10.0~13.5、温度20.5~26.0 ℃条件下,鱼苗历时35 d 完成了从初孵仔鱼至夏花鱼种的发育。期间,鱼苗食性经历了开口和转食配合饲料2个关键时期。食物转换依次为卵黄、轮虫、卤虫幼体、中型枝角类、大型桡足类和枝角类、底栖生物和虾类幼体、配合饲料。同时,鱼苗完成了由水体中上层向中下层活动区域的转变。游泳行为经历了平游、巡游和池塘觅食巡游3个模式。鱼苗在后期仔鱼阶段特定生长率最低,为3.18%/d,中期稚鱼阶段最高,达13.31%/d。全长与日龄及积温均呈指数函数增长相关(y=aebx)。肛前长和体高相对于全长均呈有拐点的、可分段的异速生长相关(y=axb)。拐点分别出现在鱼苗16~17日龄、全长10.0 mm和16~17日龄、全长10.5 mm。在拐点前,肛前长、体高生长优于全长(b>1)。拐点后则相反(b<1)。根据研究结果,建议当菊黄东方鲀仔鱼4日龄开口时,采用S型褶皱臂尾轮虫,并保持轮虫密度(5~7 ind/mL);及时分池,时间在10~12日龄为好;下塘时间为20日龄左右;在鱼苗转食配合饲料后(35日龄),及时过筛、分级养殖等,提高菊黄东方鲀苗种培育存活率。  相似文献

In this study bullseye puffer, Sphoeroides annulatus larvae were reared from hatching through to 1 or 2 months after weaning on an experimental scale in three replicate 600 L tanks and on three occasions during the spawning season (nine tanks in total). The rearing protocol used was green water (Nannochloropsis oculata and Isochrysis sp.) 100 000 cells mL?1 from 0 to 11 days after hatch (DAH), 5–10 rotifers, Brachionus rotundiformis mL?1 from 2 to 26 DAH, 0.1–1 Artemia mL?1 from 21 to 34 DAH and weaning from 29 to 34 DAH. Survival to a month after weaning was 1%, a total of 3153 juveniles were produced with an average wet weight of 0.29 ± 0.07 g and a length of 27.5 ± 0.82 mm.  相似文献

剂量控制是迷向技术防控梨小食心虫的关键,本文通过田间试验研究了新型材料装置固体迷向丝和高剂量自动信息素喷施系统对梨园梨小食心虫的防治效果和持效期,以期探讨新型材料和释放技术在害虫迷向中的应用。结果表明,性信息素在傍晚18:00―20:00对梨小食心虫的诱捕量占全天的93.7%,田间虫量监测以绿色粘胶诱捕器效果较好。常规化学防治处理区对梨小食心虫的平均诱蛾量为42.13头,平均蛀果率为2.64%,相对于常规化学防治处理区,新型材料固体迷向丝、高剂量自动信息素喷施系统处理区平均诱蛾量分别为1.00头、5.31头,对成虫的迷向率分别为91.84%~100%、70.86%~98.25%,平均为97.96%、91.41%,平均蛀果率分别为0.81%、0.95%,在8月采果期的蛀果防治效果分别达85.79%、77.16%,防控持效期可达6个月以上。  相似文献

电解水对冷藏河豚鱼肉质构及品质变化的影响   总被引:9,自引:2,他引:7  
为探讨在冷藏条件下电解水保鲜河豚鱼的效果。对冷藏条件下(4℃)河豚鱼质构及与品质变化有关的指标进行了检验。并研究了冷藏开始和结束后河豚鱼的肌肉纤维的变化。结果表明,与直接冷藏的对照组相比,电解水处理可以减缓贮藏过程中鱼肉中的肌原纤维分解,进而减少河豚鱼肉的硬度,弹性和回复性等质构结果的变化。在贮藏结束时,电解水处理的河豚鱼肉硬度,弹性和回复性分别达到对照组的1.10-1.45倍(p<0.05)。并且电解水能够减少贮藏过程中细菌总数、挥发性盐基氮、pH值,硫代巴比妥酸值等品质指标的变化,延长冷藏条件下(4℃)河豚鱼货架期时间2天,延长时间达原货架期时间的50%。  相似文献
