晚稻期间秸秆还田对早稻田CH_4和N_2O排放以及产量的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
选取湖南双季稻田为研究对象,采用静态箱-气相色谱法对晚稻期间秸秆还田配施减量化肥(DNPK+RS)和施化肥(NPK)处理下后季早稻田(2009年)的CH4和N2O排放通量进行观测。结果表明,在早稻田等量化肥条件下,DNPK+RS比NPK增加早稻田CH4排放的81%,减少N2O排放的53%。早稻产量表明,DNPK+RS显著低于NPK(P<0.05)。晚稻期间以秸秆还田来代替部分化肥,会降低次年早稻的有效穗数和肥料增产效应。DNPK+RS处理的单位产量的全球增温潜势为NPK的2倍。秸秆还田应该重视与化肥的搭配比例,否则会降低水稻产量,同时增加下季早稻的温室效应。 相似文献

One of the most influential factors determining the growth and composition of soil bacterial communities is pH. However, soil pH is often correlated with many other factors, including nutrient availability and plant community, and causality among factors is not easily determined. If soil pH is directly influencing the bacterial community, this must lead to a bacterial community growth optimised for the in situ pH. Using one set of Iberian soils (46 soils covering pH 4.2-7.3) and one set of UK grassland soils (16 soils covering pH 3.3-7.5) we measured the pH-optima for the growth of bacterial communities. Bacterial growth was estimated by the leucine incorporation method. The pH-optima for bacterial growth were positively correlated with soil pH, demonstrating its direct influence on the soil bacterial community. We found that the pH from a water extraction better matched the bacterial growth optimum compared with salt extractions of soil. Furthermore, we also showed a more subtle pattern between bacterial pH growth optima and soil pH. While closely matched at neutral pHs, pH-optima became higher than the in situ pH in more acid soils, resulting in a difference of about one pH-unit at the low-pH end. We propose that an explanation for the pattern is an interaction between increasing overall bacterial growth with higher pHs and the unimodal pH-response for growth of bacterial communities. 相似文献

比较研究了3年定位试验后稻草还田和施N水平对红壤双季稻作系统土壤供N能力、水稻吸N特征和水稻生产的影响。结果表明:头年晚稻草秋季还田对来年早稻土壤NH4+-N和作物吸N量的提高具有促进作用,而早稻新鲜稻草还田使晚稻土壤NH4+-N和作物吸N量均略低于移走稻草处理。稻草还田处理3年后,土壤可矿化N与移走稻草处理相比提高了35.4%~53.9%,且水稻各生育期干物质生产量均高于移走稻草处理,稻谷增产率达4.0%~4.7%。施用N肥可以显著增加土壤NH4+-N和可矿化N含量,且随着N肥用量的增加,水稻植株的累积吸N量和系统生产力(地上干物质量和产量)均显著的增加,建议N(全年施N量185 kg hm-2)和习惯N(全年施N量265 kg hm-2)处理相对于无N处理的增产率分别为35.2%和45.3%,而N肥的吸收利用效率分别为27%和25%,农学产量效益分别为每公斤纯N增产谷粒12.7 kg和11.4 kg。 相似文献

Two of the many benefits of including legume cover crops in a fallow cropping system are weed suppression and increased soil organic N. This study was conducted in order to examine the effect of hairy vetch (Vicia villosa) on weed growth and soil N through a fallow period in subtropical Okinawa, Japan. Together with an untreated control plot, hairy vetch was grown from November 2007 to April 2008 and subsequently incorporated into the soil. The weeds were allowed to develop uncontrolled for 2 months until the time when a cash crop would be planted. In the period after the incorporation of hairy vetch, the weed biomass in the hairy vetch (HV)+ plot was more than threefold greater than that in the HV? plot. Hairy vetch had a high tendency to uptake N in April before the incorporation of hairy vetch; the N uptake by the weeds was lower in the HV+ plot than in the HV? plot. After the incorporation of hairy vetch, the N uptake by the weeds in the HV+ plot was two‐to‐six times higher than that by the weeds in the HV? plot. The C/N ratios of hairy vetch and the weeds in the HV+ plot were lower than those of the weeds in the HV? plot. More than half of the hairy vetch residue and N in the residue had decomposed by 28 days after incorporation. The content of both the NH4‐N and NO3‐N in the HV+ soil was higher than that in the HV? soil. Moreover, the amount of NO3‐N increased during the growing period of hairy vetch and decreased after the incorporation of hairy vetch. The fallow soil into which hairy vetch had been incorporated displayed a greater weed biomass and resulted in a higher inorganic N content than the soil that had not supported hairy vetch. 相似文献

研究连续2年秸秆还田下氮肥用量对玉米产量、氮肥利用率及土壤硝态氮的影响,结果表明,玉米产量随着施氮量的增加逐渐增加,施氮量达到216 kg·hm-2时,产量最高,施氮量超过216 kg·hm-2时产量有降低的趋势。相同施氮处理玉米产量年际变化明显,2010年较2009年产量提高0.69%~4.75%。氮肥利用率、氮肥农学利用率和氮收获指数随着秸秆还田年限的增加,均有不同程度的增加。2年0~100 cm土层土壤硝态氮含量均以施氮240 kg·hm-2最高,且有向土壤深层迁移的趋势,对浅层地下水构成潜在的威胁。与施氮240 kg·hm-2相比,施氮168、192 kg·hm-2和216 kg·hm-2处理0~100 cm土壤无机氮残留量2年平均减少39.87%、35.84%和29.38%。相同施氮处理,0~100 cm土壤无机氮累积量2010年较2009年略有降低。综合考虑玉米产量、氮肥利用率与生态环境效益,该地区最适施氮量200 kg·hm-2左右。 相似文献

The incorporation, and the capacity for desaturation and elongation in vivo, of intraperitoneally-injected,14C-labelled n-3 and n-6 C18 and C20 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were investigated in juvenile golden grey mullet,Liza aurata. The results indicate that juvenile mullet have only limited ability to convert C18 polyunsaturated fatty acids to C20 and C22 highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA)in vivo. This suggests that juvenile golden grey mullet require the provision of preformed C20/22 HUFA, such as eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids, in the diet. The impairment in the desaturase/elongase pathway
was similar to that found in turbot,Scophthalmus maximus, and gilthead sea bream,Sparus aurata, being primarily at the level of Δ5-desaturase. The data from the largely herbivorous golden grey mullet juveniles are consistent
with the hypothesis that marine fish in general, irrespective of dietary habits, have limited capacity for the desaturation
and elongation of C18 PUFA. The defect in Δ5-desaturase activity combined with the consistent finding that arachidonic acid is selectively incorporated
and retained in membrane phosphatidylinositol suggests that, like turbot and gilthead sea bream, golden grey mullet may also

A field experiment was conducted during the 2010 to 2011 winter wheat–growing season to understand the soil respiration (Rs ), nitrification, and denitrification rates in winter wheat farmland soil under no-tillage (NT) treatment with rice straw incorporation. The experimental treatments include NT, NT with rice straw covers on the surface (NTS), conventional tillage (CT), and CT with straw incorporation (CTS). No-tillage and straw incorporation treatments did not change the seasonal patterns of Rs , gross nitrification (Gn), and denitrification (D) rates compared with CT. Compared with the CT treatment, the NT, NTS, and CTS treatments significantly reduced Rs (P < 0.01), and the NT and NTS treatments significantly increased Gn and D (P < 0.01). CTS also significantly increased Gn (P < 0.01) but had no significant effect on D (P > 0.05). Further analysis showed that the temperature sensitivity of soil respiration (Q 10) of CT, NT, NTS, and CTS were 4.26, 1.86, 3.25, and 2.36, respectively. Our findings suggest that, compared with CT, the NT and straw incorporation treatments reduced Rs and Q 10 and increased Gn and D. 相似文献
