模拟数控铣床的改造

本文对数控模拟铣床的改造,进给机构用两个步进电动机做动力源,控制系统用8051单片机作为主控制器,用数字信息通过单片机传送给步进电动机控制其按一定方式运行,即可达到零件的加工要求。

葡聚六糖诱导后黄瓜幼苗细胞内Ca2+水平变化的细胞化学研究

采用改进的焦锑酸钙细胞化学方法 ,探讨了葡聚六糖诱导后Ca2 在黄瓜幼苗细胞中超微结构定位变化动态。结果表明 ,在正常情况下 ,黄瓜幼苗的细胞壁和细胞间隙存在大量Ca2 。葡聚六糖诱导后2h,细胞壁和细胞间隙Ca2 沉淀物明显减少 ;诱导后4h ,细胞壁和细胞间隙只偶尔能看到有少量Ca2 沉淀物 ,细胞质中Ca2 沉淀物增多 ;诱导后7h ,Ca2 又重新流回细胞壁和细胞间隙     

Signal Processing of Electroencephalogram and It''s Application

Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals are the electrical activities in the cortex or on the surface of scalp caused by the physiological activities of the brain which play a key role in the diagnosis of brain and the functional determination of brain. The authors discuss some methods for processing EEG signals from the view of the frequency domain and time domain, especially introduce some time-frequency analysis methods such as Wigner distribution, wavelet transform and matching pursuit etc. , ANN and non-linear analysis for EEG signals processing.     

Role of RGD-mediate Adhesion in Signal Transduction of Plant Resistance

During the period of the primary contact time,there are series of recognition between the Fungal pathogens and the plant cell,which include physical and biochemical recognition.The results affect the infection directly.In the process of penetrating plant cell walls,there is not only an emzymolysis to plant cell wall,but also a mechanical squeeze to the cell wall.The latter almost trigger cell-associated defense response,such as extracellular hydrogen peroxide generation and callose doposition The complete cell wall-related defence response will be induced by mechanical signal and chemical signal together.Being to with the mammalian cell,in plant cell wall intergrin-like proteins have response to perceive the mechanical signal,which is via RGD(Arg-Gly-Asp)motif,and the plasma membrane-cell wall adhesion is required for expression of plant defense responses during fungal penetration.     

Electric Vehicle of Direct Torque Control System Based on TMS320LF2407 Controller

A fully digitized electric vehicle direct torque control system with DSPTMS320LF2407 controller is described. The system hardware and software structures are presented. The performance of the direct torque control system is studied by simulation with MATLAB. Based on the simulation of the induction motor, waveform of current, speed, torque and flux are obtained. The testing results are also presented. Experimental results show that the design is feasible.     

Application of Intelligent Neural Network on Prediction of Time Series Signal

The research of neural network has been maturated both in theory and practical application since 1980's, and also been employed into the prediction and analysis of nonlinear time series signal in the field of signal process system. Concerning with the problem of time series signal prediction based on traditional neural network, such as black box, poor accuracy, and facing the shortage of post knowledge, this paper presents a different neural network prediction model from the traditional ones, based on intelligent neural cell model and employing the iterative prediction method. Through the example on stock price prediction, the prediction accuracy and practical value are proved.     

鸡传染性支气管炎病毒肾致病株的致弱及免疫研究

用已鉴定的广西鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)分离株G,C,Z和Q分别通过鸡胚传代进行致弱,在一定代次时分别接种敏感鸡作毒力测定试验.然后用已致弱的毒株在实验室进行攻击保护试验,最后取已致弱而且抗原性良好的毒株在广西各地鸡场进行田间应用试验。结果表明,C株在传至40代时,G,Z和Q株分别传至20代时对鸡的毒性均已大大降低;免疫鸡用标准强毒株(M_(41))攻击,然后用病毒回收的技术来衡量其免疫力,结果各株经免疫两次后均有很好的保护率(60％～100％),均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);致弱株分别在南宁、柳州、容县、岑溪和博自5县市的11个鸡场进行田间试验,试验的鸡有30群共103761羽,试验时分别对疫苗免疫对鸡生产性能的影响、安全性和育成率进行观察和测算,结果表明,作者培育的IBV弱毒苗对鸡是安全的,使用C_(60)或C_(80)和G_(20)株先后两次免疫鸡,对IB有较好预防效果,这些弱毒株有希望成为供生产使用的疫苗。     

基于小波包原理的蚕茧无损检测研究

提出了基于声学的蚕茧无损检测新方法，研究了利用小波包原理提取噪声信号的特征值的方法。噪声信号经过小波包分解后，得到各频段内的信号，将各频段内信号的能量谱作为识别蚕蛹质量的特征值。结果表明，通过小波包原理提取的能量谱特征值能有效地识别出蚕蛹的质量，解决了蚕茧无损检测过程中难找出与蚕蛹质量有关的信号特征值的难题。
