黄眉柳莺的人工巢箱利用率及对落叶松鞘蛾的防治效果

2000-2012年间在设置人工巢箱条件下,对内蒙古甘河林业局的黄眉柳莺繁殖生态进行了研究,收集了窝卵数、占巢率及对落叶松鞘蛾的防治效果等。统计分析表明：黄眉柳莺每年5月初返迁占巢,5月下旬产卵,窝卵数5-8枚,卵淡白色,具赤青色斑纹,且钝端密集。卵长径（14.75±0.56）mm,短径（11.78±0.59）mm。育雏期15-18 d,锥鸟存活率93.98%,建立了占巢率与落叶松鞘蛾虫口密度间、占巢率与窝卵数之间的一元关系式,黄眉柳莺人工巢箱防治区平均防治效果达到48.95%。     

Adenovirus and mycoplasma infection in an ornate box turtle (Terrapene ornata ornata) in Hungary

A female, adult ornate box turtle (Terrapene ornata ornata) with fatty liver was submitted for virologic examination in Hungary. Signs of an adenovirus infection including degeneration of the liver cells, enlarged nuclei and intranuclear inclusion bodies were detected by light microscopic examination. The presence of an adenovirus was later confirmed by obtaining partial sequence data from the adenoviral DNA-dependent DNA-polymerase. Phylogenetic analyses revealed that this novel chelonian adenovirus was distinct from previously described reptilian adenoviruses, not belonging to any of the recognized genera of the family Adenoviridae. As a part of the routine diagnostic procedure for chelonians the detection of herpes-, rana- and iridoviruses together with Mycoplasma spp. was attempted. Amplicons were generated by a general mycoplasma polymerase chain reaction (PCR) targeting the 16S/23S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) intergenic spacer region, as well as, a specific Mycoplasma agassizii PCR targeting the 16S rRNA gene. Based on the analyses of partial sequences of the 16S rRNA gene, the Mycoplasma sp. of the ornate box turtle seemed to be identical with the recently described eastern box turtle (Terrapene carolina carolina) Mycoplasma sp. This is the first report of a novel chelonian adenovirus and a mycoplasma infection in an ornate box turtle (T. ornata ornata) in Europe.     

大鲵2个Sox基因HMG–box的克隆及分析

为探明Sox基因在物种进化中的保守性及其性别分型,以大鲵雌、雄个体为材料,参照Sox基因HMG-box保守区的序列,设计简并引物扩增,两因子均在雌、雄个体内得到217 bp PCR扩增产物,不存在性别差异.将二者编码的氨基酸序列与NCBI中其他物种Sox基因编码的氨基酸序列进行比对,其中一个基因与人、斑马鱼、家鼠、鸡、热带爪蟾、扬子鳄Sox11基因的同源性均为90％.另一个基因与罗非鱼、鸭嘴兽、家鼠、红鳍东方鲀、斑马鱼、鸡、人、非洲爪蟾和大鲵Sox14基因的同源性均为90％,故根据大鲵的学名,将这2个基因分别命名为adSox11和adSox14c.adSox11和adSox14c在大鲵精巢、卵巢、肾脏和心脏中均有不同程度表达,而在胃和肝脏中几乎不表达.     

金针菇液体种箱式栽培的研究

本文以金针菇液体种作为栽培种，进行箱式栽培子实体，侧重对不同波长的光、ＣＯ２浓度、添加植物生长剂、不同接种方式研究，得出箱式栽培的产量较袋式栽培高，生长周期短。     

THE FUZZY OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF BOX EXPANSION ARM OF CRANE TRUCK

In this paper the section sizes of box expansion arm of crane truck are optimized in order that the weight of the arm will be the lightest on conditions that strength, rigidity, stability and size constraints are satisfactory. The fuzzy factors which influence design and the fuzziness of constraint conditions are considered. The unsymmetry mode of fuzzy optimization is established and solved by the method of optimal level cut set. Examples show that the effect is notable.     

中间偃麦草转录因子TiERF1a的结合与转录调控特性的研究

构建了含中间偃麦草ERF转录因子基因TiERF1a的酵母表达载体pYepGAP-TiERF1a及含GCC box/ mGCC box和lacZ基因的酵母报告子，将pYepGAP-TiERF1a成功转到报告子酵母细胞中，对转化的酵母细胞内lacZ基因表达产物(β-半乳糖苷酶)活性进行定性和定量分析。结果表明，TiERF1a在酵母体内能与GCC box顺式元件结合并激活下游lacZ基因的表达。本方法还可用于比较和研究其他转录因子的转录调控特性。     

Numerical simulation for the residual stress of U-rib welding onto the flat steel box girder

The flat steel box girder is commonly used for long-span cable-stayed bridges. the structural complexity, construction details and manufactures cause damage to the bridge and the damages seriously grow overtime. The main reason for these damages is that welding technology of flat steel box girder with thin plates and rib elements produces residual stress and strain fields during the welding process, and further more welding cracks commonly appear. In this study, thermal-structural couple methods was adopted to numerically simulate the welding high temperature fields and the stress fields at the joint of U rid and decks of a flat steel box. The welding residual stress distribution was studied as well for further analyzing on the structural damage and strengthening design strategies.     

新型恒温恒湿箱测控系统的设计与研究

该文介绍了新型恒温恒湿箱测控系统的硬、软件设计方法。现有恒温恒湿箱为取得低温恒温效果，需将压缩机全速全功率运行，然后通过调节加热器来调整温度平衡，这样既耗能多又不便于控制。针对这一缺点，本设备中的空气压缩机采用调频技术，从而实现了制冷量的PID(比例积分微分)调节；通过使用单片机接口电路的复用技术，使整个硬件系统更简单、可靠，通过X25045芯片的使用，使系统实现了自动化标定与校准。     

河网区灌溉水利用系数的尺度转换

大尺度灌区灌溉水利用系数的测定条件难以保障,而小尺度灌区的灌溉水利用系数可以通过试验测定,如何通过小尺度灌区的灌溉水利用系数来预测大尺度灌区的灌溉水利用系数,就有必要对灌溉水利用系数的尺度转换问题进行研究。河网灌区的特点是没有统一的水源引水口,通常是由若干个小灌区合并成一个大灌区,是一个典型的自相似系统。论文以地处里下河水网地区的盐城市水稻灌区作为研究对象,于2012-2013年对9个县区不同规模的样点灌区进行了灌溉水利用系数的试验观测,利用分形理论研究了河网灌区的分形特征,运用盒维数法计算了盐城市河网灌区和不同尺度灌区的盒维数,其盒维数介于1.703~1.996之间,并随着面积尺度的增加而增大。基于灌溉水利用系数与灌区面积、盒维数的相关性,建立了河网灌区灌溉水利用系数尺度转换模型,并通过验证,表明该尺度转换模型能够较好地预测河网灌区灌溉水利用系数,同时也能够很好地实现灌溉水利用系数的尺度转换,为分析河网灌区灌溉水利用系数及其尺度效应提供了新途径。
