江泽民民族问题理论及方略

党的十三届四中全会后,江泽民根据国内外形势的发展变化在继承我党民族理论的基础上,对民族问题的内涵与特征进行了理论创新,并且提出了一系列解决民族问题的方法与策略。江泽民民族问题理论及解决方法促进了中国民族问题的解决和民族团结的发展。     

西部少数民族地区土地流转的制约因素分析

在回顾有关土地流转研究文献的基础上,利用2011年获得的227个农户实地调查数据,运用因子分析和灰色关联度分析方法对土地流转的制约因素进行了分析.结果表明：家庭人均食品消费支出、土地承包亏损率、农村老人养老保险参保率、户主受教育年限和家庭总人口是制约西部少数民族地区土地流转的主要因素.在分析的基础上,提出通过发展农村经济以提高农民非农收入,完善农村养老保障制度和加强农村基础教育来促进西部少数民族地区土地健康、适度流转的建议.     

援疆建设契机下新疆少数民族传统体育文化的保护与利用研究

在对新疆少数民族传统体育文化保护与利用过程中存在的问题进行分析与讨论的基础上,分析了援疆建设对新疆少数民族传统体育文化保护与利用可能带来的影响,提出了援疆建设契机下加强和创新新疆少数民族传统体育文化保护与利用的建议。     

民族院校兽医药理学教学改革及实践探讨

针对民族院校动物医学专业人才的培养目标和要求,对兽医药理学课程内容、教学手段与方法、实习和课程考试等教学环节进行改革与实践,以期在教学和实践中着重培养学生的综合素质和创新思维,为民族地区培养更多更优秀的动物医学专业人才。

论述了西双版纳傣族佛寺建筑选址、布局的特点,通过调查寺院周围绿化树种,探讨了其配置方式及形成的园林植物景观,总结了傣族佛寺建筑的园林植物景观特征.     

Divided communities and contested landscapes: Mobility,development and shifting identities in migrant destination sites in Papua New Guinea

Abstract: Internal conflicts at the local and national levels in several South Pacific countries have revealed the fragility of national unity and the difficulties nations face in governing and managing their own economic development. In Papua New Guinea, the focus of this paper, an uncertain economic future for many rural and urban communities, and rising inequalities in income opportunities and access to resources, have coincided with greater intolerance of migrants at sites of high in‐migration by customary landowners and provincial and local authorities. This paper draws on fieldwork undertaken in the major oil palm growing regions of Papua New Guinea where migrants from densely populated regions of the country have settled on state land alienated from customary landowners. We examine how struggles over land, resource control and development are polarising migrant and landowner identities resulting in increasing tensions and episodic communal violence. A settler identity is emerging based on a narrative of nation building and national development, while an ethno‐regional identity amongst customary landowners is undermining the citizen rights of migrants and challenging the role and authority of the state in land matters.     

民族地区高校图书馆特色馆藏建设探析

民族地区高校图书馆作为教学科研的服务基地,文献资源相对集中、全面,建设特色馆藏有着得天独厚的优势和条件。民族地方文献的学术研究为地方特色文献数据库提供了充足的数据源。因此,民族地区高校图书馆应根据本地历史文化底蕴及经济发展特色,利用自身丰富独特的文献信息和资源特点,建设具有本地特色和本馆特色的特色馆藏,为科研和经济发展提供正确的引导服务和咨询服务。     

吐鲁番沙漠植物园民族药用植物专类园景观设计

以吐鲁番沙漠植物园民族药用植物专类园为研究对象,针对药用植物生境特点进行分区设计,通过对一些特殊生境进行改造、美化,使其既能保持原有特色,又能满足游人观赏的要求,对资源收集和环境保护也起到了积极作用.     

黔东南州民族文化生态旅游探索

黔东南州的旅游业开发比较滞后。通过1999年首届国际芦笙节的旅游推介活动以及打造精品战略,2004年中外游客达241.88万人次,比上年同期净增42.1%。文章介绍了黔东南州丰富的旅游资源,分析了旅游开发中存在的问题,提出了旅游开发的思路、原则及开发建议。     

Protected Sal Forest and Livelihoods of Ethnic Minorities: Experience From Bangladesh

Protected areas are an appropriate means for managing biodiversity and have become increasingly central to conservation strategies. However, declaring a natural resource to be protected has an immense influence on the livelihoods of many local communities living in and around the protected area. This article explores the role of protected sal forests—namely, the Madhupur National Park (MNP) on the livelihoods of forest-dependent ethnic minorities, drawing empirical data from ethnic households. The results revealed that the MNP has brought changes, most of which have had negative impacts on ethnic livelihoods. Now their livelihoods are not stable, as most do not have substantial sources of securing income. In spite of this, the ethnic communities have experienced severe antagonistic relationships with park managers and faced social inequity; all these factors affect their livelihoods. Therefore, establishment of a legitimate process to constructively work with the local communities is the most feasible and just way to achieve conservation and development.
