奶牛集约化生产体系中铜素产污系数的测定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过对集约化奶牛场的育成牛和泌乳牛各季节的粪尿产生量进行测定,并且分析粪样和尿样,从而计算出育成牛和泌乳牛的铜产污系数,并比较两者各季节间的差异性。结果显示集约化奶牛场的育成牛铜产污系数4个季节平均为0.14g/(head.d),泌乳牛铜产污系数4个季节平均为0.31g/(head.d),泌乳牛铜产污系数远大于育成牛铜产污系数。  相似文献

Two wheat lines (TL3 and TL5) derived from selection for Cu tolerance among wheat – Aegilops sharonensis hybrids were compared when grown as hydroponics at zero (control), 10−6 and 10−5  m CuSO4. The morphometric measurements showed that the line TL5 with a more inhibited root system under 10−6  m CuSO4 had a less inhibited shoot growth under 10−5  m CuSO4 as compared to TL3. The decreased maximum efficiency of photosystem II and the more pronounced trend towards increased catalase activity suggested that despite the better shoot growth, the leaves of TL5 were more functionally injured. The increased content of carotenoids at excess Cu and the higher peroxidase and catalase activities of TL3 in control plants might contribute to its better stress tolerance. While no significant changes in enzyme activities were found at 10−6  m Cu, at 10−5  m the activities tended to increase. Although the close values of free phenolics concentrations in control plants, at Cu excess their content was higher in TL5 compared to TL3. The free phenolics content in roots at 10−6  m Cu decreased, and although higher at 10−5  m Cu, it remained below the control in TL3, and above the control in TL5. From the obtained results TL3 emerged to be more tolerant to excess Cu than TL5.  相似文献

采用玉米—豆粕型饲粮研究肉公雏对三碱基氯化铜(TBCC)、铜氨基酸螯合物(CuAA)、铜蛋白盐(CuPro)或硫酸铜(CuSO4)的生物利用率。在基础饲粮(Cu14mg/kg,DM基础 ,实测值)上 ,TBCC、CuAA、CuPro、CuSO4 的铜添加水平依次为150mg/kg、300mg/kg、450mg/kg,试验3周。结果表明 ,铜源和铜水平对试鸡体重和饲料转化率的影响不显著。以CuSO4 为参比标准 ,铜添加水平或日粮铜摄入量为自变量 ,经对数转换后肝铜积累为因变量建立多元线性回归模型 ,按斜率法综合求测铜源生物利用率为 :CuSO4 100 % ;TBCC112.4 % ;CuAA127.7 %(P<0.01) ;CuPro99.3 %。结果表明TBCC或CuPro生物利用率与CuSO4同效 ,但CuAA生物利用率比CuSO4 高。该试验提供了评定肉鸡有机铜源生物利用率的实用方法。  相似文献

铜缺乏对奶牛红细胞及组织细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
为探讨铜缺乏对奶牛红细胞及组织细胞膜ATP活性的影响,在调查铜缺乏奶牛水土食物链微量元素状态的基础上,首次测度了病区6头发病犊奶牛(Ⅱ组)及该地区20头同年生临床健康奶牛(IH组,血清铜低于0.56mg/kg)红细胞膜Na^ -K^ -ATP酶、Ca^2 -ATP酶及Mg^2 -ATP酶的活性,对20头IH组奶牛进行为期80d的补铜试验(含铜40mg/kg干饲料),以20头健区同年生健康奶犊牛作为对照(HH组,全血铜大于0.85mg/L)。同时测试了剖杀后6头病牛及健康牛组织细胞膜ATP酶的活性。结果表明:Ⅱ组奶牛红细胞膜ATP酶活性显著低于HH组及IH组。补铜后40d,IH组奶牛红细胞膜Na^ -K^ -ATP酶均显著升高,病牛肝、脾、肾、大脑、小脑、淋巴结等组织细胞膜Na^ -K^ -ATP酶、Ca^2 -ATP酶活性显著低于对照组。结论:铜缺乏较为严重地影响了奶牛红细胞及组织膜ATP酶的活性,抑制了这些组织的正常生理功能。  相似文献

为阐明金属硫蛋白在铜缺乏奶牛肝脏中的代谢特征 ,选择铜缺乏区有明显临床症状的奶牛 6头 ,采集肝脏样品后用差速离心法分离肝脏金属硫蛋白 ,以Sephadex G75进行层析纯化 ,测定各部分洗脱液中金属元素铜、锌、铁、镁的含量。将 6头健康奶牛的肝脏样品作为对照。试验结果表明 ,发病奶牛肝细胞浆Sephadex G75柱层析洗脱液中铜、铁含量峰值显著高于健康奶牛 ,且在后面部分层析液中出现小峰 ;发病奶牛肝细胞浆金属硫蛋白 (MT)层析液锌、镁含量曲线峰值宽阔且高于对照组 ,第 2峰形宽大且有前移现象。结论 :铜缺乏能够改变奶牛肝脏中金属硫蛋白的代谢  相似文献

Research on the disease called shimao zheng, which had resulted in widespread fleece-eating and shedding by sheep and goats in the Haizi area of Akesa County of Gansu Province of China, was carried out by both laboratory studies and pathological observations. There was a marked deficiency of sulfur in the wool and tissues of the affected animals. The pathological changes were mainly loss of fleece, exposure of the skin, keratinization of the epidermal cells, narrowing and reduced numbers of the fleece follicles, and fewer sebaceous glands and sweat glands. Histologically, there was atrophy of the striated and cardiac muscles and of the epithelium of the convoluted tubules of the kidney, together with a glomerulonephritis. The disease was considered to be a local nutritional and metabolic disorder, probably mainly caused by sulfur deficiency.  相似文献

为了证明梅花鹿铜缺乏综合征的发生与饲料铜含量的关系,以含铜3.33×10-6的日粮饲喂131只幼龄圈养梅花鹿,于28个月后开始发生铜缺乏综合征,继续饲喂到39个月时,其显症率达9.16%。人工复制的梅花鹿铜缺乏综合征的临床症状与自然发生者相一致,主要为患鹿后躯运动失调,渐进性瘫痪;意识清楚,无癫痫、抽搐症状发生;被毛颜色变淡,眼睛周围出现白眼圈。RBC为(7.56±0.83)×1012/L,Hb(163.30±12.90)g/L,血清铜蓝蛋白氧化酶(25.73±6.45)IU/L,均显著低于对照组。血清铜(5.62±0.80)μmol/L,毛铜(4.55±1.28)mg/kg,均显著低于对照组;血清铁(28.48±2.47)μmol/L,显著高于对照组。主要病理变化为脑、脊髓神经脱髓鞘;部分神经元变性坏死;血管壁肥厚,内膜粗糙,管腔变窄,脆性增加;肝、脾、淋巴结含铁血黄素沉着及骨质疏松。日粮中铜含量为7.33×10-6时,梅花鹿发育良好,体质健壮,生产性能优越,无铜缺乏综合征发生。表明这一铜含量可作为梅花鹿铜元素饲养标准的参考值。  相似文献

Mining activities are related to relevant environmental pollution issues that should be controlled. We used sequential extractions to fractionate Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn retained on unamended or mussel shell‐amended mine soil samples, all of them treated with a mixture of the five heavy metals (total metal concentration of 1·57 mmol L−1), after 1, 7 and 30 days of incubation. In addition, we used the stirred flow chamber technique to study the release of each of the five heavy metals from these different unamended and shell‐amended soil samples. The results indicate that the shell amendment caused a decrease in the most soluble fraction, while increasing the most recalcitrant (least mobile) fraction. With equivalent implications, the stirred flow chamber experiments showed that mussel shell amendment was associated to a decrease in heavy metal release and increased retention. The highest mussel shell dose and incubation time caused the most relevant changes in pH values and thus in metal retention, also indicating the importance of pH modifications in the mechanism of retention acting in the amended samples. In view of these results, the use of mussel shell amendment can be encouraged to increase heavy metal retention in acid mine soils, in order to minimise risks of environmental pollution. Summary With the aim to examine its potential as a renewable resource to decontaminate polluted soils, electron microscopy combined with X-ray microanalysis was used to investigate the localization of copper in Cannabis sativa grown in hydroponic copper-rich culture. Cu was found to accumulate preferentially in the upper leaf epidermal cells; it was also detected in spiculae and in abaxial trichomes too. Primary bast fibres seem to be not involved in copper accumulation.  相似文献

The static stability of a tailings dam is analyzed with a finite element approach, which takes into account the effect of plastic deformation, temperature, saturation and void ratio on the properties of soil materials, the effect of water and soil interaction and the extended Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion. The concept of yield approaching degree is introduced, which is defined as the ratio of the existing equivalent stress to the yield stress taking into account the effects of different influencing factors. The response of the tailing dam subjected to the coupled saturated/unsaturated seepage and deformation is simulated, considering that the dry beach is 100-meter long and the starter dam is jammed, respectively. The important indexes such as the deformation and the phreatic surface of the dam are obtained. The distribution of the yield approaching degree in the whole dam under the given condition is obtained, which can provide not only a general stability assessment of the dam, but also important information to the decision-making for the reinforcement and maintenance of the dam.  相似文献
