基于同位素分析研究山东禹城夏玉米水分来源 总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2
以2016年山东省禹城市夏玉米为研究对象,通过测定分析不同生长期内降水、土壤水、植物水、地下水、地表水的稳定氢氧同位素值,并利用直接对比法和多元线性混合模型,分析不同水源对夏玉米不同生长期贡献率,进而研究其水分来源。结果表明:禹城市大气降水线方程为δD=7.80δ18 O+8.61,其斜率和截距均小于全球大气降水线方程,表明降水在降落过程存在蒸发富集过程。夏玉米不同生长期水分来源存在差异,出苗期由于土壤含水量较低,植物主要利用浅层地下水且利用率为89.6%;拔节期降雨量丰富,夏玉米主要利用0—10cm表层土壤水,利用率为85.8%;抽穗期夏玉米主要利用10—60cm土壤水,利用率达62.9%;生长到灌浆期,根系分布在较深土层且20—100cm土壤含水量稳定,夏玉米主要利用20—100cm土壤水,利用率为69.7%;成熟期植物主要利用大于60cm的深层土壤水,利用率达96.1%,此时期土壤含水量较低且根系分布可达深层土壤。 相似文献

枯草芽孢杆菌对盐碱土水分运动和水稳性团聚体的影响 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
为探明微生物在盐碱地改良方面的应用,通过在盐碱土中加入枯草芽孢杆菌,研究不同浓度微咸水(0,1,2,3,4g/L)条件下,盐碱土中的水分运动和土壤水稳性团聚体的变化规律。结果表明:(1)枯草芽孢杆菌可以显著减少土壤的入渗能力,同时可减缓水分的迁移能力,添加枯草芽孢杆菌的土壤与相对应的对照组相比,累积入渗量和湿润锋推进距离均显著减少,其中在微咸水浓度为2g/L时,土壤累积入渗量减少幅度最大,为40.97%,其他处理减少程度依次为3,0,1,4g/L,湿润锋的推进距离也有类似的结果。(2)利用Philip和Kostiakov入渗模型拟合试验数据,发现Philip公式中的吸渗率S均小于相相应对照组,Kostiakov公式中的经验系数K均小于相应对照组,而经验指数β均大于相应对照组。(3)枯草芽孢杆菌可以增加土壤的保水能力,在微咸水浓度为2g/L时,对土壤水吸力的影响较大。与对照组相比,van Genuchten公式中土壤滞留含水率θr、饱和含水率θs及与进气值相关系数α均有所增大,形状系数n逐渐减小。(4)含有枯草芽孢杆菌的土壤,在微咸水入渗后其土壤团粒结构均有较大的改善。 相似文献

The mechanism of early generation stability (EGS) in rice was studied via genetic analysis. Three types of crosses were made, namely between EGS varieties, EGS and conventional rice variety, and conventional rice varieties. The genetic analysis was based on the stable lines in F2 population. The stable lines may appear from some combinations of EGS rice crossing with each other and EGS rice crossing with conventional varieties at different frequencies, but stable lines didn't appear in conventional varieties crossing with conventional varieties. Genetic analysis results indicated that the EGS phenomena should just exist in special rice materials, and the frequency of stable lines was closely related to the EGS traits of parents. The EGS traits were neither qualitative nor quantitative traits, and they were controlled by neither dominant genes nor recessive genes. The EGS traits might be inherited by F1 single plant, and the traits of F3 and F4 were corresponded to those of F2 population, i.e. F3 and F4 lines derived from non-segregating F2 showed uniform agronomic traits, and those from segregating F2.did not. The agronomic traits of EGS lines were consistent with those of F1 single plant. On the other hand, when EGS lines occurred, the segregating lines in Mendelian manner were also observed in all F2 population of the same combination. It was suggested that the reason why the stable strains occurred might be a special factor to control (open/close) gene at the beginning of cell division in zygote, resulting in closing mitosis and opening somatic reduction. The somatic reduction of zygote resulted in recombination and homozygosity forming in F1 single plant, and some lines with uniform agronomic traits were observed in some lines of F2 population. 相似文献

为探究青海油菜蜜稳定同位素特征及影响因素,本研究利用元素分析-稳定同位素比率质谱(EA-IRMS)建立了油菜蜜总δ13C值及其内源蛋白质δ13C、δ15N、δ2H、δ18O值的检测方法,分析了青海不同产地、不同年份油菜蜜及其内源蛋白质同位素特征差异,探讨了油菜蜜内源蛋白质稳定同位素与产地环境之间的关系。结果表明,青海省区域内油菜蜜内源蛋白质的δ13C值和δ15N值较稳定,不同产地、不同年份间无显著差异;不同年份油菜蜜内源蛋白质的δ18O值差异极显著(P<0.01),不同产地油菜蜜内源蛋白质的δ18O值及δ2H值均存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。在环境影响因素中,油菜蜜内源蛋白质δ18O值与生产季节降水量呈显著负相关(r=-0.822,P<0.05)。本研究结果为青海高原油菜蜜真实性鉴别与产地溯源研究提供了理论依据与技术支撑。 相似文献

【目的】构建牛myf6基因真核表达载体,并观察myf6真核表达载体转染鲁西黄牛成肌细胞后基因的表达和细胞形态的变化。【方法】在质粒pIRES2-EGFP的多克隆位点插入myf6基因构建真核表达载体pIRES2-EGFP-myf6,用脂质体技术转染鲁西黄牛成肌细胞,通过G418 筛选出稳定转染的细胞株。利用Western印记、Real-time PCR技术检测成肌细胞转染前后myf6基因、肌肉肌酸激酶基因和肌球蛋白轻链基因的表达量。【结果】与对照组相比,转染质粒的成肌细胞myf6蛋白和mRNA的表达量提高(P<0.01),肌肉肌酸激酶基因和肌球蛋白轻链基因的mRNA表达量提高(P<0.01)。细胞形态观察显示成肌细胞融合为肌管。【结论】构建的真核表达载体pIRES2-EGFP-myf6能在成肌细胞中高效表达,myf6基因促进了成肌细胞向肌肉细胞分化。 相似文献

Investigations were carried out on semigley in the central River Drava valley (Northern Croatia) with the aim of establishing the fertilizing value of biopost, as a representative of organic fertilizers, and of organo, as a representative of organic-mineral fertilizers, in comparison with mineral fertilizers and stable manure, the latter two being compared with each other as well regarding the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf. Efficiency of the fertilizer types and rates applied was strongly affected by very adverse meteorological conditions, which often showed characteristics of severe drought. Nevertheless, under such conditions and despite the minimum rates applied, biopost and organo had a positive effect on the yield and quality of the flue-cured tobacco leaf. In all cases, they had an obvious advantage over mineral fertilization, offering distinct possibilities of their application in the growing of flue-cured tobacco. However, owing to its better fertilizing efficiency, combined organic and mineral fertilization might be justified, certainly also with respect to the economic aspect of the problem. The positive influence of biopost and organo on the higher participation of quality classes of flue-cured tobacco leaf in comparison with mineral fertilization is indisputable despite the occasionally prevailing effects of fluctuating weather conditions during the investigation period. In other words, harmonic organic, even organic-mineral, fertilization should be preferred to mineral fertilization alone. 相似文献
