Duration of vegetative and generative development phases in oat cultivars released since 1921

Genetic yield improvements in oat (Avena sativa L.) cultivars grown at high latitudes have resulted from marked changes in harvest index and yield components. This study was designed to investigate whether such changes have entailed alterations in duration of different developmental phases: vegetative, generative and grain filling phases and pre-anthesis generative sub-phases such as pre-fertile, pre-abortion, fertile pre-abortion, fertile and abortion sub-phases. We tested 14 oat cultivars released between 1921 and 1988 and 6 breeding lines. Ten randomly sampled plants of each oat entry were collected every 3–4 d (18 times) from seedling emergence until pollination, and apical developmental stages were determined on the most advanced spikelet. Cumulated degree-days (Cdd) for each critical developmental stage and component phases were determined (5 °C as a base temperature). At each measurement the number of leaves, green leaves and tillers on main shoot, apex length (mm) and height to the uppermost node, and stipule (cm) were recorded. Phyllochron (°C d leaf⁻¹) and relative elongation rates (RER) for height characterising traits were calculated. Grain filling was the only period altered by breeding, while no consistent effects on duration of vegetative and generative pre-anthesis phases and sub-phases were detected. Different developmental phases were interrelated: in some cases cultivars with similar duration of pre-anthesis phase, however, differed in duration of some pre-anthesis sub-phases. Their duration was not, however, consistently associated with measured growth and yield parameters. Likely long days that make the northern growing conditions exceptional and unique, substantially narrowed the differences among oat entries in duration of different developmental phases, thereby making their role also less critical in yield determination contrary to the situation in the main global temperate cereal production regions.

番茄综合营养品质指标构建及其对水肥供应的响应

为构建番茄综合营养品质指标,分析其对水肥供应的响应,该文以灌水量和氮、磷、钾肥用量为试验因素,按照四元二次正交旋转组合设计,进行番茄盆栽试验,监测番茄可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、糖酸比、番茄红素和维生素C 6项单一品质指标,根据主观层次分析法与客观熵权法和基于博弈论的组合赋权法,确定番茄单一营养品质评价指标权重,次序为:番茄红素糖酸比维生素C可溶性糖可溶性固形物可滴定酸;通过近似理想解法,构建番茄果实综合营养品质评价指标。在此基础上,通过回归分析建立番茄综合营养品质与水肥因子的数学模型,分析其对水肥因子的响应关系。结果表明,各水肥因子对番茄综合营养品质的主效应表现为:施磷量施氮量灌水量施钾量。当其他因素为中间水平时,番茄营养品质随灌水量或施氮量的增加呈开口向下的抛物线型变化,随磷肥用量的增加线性增加,随施钾量的增加呈开口向上的抛物线型变化。交互作用表现为,灌水量与施氮量、磷与钾肥用量之间存在显著交互作用。表明灌水量、氮肥用量过高不利于番茄综合营养品质的提高,合理增施磷肥和钾肥可有效提高番茄营养品质。     

大面积荒洼地发展生态渔业试验报告

１９９０－１９９２年，进行了综合治理荒洼地发展生态渔业试验，结果：２１５０亩荒洼地，挖池养鱼１０４２亩，带动了农林牧的发展，共创产值３２４．５９万元，纯益２１６．９１万元，专家鉴定认为，本成果属聊城地区领先水平。     

Imprecision when using measuring cups to weigh out extruded dry kibbled food

Many pet cats and dogs are fed dry extruded kibbled food by measuring cup, yet the precision and accuracy of this feeding strategy is not known. Over 12 studies, we assessed precision and accuracy of weighing out food portions, of various dry kibbled foods, by measuring cup. Poor precision was noted in all studies, with intra- and inter-subject coefficients of variation ranging from 2 to 13% and 2 to 28% respectively. Variable accuracy was also noted, which ranged from an 18% under-estimate to an 80% over-estimate in portion size. No specific factors were associated with imprecision, but the degree of inaccuracy was negatively associated with portion size (R = -0.67, p = 0.022), and positively associated with the number of subjects participating in the study (R = 0.60, p = 0.048). This is the first study to document imprecision and inaccuracy of using measuring cups to estimate portions of extruded dry kibbled food. Over time, such errors could contribute to insidious weight gain in companion animals, potentially contributing to the development of obesity. Imprecision in measuring food portions could also contribute to failure of weight management programmes for obese animals.     

光不敏感型大刍草新种质选育及利用的初步研究

热带类玉米属大刍草(Zea mexicana)为短日植物,在我国北方长日地区不能正常开花结实。本研究初步分析通过系统选育方法选出的光不敏感型大刍草新品种“鲁牧2号”,在长日照地区大田繁种和利用其进行杂交制种的可行性。结果表明,该品种能在长日地区（山东）正常开花结实,开花期在8月上中旬,10月上旬种子成熟。鲜草产量达45 930 kg/hm2,种子产量达1 595.5 kg/hm2,利用该品种作父本杂交制种试验成功率达72.7%。本研究结果说明该种质能够在长日照地区应用,对降低玉米（Z. mays）制种成本、丰富遗传育种资源具有重要意义。     

关于肉种鸡代谢能的研究进展

本文主要就肉种鸡的代谢能水平及现状、能量限饲对肉种鸡的影响以及肉种鸡代谢能需要量的具体研究方法等几方面作一综述,为肉种鸡的营养研究提供参考。     

真菌对污染水稻土中苯并[a]芘共代谢降解研究

在恒温和恒定转速培养条件下,模拟生物泥浆反应器法,选择从石油污染土壤中分离出来的青霉菌、黑曲霉、白腐真菌等3种真菌,在添加不同浓度菲和邻苯二甲酸作为共存底物情况下,研究其对水稻土中苯并[a]芘（B[a]P）的共代谢降解。结果表明,未灭菌土壤对B[a]P有降解能力。当土壤中添加菲时,提高了B[a]P在土壤中的降解率,100 mg kg-1浓度菲处理的降解率显著高于200 mg kg-1浓度菲处理,邻苯二甲酸对B[a]P降解影响不大。灭菌土壤中的B[a]P几乎没有降解。添加菲及邻苯二甲酸均促进了青霉菌对B[a]P的降解,其中菲浓度为100 mg kg-1处理效果最显著。与灭菌土壤相比,接种黑曲霉提高了B[a]P的降解率,但添加菲与邻苯二甲酸却均抑制了黑曲霉菌对B[a]P的降解。白腐真菌能有效地降解B[a]P,但高浓度菲抑制了白腐真菌对B[a]P的降解,同时邻苯二甲酸对促进白腐真菌降解B[a]P的效果不明显。     

牛布鲁菌病奶液PCR检测方法的建立及初步应用

为探讨以牛奶为材料检测牛布鲁菌感染的可行性,本试验建立了可鉴定布鲁菌属的单重PCR以及可鉴定布鲁菌种的多重PCR.结果显示,单重PCR方法的特异性强,只特异性的扩增布鲁菌DNA,对照菌株大肠杆菌、牛败血性波氏杆菌、根瘤农杆菌和苍白杆菌的扩增结果均为阴性;奶液中细菌检测灵敏度为1.08×104CFU/mL.用建立的多重PCR对7株不同种的布鲁菌体和基因组进行鉴定,表明该方法可以区分不同种布鲁菌.本试验中建立的PCR方法能够鉴定所有致病性布鲁菌并对疫苗株和野生毒株加以区分,适用于实验室布鲁菌的快速鉴定.

文章概述了黄鳝(Monopteras albus)的营养需求研究及其配合饲料质量评价的进展,主要包括黄鳝的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素等营养需求研究及其配合饲料质量评价体系,并对今后开展黄鳝营养需求研究及构建完善的黄鳝配合饲料质量评价体系提出了若干建议。
