DETERMINATION OF METALLIC IRON IN HIGH TITANIUM SLAG BY HEADSPACE GAS CHROMATNGRALHY

The following details are discussed in the present paper, after high titanium slag and H3PO4 is put in the closed system,the .reaction takes place under controlled temperature conditions, and the gas produced is collected. The two phases of gas liquid attain kinetic equilibrium, ihe gas above the liquid is used to make GC analysis with the aid of chromatographic column of 5A molecular sieve, TCD and N2 30ml/min. Satisfactory quantitative results can be achieved with simple instruments and uncomplicated operation technique.     

Determination and Evaluation of Saccharides Content in Extract of Herba Spirodelae Seu Lemnae Polysaccharides

In the course of searching immunodulators from natural herbal sources,the polysaccharide has been isolated from the water extract of duckweed(Herba Spirodelae seu Lemnae).The authors aim at investigating the methods that determine the content of total saccharides in the mixture,accordingly,to be used as a quality control in the procedure of producing polysaccharides from duckweed.The contents of saccharides in the extraction were mensurated by spertrophotometry of sulphuric acid-phenol and sulphuric acid-anthrone.And the validitiy of methods was evaluated through some indexes such as linearity and range,precision,stability,and accuracy.The results reveal the methods are convenient,rapid,accurate,and high sensitive,thereby leading to a wide and effective use in determining the saccharides contents in polysaccharides extraction from Herba Spirodelae seu Lemnae.     

Determination of Molecular Weight and Distribution of Hyroxyethl Starch (HES) by Means of GPC- RI- MALLS Technique

The author introduces a method and experimental procedures that determine dn/dc,molecular weight and its distribution of the hyroxyethyl starch(HES) by means of Gel Permeation Chromatography-Refractive index-Multi-angle laser light scattering detection(GPC-RI-MALLS)techniques.The key experimental technique and results are discussed.The method takes CH3COOH/CH3COONa as mobile phase and solvent.The experiment gets satisfactory results.It can be used as a routine method to determine the hyroxyethyl starch(HES) molecular weight and its distribution.     

脉冲电场部分参数对牛乳灭菌效率影响的试验分析

介绍了利用高电压脉冲电场对牛乳灭菌的试验检测方法,并进行了不同电场强度、脉冲频率及处理时间对牛乳灭菌效果的对比试验。试验结果表明:灭菌率随着电场强度、脉冲频率的升高及处理时间的延长而提高。当作用时间达到一定后,灭菌率趋于平缓,因此处理时间不是影响灭菌率的主要因素。     

A quick method of soil moisture determination

Abstract

The method described here is useful for the quick determination of soil moisture, especially when many determinations are to be made at a time. The only pieces of apparatus required are some wide‐mouthed conical flasks, a few pieces of glass rod and a balance. The principle involves recording the weight of the flask filled with water and soil sample of known weight (A). This flask weight (H), and the predetermined soil particle density (D_p) and weight of the water‐filled flask (G) are then used to calculate moisture percentage (MP) in the soil sample from the formula:

The method was compared with conventional oven‐drying technique for a wide range of soil textures, moisture contents and other contrasting soil properties. The results obtained showed that the accuracy, precision and simplicity of the method are good, particularly for rapid practical uses.     

乌兰察布市西井子镇农田防护林带（网）春季土壤水分的测定与分析

为探讨农田防护林网对农田地土壤水分的影响，分别于无叶期、半叶期、全叶期，分3次对商都县西井子镇农田防护林带林网内外土壤水分进行了测定与分析，结果表明：农田防护林在改善农田土壤水份、调节小气候方面有着十分重要的作用。     

红花山玉兰组织培养外植体的选择及其消毒方法

为筛选出红花山玉兰组织培养适宜的外植体类型及其消毒方法，为红花山玉兰的无性繁殖提供技术支持，对灭菌时间、外植体类型和取材时间等进行研究。结果表明：茎段和顶芽的存活率分别为40．0％和33．33％，较叶片和叶柄的存活率高，且茎段和顶芽的存活率较叶片的存在显著差异，二者的死亡率均与叶柄和叶片的存在显著差异；茎段和顶芽为适宜的外植体。茎段在6月取材优于12月，且采用0．1％的升汞消毒10 min，其存活率为40．0％；顶芽在6月和12月取材均可，消毒后去除托叶能够有效地降低顶芽的污染率，提高其存活率。最佳消毒组合：先用75％的酒精表面喷洒预处理，再用0．1％的升汞消毒10 min，之后去除顶芽的托叶。该方法污染率和死亡率低，存活率最高，依次分别为6．67％、7．78％和85．55％，且芽启动率高。     

Content and distribution of lithium in La Pampa soils (Argentina)

Abstract

Extractable li with ammonium acetate was determined by flamephotometry, in normal soils, alkaline soils and saline soils in the Province of La Pampa (Argentina).

The soils were originated from differents parent material, with various rainfalls (arid to subhumid climate) and management.

The higher contents were found in saline soils. In the other soils the extractable lithium content depends on the parent material, but not on rainfall.

Different patterns of vertical and horizontal distribution of extractable lithium were found.

The origin of extractable lithium is here discussed.
