The effects of intercrop spacing patterns on the silage yields of both maize (lea mays L.) and soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merr.) were examined from 1985 to 1987. Dwarf maize was intercropped with nonnodulatmg or nodulating soybean in the spacing patterns, S40same (two crops in the same row, 40 cm row width) and S20ait or S40ak (two crops in alternate rows, 20 cm or 40 cm row width, respectively). Tall maize was intercropped with nodulating soybean in S40sames S40alt and S40pair (maize in 40 cm paired rows, soybean rows 20 cm outside each maize row and 80 cm from the next set of four rows) at 0 or 60 kg N ha−1 and at population densities of 67% maize: 67% soybean or 50 % maize: 50% soybean. Maize and soybean were also intercropped and stripcropped on a farm-scale. The only difference between intercrops arranged in the same rows versus those in alternate rows was that the average soybean protein yields were higher in S40same than in S40alt . In 1986, the S40alt maize-soybean intercrops produced higher maize yields, total biomass yields and Land Equivalent Ratios (LERs) than in S40pirs , and in 1987, these responses were higher in intercrops than in stripcrops. 探讨了栽培密度、撒可富专用肥、思德富多元长效肥等农艺措施对大豆籽粒蛋白质和脂肪含量的影响。结果表明 ,密度对蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和蛋白脂肪总含量的影响不大。在各种栽培密度中 ,品种九三 97- 6 0是在 30万株 /hm2 时籽粒的蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和蛋白脂肪总含量均达到最高值 ,而对于品种九三 96 - 12 7来说 ,是在 2 5万株 /hm2 时三者达到最高。并且 ,蛋白质含量、脂肪含量及蛋白脂肪总含量对栽培密度敏感程度因品种而异。撒可富专用肥和思德富多元长效肥均使蛋白质含量增加 ,使脂肪含量降低。施用撒可富专用肥后 ,蛋白脂肪总含量变化因处理而异。施用思德富后 ,蛋白脂肪总含量有所增加。 相似文献

通过尼龙袋试验和产气量试验研究甲醛处理大豆粕对瘤胃蛋白质降解率、产气量和活体外瘤胃发酵参数的影响。3个处理分别为对照组、处理Ⅰ和处理Ⅱ,其中处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅱ的甲醛添加量分别占大豆粕粗蛋白质(CP)0.6%和1.2%。研究结果表明:与对照组相比,处理Ⅰ和处理Ⅱ的干物质及蛋白质的降解率及降解速度显著下降(P<0.001),快速降解组分的比例和有效降解率显著下降,慢速降解组分比例显著提高(P<0.001),但两处理组之间干物质降解速度和蛋白质慢速降解组分比例均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,处理Ⅰ与处理Ⅱ的72h产气量和理论最大产气量均显著升高(P<0.001),而产气速度显著降低(P<0.005);甲醛处理对活体外瘤胃72h发酵的pH值、NH3-N浓度没有显著影响(P>0.05),但发酵液中丙酸摩尔比例显著上升(P<0.05),从而导致乙酸/丙酸降低。两个处理组活体外24h发酵液中甲醛浓度分别为0.994μg/mL和0.370μg/mL;而72h发酵液中甲醛浓度分别为0.410μg/mL和0.141μg/mL。本试验结论:甲醛处理能有效降低蛋白质在瘤胃内的降解率,并改善活体外发酵参数,其中甲醛添加量以占0.6%CP的处理更为有效。 相似文献

采用常规方法测定四川9个黑山羊品种(群体)乳常规营养组分含量.采用碱性尿素电泳方法分析酪蛋白多态性.结果表明,四川9个黑山羊乳蛋白含量范围为41.36~46.37 g/L,以营山黑山羊最低(41.36 g/L),金堂黑山羊最高(46.37g/L),差异极显著(P<0.01);乳糖含量范围为44.00~47.30 g/L,以建昌黑山羊最低(44.00 g/L),金堂黑山羊最高(47.30g/L),差异不显著(P<0.05);乳脂率范围为55.45~60.52 g/L,其中以白玉黑山羊最低(55.45 g/L),自贡黑山羊最高(60.52 g/L),差异极显著(P<0.01).乳蛋白组分:CN(68.42%~71.01%),β-Lg(14.46%~15.87%),IgG(7.04%~7.34%),α-La(5.35%~5.96%),SA(2.02%~2.40%).各蛋白组分经显著性检验,营山黑山羊和嘉陵黑山羊的CN相对含量显著低于其他黑山羊品种(群体)(P<0.01).在9个山羊品种(群体)中α-酪蛋白基因型存在多态性,多态型对乳脂率影响显著,其中α-酪蛋白DD型乳脂率显著低于CC型、CD型(P<0.05). 相似文献

A study was conducted with male chicks of a commercial broiler strain to evaluate the effects of different dosage levels of a commercial α-galactosidase enzyme. Diets were formulated based on corn and soybean meal to meet the nutrient standards of top poultry companies. The positive control diet was formulated with no adjustment in the ME content of the soybean meal associated with enzyme supplementation. The negative control diet was formulated assuming a 10% improvement in the ME of the soybean meal. The negative control diet was supplemented with 0, 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, or 6.0 g of enzyme per kilogram of soybean meal to provide for 0, 45, 90, 135, or 180 galactosidase units (GALU)/kg of soybean meal. Each of the test diets was fed in mash form to 8 replicate pens of 30 birds. Body weight, feed efficiency, mortality, and calorie conversion were determined at 14, 35, and 42 d of age. Body weight, feed efficiency, and mortality were not significantly (P < 0.05) affected by dietary treatment. Birds fed the negative control with no enzyme supplement were numerically reduced in body weight or feed efficiency as compared with the control diet; however, addition of the enzyme was without benefit. When unadjusted energy values were analyzed, birds fed the negative control diet were more efficient in calorie conversion, but this finding was unrelated to enzyme addition, suggesting that diet composition was responsible for the differences in calorie utilization. When adjusted energy values were compared, birds fed the negative control tended to have higher (less efficient) calorie conversion than those fed the positive control with little or no indication of improvement from the addition of the α-galactosidase enzyme.
