洞庭湖滩地水文状况与杨树造林地选择的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
根据洞庭湖主要水文站点多年观测资料,将汛期水位与时间的相关关系转变为滩地淹水时间与高程的数学模型。洞庭湖滩地根据不同高程汛期年均淹水时间变化规律,分为湖泊型和河道型两类。湖泊型滩地淹水时间与高程遵循指数函数y=a·ebx变化规律,河道型滩地在涨水初期、退水后期,淹水时间与高程为线性函数y=a+bx关系,在中、高高程地段又为指数函数关系。黑杨派南方型无性系在滩地上造林,其胸径、树高、材积生长均随滩地高程的降低、淹水时间的增加而降低。但随着林龄的增加,不同高程—淹水时间林地的生长差异有所减小,表明其抗水淹能力有所增强。在流动水的情况下,洞庭湖滩地年均淹水时间30d以内的,可建速生丰产林基地;年均淹水30~65d的,可造一般工业用材林、抑螺林、防浪护堤林等;年均淹水65d以上的,如不采取挖沟抬垄等工程措施,不宜用作杨树造林。  相似文献

本试验为三种杨树材料建立了一种杨树RNA提取的方法。本方法具有充分抑制材料中的多酚褐化,提高RNA产率;最大限度地去除多糖及次生代谢物质,避免与RNA共沉淀;去除蛋白质和DNA污染;提取时间短,质量高等特点。通过本方法提取的RNA OD260/OD280值在1.9~2.0之间,能够完全满足后续实验的要求,如体外翻译、cDNA文库构建、基因芯片和DDRT-PCR等。  相似文献

The effects of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) rates, P source, and method of P application were tested on growth and nutrition of four clones of hybrid poplar (Populus trichocarpa Torr. & Gray×P. deltoides Bartr. ex Marsh or P. trichocarpa×P. maximowiczii A. Henry) in a plantation on Vancouver Island. Treatments were applied shortly after planting. Nitrogen (0, 500kgNha–1) was supplied as ammonium sulfate (AS); half of the AS was added at the start of the second growing season. Phosphorus (0, 100, 200kgPha–1) was supplied as triple super phosphate (TSP), rock phosphate (RP), or diammonium phosphate (DAP) and banded or broadcast. Over four growing seasons, stem volumes increased with AS and P additions. The effects of AS and P each were greatest when the other was also added. Volume was greater when P was applied at 100kgha–1 than in the P control and did not significantly increase further at 200kgPha–1. Phosphorus additions were more effective when added as TSP or DAP than when added as RP, but only in P100 and when banded. Banding increased volume when P was applied at 200kgha–1, but increases were significant only for DAP fertilized trees. Roto-tilling associated with the banding treatment also increased volume when AS and P were not added. Rankings of clones with respect to stem volume varied with N supply and changed over time.  相似文献

为研究转双抗虫基因741杨不同时期扦插苗的抗寒性,以5月、6月、7月、8月嫩枝扦插苗为试验材料,进行低温处理,测定生理反应和恢复生长能力。结果表明,7月、8月嫩枝扦插苗可溶性蛋白质含量低,-15℃以下低温相对电导率明显增高,枝条皮部逐渐变黑,芽失去萌发能力;而5月、6月嫩枝扦插苗对寒冷适应性较强,-15℃以下低温仍具一定恢复生长能力。  相似文献

以小叶杨和北京杨的材性测定值(导管分子长度或木纤维长度或导管腔径)作为因变量,以年轮数作为自变量,建立材性成熟非线性模型,以此为依据讨论成熟龄问题,并对幼龄材在树体内的分布进行分析。导管分子长度、木纤维长度和导管腔径的成熟龄模型为应用分段回归分析方法拟合的二次方程和定数函数结合的非线性方程,方程的决定系数在0 85 7~0 991之间,并在0 1 %水平上达到显著。以导管分子长度作为材性指标,应用这个非线性模型分析的结果表明:材性成熟龄及幼龄材半径因树种、立地的灌溉条件不同存在差异。无灌溉北京杨6~1 0年达到成熟,幼龄材半径为5 2mm左右;无灌溉小叶杨2 4~2 9年达到成熟,幼龄材的半径为90mm左右;灌溉小叶杨1 3~1 5年左右达到成熟,幼龄材的半径为85mm左右。  相似文献

Basedon the results of monitoring the environment of China National Afforestation Project (NAP) and the investigation on insect pests and diseases in 1.2 million ha of plantations, the author elaborates the areas, species and causes of insect pests and diseases occurring in the project's areas and provides fundamental theory for guiding environmental protection and plantation establishment in a sound way. Imperata is shade-intolerant, although little is known of the relative roles of competition for light, water and nutrients in suppressing its growth. Shading of Imperata results in reduced carbohydrate storage, reduced rhizome and tuber-bulb production, reduced shoot dry weight, increased susceptibility to competition, increased susceptibility to herbicides and decreased vigor/regeneration. Herbaceous cover crops in the genera Calapogonium, Crotoleria, Mucuna and Pueraria have been shown to effectively suppress Imperata growth and can be used to prevent and in some cases eradicate Imperata. Tree fallows with fast-growing species such as Sesbania sesban, Acacia nilotica and Leucaena leucocephala can improve soil physical and chemical properties and suppress weed growth. Forest plantations have been successfully used, particularly with the use of moderate to high tillage, weeding and fertilizer inputs to suppress Imperata growth. These plantations produce marketable wood and reclaim the site for other uses. Additional research is needed to evaluate the specific nature of competition and allelopathic effects from Imperata. Continued evaluation of tree species and provenances for Imperata suppression, forms of tillage after woody fallow crops and the constraints to adoption of cover crops and trees as Imperata control measures are also needed.  相似文献
