The comparative effect of reducing the protein content of formulated feed on the growth and survival of black tiger shrimp, Penaeus monodon, and on water quality was tested in outdoor tanks. Three diets, 300, 350 and 400 g kg?1 crude protein (CP), were fed to P. monodon (3.1 g animals, 25 animals per m2) in each of eight replicated outdoor 2500 L tanks in an 8‐week trial. There was no statistical difference (P > 0.05) in shrimp growth rate (1.34–1.50 g week?1), survival, or final biomass between the treatments. However, when tanks with lower survival were removed from the analysis (<60 and <80% were tested), shrimp growth rate was statistically higher (P < 0.05) in the 350 and 400 g kg?1 CP diets than in the 300 g kg?1 CP diet treatment. There were no differences in the nutritional condition of shrimp between treatments, as determined by moisture and protein content, and lipid content of the digestive gland. Using 15N‐nitrogen isotope tracers, it was determined that shrimp were consuming natural biota, although these were unlikely to have contributed substantially to their nutrition. Total nitrogen (TN) concentrations in the water column increased over the eight week experiment and were statistically different (P < 0.001) between treatments (3.60, 5.17 and 6.45 mg L?1 in the 300, 350 and 400 g kg?1 CP treatments, respectively). Concentrations of dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) were also statistically different between treatments and made up 35–40% of the TN in the water column. Concentrations of total ammoniacal nitrogen (TAN) and oxides of nitrogen, and fluorescence were not statistically different between treatments but there was a trend of higher concentrations in treatments with higher protein levels. There was no difference in sediment nutrients between treatments. This study has shown that there is scope to reduce the protein content of P. monodon diets but only by 5–10%. However, further validation of these results in commercial ponds is needed. Reducing the feed protein content may result in cost savings and also has the advantage of improving water quality and reducing nitrogen discharge.  相似文献

Finfish pens are point sources of dissolved nutrients released from fish metabolism or degradation of solid wastes. Nutrients leaching from uneaten feed and faeces are not usually quantified in mass budgets for these systems, leading to an overestimation of fish retention or deposition to the seabed. In this study, we investigated nutrient leaching from pellets and baitfish feed as well as faeces of southern bluefin tuna (Thunnus maccoyii) into seawater. Faeces were nitrogen depleted (51–54 mg N g−1 dw) and phosphorus enriched (62–72 mg P g−1 dw) compared with feeds (83–111 mg N g−1 dw and 17–21 mg P g−1 dw). Less phosphorus was available for leaching from pellets and faeces of pellet‐fed tuna (5–6%) than from baitfish and faeces of baitfish‐fed tuna (17–21%). The proportion of soluble nitrogen in pellets (15%) was also lower than in baitfish and faeces (35–43%). Leaching loads for a feed conversion ratio of 5 were estimated as 22 and 26 kg N tonne−1 growth when baitfish or pellets were used as feed respectively. Phosphorus loads were estimated as 15 and 4 kg P tonne−1 growth respectively. More than 90% of nitrogen loads, and approximately 50% of phosphorus, are likely to be released into seawater before solid wastes reach the seafloor.  相似文献

Copper has an essential role in normal fur pigmentation and fur quality. This study evaluated the effects of cupric citrate (CuCit) supplementation on growth, nutrients metabolism and pelt characteristics of the female silver fox (Vulpes fulva). Fifty age‐matched female silver foxes with similar body weights were randomly divided into five dietary groups for 58 days during the winter fur‐growing season. The basal diet contained 4.92 mg/kg copper. Groups I‐V were supplemented with 6, 30, 60, 90 or 150 mg Cu from CuCit per 1 kg dry matter basal diet. Serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher (P < 0.05) in those fed 90 mg/kg Cu than those fed 150 mg/kg Cu. Pelt total thickness was significantly higher (P < 0.05) in those fed 30 mg/kg Cu than foxes fed 6 mg/kg Cu supplemented diet, but were similar to the other groups. Length of guard hair was significantly lower (P < 0.05) in those fed 90 mg/kg Cu than fed 6 mg/kg Cu and 30 mg/kg Cu, but were similar to the other groups. Length of underhair was significantly higher (P < 0.05) in those fed 6 mg/kg Cu than those fed 90 mg/kg Cu, but was similar to the other groups. Considering decreasing environmental contamination and improving pelt performance, supplementing 30 mg/kg Cu from CuCit (actual copper 35 mg/kg dry matter) is appropriate for female silver fox.  相似文献

随着生活水平的提高,人们对蔬菜的需求不单是数量上的满足,而是食物结构的优化以及营养与保健。阳荷作为山区特有的一种药食同源野生蔬菜,其春季初生笋芽肉质鲜嫩肥厚,香味浓郁独特,维生素C、粗纤维等营养物质含量较普通蔬菜更高,市场需求逐渐增大。文章从栽培基质、营养配方组成两方面对阳荷笋软化栽培技术进行研究,并检测其营养成分。以河沙基质为对照,河沙加有机肥产量提高53.8%,土壤基质产量提高30.9%;软化栽培使鲜笋中可溶性糖提高3.57倍,维生素含量提高7.55倍,但软化栽培的微量元素含量普遍比大田种植的低。  相似文献

采用树干注射输液法在老龄RRIM600橡胶树上进行相同配比不同浓度的营养液注输施肥试验。连续注输营养液2个月和4个月后分别对各试验处理后橡胶树胶乳的产量和叶片中养分元素含量进行定量分析。结果显示:在本试验条件下,树干注输营养液施肥法对橡胶树的胶乳产量没有显著的影响,但有助于提高橡胶树叶片中营养元素含量。相同配比不同浓度的营养液连续注输2个月后橡胶叶片中大部分养分元素含量均有一定程度的增长,连续注输4个月后各试验处理的差异开始显现。输液后叶片中养分元素增长量最大的溶液配比浓度为:尿素0.1 g/L,磷酸二氢钾6.81 mg/L,硫酸钾50.6 mg/L,硫酸镁34.5 mg/L,硫酸铜1 mg/L,硫酸亚铁1.39 g/L,硫酸锰2 mg/L,硫酸锌1 mg/L,硼酸2 mg/L。  相似文献

以间作胶园的土壤为材料,以单作胶园土壤为对照,采用土壤常规分析方法分别测定其中的主要营养成分。结果表明,间作的9种豆科作物均不同程度的降低了胶园土壤的有机质、全氮(除间作凉薯和黎豆的土壤全氮含量略高于不间作土壤外)、全磷、速效磷含量及pH值,不同程度的增加了铵态氮、硝态氮、全钾及速效钾含量。说明成龄胶园间作豆科作物能改善土壤的硝态氮、铵态氮、全钾及速效钾含量,短时期内提高了土壤的供氮、供钾能力,但降低了土壤磷含量和土壤磷的供应能力。由此可见,在成龄胶园内进行间作,必须加强作物施肥,以实现土壤养分的收支平衡,维护土壤功能、保护土壤质量。  相似文献

[目的]研究植被恢复对砒砂岩区土壤水分和养分的影响状况,明确对于砒砂岩地区土壤保水保肥效果最佳的植被恢复类型,为砒砂岩区的生态修复和区域水土流失治理提供理论依据。[方法]选取准格尔旗暖水乡裸露砒砂岩向覆土砒砂岩过渡区域,以黄土—砒砂岩交界带不同人工恢复植被和自然恢复草地的土壤为研究对象,测定土壤水分和养分含量,分析不同植被恢复和覆土厚度对砒砂岩区土壤水分和养分特征的影响(其中天然草地作为对照)。[结果](1)裸露砒砂岩向覆土砒砂岩过渡区域土壤水分含量主要受黄土厚度影响,黄土的持水性能优于砒砂岩土壤,养分含量主要受植被恢复类型影响;(2)研究区土壤各指标均属于中等变异程度,其中土壤水分、碳、氮含量自北向南随覆土厚度增加逐渐增加,磷素分布则相反;(3)对比天然草地,沙棘和油松恢复对砒砂岩区土壤碳、氮含量的提升效果最好,土壤有机质含量分别提高了43.12%和34.27%,全氮提高了78.95%和42.11%,铵态氮提高25.64%和46.15%,硝态氮提高69.44%和42.22%。其中油松恢复下土壤水分含量高于天然草地54.55%,但人工植被恢复后的土壤磷素水平并没有提升。[结论]黄土较砒...  相似文献

贵州是我国第二大烤烟种植省份,为获得更高的经济效益,烟区常采用连作的种植模式。本研究采取大田试验,通过设置4个处理:烤烟连作(T)、白菜-烤烟轮作(C-T)、豌豆-烤烟轮作(P-T)、绿肥-烤烟轮作(GM-T),分析不同烤烟种植模式对贵州土壤养分、酶活性及细菌群落结构的影响。结果表明,烤烟轮作使土壤有机质(SOM)、阳离子交换量(CEC)、全氮(TN)、微生物量碳(MBC)、微生物量氮(MBN)和微生物量磷(MBP)分别提高了0.77%~12.44%、10.78%~38.51%、11.76%~17.65%、10.65%~20.67%、36.58%~160.36%和14.66%~36.21%;土壤中铵态氮(AN)、硝态氮(NN)、有效磷(AP)和速效钾(AK)含量分别降低了1.01%~71.67%、19.29%~24.32%、23.09%~52.21%和6.18%~10.09%。与T处理相比,烤烟轮作提高了土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,提升幅度为12.38%~42.96%和4.00%~22.67%,以GM-T处理效果最佳。同时,烤烟轮作提高了细菌OTU数量,并改变了细菌群落的相对丰度,但未对细菌群落组成产生影响。此外,轮作还增加了土壤中有益细菌类群数量,尤其是杆菌类细菌。冗余分析(RDA)结果显示,MBP是驱动群落变异的主要因子,且与黄杆菌属和褚氏杆菌属呈正相关关系。综上所述,通过烤烟轮作可以均衡土壤养分、改善土壤微环境,以GM-T处理效果最佳。本研究结果可为贵州省烤烟的种植提供理论参考,为解决烤烟连作问题提供技术支撑。  相似文献

为了探究控释尿素掺混肥与玉米秸秆长期互作对麦季土壤酶活性和土壤养分状况的影响,基于华北平原棕壤区小麦—玉米轮作8年定位施肥试验,对比研究了玉米秸秆还田(S)与不还田条件下施用控释尿素掺混肥(CRF)与普通尿素掺混肥(BBF)对麦季土壤酶活性及土壤养分的影响。结果表明:秸秆不还田条件下,CRF处理较BBF处理显著提高土壤中性磷酸酶(返青期和成熟期)、蔗糖酶(返青期和孕穗期)和纤维素酶(返青期和孕穗期)活性及成熟期有机质、硝态氮和有效磷含量,其中,成熟期中性磷酸酶活性显著提高29.6%,硝态氮含量显著提高34.8%。秸秆还田条件下,BBF+S处理成熟期脲酶、纤维素酶,孕穗期中性磷酸酶活性显著高于CRF+S处理,其他时期2种类型掺混肥土壤酶活性无显著差异。CRF+S处理成熟期土壤全氮、有机质、硝态氮和有效磷含量显著高于BBF+S处理。氮肥种类和玉米秸秆还田的交互作用对土壤中性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和纤维素酶活性及土壤全氮、硝态氮、铵态氮、有效磷和速效钾含量影响显著,秸秆还田较不还田处理显著提高中性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性、速效钾和有效磷含量。综上表明,玉米秸秆还田和不还田条件下控释尿素掺混肥较普通尿素掺混肥处理均能显著增加土壤有机质含量,提高小麦后期速效氮磷养分的供应强度和供应容量,其中玉米秸秆还田配施控释尿素掺混肥处理在提高土壤酶活性和土壤养分方面表现最优。研究结果可为秸秆还田下氮肥优化施用提供理论依据。  相似文献
