计算机数据通信规约测试及故障分析系统

为确保电网调度自动化系统(EMS／DMS)远动信息准确可靠，本文结合电网调度自动化系统生产运行维护中的实际应用情况，叙述了利用实时数据通信规约测试及故障分析系统准确诊断并快速处理解决远动信息的故障与异常问题及生产应用等进行了阐述。     

Cryosurvival and pregnancy rates: One‐step protocol for freezing–thawing Shangri‐la Yak (Bos grunniens) Embryos

The yak is one of the most important and economically useful animals for highlanders. The decline in the yak population requires effective measures for the conservation and multiplication of elite germplasm. A standardized protocol will simplify the freezing and warming of yak embryos in straw and facilitate embryo transfer. In this work, we investigated a one‐step protocol that uses a stable basal medium, which comprised a warming medium (1.08 M sucrose) and a freezing medium (EFS40). We also assessed the effects of the new transfer method on embryo survival. A total of 145 yak frozen embryos were thawed in a standard medium system. The one‐step protocol led to a high recovery percentage (84.93) of yak embryos that survived vitrification and warming. The in vitro survival rates of these embryos significantly different from those of embryos frozen–thawed via the conventional method. The 95 embryos frozen–thawed via our one‐step protocol were then implanted in selected recipients. Thirty‐six singleton pregnancies were established. In conclusion, the proposed one‐step method is a simple, safe, and standardized freezing–thawing protocol that ensures embryo survival and quality under field conditions. This study establishes new possibilities for the widespread use of embryo transfer in yaks.     

基于CAN总线技术的客车远程监测系统设计

为保障营运车辆安全运行,提高运营企业的管理水平,避免财产损失和灾难性事故的发生,本设计整合了MC9S12DG128B微控制器及DS-8104HM-M嵌入式车载录像机,采用CAN总线技术及3G无线通信技术等,开发了营运客车运行状态远程监测系统。通过系统研究和多次试验表明:该系统能实时采集并上传CAN总线信息和视频数据流,监控管理平台可实时监测到营车辆状态参数及车内影像,完成了预期的各项功能。     

一种基于RIPv2的轻量级IP/SDN混合互联架构

分析了现有IP/SDN混合互联架构方案的优缺点,提出一个基于RIPv2路由协议的轻量级IP/SDN互联架构.其主要原理是将SDN网络抽象成RIPv2协议中的单个虚拟路由节点,在控制器内部实现RIPv2路由表和Openflow流表信息的转换.从RIPv2的协议角度来看,无论SDN网络内部包含多少个交换机和子网,网络报文穿过该SDN,其跳数只经过1跳.在开源控制器Floodlight上实现了该架构并进行了试验验证和性能评估.与现有架构相比,该架构不需要增加额外的协议转换设备,能够实现与传统IP网络的多出口节点互联,且具有较低的性能开销,适用于中小型园区网的IP/SDN互联场景.     

基于Modbus协议的棉花加工测控系统设计

针对中国棉花加工过程中存在的加工设备故障率高、故障处理时间长的问题,研发了一套基于Modbus协议的棉花加工测控系统。系统设计了电流检测装置和转速检测装置,用于检测棉花加工设备运行电流与转速参数,采用数据挖掘故障诊断技术,分析加工设备故障特征,判断加工设备运行状态。在测控系统数据通讯过程中,传感器与控制器之间采用Modbus RTU协议、触摸屏与上位机之间采用Modbus TCP协议,确保设备运行参数的安全传输。棉花加工测控系统一个轧季的正常运行,有效降低了设备故障率,减少了故障处理时间,验证了整个系统设计的可行性和正确性。     

棉花RAPD分析条件优化探讨

利用不同的引物、引物浓度、复性温度、ｄＮＴＰｓ浓度、Ｔａｑ酶含量等对棉花品种鄂荆１号、ＰｉｍａＳ－３进行ＲＡＰＤ分析。结果表明，高温复性有利于提高扩增带型的特异性。低Ｍｇ２＋浓度易导致小片断扩增，高Ｍｇ３＋浓度易产生非特异带型。ｄＮＴＰｓ浓度增加导致扩增带型的数目减少。双引物扩增带型与卓引物相比可以检测到更多的品种间遗传差异。根据上述分析，棉花ＲＡＰＤ分析反应物组成为：１Ｘ反应ｂｕｆｆｃｒ、１．８ｍｍｏｌ．Ｌ－１Ｍｇ２＋、０．１６ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ｄＮＴＰｓ、４０ｎｇＤＮＡ、０．６μｍｏｌ．Ｌ－１随机引物、Ｔａｑ酶１．５单位，加双蒸水至２５μｌ反应体系。     

Development of Technology of DSP Based Mechanical Vibration Data Real-time Ethernet Transmission

In accordance with the requirements of industrial mechanical vibration field data real-time transmission in the condition of multi-survey-point and mass data acquisition, an Ethernet data transmission method based on Ethernet controller RTL8019AS and TMS320C5402 DSP is presented. Packing data from A/D into UDP and IP package and controlling RTL8019AS through I/O mapped registers, high-speed DSP makes real-time communication high performance. Ethernet frame protocol and TCP/IP protocol are simplified for the specific purpose. And the interface technology between Ethernet controller RTL8019AS and DSP is solved. The system evaluation and debugging are made.     

Design of an Agent Communication Architecture Based on KQML

Inter-communication marks a highlight of Multi - Agent system research, KQML (Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) is widely used for agent communication. After analyzing and researching the structure of KQML which including the communication protocol defined in the language, the content of the language, message router and facilitator , we design an agent communication architecture which solves the communication problems of agents in our inte-grative and intelligent backup system ( ADP) and provide its implementation methods.     

Research of Real-time Computer Network Protocol Based on UDP Protocol and Virtual Token

Aiming at the urge demand of a large amount of real-time data transmit in industry and academy fields, the authors analyze the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of present protocols, take advantage of UDP protocol and standard 802.4 of Token Bus. The real-time network protocol is presented based on UDP protocol and virtual token. And this paper illuminates the principle of real-time quality and reliability about the protocol, giving the frame format of the protocol and the format of Virtual Token. It demonstrates the capability of the protocol with a point-to-point transmit example that constructed according to this protocol.
