网络安全应急响应体系研究

计算机网络给人们生活带来开放与便利,但也因网络安全问题使人们受到困扰与遭受损失,而信息安全响应体系就是为降低这些危害而在保护体系之外建立的防范措施。     

农户有机农业种植意愿的实证研究——基于陕西洋县有机水稻农户调查数据的分析

有机农业是生态文明建设在农业上的具体实践,有利于促进农业现代化进程和供给侧结构性改革。以朱鹮国家级自然保护区周边社区有机水稻种植为例,实证分析了农户有机农业种植意愿及影响因素。研究表明:虽然农户生态保护意识有所提高,但有机水稻种植意愿并不高,近1/4的实际种植农户不愿意继续种植有机水稻。家庭人均纯收入、非农收入占比、人均水田面积、购销服务水平、个人教育程度、生态意识等对农户有机水稻种植意愿有显著正向影响。根据研究结论,提出着眼于农户切身利益、促进劳动力转移、完善合作社和相关有机农业政策、增加人力资本投资和提高农户生态意识等提高农户有机水稻种植意愿的对策建议。     

Cost Management of Real Estate Development

After China's entry into WTO, some well-rounded foreign real estate agencies and home financial company have entered into China's real estate market. Encountered with gradually matured market, the real estate enterprises pay more attention to the issue of how to preserve the biggest profit space. In this paper, the cost management will be investigated deeply and related measures will be put forward. This paper follows the principle of standing out the emphasis and exploring deeply the essential problem. With the theory-coupled-examples method, the fundamentality of cost management in decision-making and programming design stage is studied. The object system method is used to evaluate the quality of the decision-making and using compound engineering designing principle to manage the cost. The results prove that the decision-making as well as programming design stage is the key of cost management, which should be taken seriously by China's real estate enterprises.     

Process control for block erection of towering structures by bliding

Towering structures are usually of imposing height, heavy weight and poor bending and torsional rigidities. Hence, their block erection is a technology-intensive cours. Traditional manual control can hardly meet the requirements of the overall process and guarantee its safety. The combination of computer technology with conventional hoisting techniques is applied to the block erection process of towering structures to do the process study of the hoisting system first of all, and to acquire data with instruments and devices according to the process study so as to aid the decision-making and process control of block erection, to realize automatic execution of emergency measures and to guarantee the safety in the course of hoisting.     

Power Plant Bid Decision-making Stragegy Based on Accounting Theory

The main theortical basis that management accountant can be regarded as electricity-generating commerce is brought forward.The main contents of management accountant,such as cost analysis,quantity benefit analysis,estimate analysis,the decision analysis,the budget,cost control,responsibility center,the possibility of the indetermination analysis theories on generating electricity,feasibility and advantages,are analyzed and demonstrated in detail.Based on these works and combining knowledge of computer,related knowledge about power and the latest rules of electric power market,the functional design for the power plant biding for on-net assistant system is completed.The power plant bid decision-making stragegy includes following functions: receiving and declareing the data of the electric power market,protecting cost analysis,protecting price decision,predicting load,safe area analysis,superior distribution,settle accounts,sensitivity analysis,controlling plan management and risk analysis etc.     

A MCDM-based model for vendor selection: a case study in the particleboard industry

We investigated procurement of raw materials for particleboard to minimize costs and develop an efficient optimization model for product mix.In a multiple-vendor market,vendors must be evaluated based on specified criteria.Assuming sourcing from the highest-scoring vendors,annual purchase quantities are then planned.To meet procurement needs,we first propose a model to describe the problem.Then,an appropriate multi-criteria decision making(MCDM) technique is selected to solve it.We ran the model using commercial software such as LINGO and then compared the model results to a real case involving one of the largest particleboard manufacturers in the region.The model run based real data yielded a procurement program that is more efficient and lower in cost than the program currently in use.Use of this procurement modelling approach would yield considerable financial returns.     

多目标决策灰色关联投影法在生态脆弱性评价中的应用

【目的】为生态脆弱性评价提供了一个可行的方法,同时应用生态脆弱性分区结果可为后续的生态环境恢复重建工作、制定综合治理策略及区域可持续发展规划提供依据。【方法】以典型生态脆弱区贵州省为研究区,根据导致该省生态环境脆弱的自然-结果表现因素,构建科学客观的评价指标体系,运用多目标决策灰色关联投影法进行生态脆弱性分析评价。【结果】结果显示,贵州省生态脆弱性从小到大为:贵阳市>黔西南布依族苗族自治州>六盘水市>铜仁市>黔东南苗族侗族自治州>安顺市>黔南布依族苗族自治州>遵义市>毕节市。【结论】多目标决策灰色关联投影法在生态脆弱性评价中的运用具有可行性,本研究评价结果与前人研究结果相对一致,可用于生态环境建设参考。     

基于Vague集的多属性多专家决策购书模型

高校图书馆的职能是为师生提供有效的信息以满足教学、科研的需要。图书馆每年纸质图书的采购是一项重要工作,所采购图书的品质直接影响教辅的成效及馆藏的质量。根据各学院教师对图书的各属性评判信息,引入Vague值的一些运算法则及得分函数,在专家权重给定的条件下,建立基于Vague值加权算术平均算子集结的图书优劣排序模型,为新书采购提供有效的参考信息。
