水科学中应用数理统计方法应注意

对回归方程误差的影响因素进行了分析，导出了回归方程的均方误差与其影响因素之间的关系式。分析表明，复相关系数(或相关系数)一定时，倚变量的变差系数越大，回归方程的均方误差就越大；回归分析时，应对回归方程的误差进行分析。对于样本均值估计总体均值，给出了基于误差限制的样本容量的计算式。研究表明，应考虑样本变差系数对估计精度的影响。     

Evaluation of a Bacillus stearothermophilus tube test as a screening tool for anticoccidial residues in poultry

A Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidolactis C953 tube test was evaluated for its ability in detecting the residue of selected anticoccidial drugs in poultry, specically sulfamethazine, furazolidone, and amprolium. Various concentrations of each drug were injected into chicken liver and kidney tissues and these tissues were tested to determine the drug detection limits for each drug. The detection limit was defined as the drug concentration at which 95% of the test results were interpreted as positive. The limits of detection in liver tissue were 0.35 µg/ml for furazolidone, 0.70 µg/ml for sulfamethazine and 7.80 µg/ml for amprolium. In kidney tissues, they were 0.30 µg/ml for furazolidone, 0.54 µg/ml for sulfamethazine, and 7.6 µg/ml for amprolium. It was concluded that this tube test could be used to screen for the residue of these three drugs in poultry.

提出一种推广一次二阶矩法的算法，解决了关于相关正态随机向量的非线性极限状态方程下结构可靠度计算问题，在理论上论证了方法的可行性，实例计算表明了方法的有效性。     

Failure criterion for timber beams loaded in bending,compression and shear

Abstract

Based on the elastic–plastic strength calculation, necessary for precise data explanation, a derivation is given of the failure criterion for combined bending, compression and shear. This exact limit state criterion should replace the unacceptable unsafe criteria of Eurocode 5 (EN 1995-1-1:2004). It is shown that the principle used thus far, of limited “flow” in axial compression as a determining failure criterion, for example, predicting no influence of a size effect, does not hold. Instead, it is derived and confirmed by the data that bending tension failure is always determining, showing the existence of a size effect, and correction of the existing calculation method is therefore necessary. Because of the primary importance of the size effect for the strengths, also for combined bending–compression, a simple derivation of the size effect design equations is given and discussed in an appendix.     

森林采伐限额与林业企业生产经营优化的探讨

简述了实施森林采伐限额制度的意义，以及实施限量采伐对林业企业经济的影响。利用投入产出与线性规划最优化模型对林业企业生产经营进行优化设计，提出了解决林业企业民限量采伐矛盾的方法和途径。     

Induced thermotolerance and expression of heat shock protein 70 in sea cucumber <Emphasis Type="Italic">Apostichopus japonicus</Emphasis>

ABSTRACT:   Thermal limits, induced thermotolerance and the expression of heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) in an echinoderm Apostichopus japonicus were studied. The sublethal and lethal temperatures for the juveniles were 30 and 34°C, respectively; a previous sublethal heat shock exposure (30°C, 2 h) could increase the survival rates of the sea cucumbers when they were exposed to 34°C. This induced thermotolerance could last for at least 2 days. Levels of Hsp70 increased substantially after sublethal heat shock exposure and linearly decreased with time. This result indicated that a close relationship existed between the induction of thermotolerance and the levels of Hsp70 in A. japonicus.

桉树E uca lyp tus为世界热带、亚热带地区的极有价值的造林树种.对邓恩桉在湘中地区引种后的生长情况进行调查.结果表明:在桉树引种北缘区,邓恩桉年平均高生长为2.3~3.0 m,胸径生长2.2~3.0 cm,表现出一定的抗瘠薄能力、抗寒耐寒性和速生性.扼要地总结了邓恩桉种苗繁殖技术的进展,并就存在的问题提出了解决方法.
