曲拉通和硝酸混合溶液直接提取快速测定草鱼中铅含量

为建立快速测定草鱼中铅含量的方法,通过分析曲拉通和硝酸混合溶液浓度、提取时间、称样定容体积比例等因素的影响,以及基体改进剂的使用效果,确定了草鱼中铅元素提取测定的最佳条件。验证结果显示：采用曲拉通和硝酸混合溶液提取草鱼中铅元素方法的提取率为86.5%～95.6%,加标回收率为91.5%～95.6%,精密度均小于4.0%,检出限和定量限分别为0.011和0.032 mg/kg,满足了国家标准GB 5009.12—2017第一法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的要求。与国家标准方法比较,本研究建立方法的样品前处理时间从4～12 h缩短至0.2 h内,酸试剂用量从湿法消解的7～12 mL减少至1～2 mL;前处理过程无需高温消解,无需其他前处理设备,避免了样品污染和待测元素损失,实现了降低分析成本以及保护环境和试验人员的目的。结果表明,该方法是一种简单、准确、绿色、快速测定草鱼中铅含量的方法,尤其适合大量样品检测。     

猴痘病原学、流行病学特征及其检测防控技术

2022年5月以来,全球暴发了严重的猴痘疫情,截至2022年12月14日已有超过100个国家和地区报告出现82 553例人间猴痘病例,我国也发现了6例境外输入病例。此次全球流行的猴痘病毒与2018年和2019年英国流行株一致,属于分支Ⅱ（西非分支）的Ⅱb亚分支。猴痘从动物感染人主要通过直接接触传播,人间传播途径也较多,其中性传播为2022年疫情的主要传播途径。猴痘的检测方法有多种,其中实时荧光定量PCR核酸检测方法主要用于早期检测,酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）血清学方法常用于流行病学调查,但最终确诊还需要进行病毒分离培养和基因组分析。世界卫生组织（WHO）建议,从中断人际传播、保护处境危险易感人群、减少人和动物间传播3个方面开展猴痘防控。目前无有效的猴痘疫苗及防治药物,但天花疫苗可以对其提供85%的保护。我国应时刻保持警惕,建立完善的猴痘防控策略,防止疫情传入国内,同时应继续加强猴痘病毒检测技术研究和应用评估,做好技术储备。本文从猴痘病原学、流行病学、检测技术、防控措施等方面加以综述,以期帮助相关人员全面认识猴痘,提高防范意识,同时为相关机构做好防控及技术储备工作提供参考。     

香蕉抗病基因类似序列(RGA)的克隆与分析

根据植物NBS类抗病基因保守氨基酸序列P-loop和疏水氨基酸GLPL保守序列设计简并引物,从香蕉抗镰刀菌枯萎病(4号小种)材料IN21(Musa spp.cv). 'IN21',AA)和Rose(M.spp.cv.'rose',AAA)的基因组DNA中扩增获得4个RGA,四条DNA片段长度分别为527 bp、537 bp、534 bp和547 bp,分别命名为"RGA-IN1"、"RGA-IN2"、"RGA-Rosel"和"RGA-Rose2"(GenBank Accession:EF488469、EF488470、EF488471和EF488472);同源性分析表明,均与已报道的植物抗病基因有不同程度的同源性,具有P-loop、Kinase-2、RNBS-B(Kinase-3a)以及GLPL等保守氨基酸序列,属于non-TIR-NBS类候选抗病基因.     

Performance Analysis of MIPv4 Regional Registration Combined with Low Latency Handoffs

The mechanism of MIPv4 regional registration and the low latency handoff protocols are introduced. Ways and procedure of pre-registration handoff and post-registration handoff are discussed also. The authors analyze the performance of the low latency handoff protocols combined with low latency handoffs over a wireless access based on IEEE 802. 11 standard in a tree-like network topology. The performance of pre-registration and post-registration scheme is given by simulation.     

Model of Survivable Architecture

Critical information system in Interact is in face of increasingly security problems. More attention has been focused on the survivability of information system, which is the capability of system to continue its mission even in the presence of damage to the system. The authors first introduce the definition of survivability. According to four function properties of survivability, which are Resistance, Recognition, Recovery, and Adaption, the authors design a model of survivable system structure and then explain survivability requirement, survivability strategy in this model. Additionally, they provide possible technical solutions for the survivability of systems, categorized by different aspects of our survivability strategy.     

Rectangular Cover System of Manifold Method and Its Auto Mesh Algorithm

In contrast to the finite element method, another form of numerical method which is based on the using of rectangular math covers in manifold method is proposed. In this method, the element data is not a necessary in the input data files and it can be incorporated with the CAD technology conveniently. The theory and application of the method are discussed and the auto mesh algorithm of the cover system is also given in this paper. The numerical examples indicate that the method and the algorithm are accurate and effective.     

A NEW TESTABILITY MEASURE OF DIGITAL CIRCUITS

A new scoap-like testability measure SCTM(a signal conflict oriented testability meaure) is presented, which represents not only the difficulty to control and observe the value of a node,but also the probability to cause signal conflict in the process of test generation. A parallel calculation scheme is offered, which speeds up the calculation m/2 times. Here m is the word length of a computer.     

内毒素对肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞内分泌一氧化氮和内皮素的影响

目的是研究内毒素（lipopolysaccharide; LPS）导致肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞损伤的作用机制。将所培养的肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分为空白对照组和LPS组，每组按时间分为4个亚组：3h、6h、9h、12h。空白对照组加维持培养液，LPS组加1μg/ml LPS培养液，在CO2培养箱内静置培养。结果表明，一氧化氮（NO）分泌明显升高，3h后达到高峰，随后逐渐降低，而内皮素（endothelin; ET）分泌急剧升高，9h后达到高峰，随后又开始逐渐降低，但一直保持在较高的水平。所以引起了NO和ET的升高可能是LPS导致肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞的损伤机制。     

The Algorithm of Searching out the Least and Most Loops by Making Use of Direction Factor

Based upon the conception of the least loop,the most loop and direction factor presented by the author firstly,the algorithm of searching out the least and most loops has been designed.By building the adjoining matrix, confirming the start-point of searching,vectorizing the searching sides,calculating the direction factor of adjoining sides,we can search out the next side of the least loop or the most loop rapidly.With a valid searching side being confirmed at every searching and the searching scope being reduced by forming degenerate graph,the time compexity of the algorithm is much less. In the research of the automatic calculating system of construction quantities, the problem of houses partition and out-wall partition had been solved succesfully by utilizing this searching algorithm.
