枣花发育过程中糖类物质的分布与变化

以壶瓶枣为试材,通过组织学制片,运用PAS-苏木精复染和汞-溴酚蓝法对材料进行染色,用显微镜观察了花芽形态分化过程及其花器官中的糖类物质分布。结果表明,从枣吊萌动到花开,淀粉粒在各个分生组织分裂最旺盛的细胞中逐渐积累;随着花器官的发育,在萼片中形成囊状特化大细胞,到花粉粒成熟时布满萼片、花瓣和花托,标志着糖类物质积累达到高峰;但是当花开时,这些囊状特化大细胞中的糖类物质消失,变成空腔。

Expression of IGFBP2 and IGFBP4 in hepatocytes with experimental injury

AIM:To explore the mechanism of IGFBP2 and IGFBP4 in hepatocytes with injury induced by TNF-α and TGF-β1. METHODS:Human hepatocyte line (HL-7702) was cultured in vitro and treated with TNF-α or TGF-β1 for 24 h. The expression of IGFBP2 and IGFBP4 was detected by immunochemistry staining. The inhibition ratio of hepatocytes was detected by MTT assay. HL-7702 was treated with TNF-α at concentration of 20 μg/L for 48 h, then the apoptosis of hepatocytes was detected by both Annexin-V /PI and TUNEL assay. RESULTS:The expression of IGFBP2 and IGFBP4 in TNF-α or TGF-β1 treated groups was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The positive staining of IGFBP2 and IGFBP4 in TNF-α (20 μg/L) treated groups or TGF-β1 (4 μg/L) treated groups was the strongest among all groups. A positive correlation was found between IGFBP2 or IGFBP4 and inhibitory ratio of hepatocytes (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with normal control group, the percentage of apoptosis markedly increased in TNF-α (20 μg/L) treated group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:IGFBP2 and IGFBP4 involved in the injury process in hepatocytes, indicating an important role in injury of hepatocytes induced by TNF-α or TGF-β1.     

Effect of fractalkine on the expression and secretion of MMP-2 in human monocytes

AIM: To study the effect of fractalkine (CX3CL1, Fkn) on the expression and secretion of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in cultured human monocyte line U937 cells. METHODS: The cultured U937 cells were incubated with recombinant human Fkn, the supernatant of human renal mesangial cells (HRMC) and Fkn neutralizing antibodies for 24 h. The mRNA expression of MMP-2 was analyzed by RT-PCR. The production of MMP-2 in the supernatant was analyzed by gelatin zymography. RESULTS: The level of MMP-2 mRNA and protein in the cells incubated with recombinant human Fkn decreased compared to control group. Similarly, the level of MMP-2 mRNA in the cells incubated with the supernatant of HRMC reduced compared to control group. However, the level of MMP-2 mRNA and protein in the cells incubated with the supernatant of HRMC adding Fkn neutralizing antibodies increased compared to that incubated with the supernatant of HRMC. CONCLUSION: Fkn inhibits the expression and secretion of MMP-2 in cultured U937 cells. HRMC might mediate the expression and secretion of MMP-2 in U937 cells through Fkn.

杉木新造幼林施肥方案优选的初步研究

杉木新造幼林不同施肥方案的试验结果表明,施肥对杉木新造幼树生长具有明显的促进作用。经多目标决策分析确定,造林前施基肥钙镁磷600 kg.hm-2、造林当年追肥施复合肥180 kg.hm-2为最佳施肥方案,其次为施基肥钙镁磷600 kg.hm-2、追肥施尿素180 kg.hm-2。生产上可根据实际情况选择应用。     

Collection,Evaluation,and Utilization of Cotton Germplasm in China

A total of 8193 accessions,including 6822 Gossypium hirsutum,350 G.hirsutum race (sub-spe-cies),385 of G.barbadense,378 of G.arboreum,17 of G.herbaceum and 41 wild species,of cotton germplasm are now maintained in China.This germplasm is kept in Beijing National Long-term Genebank and Anyang Cotton Medium-term Genebank.Live plants of the wild species are kept in Cotton garden at Hainan Island.     

哲罗鱼精子的超微结构

应用透射电镜观察了乌苏里江哲罗鱼(Hucho taimen)精子的超微结构.哲罗鱼的精子由头部、中段和尾部组成.头部呈卵圆形,主要结构是细胞核.核前端无顶体,后端有植入窝,核中染色质致密,存在着不规则的网络状间隙.中段包括中心粒复合体和袖套.近端中心粒为9组三联微管结构,与远端中心粒相互垂直.袖套与细胞核后端相连,含有丰富的线粒体和囊泡,部分线粒体彼此融合,形成复合线粒体.尾部细长,主要结构是轴丝,为典型的"9 2"微管结构.尾部的近核段有许多囊泡包围着轴丝,远核段则无此结构.尾部有对称排列的波纹状侧鳍.
