浅谈进一步提高教学质量的措施

提高教学质量是促进学校全面发展的关键因素之一,有着重要的意义.本文从提高教师自身素质、激发学生能动性、加强教学管理三个方面阐述了进一步提高教学质量的措施.     

Antibody directed against Marek's disease-associated tumor surface antigen can be eluted from Marek's disease tumor cells.

Antibody directed against Marek's disease-associated tumor surface antigen (MATSA) was eluted from tumor cells of lymphomas and peripheral blood lymphocytes that were isolated from Marek's disease virus-infected chickens. Feather follicular Marek's disease virus (MDV) antigen could not be demonstrated with this antibody by indirect immunofluorescent (IF) staining. Monoclonal antibody directed against MATSA could completely block the activity of eluted antibody and vice versa. By indirect IF staining using eluted antibody and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) labelled antichicken globulin conjugate. MATSA-bearing cells were detected in MDV infected and herpes virus of turkey (HVT) vaccinated birds. Blocking of immunoglobulin molecules present on B-cells by anti-chicken globulin is critical in this test.     

四川乐山地区紫茎泽兰的入侵定殖和风险评估

本文报道了四川省乐山地区犍为县塘坝乡境内入侵新物种一紫茎泽兰的分布、发生和定殖入侵情况。结合紫茎泽兰的生物学特性和当地的地理气候特征，对紫茎泽兰入侵乐山及其近邻地区的风险进行评估。

鸡白血病病毒抗原ELISA试剂盒的研制和应用

以双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ＤＡＳ－ＥＬＩＳＡ）为基本原理，成功地研制出鸡白血病病毒抗原ＥＬＩＳＡ试剂盒，该试剂盒与国外同类试剂盒相比，具备相同的特异性和敏感性，对ＲＡＶ－１纯化样品的最小检出量可达０．７８ｕｇ／ｍｌ，且敏感性高于直接补体结合试验。经初步应用发现，我国商品种鸡群ＡＬＶ阳性率为０．７－１４％，在部分ＳＰＦ鸡群中未检出阳性鸡。     

Assessment of Negative Training on the Use of Cubicle Beds by Heifers

40 in-calf heifers were observed to examine the effect of timbers placing in passage area on their use of cubicle beds. Prior to the experiment preliminary observation was taken on these 40 heifers and they were divided into two even groups (cubicle user(or control) group versus cubicle refusal (or experimental) group by whether they properly used the cubicle beds or not. The timbers were placed in passage and feeding areas for the cubicle refusal group to force the animls to lie in the cubicle beds. The results of this experiment showed that feeding behaviour was unaffected by the presence of the timbers, but lying acitvity was about 8% higher for the experimental group, which led to a mean of almost 2 hours longer lying time over 24 h. After the timbers were removed, there was a significant decline in lying by the experimental group. The diurnal pattern of lying behaviour in cubicles indicated that the major effect on lying activity exerted by the presence of the timbers was seen during midnight to 10:00 a

遗传同型交配下母子间基因型联合分布的信息熵性质

定义了遗传同型交配下一对等位基因群体的基因库信息熵和基因型信息熵，给出并讨论了世代交替中母子间基因型联合分布及其信息熵性质。并从信息角度加以解释；最后，应用Matlab软件进行数据模拟，验证了所得结论的正确性。     

金丝雀痘诊断与痘病毒致弱试验

本试验对送检的金丝雀经实验室诊断，确认为金丝雀痘，对分离的痘病毒进行动物致病性试验、病毒分离传代和致试验、致弱毒保护力试验和返强试验。结果表明：金丝雀痘病毒经鸡胚盲传３后能适鸡胚并致死金丝雀，８代后无致病性，１３例毒性快速通过本动物３次无返强现象，金丝雀用第１３代毒刺种３０天能抵抗强毒攻击。     

玉米花粉黄酮类物质对清除自由基的作用

用比色法和化学发光法研究了玉米黄酮的抗氧化作用.结果表明,玉米花粉黄酮类物质浓度在0.005mg/mL开始对OH·-自由基有清除作用,并随浓度的增加而加强,浓度从0.001mg/mL起,对O·2自由基有清除作用,其作用也随浓度增加而加强.研究表明,玉米花粉黄酮类物质有良好的抗氧化作用.
