研究了白三叶无性系植物种群,在相互连接的分株之间生理上相互依存的程度。结果显示子代在生理上取决于母株资源的转移,这一依赖性随时间而下降。相互连接的分株,一部分被遮荫至10%,而照光分株光合速率明显增加。光被限制期间,分株将重新整合,遮荫分株无性系中由其它分株提供同化物。在子代匍匐茎数目和长度上有一个权衡。当资源受限制时,产生极少较长的子代匍匐茎,结果提高了子代能够占据更有利条件的可能性。在分株之间,生理整合作用降低了子代建立所面临的危险,使同源分株在资源的可利用能力上整合到一个局部的异质环境,增加同源分株间的竞争能力,缓冲所面对的局部微生境的选择。 相似文献

In Southern Italy the paucity of water is a very important problem and due to the fundamental importance of the water for the processing tomato, in this study the influence of irrigation on processing tomato quality was investigated in the years 2002 and 2003. A hybrid processing tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum L. Mill cv. Ability) was treated with different water regimes obtained combining amount of water and irrigation interval. The effects of the trials were evaluated taking into account the physical and chemical characteristics of the fruits, as well as the content in antioxidants moieties. Furthermore, the relationship among all the quality parameters and the seasonal amount of irrigation water was evaluated.The results, comparing different water regimes obtained combining amount of water and irrigation interval, gave useful indications on the possibility to improve nutritional tomato quality by reducing irrigation water during tomato cropping. In particular, relatively to the Mediterranean areas of tomato cultivation and to the texture of the soil considered in this study, the best compromise between quality and quantity of the processing tomato fruit was achieved both with the extension of the irrigation interval (L40 or L60) and with the limitation of irrigation volume for the second part of the tomato crop cycle (thesis 100-50). Extending the irrigation interval and limiting irrigation volume for the second part of the tomato crop cycle, appeared to be the best management strategy to optimize the yield and nutritional quality of processing tomato. 相似文献

The patterns of cleavage of mtDNA by restriction endonucleases was analysed for six fowl breeds and of .Hyline White,Hyline Brown,ISA Brown,Hisex Brown,Lohmann White,Abor Acres and mtDNA polymorphisms were detected in the restriction patterns with the following eight enzymes,Ava Ⅰ,AvaⅡ,EcoRⅠ,HindⅢ,BamHI,PvuⅡ,PstⅠ,HincⅡ.The restriction cieavage patterns were identical among these breeds.Hyline White,Hyline Brown,ISA Brown,Hisex Brown,Lohmann White-A type.The patterns of Abor Acres were Btype.Based on their mtDNA restriction types,all the breeds were classified into two groups.Genetic distances among these groups were calculated in roder to define their phylogenetic relationships.The relationship among five egg line breeds is close,while Abor Acres(Broiler fow)is relatively far from them.The results suggest that the difference of mtDNA could result from the different origins.The polymorphic sites in mtDNA of Hyline White bas been located on a restriction map. 相似文献

为绿色防控蛴螬,于2006-2018年秋作物收获后、小麦播种前,调查河南省漯河市5个区县不同茬口秋作物田内金龟子幼虫种类、虫口密度以及主要秋作物种植面积,同时在漯河市农业科学院试验基地内设置1台黑光灯,监测金龟子成虫的上灯种类和数量。结果表明,2006-2018年,铜绿丽金龟Anomala corpulenta幼虫平均密度由2006年的2.06头/m2下降到2018年的1.01头/m2,所占比例从2006年的94.12%下降到2018年的38.37%;暗黑鳃金龟Holotrichia parallela幼虫平均密度由2006年的0.06头/m2上升到2018年的1.59头/m2,所占比例从2006年的2.61%增加到2018年的60.46%,表明金龟子幼虫优势种由铜绿丽金龟变为暗黑鳃金龟。灯下金龟子成虫种类和数量变化与金龟子幼虫变化趋势相同。暗黑鳃金龟幼虫密度与玉米种植面积、红薯种植面积呈显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.657和-0.690,暗黑鳃金龟幼虫密度与大豆种植面积、花生种植面积呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.753和0.657,表明大豆、花生种植面积增加,玉米、红薯种植面积减少,是暗黑鳃金龟成为优势种的主要原因。 相似文献

Steam explosion of corn stalk in the presence of 3% sulphuric acid at 200 °C for 5 min gave the highest recovery of lignin. Lignin has Mw = 2640 and Mz = 93,994. In the UV spectrum absorptions at λ = 231 and 280 nm were recorded. 1H NMR spectrum of lignin showed signals attributable to cinnamaldehyde units, guaiacyl units, and syringyl units. Syringyl and guaiacyl units are in 1:1 ratio. 13C NMR spectrum showed signals for guaiacyl, syringyl, and p-hydroxyphenyl units. The spectrum showed a prevalence of guaiacyl units. The 13C NMR spectrum is in agreement with the presence of cinnamic units. The same characterization was performed on lignin from pine. The irradiation of lignin from pine from steam explosion process in the presence of oxygen, in conditions described for the formation of superoxide ion, for different irradiation time was followed isolating the lignin and determining the average molecular weight. The experiments showed that, until 8 h irradiation, Mn decreases, while Mw and Mz increases. After 8 h irradiation an inverse behaviour was observed, with an increase of Mn and a decrease of Mw and Mz. These results are in agreement with an initial polymerization process followed by a photoinduced degradation. Ozonization was carried out in acetonitrile–methanol solution. The reaction showed a zero-order kinetics. After 50 min the average molecular weight of lignin is the half. The reaction mixture was analyzed by using GC–MS. Oxalic acid was determined. 相似文献
