LRH-3、PMSG、HCG对人工授精母蓝狐产仔效果影响的比较(Ⅲ)

通过PMSG +LRH - 3和PMSG +HCG的组合使用 ,结果表明 ,使用PMSG +LRH - 3的试验组母狐的产仔率比对照组提高了 2 0 % ,胎平均产仔数提高了 0 2只。而使用PMSG +HCG组合母狐的产仔率与对照组相同 ,但胎平均产仔数提高了 0 5只。     

草坪在生态城市建设中的作用及其应用

论述了草坪在城市生态系统中的生态效应是目前我国在应用草坪提高城市生态质量方面存在的问题，通过对城市生态系统特殊性的分析，提出了草坪系统规划的目的和原则，力求把城市建设成为生态协调、可持续利用和良性循环的人居环境。     

生物纤维饲料在蛋鸡生产中的应用研究

生物纤维饲料是对玉米淀粉湿磨国工过程中的浸泡液，黄浆和玉米皮渣等副产品经生物发酵方法而形成的一种新型饲料。本文研究了生物纤维饲料在蛋鸡饲养中的饲喂效果。试验表明，半风干生物纤维饲料（含水分26．68％）以5％比例添加蛋鸡日粮中的饲喂效果与对照组相比，日均产蛋量提高6．4％，平均产蛋率提高6．05％，料蛋比下降13．01％，毛利润提高90．70％，而风干生物纤维饲料（含水分15．44％），则以10％比添加于蛋鸡日粮时，表现出较明显的增产效果，其与对照组相比，日均产蛋量提高4．04％，平均产蛋率提高4．18％，料蛋比下降4．09％，毛利润提高25．74％。     

碎料板弹性模量微观力学的分析步骤和实验方法

针对刨花板、定向刨花板、重组木等碎料板弹性模量的微观力学求解理论进行综述，提出各个板种微观力学模型建立的原则，指出相应的数学模拟计算理论与方法的研究方向，编制计算机仿真计算软件库，通过这些理论可以建立这几种碎料材种、几何尺寸、胶种、铺装角及其误差、碎料力学参数、压缩比、容重等因素和板材弹性模量的定量数学关系，实现新型板种弹性模量的理论预测方法。     

一氧化氮和内皮素在窒息新生大鼠胃黏膜损伤中的作用

本研究旨在探讨围产期窒息时内皮素( ET)和一氧化氮 ( NO)的变化与急性胃黏膜损伤的关系及 NO的前体 L-精氨酸 ( L-Arg)和NO合成酶抑制剂 L-硝基 -精氨酸甲酯 ( L-NAME)在胃黏膜损伤中的作用。结果显示窒息组血浆 ET和胃壁 NO水平显著高于正常对照组 ( p<0 .0 1 ) ,胃黏膜损伤明显 ;L -Arg组血浆ET水平较窒息组显著下降 ( p <0 .0 1 ) ,血浆和胃壁 NO含量则显著升高 ( p <0 .0 1 ) ,胃黏膜损伤减轻 ;L-NAME组血浆 ET水平和 L I显著高于正常对照组和 L -Arg组 ( p <0 .0 1 ) ,血浆和胃壁 NO含量较 L-Arg组显著下降 ( p <0 .0 1 ) ,表明围产期窒息时 NO和 ET的变化与胃黏膜损伤的程度密切相关。NO在围产期窒息时有保护胃黏膜的作用 ,而 ET则作用相反。L -Arg的保护作用和 L -NAME的损伤作用均是通过 NO的变化来实现的。     

胶体染料试纸条法快速诊断家畜血吸虫病的研究

为了适应现场家畜血吸虫病的筛查需要,设计了简便快速的胶体染料试纸条诊断技术用于检测家畜血清中的抗血吸虫抗体,以该方法检测血吸虫病牛、猪血清83份,其结果为阳性检出率100%,健康牛、猪血清73份的检测结果为阴性符合率分别为95.3%和94.0%,与感染肝片形吸虫的牛、羊血清16份的交叉反应率为18.8%.表明本方法敏感性高,特异性较强.     

Boundary Element Methods with Overlapping Domain Decomposition for Parabolic Problem

Boundary element method is a numerical method for solving partial differential equations. There are several formulations of boundary element method (BEM) applied to solve a parabolic differential equation.The approach,which employs time- dependent fundamental solution,allows longer time steps in time integration than other approaches,and this can cut down on time for computer implementation with high precision.Domain decomposition method,which decompose the domain that a given problem is to be solved into subdomains,has the advantages of reducing the large problem into smaller ones and reducing the complex problem into simpler ones,and allows parallel computing.An overlapping domain decomposition method is applied combining a boundary element formulation with time-dependent fundamental solution to solve a diffusion equation. Firstly, by domain decomposition, the problem divided into two problems on subdomains, and then the initial-Boundary problems are solved by boundry element method on each subdomain.Some numerical examples are presented to illustrate feasibility and efficiency of the method. The numerical experiments show that the convergence rate of the method is dependent with the overlapping degree of the subdomains.     

Influence of Neutral Principal Stress on the Elastic-Plastic Solution of Expansion of Cylinder Cavities

In the elastic-plastic solution of expansion of cylinder cavities based on Tresca strength criterion and Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion, the influence of neutral principal stress is not considered. In this paper the influence of neutral principal stress on elastic-plastic solution of expansion of cylinder cavities is considered. The calculation shows that the radius and displacement of plastic zone will reduce when the neutral principal stress is considered. The conclusions are of practical significance for geotechnical engineering.     

Numerical Analysis on Stability of Rock in Sijiaotian Tunnel

The Sijiaotian Tunnel in Yunnan Dabao Highway lies in the narrow defile landscape,and the engineering geology condition is complex,with plenty of cienega.According to the actual situation of the Sijiaotian Tunnel Project in Yunnan Dabao Highway,the stability of the surrounding rock mass is studied by using a 3-D non-linear FEM.The Drucker-Prager criterion is chosen as the failure criterion of the rock.The relatively dangerous zone and the monitoring points in the tunnel are determined.The numerical results show that the Sijiaotian Tunnel is relatively stable.The conclusion has some significance for guiding the construction of similar projects.
