Dietary crude protein concentration does not affect the leucine requirement of growing dogs

The objective of the present study was to examine the interaction between graded levels of leucine and dietary crude protein. Dose–response curves were generated using four 3 × 3 Latin squares (two dogs/square). Each square represented one of two concentrations of crude protein (140 or 280 g/kg diet) and one of two combinations of three concentrations of leucine (5.0, 7.0 and 9.0 g/kg diet or 9.0, 11 and 13 g/kg diet). An additional experiment was performed by feeding crude protein at 210 g/kg diet with either 7.0 or 11 g leucine/kg diet. Weight gain, food intake, nitrogen retention, plasma albumin and plasma amino acids were measured. The requirement was determined to be the minimum leucine concentration required to maximize weight gain and nitrogen retention. For 8–14-week-old male Beagle dogs, 140 g crude protein/kg diet in a diet containing 18 kJ metabolizable energy/g does not appear to support maximal growth. The leucine requirement was not affected by doubling the dietary crude protein level from 140 to 280 g/kg diet. From these results, the leucine requirement of 8–14-week-old Beagle dogs appears to be 11 g leucine/kg diet independent of the level of dietary crude protein, whereas dogs over 14 weeks require only 7 g leucine/kg diet for maximal nitrogen retention.     

Use of androgenesis in intersubspecific hybrid rice breeding

Significant differences of callus induction, green plant regeneration and culture efficiency were observed among restorer lines and their hybrids in rice. Average callus induction percentage of F₁, hybrids was about twice that of their parents. Twenty doubled haploid (DH) lines that showed normal fertility with both indica and japonica CMS lines, were selected as widely compatible restorers (WCRs). TG8 derived from CPSLO17/Minghui 63 not only showed normal fertility to both indica and japonica test varieties and CMS lines, but also exhibited superior agronomic traits, in particular short plant, desired plant type, high tillerability, large panicles, good grain quality and resistance to rice blast disease. Strong heterosis for yield was observed in crosses between indica or japonica CMS lines and TG8. TG8 possessed a dominant, widely compatible gene (WCG) that was inherited from the variety CPSLO17. Results confirmed that the anther culture technique is a quick and effective way of developing widely compatible restorers in rice and that it is applicable to the direct use of intersubspecific heterosis with the three-line method.

ZIKA种母兔饲粮适宜营养水平的研究

连续三年在相同的繁殖季节，使用齐卡Ｎ系母兔１４８只，分别观察测定了四种不同营养水平组合日粮对不同繁殖状态母兔繁殖能力的影响。结果表明：在延期繁殖（母兔断奶后再配种）条件下，不同能量、蛋白水平对母兔繁殖性能的影响差异不显著（Ｐ＞０。０５），但中能高蛋白（ＤＥ１０．８８兆焦／公斤、ＣＰ１９％）的第３组日粮略胜于其它组合。由此得出，在引延期繁殖的ＺＩＫＡ能繁母兔，适宜的营养水平为：消化能（ＤＥ）１０兆焦／公斤，粗蛋白（ＣＰ）１９％，粗纤维（ＣＦ）１０％。在母兔进行半频密繁殖（母兔产后第１４天开始配种）情况下，高能高蛋白（ＣＤＥ１２．１３兆焦／公斤、ＣＰ１９％）饲粮对提高繁殖性能的效果明显优于高能低蛋（ＤＥ１２．１３兆焦／公斤，ＣＰ１５％）和低能低蛋白（ＤＥ１０．８８兆焦／公斤）和ＣＰ１５％）饲粮（Ｐ＜０．０５），尤其对提高母兔泌乳力效果明显（Ｐ＜０；０１），因此，实行频密（产后立即配种）或半频密繁殖的母兔，适宜营养水平为消化能１２兆焦繁殖的母兔，适宜营养水平为消化能１２兆焦／公斤，粗蛋白１９％，粗纤维９－１２％．     

乳牛瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸的气相色谱分析

本文介绍了一种准确、可靠、简便、快速的乳牛瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的气相色谱分析方法。瘤胃液只经过一步前处理即可进样分析,从样品预处理到给出测定结果仅需15min,主要VFA的回收率可达97.86％～99.51％之间,变异系数在0.23％～1.19％之间。

植物叶面铺展剂的复配规律Ⅰ.SDS和TX100混合水溶液体相及表面层相互作用行为

2种典型固体表面铺展剂SDS和TX100混合水溶液,无论在其表面层或在混合胶团中两组分之间均存在一定程度的相互作用,使得以廉价的SDS为主的溶液中加入少许TX100组成的复配体系表面活性提高,在植物叶面上的润湿性能改善,并从理论上计算了其相互作用参数,初步解释了实验现象,上述结果不仅对指导优良植物叶面铺展剂配方具有指导意义,也预示了潜在的实用价值.     

柔性滚筒结构参数对水稻脱粒效果的影响试验

刚性脱粒冲击力较大,造成水稻籽粒破碎或破损.为了降低脱粒过程籽粒破碎或破损,设计了柔性脱粒滚筒,并对其开闭型式、脱粒齿直径、长度和迹距等结构参数进行了试验.单因素试验结果表明:脱粒齿直径、齿长对脱粒性能影响极显著,齿迹距对脱粒性能影响不显著,滚筒型式对脱粒性能影响有差异.正交试验结果表明:脱粒齿直径和齿长的交互作用对破碎率和未脱净率影响大,未脱净率低的较优组合是柔性齿直径为8mm,齿长为75mm,齿迹距为55mm的等齿迹距滚筒;破碎率小的较优组合是柔性齿直径为45mm,齿长为75mm,齿迹距为45mm的等齿迹距滚筒.     

体外法评定不同组合酶制剂对饲料黏度的影响

试验采用胃蛋白酶-胰酶两步水解法，探讨非淀粉多糖（NSP）酶的组成及活性对特定蛋鸡日粮的黏度影响．从而筛选出对于特定组成蛋鸡日粮的最佳复合酶制剂配方．为针对特定地区日粮筛选优化NSP酶提供快捷有效的方法。试验以饲料黏度变化为检测指标．建立了NSP酶添加量与离体黏度的对应关系。结果表明：组合NSP酶作用效果显著优于单一NSP酶．日粮中NSP种类和含量决定了NSP酶的最佳酶谱和最适添加量．
