1989~1992年田间与盆栽试验,研究烯效唑对小麦成熟期间旗叶及下二叶等三片功能叶衰老的延缓作用和增产效果。研究表明:1.烯效唑延缓小麦成熟期间功能叶片的衰老,表现在叶片细胞电解质渗漏率降低,超氧物歧化酶活性增高,丙二醛积累减少;2.烯效唑对离休旗叶片有保绿作用;于小麦齐穗期喷施20~40×10-6,烯效唑药液750kg/hm2,可提高小麦千粒重3~4g,增产12%~16%。  相似文献

Myostatin基因即肌肉生长抑制素,是一种肌肉生长的负调控因子。应运PCR-SSCP和测序的方法对中国秦川牛、南阳牛以及国外引入品种皮埃蒙特牛双肌基因的第三外显子进行了多态性分析。结果表明:第三外显子938处G→A的单核苷酸的突变造成了南阳牛、皮埃蒙特牛第三外显子扩增片段多态性,秦川牛则不然。  相似文献

利用染色体组型分析进行种和种质资源的识别是一种有效的手段.本文利用Gemisa C-分带方法对三个卷班组百合南川百合(L.rosthornii)、川百合(L.davidii)和金佛山百合(L.jinfushanense)根尖染色体进行了研究.南川百合的带型公式为:2n=24=10C 8CI 2I 2N 2,川百合的带型公式为:2n=24=4C 2CI 2I 6I 2I 2I T 2T 2CNT 2,金佛山百合的带型公式为:2n=24=4C 4CI 4CI 4L 2I 2I 2I T 2.通过GemisaC-分带方法不但可以很好的区分各种的各条染色体,而且可以很好的区分这三个卷瓣组野生百合.  相似文献

试验结果表明:用“云大— 120 ”浸稻种对种子的发芽势、发芽率、秧苗素质、有效穗和稻谷产量具有一定的促进作用,发芽势比对照提高 12.68% — 23.94% ;发芽率提高 3.75% — 18.75% ;有效穗提高 0.5% — 7.43% ;产量增加 1.03% — 8.49% 。其使用方法简单易行,在生产上具有重要的推广价值。  相似文献

The funneling effect of noise is the main difficulty in two way CATV modification works. This paper discusses the source of noise and interference, the mechanism to form noise funneling, the regularities of distribution, the characteristics of the spectrum, etc. The purpose is to find the way of reducing funnel noise. The invading noise has the greatest effect on the upstream of two way CATV system, which mainly comes from the indoor of the users. The increase of the number of cable modem will not obviously make greater funneling noise. The cable connectors are the main source of producing and invading noise in outdoor cable network, which is a threat to the safty of the whole upstream channel.  相似文献

Information integrating is the most important key to CIMS,which is the base of the function integrating and all others.Because of so many kinds,so complicated structure,so many different sources and uses that the information in CIMS has,it is necessary to build a popular Information Integrating Model. The model of information integrating in the thesis bases on the enterprise model,which is presented by ISO(International Organization for Standardization).According to the object-oriented method,the process of modeling begins with classifying the information,and then describes the definition of the attributes and the structural relation of those objects. By means of the idea of Encapsulation and Inheritance,the destination of information integrating can be arrive and the model of information integrating can be set up. The model which is based on the share information is helpful to finish the function integrating and the whole CIMS' construction. Moreover,the system which is developed following such program can be reused for many times and the developing circle of CIMS can be apparently shortened,too.  相似文献

This paper describes a part of the experiments concerning the viscoelasticity of human blood, which are based upon the theories lead by the authors. The data from the experiments are compared with those in the literatures. In the past, the criterion for calibration has almost invariably been the stellar oriented ballistic camera,the method is a point to point comparison on the identical coordinate system. Deficiencies is follows: The request of weather is severe(cloudless night); The period is often long; the measure equipment of high precision can't be calibrated. While EMBET methods is used in calibration, it does not need criterion and it demands only that the measure elements is larger than 3,and the trajectory and many system errors of the measure elements can be simultaneously calculated with the measure data sequences. The error models of related equipments' measure elements and the EMBET of typical equipment group are given. The EMBET method is successfully used in Accuracy-analysis of Satellite Launch.  相似文献

Fingerprint classification can provide an important indexing mechanism in a fingerprint database. An accurate and consistent classification can greatly reduce fingerprint matching time for large database. In the paper, by combining genetic algorithm and neural network is presented a fingerprint classification algorithm which is able to achieve an accurate classification. By inputting the global feature represented by directional image to three layer neural network trained by genetic algorithm, the fingerprints were classified into six categories: whorl, right loop, left loop, arch, double loop and undiscerning type successfully.  相似文献
