In order to push the informationization process of the building industry,promote sustainable architectural design and enhance the competitiveness of China's building industry,the authors study BIM(Building Information Modeling) based on intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM is a new technology in the field of computer aided architectural design,which contains not only geometric data but also the great amount of engineering data throughout the lifecycle of a building.The authors also compare BIM technology with 2D CAD technology,and demonstrate the advantages and characteristics of intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM,which is based on intelligent parametric modeling technology,will certainly replace traditional computer aided architectural design and become a new driving force to push forward China's building industry in this Information Age.  相似文献

By analyzing the process of enterprise information engineering construction and intra relationship among information system requirement, business process modeling, application system constructing and project management, one of 4 meta model composed of requirement engineering, process engineering, application system engineering and support engineering is proposed for enterprise information engineering. The developments and applications of the business processes and its application systems are integrated into the same development space and application space. Basing on this, a prototype system composed of requirement modeling environment, business process modeling environment, application system modeling environment, and support engineering environment has been designed and built, which is used for supporting enterprise information engineering constructing. The output of the enterprise changes with the change of natural states, therefore it brings relatively great risk to enterprise. The enterprise hopes to reduce the same kind of risk through more contracts than one kind of contract of risk sharing. This paper presents a new method to disperse the same kind of risk in two kinds of ways. Basing on principal-agent theory, through the optimum contract of risk sharing, the Pareto-optimum solving is solved-the optimum contract of risk sharing. The employee shares some risks through the optimum contract of risk sharing between the enterprise and the employee-when the output is high, the employee's income increases; when the output is low, the income decreases. In order to reduce the risk of the enterprise further, the dealer also shares the risk. To maximize the utility of the enterprise, the Pareto optimum solving is given-another optimum contract of risk. The dealer offers following contract of risk sharing to the enterprise-when the output is high, the dealer receives the repayment; when the output is low, the enterprise is compensated. The enterprise, the employee and the dealer share the risk together, thus the risk of the enterprise is reduced to relatively great degree.  相似文献

According to the investigations of urban barrier free facilities, there have been lots of progresses in constructions of barrier free in cities recently. But there are no systematic barrier free facilities in these cities, which would restrict the function and effect of urban barrier free facilities for the handicapped and the elder. This paper puts forward that there should be a development from the urban barrier free facilities to the urban barrier free environment. There are two parts in the barrier free environment,that is the hardy environment and soft environment. 为了解涡流室式煤层气发动机的工作特性和排放规律,在不同负荷下,进行了燃用三种不同甲烷浓度的煤层气试验。试验结果显示:涡流室式燃烧系统能稳定燃烧甲烷浓度变化剧烈的煤层气;相同工况下,发动机的缸内峰值压力随甲烷浓度的降低而增加,但压力升高率的变化很小;甲烷浓度达到一定值时,甲烷浓度和负荷对主燃期的影响很小;煤层气发动机的CO和HC排放随甲烷浓度和负荷的增加而降低,NOx排放则相反。  相似文献
