于2017—2018年和2018—2019年,在西北中部旱作雨养农业区以冬小麦‘康庄974’为试验材料,设秸秆带状覆盖(SM)、地膜覆盖(PM)和无覆盖对照(CK)共3个栽培处理,分析不同覆盖方式对小麦灌浆期土壤水分和温度及抗氧化能力的影响,探讨花后干物质积累量和粒重形成的关系。结果表明,随生育期推进,花后旗叶相对含水量(RWC)逐渐降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐升高,且PM较SM降、升幅度明显。与CK相比,覆盖显著提高花后旗叶抗氧化酶活性,增加渗透调节物质含量;开花时间越长,SM抗氧化酶活性升高的幅度越大,而PM主要提高花后7 d旗叶抗氧化能力。SM和PM的粒重分别较CK增加14.3%和19.1%(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,土壤水分(SW)是影响旗叶生理活性的关键因子,提高SW,有利于增加RWC(r=0.84**),从而提高旗叶抗氧化能力,其中RWC和抗坏血酸酶(ASA)活性呈极显著正相关关系(r=0.82**);ASA活性和脯氨酸(Pro)含量呈极显著正相关关系(r=0.94**),和MDA含量呈极显著负相... 相似文献

[目的]本试验研究溶菌酶在使用量不同情况下,对犊牛腹泻和生长性能的影响。[方法]选择无病、健康、体型近似的犊牛100 头,随机分为4 组,每组25 头,分别为对照组、低剂量组(Ⅰ组、1 g/头·天)、中剂量组(Ⅱ组、3 g/头·天)、高剂量组(Ⅲ组、5 g/头·天),试验期30 天。在试验开始和结束时,观察犊牛粪便、腹泻、体重、体尺变化,并记录。[结果]试验期溶菌酶对犊牛的粪便评分有影响,1~30 天的粪便评分Ⅲ组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组比对照组降低12.5%;1~15 天时腹泻率差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组与对照组相比分别降低23.02%、41.81%、53.64%,表明溶菌酶使用量多,腹泻效果更加明显;添加溶菌酶的Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组犊牛的平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高9.6%、12.0%;Ⅲ组胸围显著高于对照组,高3.0%。[结论]溶菌酶使用到合适剂量,不仅能降低犊牛腹泻率,还能促进犊牛的生长性能。 相似文献

To solve the general problem that copper staves experience water pipe failure in blast furnace,the effects of constraints on the thermal stress distribution of copper stave water pipe are investigated by thermal-structural coupling analysis.In this study,a mathematical model of thermal stress of copper stave is established to analyze the thermal deformation and stress distribution of water pipe under subject to different types of constraints.The results show that the thermal stress on the root of water pipe is larger than others as the terminal of water pipe is free or being fixed.But the equivalent stress on the root of water pipe is just 45 MPa as the terminal of water pipe is free,which is lower than the yield strength of pure copper.The equivalent stress on the root of water pipe is about 272 MPa as the terminal of water pipe is being fixed,and exceeds the yield strength of pure copper.The water pipes should be flexible.The maximum equivalent stress is about 600 MPa as the water pipe is subjected to the constraint of shell,which is far beyond the yield strength of pure copper.The maximum displacement is located at the end of water pipe and is about 1.73 mm.Then the diameter of the hole should be 120 mm with taking installation error into consideration. 相似文献

In this paper through the static loading tests of 6 inflexion zones and 2 cantilever zones in full-size constrained R/C beams, the stress performance in rebars cut-in-phases and subjected to negative moment is studied. The stress properties of extended length of rebars with different shear-span ratiosare analysed on basis of the full measurement of strain distributions combined with the investigation on state and regularity of the diagonal cracks development and series of new knowledge are obtained. It is found that current Concrete Design Code provisions on the extended length are inadequate for the high shear-span ratio and superfluous for the low shear-span ratio. Flowing dynamic characteristics and its temperature dynamic characteristics of a three-level sewage pipe network in Chongqing were analyzed. A mall's building whole year load was simulated. In the adverse condition of wastewater flow, the market construction peak discharge heat was compared with the sewage heat load, the balance between the most adverse flow and the building demand was found.
