冬季不供热简易产蛋鸡舍的设计与应用研究

通过实验表明:在冬季最低气温-28.3℃的黑龙江省密山市饲养产蛋鸡,只要鸡舍保温良好,适当增加鸡的饲养密度,不用供热,也可保持鸡舍内温度在13℃—15℃的最佳鸡产蛋环境温度;在151天的冬季里实验组鸡,按入舍鸡计算平均每只鸡产蛋103.8个,产蛋率为68.74%,仅比对供热取暖鸡舍的对照组鸡群产蛋率低0.5%,故在寒冷的黑龙江省推广产蛋鸡舍冬季不供热是完全可能的,其经济效益也是显著的。     

High-resolution computed tomography of the mammalian lung.

High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) was performed in 21 isolated animal lungs, from 4 mammalian species (pigs, rabbits, dogs, sheep). Gross and subgross central and peripheral lung morphology was determined by HRCT. Three distinct types of lungs can be identified, principally based on the extent of interlobular septal development; the relationship of major vessels to airways; and the thickness of the visceral pleura. Type-I lung is found in pigs, sheep, and cattle; type-II lung is found in rabbits, dogs, cats, and monkeys; and type-III lung is found in human beings and horses. These mammalian lungs were compared with human lungs. The potential use of HRCT to investigate specific human lung diseases in the aforementioned species also was considered.     

龙鱼的饲养与疾病防治

龙鱼（Scleropages formosus）在东南亚、港澳台地区和海外华人集中的地方常被当作宠物饲养，将它视为神鱼，据称可以旺家镇宅、避邪，故又享有“风水鱼”之美誉。 龙鱼体形独特，口大，下颚有两条长须，体侧鳞片宽大，在阳光照耀下闪烁着耀眼的光芒。它的游姿舒缓优雅，显得高贵祥和，给人以愉悦之感。     

绢丝昆虫茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂含量的比较分析

以 6种绢丝昆虫的茧壳为材料 ,对茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂的含量及热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明 :家蚕品种间茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂的含量差异极显著 ,外层丝中含量较多 ,F1代的含量呈双亲中间型 ,偏向于含量较多的亲本 ,雌雄间含量无显著差异 ;家蚕茧丝蛋白酶抑制剂对热稳定性较强 ;天蚕绿茧、野蚕的茧丝中有少量的蛋白酶抑制剂存在 ,蓖麻蚕的茧丝中有微量蛋白酶抑制剂存在 ,天蚕黄茧、柞蚕茧、樗蚕茧的茧丝中基本无蛋白酶抑制剂存在。     

四品种黄牛正常牛体细胞染色体畸变分析

通过淋巴细胞培养对４个黄牛品种共６３头正常牛体细胞染色体的畸变类型和频率进行了观察统计分析。结果表明，蒙古牛，岭南牛和西镇年多倍体细胞出现率分别为４．１２％，４．５７％和５．２１％，平均为４．８７％。多倍体包括三倍体，四倍体和六倍体。结构变异有缺失，染色单体裂隙，染色单体断裂，染色体间隙，染色体断裂和断片几种类型。蒙古牛，秦川牛，岭南牛和西镇牛总的结构变异率分别为２．８７％，２．６５％，１．９４和     

空中核爆炸对水稻的损伤及其恢复

在空中核爆炸的情况下,光辐射是损毁水稻的主要因素,光辐射可使三叶期、分蘖期水稻的叶片烧损、株高降低,其损毁程度随着距爆心距离的加大而减弱,叶片受到烧损仍然存活的植株,爆后可迅速恢复生长,叶片数、株高在较短时间内即可达对照水平,分蘖能力也不受影响。收获时大部分受损水稻的穗长、穗粒数、千粒重、平均单株分蘖数、

Dietary crude protein concentration does not affect the leucine requirement of growing dogs

The objective of the present study was to examine the interaction between graded levels of leucine and dietary crude protein. Dose–response curves were generated using four 3 × 3 Latin squares (two dogs/square). Each square represented one of two concentrations of crude protein (140 or 280 g/kg diet) and one of two combinations of three concentrations of leucine (5.0, 7.0 and 9.0 g/kg diet or 9.0, 11 and 13 g/kg diet). An additional experiment was performed by feeding crude protein at 210 g/kg diet with either 7.0 or 11 g leucine/kg diet. Weight gain, food intake, nitrogen retention, plasma albumin and plasma amino acids were measured. The requirement was determined to be the minimum leucine concentration required to maximize weight gain and nitrogen retention. For 8–14-week-old male Beagle dogs, 140 g crude protein/kg diet in a diet containing 18 kJ metabolizable energy/g does not appear to support maximal growth. The leucine requirement was not affected by doubling the dietary crude protein level from 140 to 280 g/kg diet. From these results, the leucine requirement of 8–14-week-old Beagle dogs appears to be 11 g leucine/kg diet independent of the level of dietary crude protein, whereas dogs over 14 weeks require only 7 g leucine/kg diet for maximal nitrogen retention.     

Use of androgenesis in intersubspecific hybrid rice breeding

Significant differences of callus induction, green plant regeneration and culture efficiency were observed among restorer lines and their hybrids in rice. Average callus induction percentage of F₁, hybrids was about twice that of their parents. Twenty doubled haploid (DH) lines that showed normal fertility with both indica and japonica CMS lines, were selected as widely compatible restorers (WCRs). TG8 derived from CPSLO17/Minghui 63 not only showed normal fertility to both indica and japonica test varieties and CMS lines, but also exhibited superior agronomic traits, in particular short plant, desired plant type, high tillerability, large panicles, good grain quality and resistance to rice blast disease. Strong heterosis for yield was observed in crosses between indica or japonica CMS lines and TG8. TG8 possessed a dominant, widely compatible gene (WCG) that was inherited from the variety CPSLO17. Results confirmed that the anther culture technique is a quick and effective way of developing widely compatible restorers in rice and that it is applicable to the direct use of intersubspecific heterosis with the three-line method.     

秦川牛保种情况的分析(续) Ⅱ、群体留种方式与世代间隔

根据陕西省秦川牛场秦川牛保种群30多年的记录统计,分析了该群体的世代间隔与留种方式。结果表明,该群体平均世代间隔为6.9年,采取的是对保种不利的合并留种,导致各种家系后代供量方差增大,尤其是公牛的女儿供量方差高达77.39,比平均女儿供量(5.84头)高13倍。不同始祖个体在后裔群中的血统分布也极不均匀。若能改进留种方式或设法降低选择强度,则可大大提高保种效果。
