以盐渍生境下 1~2 年生 107 和 18-1 杨树为材料,对不同树龄和地径的杨树各营养器官中 Na+、K+分布变化进行了研究。结果表明,Na+、K+在杨树各营养器官中分布不同且差异显著。不同树龄和地径的 107 杨树的根、茎、叶部位的 Na+、K+含量变化都很明显,含NTHK1 的转基因 18-1 杨树根部的 Na+、K+含量基本保持恒定,茎、叶部位的 Na+含量变化均不明显,茎部的K+含量随着树龄的增加而升高,叶片部位的K+含量随着树龄的增加而降低。研究表明,在盐渍生境中种植的含 NTHK1 的转基因18-1 杨树比 107 杨树更加耐盐,可以更好地抵御盐胁迫,维持离子平衡,NTHK1 基因可能是通过增强转基因杨树聚集有害Na+至液泡的能力,以避免细胞质中过高的Na+对细胞造成伤害,从而提高了转基因植株的耐盐性。 相似文献

在离体条件下研究了链霉菌702菌株所产抗真菌单体组分DZP8对水稻纹枯病菌菌丝的生长、菌核的形成及萌发,以及对稻瘟病菌菌丝的生长、分生孢子的形成及萌发、附着胞的形成的影响。结果表明,抗真菌单体组分DZP8对水稻纹枯病菌和稻瘟病菌均具有较强的抑制作用,其对水稻纹枯病菌和稻瘟病菌菌丝生长抑制的EC50和EC90分别为1.81、3.35和37.01、136.21g/ml;在48.01g/mlDZP8处理下,菌核形成率仅为39.21%,形成时间比对照延迟216h,干重比对照减少81.37%;33.51g/mlDZP8显著抑制菌核的萌发;160.08g/mlDZP8处理下稻瘟病菌产孢量仅为对照的9.29%,20.14g/mlDZP8对分生孢子萌发的抑制率为95.16%,对附着胞形成的抑制率则可达100% 相似文献

2010年5—10月份,在宁夏六盘山南侧的香水河小流域,应用带状树木径向变化记录仪研究了华山松(Pinus armandii)树干的直径生长变化及其对气象因子的响应。结果表明:①华山松树干直径呈现出由收缩期、膨胀恢复期和生长期组成的日周期性变化,其最大值出现在6:00—9:00,最小值则在16:00左右。②华山松各样木树干直径日生长量的季节变化趋势一致,即:5-6月份为匀速生长期,其日均生长量在17.65~98.11μm之间;7-8月份为快速生长期,其日均生长量在27.15~112.33μm之间;8月底—10月份为缓慢生长期,其日均生长量在10μm以下。然而,华山松树干在匀速生长期、快速生长期内的直径日生长量幅度存在明显的个体差异,其中优势木的生长速度明显大于亚优势木和中等木。整个观测期内,华山松树干直径的累积生长过程符合幂函数曲线(R2=0.75~0.93,P<0.01)。③主成分分析和偏相关分析表明,日最低温、日降水量、日平均辐射是影响树干直径生长的主要气象因子,而日平均温度、日最高温、日平均饱和水汽压差等对树干径向生长的影响作用则表现出较大的变异性。 相似文献

For multilayer concrete structure, the seismic ability of the ground floor column is very poor, improving the seismic fortification intensity of structure is adopted in this paper, the axial force, shear and moment of beam and column are calculated and analyzed in seven degree and eight degree seismic fortification intensity. Numerical results show that with improving the fortification intensity of the structure, the axial force, shear and moment of beam and column increase and the change of the ground floor is the most prominent. In earthquake the destruction of the structure mainly happens in the ground floor column, so this problem is solved fundamentally with increasing fortification intensity in architectural design. 相似文献

The correlation dimension evolution characteristics of acoustic emission(AE) time-series during the instability and failure of coal with and without gas are analyzed base on fractal theory. The results show the coal rock’s AE time-series of deformation stages have obviously fractal characteristics under uniaxial loading. The processes of AE of deformation have different self-similarity, and the correlation dimension can describe the mechanical state of coal. During the triaxial loading process, the stress-varying trend of AE time-series of coal with and without gas is similar to the trend of AE correlation dimension. The sharp decrease of AE time-series’ correlation dimension can be considered as a “precursor” for failure. This feature doesn’t change with the change of confining pressure and gas pressure. 相似文献

In order to understand the effect of runoff retention and pollution load control for vegetation roofs during rainfall events, the evaluation criterion of vegetation roof performance is redefined and two vegetation roofs are established artificially based on the code for the design of roof greening, which is investigated during rainfall events. Results show that ophiopogon japonicus roof can delay the production of runoff by 25〖XC半字线.tif,JZ〗48 min compared to the rain occurring and retention runoff volume by 40%〖XC半字线.tif,JZ〗58%, while sambucus dhinensis roof can make the generation of runoff 60〖XC半字线.tif,JZ〗130 min later than the rain beginning and runoff volume retention can be as high as 54%〖XC半字线.tif,JZ〗80%. Plants grown on vegetation roofs can influence the performance of vegetation roofs. Based on the results, ophiopogon japonicus has an advantage of sambucus chinensis in controlling phosphorus pollution, while sambucus chinensis manifests better in reducing nitrogen load.
