沙引发对紫花苜蓿种子盐逆境下发芽及幼苗生理生化变化的影响

试验以紫花苜蓿品种维多利亚和金皇后种子为材料，研究了沙引发处理对高盐(0．8％NaCl)逆境下种子发芽及幼苗生理生化变化的影响。结果表明，沙引发处理能显著提高紫花苜蓿两个品种种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数，缩短平均发芽时间，显著增加幼苗干重，同时提高了过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性，减少丙二醛(MDA)的积累。说明沙引发提高了紫花苜蓿种子的活力和抗盐胁迫能力，促进了盐逆境下种子的萌发和幼苗生长。     

提高水稻愈伤组织再生频率的研究

以长时间继代的水稻成熟胚愈伤组织为试验材料,研究激素配比、继代方式、干燥处理和添加物对分化的影响。结果表明,分化培养基中加3 mg/L BA对分化有利;继代培养基中加入3 mg/L ABA,以麦芽糖代替蔗糖,或以甘露醇代替部分蔗糖在一定程度上可以改善愈伤组织状态,提高分化率;干燥处理能明显提高愈伤组织分化率;分化培养中添加一定浓度的AgNO3和CuSO4有利于愈伤组织分化。     

小麦品种贵农21,贵农22抗病性研究

采用温室苗期测定和成株期人工诱发接种鉴定方法研究了簇毛麦——硬粒小麦杂种后代贵农21、22的抗病性。苗期抗性测定表明,贵农21、22对国外15个小麦条锈菌生理小种表现为免疫至近免疫反应,仅对具有毒性基因Yr10的菌系82E16表现出中度感病,对供试的国内14个主要条锈菌菌系呈观免疫至近免疫反应。田间成株期抗性试验结果显示,贵农21、22对小麦条锈病、白粉病免疫,高抗秆锈病,中抗叶锈病。小麦品种贵农21、22可作为抗病资源和生产品种加以推广应用。     

A Mininum Ring-band Mathematical Definition, Numerical Algorithm

A minimum ring-band mathematical definition :In the done ring-band, there are at least two inner points and two outer points which scatter staggeringly on the circumference. With this definition as the rule of searching calculation' s ending,a fast numerical algorithm of gaining the minimum ring-band of a closed curve was suggested:Make a ring-band with the four points scattered staggeringly,then replace the old points with new ones continuously until all the points are located within the ring-band. The method was used in an application example to measure the spindle rotating precision of machine tools.     

NaHSO3对惠水金钱橘叶片光合速率的影响

用不同浓度的NaHSO3及其与KCl和6-BA配合对贵州惠水金钱橘叶表进行喷施,研究其对叶片光合作用的影响.结果表明:较低浓度(3～9mmol/L)的NaHSO3对叶片光合速率有明显促进作用,作用效果长达6d之久;当NaHSO3浓度较高(≥12mmol/L)时对光合作用不利;低浓度的NaHSO3分别与1mmol/L KCl和5mmol/L 6-BA配合施用,对叶片光合速率的促进效果更显著.     

盾叶薯蓣良种离体快繁关键技术研究

以盾叶薯蓣的单节茎段为外植体,培养基 MS 2.0mg/L BA 0.6mg/L NAA对腋芽诱导效果最好,诱导率达 77.4%; MS 0.5mg/L BA 0.5～ 1.0mg/L 2,4- D为诱导愈伤组织的培养基;在 MS 1.0mg/L BA 0.2mg/L NAA或 MS 2.0mg/L BA 0.5mg/L IBA培养基上能有效地诱导多芽; BA与 NAA的组合较 BA与 IBA组合更有利于多芽的诱导; MS 2.5mg/L BA 0.5mg/L NAA可作为愈伤组织及多芽组织的继代培养.     

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON VIBRATION AND NOISE BY C6132 LATHE

This paper presents the principle of high-pass-absolute-value demodulation tcchnigue which is applied with spectrum analysis to investigate the vibration and noise produced by the C61 32 Lathe. The main noise sourse is found out and some reliable data are provided to decrease the noise and vibration and to improve the dynamic performence of the c6132 Lathe.     

A METHOD FOR MEASUREING LARGE OPTICAL PATH DIFFERENCE WITH THE HOLOGRAPHIC THREE WAVEFRONT INTERFEROMETER

The holographic three wavefront interferometer is used to measure large optical path difference. This method is proved to be practical through the measurement of the deformation -Voltage Curve of piezocrystal.     

Research on Dynamics of Installation Way for Active Isolation Actuator on Flexible Foundations

The dynamic characteristic of active isolation atuator on flexible foundations was studied under the installation of parallel structure and foundation cancellation.The influencing relationships between active isolation force of the different installation ways and passive isolation system and flexible foundation were analyzed and compared.Scientific basis for selecting installation ways of active isolator is provided in this paper.     

ELLIPSOMETRIC SPECTROSCOPY OF ELECTROCHROMISM OF POLYANILINE FILMS

The electrochromism of polyaniline films, which is prepared by electropolymer-ization from aniline in acidic aqueous solution onto platinum,is investigated in 330-700nm through in-situ ellipsometric technique. The results indicate that the ellipsometric peak of the reduced state(-0. 2V) of the film appears at 390-400nm and the oxidized state(0. 55V) at 500-530nm. The elec-trochromic reaction from the reduced "yellow" state to the oxidized "green" state is suggested via intermediate state whose ellipsometric peak appears at 466-470nm.
