相同条件下饲养的文昌鸡公鸡20只,10周龄时随机平均分为2组,一组进行手术去势,另一组不去势作为对照组。20周龄时测定各组的屠宰性能和肉品质,并测定血清血糖和总脂。结果表明:去势鸡的腹脂重、腹脂率极显著高于公鸡(P0.01),活重、肌间脂肪宽、皮下脂肪厚显著高于公鸡(P0.05),屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率去势鸡与公鸡差异不显著(P0.05);去势鸡的胸肌和腿肌肌内脂肪含量极显著高于公鸡(P0.01),腿肌内水分含量显著高于公鸡(P0.05),胸肌内水分含量、滴水损失、熟肉率、剪切力、p H值、肉色差异不显著(P0.05);去势鸡血清总脂含量极显著高于公鸡(P0.01),血糖差异不显著(P0.05)。去势可明显提高文昌鸡公鸡的脂肪沉积能力。  相似文献

200只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为5组,每组4个重复.分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%牛磺酸,饲喂35 d.分析测定肉鸭的体重、日增重、饲料报酬、屠体品质、肉品品质及肌肉组织学结构.结果表明,添加0.10%牛磺酸可极显著增加35日龄活重和平均日增重,显著提高饲料报酬,降低肉鸭腹脂率,提高全净膛率和瘦肉率.减小肌纤维直径,提高系水力、肌间脂肪的含量,增加肌肉嫩度.  相似文献

本试验旨在通过研究肉兔饲料中添加不同水平苎麻粉对其生长性能、屠宰性能和兔肉化学成分的影响,确定苎麻粉的适宜添加量。将240只断奶新西兰兔随机分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复12只,对照组饲粮不添加苎麻粉,试验组分别饲喂含5%、10%和15%苎麻粉的饲粮,试验期6周。结果表明:与对照组和5%苎麻粉组相比,10%苎麻粉组的日增重、采食量、耗料增重比、宰前活重、全净膛重、半净膛重、全净膛率和半净膛率无显著差异(P0.05);与其他3组相比,添加15%苎麻粉可显著降低日增重、宰前活重、全净膛重、半净膛重、全净膛率和半净膛率(P0.05);添加苎麻粉对兔肉化学成分无影响。由此可知,本试验肉兔饲粮中苎麻粉的添加量不宜超过10%。  相似文献

本研究测定了放养与笼养条件下126日龄太行鸡活重、平均日增重、屠体重、屠宰率、全净膛率、剪切力、肌苷酸、肌内脂肪、pH值及肌肉颜色、肌纤维密度等指标,分析了不同饲养方式对太行鸡产肉性能及肉品质的影响。结果显示:放养太行鸡公母鸡活重、平均日增重稍低于笼养鸡(P0.05);屠体重、胸肌重、腿肌重显著低于笼养鸡(P0.05);而屠宰率、全净膛率无论公母均无显著性差异(P0.05)。肉品质方面,除笼养太行鸡母鸡胸肌肌内脂肪含量、颜色黄度值明显高于放养母鸡外(P0.05),其它同性别之间肉质指标均无呈显著差异(P0.05)。  相似文献

为了探讨南丹瑶鸡体尺和屠宰性状间的相关关系,以283只(公鸡152只,母鸡131只)120日龄南丹瑶鸡为试验对象,测定了活重和胫围、体斜长、龙骨长、胫长、髋宽、胸深、胸宽等7个体尺性状以及胴体重、全净膛重、半净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、腹脂重等6个屠宰性状,计算屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率,用SAS软件分析它们之间的相关性。结果表明:在120日龄时,南丹瑶鸡公鸡的大多数体尺性状和屠宰性状都极显著高于母鸡(P0.01);南丹瑶鸡活重与胫围、体斜长、龙骨长、髋宽、胸宽、胸深、胴体重、全净膛重、半净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重之间呈极显著相关(P0.01)。说明南丹瑶鸡可通过龙骨长来间接对其屠宰性状进行选育。  相似文献

采用单因子完全随机试验设计,通过测定p H值、胸肌率、腿肌率、失水率、屠宰率、腹脂率来研究不同大蒜添加水平对肉仔鸡腹脂及常规指标的影响。结果表明,试验组的肝重和肺重与对照组差异不显著(P0.05),但试验组肉仔鸡胃重和肠重显著高于对照组(P0.05),添加2%大蒜的试验组的胃重和肠重也高于添加1%、3%的试验组,而在脂肪宽上则仍然是试验组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。添加1%、2%、3%鲜大蒜可显著提高肉鸡肉质。添加大蒜粉的试验鸡肌肉的失水率和剪切力都显著低于对照组(P0.05),随着大蒜的添加量增多肉仔鸡的胸、腿肌的失水率和剪切力减小。试验组的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率相对于对照组差异不显著(P0.05)。添加大蒜试验组的腹脂率相对于对照组显著差异(P0.05)。  相似文献

为了探究霞烟鸡体尺与屠宰性状的相关关系,以325只(公鸡165只,母鸡160只)120日龄霞烟鸡为试验对象,测定了活重和胫围、体斜长、龙骨长、胫长、髋宽、胸深、胸宽等7个体尺性状以及胴体重、全净膛重、半净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、腹脂重等6个屠宰性状,计算屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率,并用SAS软件分析其相关性。结果表明:霞烟鸡公鸡大多数体尺性状与屠宰性状都极显著高于母鸡(P0.01);霞烟鸡胫围、体斜长、龙骨长、胫长、髋宽和活重与胴体重、全净膛重、半净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、全净膛率、半净膛率之间呈显著相关(P0.05)或极显著相关(P0.01)。说明霞烟鸡具有良好的产肉性能,可通过选择胫围的大小,间接提高霞烟鸡公鸡屠宰性状;通过选择胫长的大小,间接提高霞烟鸡母鸡的屠宰性状。  相似文献

为了对150日龄泰顺乌鸡的体尺、屠宰和肉质性状进行测定,采用统计学方法对其指标进行了相关和回归分析。结果表明:泰顺乌鸡平均活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、胸肌肌内脂肪含量、肌苷酸含量分别为1 605.63 g、1 464.43 g、1 294.18 g、1 109.38 g、261.46 g、170.43 g、6.33%、3.87 mg/g。泰顺乌鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率分别为90.72%、79.80%、68.08%、23.06%、15.94%;体尺指标(胸深、胸宽、骨盆宽、胫长、胫围、体斜长、龙骨长)间相关;屠宰性能(屠体重、半净膛、全净膛、胸肌重、腿肌重)的各项指标间相关,相关系数为0.930~0.999。  相似文献

为了解海南省地方品种文昌鸡的肉用性能特点,对文昌鸡、仙居鸡、海兰褐蛋鸡、岭南黄肉鸡和艾维茵肉仔鸡在各自上市日龄进行了屠宰测定.文昌鸡的活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、腿肌重与海兰褐相当,显著低于其它3个鸡种;屠宰率、半净膛率显著高于仙居鸡和海兰褐而低于艾维茵;胸肌率显著低于海兰褐和艾维茵;腿肌率显著高于岭南黄和艾维茵.文昌鸡的皮下脂肪厚、肌间脂肪宽和腹脂率在5个鸡种中最高;胫长、胸骨长最短.文昌鸡的胸骨长与活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、翅重的相关系数在0.58~0.76之间;胫长与活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、翅重的相关系数在0.49~0.68之间.  相似文献

本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加不同水平杜仲叶(EUL)粉对绿壳蛋鸡蛋品质、血清生化指标、屠宰性能以及肉质性状的影响。选择体重、产蛋率相近,健康状态良好的产蛋初期绿壳蛋鸡80只,随机分为4组,每组20只。各组分别饲喂添加0(CTL组)、2%(EUL1组)、4%(EUL2组)、6%(EUL3组)杜仲叶粉的玉米-豆粕型饲粮。预试期5 d,正试期70 d。饲喂试验结束后对各组鸡的蛋品质、血清生化指标、屠宰性能以及肉质性状进行测定。结果表明,饲粮中添加杜仲叶粉后,血清中甘油三酯(EUL1、EUL2和EUL3组)、葡萄糖(EUL2和EUL3组)和尿素(EUL2和EUL3组)与CTL组相比极显著降低(P<0.01);各试验组蛋品质、屠宰性能与CTL组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05);肝脏重(EUL1和EUL2组)和心脏重(EUL1、EUL2和EUL3组)与CTL组相比极显著降低(P<0.01);腿肌蛋白(EUL1组)和胸肌脂肪(EUL2组)含量与CTL组相比显著提高(P<0.05);腿肌pH24 h(EUL2组)与CTL组相比显著提高(P<0.05);腿肌剪切力(EUL2组)与CTL组相比极显著降低(P<0.01)。说明杜仲叶粉可显著降低血清中甘油三酯、葡萄糖、尿素的水平;不影响蛋品质,但能改善绿壳蛋鸡肌肉品质,提高胸肌脂肪、腿肌蛋白质含量和腿肌嫩度,显著降低鸡的肝脏重和心脏重。本试验中,杜仲叶粉在蛋鸡饲粮中的适宜添加水平为4%。  相似文献

选择1 d健康AA肉仔鸡288只,研究不同水平反10,顺12共轭亚油酸(t-10,-c12 CLA)对肉仔鸡生长性能、肉品质、相关激素和酶活性的影响。试验采用单因素随机设计,将试验鸡随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,分别饲喂0、0.20%、0.40%、0.60%、0.80%和1.00%t-10,-c12 CLA的玉米-豆粕型饲粮,试验期42 d。结果表明,饲粮CLA对肉鸡全期日增重、饲料转化率有显著影响(P〈0.05),极显著降低了腹脂率(P〈0.01),对采食量、胸肌率、腿肌率、胸肌和全净膛率均无显著影响(P〉0.05);饲粮CLA对肉鸡肉色b*值、剪切力和胸肌的品尝评价有显著影响(P〈0.05),对pH、肉色L*、a*值和腿肌品尝评价无显著影响(P〉0.05);饲粮CLA对肉鸡血清胰岛素l、eptin(P〈0.05)和组织中苹果酸脱氢酶(P〈0.01)有显著影响。饲粮t-10,c-12 CLA可提高肉仔鸡的饲料转化率和日增重,对肉品质剪切力和品尝有改善作用;CLA降低腹脂率,增加了肌内脂肪的含量,可能与leptin浓度和苹果酸脱氢酶活性有关。  相似文献

为了探讨饲粮中添加不同水平沙棘叶黄酮对肉鸡生长性能及胴体品质的影响,试验选用健康的1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡公雏360只,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只,分别为对照组(基础饲粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础饲粮+0.025%沙棘叶黄酮)、试验Ⅱ组(基础饲粮+0.050%沙棘叶黄酮)、试验Ⅲ组(基础饲粮+0.100%沙棘叶黄酮),进行7周的饲养试验。于试验第29、50天早晨以重复为单位记录每组肉鸡的体重、采食量,计算整个试验期的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比;于试验第50天屠宰采样,测定肉鸡的屠宰性能,并采用高效液相色谱仪检测肌肉中肌苷酸含量,采用索氏提取法测定肌内脂肪含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡的平均日采食量分别降低了3.92%、4.06%和4.27%(P<0.05),但平均日增重和料重比无显著变化(P>0.05);试验组肉鸡宰前体重、全净膛率、半净膛率和腹脂率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验Ⅲ组肉鸡屠宰率比对照组提高了1.88%(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组肉鸡腿肌肌内脂肪含量与对照组相比提高了46.70%(P<0.05),其胸肌肌苷酸含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但与对照组和试验Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,肉鸡生长全期饲粮中添加0.100%沙棘叶黄酮后,在不影响其生长性能的情况下降低了平均日采食量,在不影响其腹脂率的情况下增加了腿肌肌内脂肪的含量,并提高了屠宰率,从而改善了胴体品质及风味。  相似文献

1. The effects of exogenous corticosterone administration and glucose supplementation on energy intake, lipid metabolism and fat deposition of broiler chickens were investigated. 2. A total of 144 three-d-old male chickens were randomly assigned to one of the following 4 treatments for 7 d: a low energy diet (10.9 MJ ME/kg, 200 g/kg CP) with or without corticosterone (30 mg/kg diet) and drinking water supplemented with glucose (80 g/l) or saccharine (2 g/l, control). 3. Body weight (BW) gain and breast and thigh muscle yields (% body mass) were all significantly decreased by corticosterone treatment. The relative cumulative feed intake (RCFI) and relative ME intake (RMEI), rather than the feed (FI) or ME intake (MEI) were increased by corticosterone administration. Both feed efficiency (FE) and caloric efficiency (CE) were decreased by corticosterone administration. Corticosterone administration had no obvious effect on water consumption. 4. Glucose supplementation had no influence on BW gain and breast and thigh muscle yield (as % of body mass). FI or RCFI was decreased while MEI or RMEI was increased by glucose supplementation. FE was improved by glucose treatment, whereas CE was reduced. 5. Liver weight and abdominal, cervical and thigh fat deposits were all significantly increased by either corticosterone or glucose treatment. 6. Plasma concentrations of glucose, urate, triglyceride, non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA), very low density lipoprotein and insulin were all significantly increased by corticosterone treatment. Glucose supplementation had no obvious influence on any of the measured plasma parameters except for NEFA, which were significantly increased. 7. Lipoprotein lipase activities in either cervical or abdominal adipose tissues, rather than in thigh fat tissue, were significantly elevated by either glucose or corticosterone treatment.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究蛋氨酸螯合锌替代硫酸锌对肉鸡生产性能、肉品质及抗氧化指标的影响。试验选用1日龄体重接近的健康爱拔益加(AA)肉公鸡200只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。各处理组肉鸡均饲喂基础日粮且将Zn的添加水平定为40 mg/kg,其中处理1组以硫酸锌形式添加锌,处理2组以蛋氨酸螯合锌形式添加锌。试验期为42 d。结果表明,①与硫酸锌相比,蛋氨酸螯合锌显著降低了22~42 d和1~42 d肉鸡的料重比(P < 0.05),但对各阶段肉鸡平均日采食量、平均日增重以及21和42 d肉鸡体重均无显著影响(P > 0.05)。②蛋氨酸螯合锌替代硫酸锌对42 d肉鸡宰前体重、屠体重、全净膛重、腿肌重、屠宰率、胸肌率和腿肌率均无显著影响(P > 0.05),但显著降低了42 d肉鸡全净膛率(P < 0.05),增加了42 d肉鸡胸肌重、腹脂重和腹脂率(P < 0.05)。③蛋氨酸螯合锌替代硫酸锌对42 d肉鸡胸肌肉色、滴水损失和蒸煮损失均无显著影响(P > 0.05)。④与硫酸锌相比,蛋氨酸螯合锌显著提高了21和42 d肉鸡血清铜锌—超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活力以及42 d肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P < 0.05),降低了21 d肉鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P < 0.05),但对21和42 d肉鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力无显著影响。由此可见,蛋氨酸螯合锌替代硫酸锌具有提高肉鸡生产性能和抗氧化功能的作用。  相似文献

1. The effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acid isomers (CLAs) on productive traits, carcase yield and meat quality were investigated in Beijingyou (Chinese) chickens. A total of 360 male chicks were allocated to 5 dietary treatments (0.00, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00 and 2.00% CLA) and fed for 126 d. 2. The results showed that CLA supplementation did not significantly influence body weight, but increased feed conversion and decreased intramuscular fat in breast and thigh muscles. Mortality was significantly higher in the control group. 3. The addition of 1.0 and 2.0% CLA decreased abdominal fat percentages. At CLA dietary levels greater than 0.5%, lipoprotein lipase activity in plasma was significantly decreased. 4. Hunter L* and a* values were not significantly affected by CLA supplementation. However, Hunter b* values were lower in chickens supplemented at levels greater than 0.5% CLA. Supplementing diets with CLA modified the fatty acid composition of breast muscle. The proportions of CLA, saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids were increased whereas the proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids was decreased.  相似文献

为了研究日粮不同代谢能和赖氨酸水平对AA肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,试验选用160只1日龄AA公雏,随机分为5个处理,每个处理32个重复,每重复1只鸡,实行单笼饲养。试验采用2因子(代谢能和赖氨酸)×2水平(低于和高于对照组)随机区组设计,设1个对照组(代谢能参照NRC,1994),2个代谢能水平分别为12.97、13.81MJ/kg;2个赖氨酸水平0~3周龄分别为1.0%、1.2%,4~6周龄分别为0.9%、1.1%,对照组代谢能水平0~6周龄为13.39MJ/kg,赖氨酸水平0~3周龄为1.1%,4~6周龄为1.0%。42日龄屠宰,试验结果表明:①日粮代谢能水平从12.97MJ/kg提高到13.81MJ/kg,肉鸡平均体重增加12.67%,饲料转化率升高7%(P<0.01);日粮赖氨酸水平提高20%,体重显著增加12.38%(P<0.05),饲料转化率升高3.84%(P<0.01);日粮代谢能和赖氨酸对饲料转化率有显著的互作效应(P<0.05);②随着代谢能水平的提高,屠体重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、腹脂重和腹脂率相应提高,高能组显著高于中、低能组(P<0.05),赖氨酸水平对屠体重、全净膛重、胸肌重和胸肌率产生极显著的影响(P<0.01),与低赖氨酸组相比,高赖氨酸日粮组肉鸡屠体重增加12.33%、全净膛重增加12.62%、胸肌重增加28.53%、胸肌率提高3.11%,代谢能和赖氨酸水平对肉鸡腹脂重有显著的互作效应(P<0.05);③日粮代谢能水平为13.81MJ/kg,赖氨酸水平0~3周龄为1.2%、4~6周龄为1.1%时AA肉鸡获得最佳生产性能和屠宰性能,与实际生产中应用的NRC(1994)代谢能和赖氨酸水平相比,AA肉鸡多赢利1.44元/只。  相似文献

1. Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of exogenous corticosterone administration (30 mg/kg diet) and dietary energy level on feed or energy intake and fat deposition in broiler chickens of 1 and 4 weeks of age. 2. Corticosterone treatment significantly suppressed body weight (BW) gain and reduced feed and caloric efficiencies. The retarded growth may conceal the stimulatory effect of corticosterone on feed consumption or metabolisable energy (ME) intake. A high-energy diet may increase energy intake and partially alleviate the suppressing effect of corticosterone on growth of broilers. 3. Corticosterone administration promoted the conservation of energy stores as fat at both abdominal and subcutaneous sites and this process occurred regardless of dietary energy level in ad libitum feeding status. A high-energy diet increased fat accumulation and showed no significant interaction with corticosterone treatment. 4. The suppressed development of breast and thigh muscles by corticosterone treatment was observed only in 1-week-old chickens fed on the low-energy diet. In contrast, the yield of breast muscle but not thigh muscle was significantly decreased by corticosterone in 4-week-old chickens, suggesting that the tissue specificity to corticosterone challenge is age dependent. 5. Plasma concentrations of glucose, insulin, triglyceride, non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA) and very low density lipoprotein were increased by corticosterone treatment regardless of diet treatment. A high-energy diet increased plasma levels of NEFA and resulted in hyperinsulinism in 4-week-old chickens but not in 1-week-old chickens. 6. Lipoprotein lipase (LPL) activities in adipose tissues may have been up-regulated by corticosterone treatment and showed tissue specificity. The increased LPL activities at ad libitum feeding status were not necessarily linked with the increased fat accumulation in corticosterone challenged chickens. 7. Corticosterone resulted in augmented energy consumption and altered energy redistribution toward lipid deposition. The induced insulin resistance and enhanced hepatic de novo lipogenesis by corticosterone are likely to be responsible for the increased fat deposition.  相似文献

This study described the relation between the type and amount of dietary fat on the deposition of abdominal fat by broiler chickens. It was hypothesized that at higher fat intakes, the well-known lowering effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids on the deposition of abdominal fat would be diminished. Experimental diets were formulated to contain three levels of added fat (3%, 6% and 9%). Each level had different proportions of the saturated fatty acids (SFA) and unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) by installing the ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 and 1:5 with the use of tallow and soybean oil. Arbor Acres chicks, aged 7 days, were fed one of the 15 experimental diets until they were aged 42 days. Feed and water were provided ad libitum. There was no systematic effect of the dietary fat type and the amount on the weight gain and the feed intake. The lowest SFA:UFA ratio of 1:5 produced the lowest feed conversion rates, irrespective of the amount of the fat in the diet. The abdominal fat deposition was similar in the birds fed on diets containing either 3% or 6% added fat, but deposition was lower than in those fed 9% fat. A decrease in the SFA:UFA ratio of the diet was associated with a dose-dependent decrease in abdominal fat, irrespective of the amount of fat in the diet. This observation leads to the rejection of the hypothesis stated above. A decrease in the dietary SFA:UFA from 1:1 to 1:4 caused a decrease in the number of the fat cells per surface unit of breast meat. It is concluded that an increased intake of soybean oil at the expense of tallow reduced the abdominal fat deposition and the number of fat cells in the breast meat of broiler chickens.  相似文献

选用180只4周龄星布罗商品代肉仔鸡,随机分为4组(每组45只),日粮中分别添加0ppm、5.0ppm、10.0ppm、20.Oppm的Procaterol.以玉米-豆饼作为基础日粮.试验期4周.结果表明,给药组饲料转化率提高,但4周净增重各组间无显著差异;腿肌率提高,腹脂与皮下脂肪厚度显著下降;肌肉中蛋白质含量提高,脂肪含量无显著变化.以上结果表明,肾上腺素能β-受体兴奋剂Procaterol能明显地提高肉仔鸡的饲料转化率,降低胴体脂肪含量,增加蛋白质沉积.  相似文献
