Two strains of porcine parvovirus (PPV), designated Kresse and NADL-8, were compared for relative virulence in porcine fetuses. Strain Kresse was injected into the amniotic fluid of all fetuses of 1 uterine horn of each of 2 pregnant gilts at 72 days of gestation. Strain NADL-8 was administered similarly to fetuses of 4 other gilts at the same stage of gestation. All gilts were killed and necropsied 35 days later. Selected tissues of all fetuses were tested for infectious virus and viral antigen. Sera from live fetuses were tested for antibody to PPV. These tests confirmed that most fetuses exposed to PPV by intra-amniotic injection became infected. All of 11 fetuses exposed to strain Kresse by intra-amniotic injection were alive at the time of necropsy, and all appeared clinically normal. In contrast, 8 of 24 fetuses exposed similarly to strain NADL-8 were dead. Many of the fetuses from the uterine horns contralateral to the uterine horns inoculated with virus were infected after 72 days of gestational age by intrauterine spread of the virus. Four such fetuses, 3 infected with the NADL-8 strain and 1 infected with the Kresse strain, were dead at the time of necropsy. These findings were inconsistent with those of a previous report, which indicated that the Kresse strain of PPV was markedly more virulent than the NADL-8 strain of PPV for porcine fetuses. A possible reason for this apparent discrepancy is discussed.  相似文献

Ten multiparous sows were inoculated between 46 and 50 days of gestation with a fetal swine isolate of encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV) to investigate the ability of the virus to cause transplacental infection and fetal death. Four sows (group 1) were inoculated IM with EMCV MN-25 that had been passaged 4 times on baby hamster kidney-21 line cell monolayers. Two sows were euthanatized at postinoculation (PI) day 23, and the other 2 sows at PI day 44. An additional 6 sows (group 2) were inoculated IM with the same virus that had been passaged 5 additional times in pigs. Two sows were euthanatized at 14 days, and the remaining 4 sows at PI day 28. Clinical signs were not observed in any of the sows, whereas all sows seroconverted to EMCV. In group 1, only 2 of 50 fetuses were mummified. Virus was not recovered, although EMCV antibodies were detected in the 2 mummified fetuses. In group 2, the 2 sows that were euthanatized at PI day 14 had 26 normal fetuses and there was no evidence of fetal infection. However, in the 4 sows euthanatized at PI day 28, 20 of 48 fetuses were mummified, hemorrhagic, or edematous. Encephalomyocarditis virus was recovered from 21 of 48 fetuses. Transplacental infection and fetal deaths in pregnant sows was achieved following infection with EMCV passaged in pigs.  相似文献

Hormonal changes, lesions, and virus isolation studies were determined in sows after uterine artery inoculation with porcine parvovirus [( PPV], strain NADL-8) in early pregnancy. Two sows were given PPV on days 14 or 16 and were euthanatized and necropsied on day 35 after twice daily plasma collection for hormone measurement. Parvovirus was given to 4 sows on day 14 and to 4 sows on day 21 with 5 times daily plasma samples collected for 1 week. Sows were examined on days 21 and 28, respectively. Four control sows in each group on days 14 and 21 were given a placebo injection and were similarly studied. All embryos in all but 1 sow given PPV were in various stages of resorption at necropsy. Normal embryos were present in all control sows. Estrone sulfate values increased logarithmically, progesterone values remained stable, and concentrations of 13, 14-dihydro-15-keto-prostaglandin (PG) F2 alpha (PGFM), a PGF2 alpha metabolite, were less than 200 ng/ml for sows given a placebo. In contrast, sows with resorbing embryos did not have an increase in estrone sulfate values. A decrease in plasma progesterone values occurred in 9 of 10 sows inoculated with PPV; this decrease was accompanied by greater than or equal to 1 marked increase in PGFM concentrations. Quantitative assessment of the uterus revealed significantly greater cytoplasmic density in endometrial and glandular cell (P less than 0.01), a greater glandular epithelium height (P less than 0.05), and twice the number of glands (P less than 0.05) in control sows, compared with values in sows inoculated with PPV.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Two experiments were undertaken to evaluate whether porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus was able to cross the placenta and infect midgestation fetuses following intranasal inoculation of sows and whether PRRS virus directly infected fetuses following in utero inoculation. In experiment 1, eight sows between 45 and 50 days of gestation were intranasally inoculated with PRRS virus (ATCC VR-2332), and four control sows were inoculated with uninfected cell culture lysate. Virus inoculated sows were viremic on postinoculation (PI) days 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, shed virus in their feces and nasal secretions, and became leukopenic. Sixty-nine of 71 fetuses from principal sows euthanized on PI day 7, 14 or 21 were alive at necropsy and no virus was isolated from any of the fetuses. Two principal sows that farrowed 65 and 67 days PI delivered 25 live piglets and three stillborn fetuses. The PRRS virus was isolated from two live piglets in one litter. In experiment 2, laparotomies were performed on five sows between 40 and 45 days of gestation and fetuses were inoculated in utero with either PRRS virus alone, PRRS virus plus a swine serum containing PRRS antibodies, or uninfected cell culture lysate. Three sows were euthanized on PI day 4 and two sows on PI day 11. Viral replication occurred in fetuses inoculated with virus alone and was enhanced in fetuses inoculated with virus plus antibody. Attenuated strain NADL-2 and virulent strain NADL-8 of porcine parvovirus (PPV) were titrated in vivo and in vitro under similar conditions to provide a better understanding of some of the factors involved in virulence of PPV in causing maternal reproductive failure of swine. Both strains cause fetal death when they are injected directly into fetal fluids, but only strain NADL-8 does so when administered to pregnant swine. The strains were tested for their hemagglutinating activity (HA), median cell culture infective dose (CCID50), median fetal infective dose (FID50), and median fetal lethal dose (FLD50). The FID50 and FLD50 were determined by injecting virus directly into the amniotic fluid of fetuses in utero at 44 +/- 2 days of gestation and collecting the fetuses 15 +/- 1 days later. Both strains had an HA titer of 64, suggesting that there is a similar number of virions in stock preparations. However, other measurements differed markedly. The CCID50, FID50, and FLD50 were 10(5.5), 10(3.5), and 10(0.5), respectively, for strain NADL-2, and 10(4.5), 10(7.7), and 10(6.3), respectively, for strain NADL-8. Collectively, the values indicate that more than 10,000 times as much strain NADL-2 would need to reach the conceptus transplacentally to establish infection. These observations may help to explain the different consequences of oronasal exposure of pregnant swine to these strains of PPV.  相似文献

The sequential tissue distribution of virus was investigated using virus isolation and immunofluorescence tests in 1-day-old piglets inoculated with porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2) and/or porcine parvovirus (PPV). Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes were seen in the pig inoculated with PCV2 alone and killed at 26 days post-inoculation (PI). One of the pigs inoculated with PCV2 and PPV and killed at 21 days PI had an enlarged liver. The pig killed at 26 days PI in this group had enlarged liver, kidneys and heart. Histopathological changes were seen in lymphoid tissues of the pigs inoculated with PCV2 alone and killed at 14 and 26 days PI. Similar, but more severe, lesions were observed in the pigs infected with PCV2 and PPV and killed from 10 days PI onwards. Histological lesions of nephritis, pneumonia and hepatitis were also apparent in these animals. Mild nephritis was also seen in the pigs infected with PPV alone and killed at 14 and 26 days PI. Moderate amounts of PPV antigen were detected in tissues from the pigs inoculated with PPV alone and killed at 14 days PI. Low levels of PCV antigen were detected, mainly in lymphoid tissues, in the pigs inoculated with PCV alone and killed at 14 days PI. Low to moderate amounts of PCV antigen were detected in a wider range of tissues in the pig in this group killed at 26 days PI. In the pigs inoculated with both viruses, PPV antigen was detected in tissues of pigs killed from 3 to 26 days PI with maximal amounts detected between 6 and 14 days PI. PCV2 antigen was detected in low to moderate amounts in the tissues of pigs killed at 14 days PI. Large amounts of PCV2 antigen were detected in most of the tissues from pigs in this group killed between 17 and 26 days PI. Virus isolation results for PCV2 generally correlated well with the results for immunofluorescent staining. PPV was isolated from almost all tissues from pigs inoculated with PCV2 and PPV, a much higher incidence of positive tissues than observed for immunofluorescent staining.  相似文献

Transmissible viral proventriculitis (TVP) was experimentally reproduced in 2-wk-old specific-pathogen-free chickens and commercial broiler chickens by eyedrop inoculation of adenovirus-like virus (AdLV), isolate R1 1/3. No clinical signs and no weight gain depression were observed in chickens inoculated with AdLV (R11/3); however, gross and microscopic lesions characteristic of TVP were present in proventriculi of inoculated chickens. Proventriculi of AdLV (R11/3)-inoculated chickens were markedly enlarged, compared with sham-inoculated controls, by day 7 postinoculation (PI). Microscopic lesions in proventriculi of inoculated chickens were detected beginning on day 3 PI and consisted of degeneration and necrosis of glandular epithelium, ductal epithelial hyperplasia, replacement of glandular epithelium with ductal epithelium, and diffuse interstitial lymphoid infiltration; no microscopic lesions were observed in other tissues. AdLV (R11/3) antigens were detected in proventriculi by immunohistochemistry on days 3-10 PI in inoculated SPF chickens and days 3-21 PI in inoculated commercial broiler chickens; no viral antigens were detected in other tissues. AdLV (R11/3) was reisolated from proventriculi of inoculated SPF and commercial broiler chickens on days 5 and 7 PI. No virus, viral antigens, or lesions were detected in proventriculi collected from sham-inoculated chickens. These findings indicate an etiologic role for AdLV (R11/3) in TVP.  相似文献

The pathogenesis of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) virus (bovine herpesvirus-1) was studied in porcine fetuses after in utero inoculation. Laparotomies were performed on 8 seronegative pregnant sows at 34 to 86 days of gestation, and all fetuses in 1 uterine horn of each sow were exposed to IBR virus via inoculation into the amniotic sacs. Fetuses in the other horn served as controls. Clinical signs of infection were not observed in the sows, except for 2 sows that aborted at postinoculation days (PID) 11 and 15. Fetuses of the remaining 6 sows were collected at slaughter on PID 15 to 28. Fetuses were examined for gross abnormalities, presence of IBR virus in tissues, and the formation of neutralizing antibodies to IBR virus. Of 33 inoculated fetuses from 6 sows, 10 were mummified, 11 were hemorrhagic and/or edematous, and 12 were alive. Necrotic lesions were observed on the skin and in the liver of dead and live fetuses. Virus was recovered from 29 of 33 inoculated fetuses. Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus was isolated from fetal skin, liver, lungs, kidney, spleen, stomach contents, brain, amniotic fluid, and placenta. Virus was isolated from 4 of 11 fetuses recovered from 1 aborting sow. Antibodies to IBR virus were not detected in sera from the sows. However, antibodies were detected in 6 of 15 fetuses inoculated at 63 to 86 days of gestation and collected at slaughter at 86 to 112 days of gestation. The youngest fetus with detectable IBR antibody was estimated to be 74 days of gestation by measuring crown-rump length of the fetus.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to experimentally reproduce swine infertility and respiratory syndrome (SIRS). Six multiparous sows were intranasally inoculated at 93 days of gestation with lung homogenates from clinically affected pigs, and 3 additional sows were similarly inoculated with a virus isolated in cell culture from the lung homogenate (SIRS virus, isolate ATCC VR-2332). Inoculated sows developed transient anorexia, farrowed up to 7 days prematurely, and delivered a mean of 5.8 live pigs and 6.0 dead fetuses/litter. Clinical signs of disease were not observed in 3 sham-inoculated control sows that delivered a mean of 12.7 live pigs and 0.3 stillborn fetuses/litter. The SIRS virus was isolated from 50 of 76 live-born and stillborn fetuses from the 9 infected litters. Virus was not isolated from 26 autolyzed fetuses or 15 control pigs. Six of 9 inoculated sows developed neutralizing antibodies to SIRS virus. The reproductive effects found in these experiments were identical to those found in field cases. On the basis of our findings, virus isolate ATCC VR-2332 causes the reproductive failure associated with SIRS.  相似文献

Forty-five sows and 15 boars were selected at random from a breeding herd known to be chronically infected with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and lymphoid, immune-privileged, and non-lymphoid/non-immune-privileged tissues were tested for the presence of the virus by PCR, virus isolation, and immunohistochemistry. The virus was isolated from the lateral retropharyngeal lymph node of one sow; the isolate was nucleic acid sequenced and determined to be of field origin, and it was inoculated into two PRRSV-naive pregnant sows (A and B) at 95 days of gestation. They were necropsied 14 days later and samples of maternal and fetal tissue and blood samples were collected. Sow A had 10 fresh, six partially autolysed, and two mummified fetuses, and sow B had six fresh and viable fetuses. Viral nucleic acid was detected by PCR in tissue pools from each sow and also from pooled fetal tissues, and the virus was isolated from fetal pools from sow A.  相似文献

Twelve 8- to 12-month-old crossbred boars were inoculated with a virulent strain (NADL-8) of porcine parvovirus (PPV). Hemicastrations were performed on 6 boars 3, 7, 10, 14, 21, and 28 days after an IM injection of 10(8) median cell culture infectious dose (CCID50) of PPV (n = 3) or injection of 10(7.4) CCID50 given intratesticularly (IT, n = 3). Noninfected cell culture medium (0.25 ml) was injected into each testicle of a 7th boar (IT inoculated control). Virus or viral antigen was detected in testicular and epididymal tissues up to 14 days after inoculation. Direct immunofluorescence indicated that viral antigen was mainly associated with the vasculature of the interstitium. Microscopic lesions were not evident in the testicles and epididymides of IM inoculated boars. Acute-to-chronic testicular degeneration was evident in the IT inoculated boars, as well as in the IT inoculated control boar. Six boars were inoculated IM or orally/nasally with 10(7.9) CCID50 of PPV. Semen was collected twice weekly for 8 weeks after inoculation. Virus was not detected in any ejaculates. Semen also was collected from 4 boars for 5 weeks before inoculation, and preinoculation and post-inoculation semen quality was compared. Pronounced changes in sperm output, ejaculate volume, motility, or morphologic defects were not observed. The reproductive consequences of experimental PPV infection in boars were minimal because reproductive function was unaffected and venereal transmission of PPV was not detected.  相似文献

This publication reviews some pathogenetic features of the transplacental infection with porcine viruses in sows. Viremia either with virus freely circulating or associated to peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) is an essential part of such pathogenesis. Virus replication occurs either in fetal tissues only or both in fetal and maternal tissues and the outcome may be different.Since porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2) has been associated with reproductive failure in sows, the question was asked what type of viremia PCV2 causes and what the effect of PCV2 is on the pregnant uterus. Seronegative gilts were oronasally inoculated and plasma and PBMC were monitored for infectious virus and for quantity of viral DNA copies. Infectious virus was found in plasma only at 21 days post-inoculation (DPI). Virus associated to PBMC was detected between 14 and 49 DPI. Viral DNA was found in plasma between 14 and 49 DPI and associated to PBMC between 7 and 63 DPI (end of experiment). Direct intra-fetal inoculation at 57, 75 and 92 days of gestation and collection of fetuses 21 days later showed that the virus replicates highly in fetal tissues, particularly in the heart. Fetal death occurred in the 57 days sows while virus and antibodies were observed in the 75- and 92-day inoculated sows. Inoculation at 57 and 75 days of gestation and collection of the piglets at the end of pregnancy showed that intrauterine spread had occurred to fetuses adjacent to the inoculated ones and that fetal death occurred also in the presence of antibodies. The pregnancy was not interrupted.This study shows that PCV2 causes viremia which is largely cell-associated and that virus replication in fetuses causes fetal death with mummification. Whether such transplacental infection occurs in the immune sow population is questionable.  相似文献

In 2013,one case of suspected H9 subtype avian influenza occurred in a chicken farm of Jilin povince.Clinical samples were collected from the diseased farm,inoculated into the allantoic cavity of 9-day-old SPF chicken embryo,and then one strain of virus was isolated.The results of HA test,HI test and molecular biology test all showed that the isolate belonged to H9 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV).The HA cleavage site of the isolate was RSSR↓GLF,which was consisted with the molecular characteristic of low pathogenic AIV.The HA peptide chain had 9 potential glycosylation sites which were same as other isolates of recent years.The isolate had 8 receptor binding sites,including 234 receptor binding site by glutamine (Q) mutating into threonine (T).The phylogenetic tree revealed the isolate belonged to Eurasian lineages and it had far genetic relationship with the earliest domestic isolate (A/Chicken/Beijing/1/94(H9N2)),but had close genetic relationship with the representative strain (A/Chicken/Guangxi/55/2005(H9N2)) of major epidemic branch since 2007.We prepared an inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine of the isolate,and then vaccinated SPF chicken.21 days after vaccination,the HI titer of chicken serum antibody reached up to 10log2.The result suggested the isolate had good immunogenicity.  相似文献

2013年中国吉林某养鸡场发生疑似H9亚型禽流感疫情,采集该发病鸡场病料接种9日龄SPF鸡胚,分离得到一株病毒。经血凝(HA)试验、血凝抑制(HI)试验、测序分析,鉴定该毒株为H9亚型禽流感病毒(AIV)。对本试验分离株HA基因进行测序及序列分析,结果显示分离株HA基因的裂解位点为RSSR↓GLF,符合低致病性AIV的基因特征;HA肽链具有9个潜在糖基化位点,与近些年H9亚型AIV分离株的潜在糖基化位点相同;具有8个受体结合位点,其中234位受体结合位点由谷氨酰胺(Q)变异成苏氨酸(T);HA基因系统进化树结果显示本试验分离株属于欧亚进化分支,与中国最早分离株A/Chicken/Beijing/1/94(H9N2)亲缘关系较远,与2007年后中国H9亚型AIV主要流行分支的代表株A/Chicken/Guangxi/55/2005(H9N2)亲缘关系较近。将该毒株制成油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫SPF鸡,免疫后第21天免疫鸡血清抗体高达10log2,表明本试验分离株具有很好的免疫原性。  相似文献

Three avian reovirus isolates (2177, 2035, and 1733) were used to determine the effect of the age of chickens at inoculation on virus virulence and persistence. Groups of specific-pathogen-free leghorns were inoculated with three different reovirus isolates of different levels of pathogenicity at 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 4 weeks of age. Tissues were examined for the presence of virus and lesions at regular intervals until 8 weeks postinoculation (PI) and then again at 22 weeks PI. Isolate 1733, which is highly pathogenic, was reisolated from the thymus, trachea, liver, intestine, cecal tonsils, bursa of Fabricius, gastrocnemius tendon, and white blood cells. Microscopic lesions were observed in some tissues, including the thymus, liver, spleen, bursa of Fabricius, and gastrocnemius tendons, when sampled within a 7-day period following inoculation. This isolate persisted and produced microscopic lesions in the gastrocnemius tendons for as long as 22 weeks PI. The isolates of intermediate pathogenicity (2035) or low pathogenicity (2177) were isolated less frequently and from fewer tissues than isolate 1733. Isolate 2035 could be found in the gastrocnemius tendons as long as 7 weeks PI, whereas isolate 2177 was never isolated from the tendons, nor did it produce any notable gross or microscopic tissue changes. Birds inoculated at age 1 week or older with any of the three reovirus pathotypes were more resistant to infection than 1-day-old inoculates, as evidenced by a decrease in virus reisolations and a concurrent reduction in the severity of lesions in selected tissues.  相似文献

The pathogenicity of two porcine encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV) isolates for sows in gestation and young piglets was studied. One virus originated from a case of reproductive failure in pigs in Belgium and the other from a case of acute myocarditis in pigs in Greece. Sows in the mid-gestation period and one- to two-month old piglets were inoculated with each isolate. The molecular relationship between both isolates was studied by determining the nucleotide sequence located across the junction of the 1C and 1D capsid-coding genes. Antigenic analysis was performed using a panel of 35 monoclonal antibodies raised against an Italian field isolate of EMCV. All three approaches revealed differences between both isolates and also confirmed that there was no link between the two outbreaks of disease.  相似文献

To establish a real-time polymerase chain reaction with SYBR® Green for detection and quantification of porcine parvovirus (PPV) in porcine tissues, two primers specific for the non-structural protein 1 gene were designed. The detection limit of this assay was 3–23 gene copies/reaction, equivalent to 0.001 TCID50/ml. The assay was linear over a 106 dilution range of template concentrations. Other porcine pathogens involved in reproductive disorders (porcine circovirus 2, porcine reproductive and respiratory virus, pseudorabies virus, classical swine fever virus) were negative by this assay. This assay could detect PPV titres at least 105 smaller than the hemagglutination assay. To better understand the pathogenesis of PPV, the levels of viral DNA in various tissues of artificially challenged sows and their fetuses were quantified with this method. The virus was found mainly in the heart, lung, spleen, kidney, and endometrium of sows, and mainly in the heart, spleen, lung, and testis of fetuses. This study provides a new tool for the study of PPV infection and distribution in sows and their fetuses.  相似文献

Seven bovid herpesvirus-4 (BHV-4) isolates recovered from various clinical conditions of cattle were studied for their pathogenic potential in pregnant rabbits. These viruses were originally recovered from respiratory and reproductive tract infections of cattle. A virus dose of 4 x 10(6.8)TCID50 per fetus was inoculated via the intrauterine route in 10- and 17-day pregnant rabbits. Clinical, virologic, and pathologic data were collected to compare the effect of each isolate on does and fetuses/kits. Three isolates (LVR-140, QVR-3140 and 86-068) caused abortion, fetal reabsorption and/or mummification in inoculated rabbits. Virus was recovered from tissues of inoculated rabbits (especially the spleen, ovaries and uterus) by organ explanation and/or co-cultivation. Intravenous inoculation of isolate 86-068 did not produce any clinical signs in either 10- or 17-day pregnant rabbits. All seven isolates of BHV-4 showed a predilection for the reproductive tract of pregnant rabbits but varied in the severity of disease signs produced. Variation was also observed in the genome of various isolates on the basis of restriction endonuclease (RE) analysis. Relationship of RE patterns to the variation in the pathogenic potential of seven BHV-4 isolates is discussed.  相似文献

All 37 fetuses of 3 laparotomized pregnant sows at 86, 92, and 93 days of gestation were inoculated intramuscularly through the uterine wall with porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2). The sows were allowed to farrow, and blood and tissue samples were collected from their piglets before and after suckling colostrum. Thirteen fetuses from 2 sows at 90 and 103 days of gestation were used as controls. Of the 37 PCV-2 inoculated fetuses, 24 were grossly normal and 13 were mummified, stillborn, or weak-born at farrowing. Infection with PCV-2 was demonstrated in various tissues of grossly normal and abnormal fetuses by virus isolation, polymerase chain reaction, and immunohistochemical methods. Antibodies specific to PCV-2 were also detected from the sera or thoracic fluids of abnormal fetuses and unsuckled normal pigs. No evidence of PCV-2 infection was found in any control fetuses. The present results confirm previous findings that PCV-2 can infect late-term swine fetuses and may cause reproductive abnormalities.  相似文献

Nine pregnant heifers were inoculated intravenously with infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBRV) in the sixth month of pregnancy. Tissues were collected from the fetus of a heifer killed 13 days postinoculation (PI), from fetuses of 6 heifers that aborted 16-27 days PI, and from mummified fetuses of 2 heifers that aborted 53 and 85 days PI, respectively. Control tissues were obtained from the fetus of a non-inoculated heifer that was killed in the seventh month of gestation. Tissues were fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin, and examined for viral antigen by immunohistochemistry, using biotinylated second antibody and alkaline phosphatase-labeled avidin-biotin complex. Antigen was detected in at least 1 tissue from the fetus of each inoculated heifer. Positive tissues included lung, liver, spleen, kidney, adrenal, and placenta. In several fetuses, antigen was identified in tissues from which virus was not isolated in cell culture. This appeared to occur when tissues had only a few small foci of infection or when tissues were severely autolyzed. The observation of viral antigen in tissues from mummified fetuses indicates that this technique may be useful in diagnostic laboratories to detect IBRV infection in tissues that are not suitable for virus isolation or for examination by the cryostat tissue section-fluorescent antibody technique.  相似文献
