麦胚具有快速酸败变质的特性,为提高麦胚稳定性,利用研发的麦胚在线微波稳定化处理工艺和装备,选取不同微波功率和处理时间等工艺参数进行试验,研究不同条件对麦胚稳定化效果的影响.结果表明,采用微波功率2.8 kW、时间4 min处理的麦胚,在30 d加速贮藏后,脂肪酶相对酶活17.63%,过氧化值3.81 mmol/kg,酸价14.65 mg/g,VE损失率5.29%.氮溶解指数51.10%,含水率3.72%,脂肪酸组成和相对含量未产生明显变化.研究表明,该微波装备能与面粉生产线相配套,有效钝化麦胚脂肪酶,保持麦胚营养,延长保质期,且具有节能降耗的优点. 相似文献

本实验以‘红颜’草莓匍匐茎茎尖为外植体,探讨了不同消毒时间、不同外源激素对‘红颜’草莓茎尖消毒效果、茎尖萌发及增殖效果的影响。结果表明:最佳的消毒时间组合为75 %酒精30 s,再用0.1 %升汞振荡冲洗10 min;较适宜的初代萌芽激素组合为1.00 mg/L 6-BA、0.20 mg/L NAA,萌芽率可达100.00 %;在0.50 mg/L 6-BA、0.10 mg/L KT两种激素浓度的组合下,‘红颜’草莓增殖效果较佳,草莓苗长势较好,增殖系数为3.0。 相似文献

利用改性煤矸石吸附预处理洗浴废水,考察了改性煤矸石粒径、投加量及吸附反应时间对废水处理效果的影响。试验结果表明,改性煤矸石吸附预处理洗浴废水的最佳试验条件为:在原废水COD262.4 mg/L、浊度15.8NTU、LAS为7.1 mg/L时,投加100目改性煤矸石2 g与50 mL废水混合振荡吸附120 min。在此试验条件下处理后出水COD、浊度及LAS分别为100.3 mg/L、4.3 NTU和1.6 mg/L,去除率分别可达到61.76%、72.78%、77.89%。该项研究为改性煤矸石作为水处理吸附剂在洗浴废水处理中的应用提供了理论依据,同时也为洗浴废水的预处理提供一种途径。 相似文献

为了分析不同间歇时间和矿化度对黄河三角洲粉壤土水分入渗特征及盐分分布的影响,进行了咸淡水交替灌溉的室内土柱试验,设置4种间歇时间(0, 30, 60, 90 min)和3种咸水矿化度(3,6,9 g/L),分析了累积入渗量、入渗历时、土壤水盐分布等参数变化.结果表明:相同入渗水量下,咸淡水交替灌溉的入渗历时随间歇时间的增加而显著增大.当咸水矿化度为3,6,9 g/L时,咸淡水交替灌溉处理的平均土壤含水率差异不具有统计学意义,但咸水矿化度为3 g/L处理的平均土壤含盐量低于咸水矿化度为6和9 g/L处理,且间歇90 min的平均土壤含盐量远低于其他处理.因此,当咸水矿化度为3 g/L,间歇时间较长的灌溉方式有利于降低土壤盐分. 相似文献

对我国南方油菜分段收获割晒后的脱粒清选特性和脱粒清选参数进行了研究。通过在试验台上脱粒和清选正交试验,得出了分段收获捡拾脱粒机脱粒、清选部件形式和两组合理的工作参数。试验结果表明:脱粒分离夹带损失最小的优选参数组合为喂入量1.6kg/s、滚筒转速750r/min、脱粒间隙15mm、滚筒形式钉齿6排;影响脱粒分离夹带损失率的主次因素为滚筒形式、喂入量、脱粒间隙和滚筒转速。综合考虑清选损失率和含杂率最〖JP3〗小的优选参数组合为开度10mm鱼鳞筛、振动筛曲柄转速260r/min、离心风机转速860r/min、离心风机倾角15°;由模糊综合评价值的极差分析可得因素的主次排序为离心风机倾角、振动筛曲柄转速、筛片结构形式和离心风机转速。 相似文献

利用颗粒活性炭连续流试验对城市污水处理厂的出水进行深度处理,COD出水浓度达到6.8mg/L,满足地表水环境质量标准(GB3838-88)Ⅱ类标准,深度处理是可行的。当活性炭达到饱和时,必须进行再生。本实验以碘吸附值作为指标,通过单因素实验考查了不同微波功率、不同微波辐照时间对颗粒活性炭的再生损耗率、性能恢复率、综合恢复率的影响,并分析其呈现的规律和原因。实验结果表明,在微波功率为464 W、辐照时间为2min时,活性炭(0.8g)性能恢复率达到最大值,为102.53%;在功率为464W、时间为2min时,活性炭(0.8g)综合恢复率最佳,为94.90%。 相似文献

Effect of polyacrylamide and gypsum on surface runoff, sediment yield and nutrient losses from steep slopes 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Hilly terrains with steep slopes and poor vegetative cover are prone to soil erosion. Crop productivity from such lands can be increased by adding correct amounts of soil conditioners such as polyacrylamide (PAM) and gypsum (G) to reduce soil erosion and to improve settling of suspended sediment. The field experiments were conducted in hilly areas with 97% land slope to evaluate the effectiveness of PAM and G when applied as single and concurrent doses of 20 and 2500 kg ha−1, respectively to check surface runoff, sediment yield and major nutrient (N, P, and K) losses under natural rainfall conditions. The results indicate that concurrent application of PAM and G was most effective closely followed by G alone. However, considering the costs of PAM and gypsum and labor involved in their concurrent application on large scale, the application of gypsum alone is recommended in controlling the surface runoff, sediment yield and major nutrient losses from steeply sloped lands in Indian Himalayas. 相似文献

An index of soil drought intensity and degree: An application on corn and a comparison with CWSI 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A variety of indices have been used to measure soil and crop drought for irrigation scheduling. However, simple indices with physiological mechanisms from soil water content are still expected. Based on the water flow and supply in a soil-plant continuum, we examined the concepts of soil drought intensity and drought degree and found an empirical correlation between soil water storage and depletion in a given layer. Accordingly, an index of soil drought intensity (I) and degree (D) was established using the soil water data obtained from a field experiment conducted in Xianning, Hubei, China. Corn plants (Zea mays L., Yedan 13) were grown at field plots under a movable rain shelter. From the V6 stage to R1 stage, the corn plants were grown under seven soil water deficit levels, by no irrigation applied for 0-36 days in 2005 and 0-32 days in 2006. At the end of the irrigation withholding period, it was found that soil water below 70 cm still remained at high level, but the soil water was not easily transported to the root zone in the upper layer. The daily values of I in different soil layers reflected the soil water depletion rates in the drying course. The values of D in different soil layers, which were calculated from I, increased with the progressive soil drying course. The D index in different soil layers not only revealed the drought severity of the layer, but it was also inversely correlated with corn yields when D was less than the threshold values. When D went beyond the thresholds, for example 0.68 in 2005 (soil dried 25 days) and 0.70 in 2006 (soil dried 17 days) in the 0-10 cm soil layer, the corn yield was reduced significantly. Based on soil water changes, index D is the comprehensive result of antecedent soil water condition, crop growth and root development, soil properties, and potential atmospheric evaporation. It is also comparable to the development of drought hazard on a crop. The results suggest that soil drought degree D, together with I, can be an index for monitoring and evaluating soil-crop drought, as well as complementing the crop water stress index (CWSI) in irrigation scheduling. 相似文献

为探讨围垦年限和土壤容重双因素对海涂土壤水分运动参数的影响,在室内试验的基础上结合理论计算,对海涂4个年限围垦区土壤2个不同容重下土壤导水率、水分特征曲线和扩散率的变化进行了研究。结果表明:围垦年限对土壤颗粒组成、结构及钠盐含量等影响显著,土壤饱和导水率随围垦年限的增长而减小;持水能力、土壤水分扩散率随围垦年限的增长而增大。土壤饱和导水率、吸渗率、土壤水分扩散率及相同土壤吸力下的含水率均随容重的增大而减小,随着围垦年限的增长,土壤容重对水分运动参数的影响更明显。 相似文献

对4种典型的不同质量分数的高吸水树脂进行试验,用以研究其对鄂尔多斯沙质土壤的物理性质和玉米生长的影响。结果表明,高吸水树脂能够明显改善土壤水分特性,并且当高吸水性树脂质量分数在0.50%~1.00%时效果最佳;高吸水树脂有效地改善了土壤的持水能力,且在土壤水吸力小于0.8MPa的土壤中的改善作用明显优于土壤水吸力大于0.8MPa的土壤;在鄂尔多斯沙质土壤的有效水方面,聚丙烯酸酯聚合物在质量分数低于0.50%时优于聚丙烯酰胺聚合物,但当质量分数高于0.50%时结论则相反;土壤容重随着高吸水树脂质量分数的增大而降低,土壤总孔隙度随着高吸水树脂质量分数的增大而增大。高吸水树脂质量分数越大玉米存活的时间也越长。 相似文献

土壤气体传输过程复杂,影响因素众多,各因素之间相互影响与制约,且存在严重的空间变异性,其空间分布特征与变异程度同众多影响因素间关系复杂,野外条件下难以准确计算大范围区域内土壤导气率平均值。通过已经获得的土壤样本实测资料,建立土壤物理基本参数与土壤气体传输参数之间的函数模型,结果表明:偏砂质土壤的导气率与饱和度的拟合度较好,决定系数R2达0.95以上,而偏黏性的土壤结构性强,R2在0.69以上;遗传算法程序拟合系数ai、bi,R2均达0.90以上;利用此函数模型,拟合导气率与实测导气率之间的相对误差绝对值小于0.1,效果较好,验证了预测模型的适用性。提出的推求方法简化了土壤气体传输动力学参数在实际应用中繁琐的测算过程,为野外环境下简单、快速获取土壤气体传输动力学参数提供了参考。 相似文献
