土壤数据库在土壤学研究工作中作为一种存储、分析工具的重要性是不言而喻的。本研究利用ArcGIS和Visual FoxPro建立了包括8 830个图斑、269个土壤剖面数据的无锡和常州市1∶5万土壤数据库,根据“土壤质量演变规律与持续利用‘973’项目”的土壤肥力质量指标(pH、速效磷和速效钾)和全国养分分级标准(全氮)编制出土壤表层(0~15 cm)pH、全氮、速效磷和速效钾的空间分异图,从中表明pH 1~2级的土壤占整个研究区面积90%左右;土壤养分全氮、速效磷和速效钾的空间分布有明显共同特征—太平田区养分含量要显著高于其他地区。对不同母质和不同土壤类型(亚类级别)间的土壤表层容重、粘粒、pH、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效磷和速效钾进行了方差分析,结果显示,除全氮之外,其他属性均有显著差异。在1∶5万尺度范围内,成土母质对pH、容重、全磷、有机质和速效钾起到主导作用,土壤类型对pH起到主导作用,成土母质对土壤属性的影响程度要大于土壤类型。  相似文献

探讨西藏土壤磷钾养分状况及其影响因素.结果表明西藏土壤全磷和全钾主要决定于母质.此外,土壤全磷与有机质呈正相关,故表层全磷高于底层,表现磷的生物表聚作用;而全钾与有机质呈负相关,故表层全钾低于底层,表现为有机质对钾的"稀释效应".表层速效磷(Olsen-P)<10 mg/kg 的缺磷土壤面积约占78%,表明下层速效磷更低.土壤速效磷与全磷、有机质的关系复杂,而与pH的关系密切,一般在pH 6.4~7.3的土壤中含量较高.西藏土壤表层速效钾100~150 mg/kg 和>150 mg/kg 的面积分别占17%和66%;并且速效钾主要决定于CEC,进而决定于有机质,而与粘粒关系不明显,与全钾无关.  相似文献

以人工油松林和人工刺槐林为例进行比较,分析了黄土丘陵区人工林土壤养分特征及分布,进行了人工林土壤养分效应的研究。结果表明:该研究区人工林土壤肥力处于低水平;人工林表层土壤养分中有机质和全磷的空间变异性较大;各种养分在剖面中的含量具有明显的层次性,表层(0—20cm)养分含量最高,向下层逐渐降低;在人工刺槐林中,土壤有机质含量与全氮含量相关性显著,有机质含量与全磷含量、速效钾含量相关性较为显著,与速效磷含量相关性不显著;在人工油松林中,土壤有机质含量与全氮含量相关性显著,有机质含量与速效磷含量、速效钾含量相关性较为显著,与全磷含量相关性不显著。  相似文献

本文对环江肯福环境移民安置示范区所采 88个表层土样及 4个剖面土样有机质 ,全氮 ,全磷 ,全钾 ,水解氮 ,速效磷 ,速效钾 ,pH等指标进行了测定。结果表明该区表层土壤有机质含量较高 ,土壤氮相对丰富 ,钾含量偏低 ,磷严重缺乏 ,pH偏酸性。土壤剖面发育完整 ,在土壤剖面中有机质、氮、速效磷、交换性钾主要聚集在 2 0cm的表层土壤中 ,全磷随深度的增加而降低 ,全钾和 pH值则随土壤深度增加而上升  相似文献

为提高城市绿地生态系统服务功能和促进城市可持续发展,本文研究了南京市不同功能区绿地表层土壤养分和微生物量的分布特征。结果显示,土壤pH整体呈碱性且容重偏大;公园绿地土壤全氮、速效磷和速效钾含量显著高于道路绿地;不同功能区绿地土壤有机质含量无显著差异,但公园绿地土壤微生物量碳含量和微生物熵显著高于居住区和道路绿地;公园绿地土壤结构和养分均优于道路绿地。土壤微生物量碳含量与有机质、全氮和速效钾含量呈极显著正相关,与速效磷含量呈显著正相关,与容重呈极显著负相关;土壤有机质与全氮和速效钾含量呈极显著正相关,与速效磷含量和pH无显著相关性,与容重呈显著负相关。因此,勤松土,合理施肥,增加枯枝落叶等凋落物覆盖,提高土壤养护管理水平对修复城市土壤生态和建设生态城市具有重要意义。  相似文献

以重庆市中梁山石灰土地区为研究区,选择莴笋、红菜苔、白菜、瓢儿菜和桔子5种不同的作物,通过野外采样和室内实验分析的方法,分别测定了5种作物的根际与非根际土壤的全氮、全磷、全钾、水解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质的含量以及土壤pH值,并进行了对比分析。结果表明,根际与非根际土壤的全氮、全磷、全钾、水解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质和pH值之间均表现出显著的差异性(p<0.05)。这5种作物的养分含量除了桔子树的根际土壤速效磷出现亏缺外,其余4种作物根际土壤的全氮、全磷、全钾、水解氮、速效磷以及速效钾都高于非根际土壤,不同作物出现了不同程度的富集现象。另外,根际土壤的pH值均低于非根际土壤;根际土壤有机质含量均高于于非根际土壤。  相似文献

土壤养分是土壤肥力的重要标志,是土地评价和管理的重要指标之一。通过空间统计分析和GIS分析了农牧交错带土壤养分的空间分布特征。结果表明,土壤有机质的Moran I系数对尺度响应敏感,随着尺度的增大,空间自相关性减少,而全氮、速效磷和速效钾的Moran I系数对空间的尺度响应不明显;土壤的有机质、全氮和速效磷在50km的范围内表现出空间的正相关,而在60km以外表现出空间的负相关;土壤表层速效钾变程最大(33000m),全氮次之(11000m),速效磷最小(3000m);土壤表层养分的变程与分维数呈明显的负相关关系,土壤表层有机质和速效钾的最佳拟合模型为指数模型,而全氮和速效磷的最佳拟合模型为球状模型。  相似文献

[目的]揭示马尾松(Pinus massoniana)林地植被恢复的土壤养分制约性因子,为严重侵蚀退化马尾松林地植被恢复提供理论依据。[方法]通过在福建省长汀县河田镇花岗岩风化红壤区,植被恢复差异较大的4种马尾松样地的0—5,5—20,20—40cm的土壤养分试验分析。[结果](1)恢复较差的马尾松林地的有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷、全钾、速效钾含量均较低,土壤保肥能力差,养分易随土壤侵蚀而流失。(2)所有样地的有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷,速效钾含量变化规律基本上为:恢复较差恢复中等恢复较好恢复好。(3)有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷,速效钾极显著正相关(p0.01),且在第1主成分上的载荷分别为0.921,0.931,0.974,0.906,0.874。(4)4种恢复样地土壤表层全钾差异不显著,其他层土壤规律不明显,植被恢复好的样地的pH值最小,但是马尾松林下植被生长良好。[结论]有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷、速效钾植是马尾松林地植被恢复主要制约因子,全钾、pH值不是马尾松林地植被恢复制约性因子。  相似文献

[目的] 探究耕地土壤养分含量空间格局及与环境因子的空间相关性,为区域耕地土壤施肥管控及农业生态环境保护等相关工作提供理论依据。[方法] 以湖北省枣阳市耕地为研究对象,选取土壤有机质、全氮、速效钾、缓效钾和有效磷5种土壤养分指标,并收集整理成土母质、土壤类型、土壤pH值、高程(DEM)、地表起伏度、坡度、植被覆盖度指数(NDVI)、平均气温、平均降水量和土地利用方式10种环境影响因子,利用普通克里金插值和信息熵原理,分析每种土壤养分的空间分布特征以及每种土壤养分空间分异特征与环境因子的相关性。[结果] 枣阳市土壤缓效钾空间异质性不明显,全域含量水平较高;其他4种养分均表现出不同程度的空间异质性。信息熵结果表明,5种土壤养分含量空间格局与成土母质、土壤类型和气候因子相关性均较强但相关程度存在差异;地形因子与全氮和有机质含量空间相关性较强,土壤pH值与土壤速效钾、缓效钾和有效磷相关性较强。[结论] 枣阳市土壤养分格局受自然因素影响较强,但相关性指数K值都较低,说明受到人为施肥与农作物消耗以及灌溉排水导致的土壤水化学反应及养分流失的影响。  相似文献

研究黄土高原侵蚀环境下林地开垦后坡面土壤养分空间分布状况,确立林地开垦后侵蚀驱动的坡地土壤养分空间变异特征。以黄土高原丘陵区子午岭林地和开垦28年的侵蚀坡面为研究对象,分析土壤主要性质和养分含量的变化情况,运用经典统计学和地统计法分析坡面土壤基本性质和养分空间分布规律。林地开垦后坡面土壤pH增加了0.24个单位,有机质、全氮、全磷和铵态氮、硝态氮、速效磷和速效钾分别降低了13.77,1.14,0.10 g/kg和6.05,1.63,4.99,58.44 mg/kg。林地的土壤有机质、全氮和全磷的变异系数大于开垦地,而pH和各速效养分的变异系数小于开垦地。开垦后中坡位和下坡位养分含量减少幅度较大,上坡位减少幅度较小。林地和开垦地的土壤各指标都呈中等或强烈的空间自相关。林地开垦增强了有机质、全氮、全磷、铵态氮、速效磷和速效钾的空间异质性,但减小了pH的空间异质性,地形等结构性因子主导了土壤养分空间异质性的形成。林地开垦后,pH、有机质、全氮和全磷变程增大,铵态氮、硝态氮和速效钾变程减小,速效磷在2个坡面上的变化趋势不一致。研究结果表明林地开垦极大地减少了坡面土壤养分含量,但减少幅度与坡位和坡面形态有关。同时,开垦增大了坡面土壤有机质、全氮和全磷的空间依赖性,减小了速效养分的空间依赖性。  相似文献

Re-application of zinc (Zn) sulfate for corn (Zea mays L.) production in rotation of wheat-corn has varied effects on yield of crops grown in Zn deficient soils. Therefore, this study was done as split plots in a complete randomized block design (CRBD) where the main plots were control with and without Zn application in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) production. Sub-plots were of control, without Zn fertilizer, base application of 75 kg per hectare (kg Zn ha?1), 25% and 50% less than base application and as foliar spray in combination with the 4 soil Zn treatments for corn production. Effect of previous Zn application on grain Zn concentration of corn was significant (P < 0.01). Zinc concentrations in treatments of without previous Zn (nil Zn) application and with Zn application were 28.1 and 31.8 mg kg?1, respectively. Soil application of 75 kg ha?1 and foliar application of Zn sulfate gave the highest yield (8853 kg ha?1) showed an increase of 25 percent in compared with nil-Zn. Although re-application of Zn has small effect on yield, but resulted in was the highest grain concentration.  相似文献

The effects of varied amounts of fertilization on yield, fruit quality, and nitrogen (N) uptake of muskmelons (Cucumis melo L. var reticulatus Naud) grown under both organic and conventional farming conditions were evaluated. Organic fertilizer (0.0, 0.55, 1.1, and 2.2 kg m?2) and mineral fertilizers containing the same amounts of estimated plant available nutrients [N, phosphorus (P), and potassium (K)] were applied to organic and conventional farming plots, respectively, in both the spring and autumn seasons of 2005. In comparison to conventional farming conditions, muskmelons grown under organic farming conditions had the same yield, total soluble solids (TSS) and soluble sugar contents in both growing seasons, and fruit pulp nitrate content was significantly reduced by 12% on average in spring and 16% on average in autumn. At harvest maturity the aboveground plant N concentration was significantly higher in the conventional treatments than in the organic treatments. At the vine growth stage, the plant N concentrations were similar in all treatments in both seasons. The ratios of nitrate N to total N amount in aboveground biomass were higher in conventional and high fertilized organic treatments than in low or not fertilized organic treatments under limited N supply from the soil. Muskmelon plants absorbed mainly inorganic N, and the protein N fraction in the xylem sap was larger than the amino acid N fraction. Plants grown in the organic system had a higher proportion of organic N in their xylem sap, especially when manure input was low.  相似文献

Grain sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.)], grown on the often infertile claypan soils of the eastern Great Plains, requires attention to soil fertility. Experimental objectives were to determine the effects of phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) fertility levels, N application, and legume residual on grain sorghum production and stalk rot. Following alfalfa and birdsfoot trefoil, first-year sorghum yield was 7 Mg ha?1 and not affected by N fertilizer. In subsequent years, yield increases due to N were less than 20%. Sorghum yield increased at low P and K rates, especially with nitrogen (N) fertilization and was greater following birdsfoot trefoil than following alfalfa. In 1995 when fertilized with N, lodging and stalk rot severity were increased by P and reduced by K. In 1996, stalk rot severity was reduced by K fertilization. Grain sorghum, grown after legume crops, required minimal levels of P and K, especially when N fertilizer was added.  相似文献

The River Estate Loam in Trinidad is micaceous. It is weakly structured and prone to surface crusting which results in decreased gaseous diffusion, infiltration- percolation, and seedling emergence. Mulching with ‘Encap’ (a liquid petroleum product) increased infiltration but not seedling emergence whereas ‘Krilium’ (sodium polyacrilonitrile) was more effective in improving seedling emergence. Bagasse mulch had a beneficial effect on infiltration but in common with pen manure was not very effective in aiding seedling emergence. Thin section examination showed that the uncrusted soil had an open structure with a large volume of pores, but, on crusting, the particles became densely packed with negligible air-spaces. Soil particles on die surface of the crust showed some degree of orientation but below the surface there was no such tendency, although particles coalesced with negligible air-spaces. The liquid petroleum mulch prevented crust formation and maintained a stable soil structure.  相似文献

Alkalinity of water is considered critical for plant growth. Interactions between water alkalinity and solution pH on lettuce were investigated. Seeds of romaine type lettuce were sown in pots containing perlite and irrigated with a high alkaline nutrient solution at four pH values (5, 6, 7, and 8). Considering the high amount of Fv/Fm at pH 5; higher shoot growth (at pH 5) could be due to the improvement of the efficiency of the photosynthesis apparatus of plants and consequently higher photochemical quantum yield. Although, magnesium (Mg) concentration in leaves increased with elevating pH up to 7 and then decreased at 8, but iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), and zinc (Zn) concentrations decreased at higher solution pH levels, constantly. In commercial lettuce production in which water with high pH and carbonate species is normally used, it is better to use safe acids to reduce the pH in nutrient solutions to 5.  相似文献

The SPAD chlorophyll meter was found to be a reliable, quick, and non-destructive tool used for directly measuring leaf chlorophyll and indirectly assessing the proportional parameter of leaf, and by extension, plant nitrogen (N) status. The meter has been used successfully to assess leaf N in conventional maize crops, but it has not been used with new maize (Zea mays L.) genotypes containing leafy (L) and reduced stature (RS) traits. SPAD meter readings were collected on the uppermost fully developed leaves (before silking) and on the ear leaf (after silking) of field grown maize genotypes with and without the L and RS traits. The experiment was conducted during 1996 and 1997 at two sites in Eastern Canada (Ottawa and Montreal). At each site in each year, a split plot arrangement of two treatment factors was used in a randomized complete block design with four blocks. The main plot treatments were levels of N (0, 85, 170, and 255 kg ha?1), with six maize genotypes as subplot treatments. The hybrids included: (i) leafy reduced-stature, LRS, (ii) non-leafy normal stature, NLNS, (iii) leafy normal stature, (LNS), (iv) non-leafy reduced-stature, NLRS, (v) conventional commercial hybrids, Pioneer 3905 as the hybrid check for late maturity, and (vi) Pioneer 3979, a check for early maturity. The hybrids were chosen on the basis of their contrasting canopies and root architecture. The SPAD meter readings were collected on the same five plant genotypes over time (six times per site per year, except four times for the Ottawa site in 1997). All genotypes showed increasing meter reading values as plants aged until silking. In general, SPAD meter readings increased as N fertilization level increased at each measurement date for both sites and years. In general, LNS and P3905 hybrids showed greater SPAD meter readings than other hybrids at all sampling dates for both sites and growing seasons. Applied N rates were significantly correlated with the SPAD meter readings. More highly significant relationships were found for N fertilizer levels and SPAD meter readings for the hybrids in 1997 than for the hybrids in 1996. For the Montreal site in 1997, LRS, LNS and P3905 hybrids were among those showing the highest r values between N level and SPAD readings. The correlation coefficients between SPAD readings and grain yield were generally lower. However, the NLNS hybrid had a high SPAD-yield correlation at the Macdonald site in 1997.  相似文献

The interactions between NaCl and different NO3 ?NH4 + ratios were investigated. Tomato plants (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) were grown in a greenhouse, in 120L capacity containers filled with continuously aerated Hoagland nutrient solution. Treatments were added to observe the combined effect of two NaCl levels (30 and 60 mM) and three millimolar ratios of nitrate: ammonium (14:0, 12:2, 10:4) on growth, nutrition, and contents of chlorophyll and sugars. Saline treatments decreased growth, which was partly restored by NH4 + treatment. The leaf mineral composition showed a marked effect of nitrogen (N) source, while salinity only affected NO3 ? concentration. Changing the NO3 ?:NH4 + ratio from 14:0 to 12:2 and 10:4 produced progressive increases in the concentrations of iron (Fe), chlorophyll, and reducing sugars in leaves. Therefore, the deleterious effect of salinity on biomass production can be minimized by the use of nutrient solutions containing higher NH4 + concentrations, since this seemed to be correlated with increases in nitrogen assimilation and the levels of Fe and chlorophyll.  相似文献

Mo, V, and U are mobilized as anions by aerobically decomposing plant matter; the behaviour of the dissolved metals differs in several respects from what would be expected in inorganic systems. With respect to dialysis through cellophane, between pH I and 4 the mobilized Mo is fixed by colloidal organic decomposition products, with maximum retention at pH 1.5; V is retained between pH 1.5 and 7.0, with a maximum at pH 3. The specific fixation of Mo and V by soil organic matter was considerably less, and persisted over wider pH ranges–1.5-6.5 and 1.0-9.0 respectively. The fixation of U by both forms of humified organic matter increased sharply to a maximum around pH 4-5, and thereafter decreased slightly up to pH 8. The anionic forms of the three elements persisted when MOO:2-4, VO;-3 and UO, were incubated with anaerobically decomposing plant matter; under these conditions V(V) was probably reduced to V(IV), and it seems that an anionic V(IV) complex was formed. Although the molecular size of the colloidal decomposition products of lucerne was somewhat less than that of organic matter extracted from Rothamsted top soil, acid hydrolysates of the two humic acids contained the same twenty-three amino acids, in much the same relative proportions.  相似文献
