对来源于湖南省的38个杉木无性系在广西柳州市21年生试验林各生长性状进行了调查与分析,发现中林龄杉木无性系间的胸径、树高、单株材积及树冠指标生长量均存在显著或极显著的差异;无性系树高、胸径、材积、枝下高、冠长及冠幅等性状重复力为58.65%87.19%,均达50%以上,表现为中等以上重复力,说明杉木无性系生长性状及树冠性状具有较高的遗传稳定性;无性系生长性状胸径、树高及材积与树冠性状冠长、冠幅均呈显著或极显著正相关;从38个供试杉木无性系中筛选出88号、68号、300号等3个优良杉木无性系,单株材积分别达0.494 8、0.438 9、0.412 9 m3,较优良种源、改良代种子园种子及优良家系组成的5个实生对照平均值分别高出43.59%、27.37%和19.82%。  相似文献

Understanding genetic variation is important for efficiently selecting excellent clones and utilizing genetic resources during tree breeding. We investigated 16 growth traits of 50 32-year-old Pinus koraiensis clones. Analyses of variance showed that all the test traits differed significantly among clones. Average height, diameter at breast height (DBH), and volume of all clones were 10.41 m, 21.30 cm, and 0.148 m3, respectively. Phenotypic coefficients of variation and repeatabilities of traits ranged from 4.37 to 48.03% and from 0.013 to 0.900, respectively. There exists significant positive correlations among heights, diameter at different heights (1.3, 3.0, 5.0 m), and volumes; genetic correlation was close to phenotype correlation. Using four growth traits (height, DBH, volume, average crown width) as indices for a comprehensive evaluation, five clones (PK 11, PK 19, PK 04, PK 14, and PK 28), whose traits scored in the top 10%, were selected as elite clones. For these clones, genetic gains in height, DBH, volume and crown height were 8.58, 13.02, 32.72 and 3.83%, respectively. To better understand the genetic control of fiber properties (fiber length [FL], fiber width [FW] and coarseness [C]) and growth traits (tree height [H], diameter at breast height [DBH] and stem volume [SV]) in triploid hybrid clones of Populus tomentosa carr., genetic relationships among selected fiber properties with growth traits were examined in five-year-old clonal field trials located in Yanzhou, Gaotang and Xiangfen, China. In total, 180 trees from 10 clones were sampled from the three sites. The site had a moderate effect on FW, C and tree growth, and a highly significant (P<0.001) effect on FL and fiber length/width (FL/W). Clonal effects were also significant (P<0.05) for all studied traits except for the DBH and SV. Clone×site interactions were significant for all studied traits (except for FL). The estimated repeatability of clonal mean for FL (0.91) was higher than for FW (0.88), C (0.77), FL/W (0.74), H (0.62), DBH (0.61) and SV (0.55). Intersite genetic correlation estimates indicated that fiber properties were more stable than growth traits. Positively insignificant genetic correlation estimates between FL and growth trait and negatively insignificant genetic correlation estimates between C and growth traits were observed. This suggests that in the triploid hybrid poplar, clones selection for growth traits will not result in a significant increase or reduction in the fiber properties.  相似文献

以海南2个试验点上各含17个无性系的短枝木麻黄无性系为试验材料,进行树高、胸径、单株材积、主干分叉习性、主干通直度和保存率等6个性状的方差分析,并估算出6个性状的遗传相关和遗传力及指数选择等遗传参数。结果表明:无性系和地点的交互作用除了主干分叉习性有显著差异(p0.05)外,其他性状在无性系间差异均极显著(p0.001)。当不考虑无性系和地点互作时,无性系间不同性状的重复力均较高,为0.35 0.85,其中,树高重复力最高,主干分叉习性最低。遗传相关分析结果表明:树高、胸径、单株材积和保存率之间的表型及遗传存在极显著的正相关。树高、胸径、单株材积、主干分叉习性、主干通直度和保存率的平均遗传增益分别为6.5%、4.8%、10.9%、3.7%、1.5%和8.1%,筛选可获得明显的遗传增益。通过Smith-Hazel指数选择并按20%的入选率,选育出编号17、21和20三个优良无性系。  相似文献

以美洲黑杨种内杂交得到的29个后代雌株为材料,对杨絮的空间分布、杨絮量、结实量、生长量等相关的10个数量性状进行调查分析,研究了杨絮的影响因素,并筛选杨树少絮优良无性系。结果表明:杨絮主要集中于树冠的集花区,花枝数、果序数、杨絮量及种子量在冠层中的分布均表现为中部上部下部。单株杨絮量与单株花枝数及平均冠幅呈极显著相关,与平均胸径、集花区长、单果序种子数、单株果序数、单株种子数呈显著相关;与树高及枝下高不相关。遗传变异分析表明:各性状在杂交子代中均达到极显著差异且大都属于高水平重复力,且差异主要受遗传因素控制。从调查的8个相关性状中选出可代表杨絮量、集花区、单果序结实量等相关指标的3个主成分,代表了8个调查性状信息总量的75.487%。最后,依据主成分得分及相关性状综合评选出了92、121和260三个少絮无性系。  相似文献

[目的]本研究考察了灰楸无性系生长(树高、胸径、单株材积)和形质(分枝度、分枝角、冠幅、树皮厚度、尖削度)性状,为灰楸优质用材良种选育和定向培育提供理论依据。[方法]以5年生灰楸试验林33个无性系为材料进行多个性状的遗传变异分析、方差分析、重复力估算。利用主成分分析和隶属函数法综合选择优良无性系。[结果]灰楸树高、胸径、单株材积在无性系间差异显著或极显著,其重复力为0.456~0.592。灰楸形质性状中,平均尖削度P1和P3在无性系间存在显著或极显著差异,且具有中等大小的重复力(0.479和0.415)。遗传相关分析中,单株材积与冠幅、树皮厚度、平均尖削度P1等存在显著或极显著较弱的正相关,相关系数为0.178~0.263。针对不同育种目标,利用主成分评价和隶属函数法最终选择出特定的优良无性系。[结论]5年生灰楸无性系间各性状存在丰富的遗传变异,且生长性状受到中等的遗传控制,有较好的遗传改良潜力。灰楸无性系生长性状与形质性状具有独立性,可进行单独定向选择。灰楸无性系H3-1-9、H3-1-18、H3-1-10、H3-1-3、H3-2-16和H3-1-17可作为速生丰产良种;无性系H3-1-16、H3-1-19、H3-2-12和H3-2-9可作为优质用材的无性系;无性系H3-1-17、H3-1-10、H3-1-18和H3-2-16可考虑作为生长和形质综合改良的灰楸无性系在当地推广。  相似文献

文章运用方差分析、遗传参数估算、相关分析等方法对3.5年生42个木麻黄无性系试验林进行了优良无性系的筛选。结果表明:7个性状在无性系间均有极显著差异;树高、胸径、地径的重复力较高,分别为0.809、0.758、0.737,选择具有较好的效果;遗传相关分析显示,地径、树高、冠幅、通直度这4个性状之间存在遗传高度相关性;树高与冠幅早晚期相关分析显示,遗传相关和表型相关的强度趋势一致,而且遗传相关系数值要大于表型相关系数值。最后,筛选出8个生长迅速、适应性强的优良无性系及4个抗逆性强、冠幅开展,但树高、胸径生长相对缓慢的无性系。高径生长缓慢的无性系可用于与生长迅速的无性系材料进行混交,形成高低错落有致的复层混交结构,提高林分的防护功能。  相似文献

对木麻黄科6个树种在广东饶平进行引种试验,结果表明:6种木麻黄胸径、树高、通直度、保存率等性状存在着极显著差异,并具较高的遗传力。由方差分析及多重比较可知,滨海木麻黄、肥木木麻黄、休格尔木麻黄表现较差,生长缓慢、干形差、保存率也低于50%;粗枝木麻黄表现中等;细枝木麻黄、山神木麻黄及对照(短枝木麻黄)生长较好,适应性较强,适宜在广东沿海地区利用和发展。对细枝木麻黄8个种源、粗枝木麻黄9个种源进一步分析对比,结果表明:细枝木麻黄种源间性状差异极显著,且遗传变异系数较大,遗传力较高,选择潜力大,其中15574、13521种源表现最佳,并能获得较高的遗传增益,而13508、15601种源表现较差;粗枝木麻黄种源在树高、胸径2个指标上存在极显著差异,遗传力较高,但在通直度与保存率指标上差异不显著,遗传力较低,其中15938、15941种源表现较好,具有较高的遗传增益,其余种源表现一般。  相似文献

[目的]对香椿无性系的苗期生长进行分析,筛选优良香椿无性系,奠定遗传改良的基础。[方法]以49个香椿无性系为对象,分别于2015、2016、2017年测量其1、2、3 a生株高、胸径,计算材积,对表型性状及其增长量进行方差分析和遗传参数估算,采用独立淘汰法筛选排名前20%的无性系为优良,对中选无性系进行遗传增益等参数估算,并将试验地不同年份特征气象因子与无性系表型性状进行相关分析。[结果]株高、胸径及材积的生长连续3 a在无性系间存在显著差异,且生长性状的遗传变异系数、表型变异系数逐年减小,而变异幅度、重复力逐年增大;3 a生时,株高、胸径及材积的无性系重复力分别为0.55、0.50、0.67,重复力高。2015—2017年,49个香椿无性系之间胸径、材积增长量分别呈显著、极显著差异,3 a生材积与材积、胸径增长量呈高度正相关关系。以3 a生香椿无性系材积及其增长量为2组指标,独立筛选出优良无性系10个,中选无性系群体平均材积大于0.010 4 m~3·株~(-1),增长量大于0.009 7 m~3·株~(-1)。3 a生材积的遗传增益为17.38%,中选香椿无性系的稳定性系数b值均大于1,对年份环境敏感。气象因子-表型性状相关性分析显示,材积与年总降水量、日均降水量有显著正相关关系。[结论]参试香椿无性系间材积差异极显著,选择潜力大;中选的优良香椿无性系遗传增益超过15%,但其在不同年份差异大且稳定性差,这可能与年份降水量有关。  相似文献

引进浙江省12个杉木无性系扦插苗在Ⅱ、Ⅲ类立地的不同坡位上与福建省大田桃源国有林场初级种子园实生苗进行造林对比试验.结果表明,20 a生时12个无性系间在树高、胸径、冠幅、单株平均材积生长上均存在极显著差异,枝下高因造林密度原因差异不显著;不同坡位造林对无性系的影响,除冠幅显著外,其它各生长性状均极显著;与实生苗对比,适宜本地发展的杉木无性系首选57号、28号,其次为38号、A1、110号,可作为建立采穗圃的优良种源.无性系各生长性状重复力测算结果表明,20 a生时各无性系与原株之间的遗传特性保持极高的稳定性.  相似文献

In order to study and popularize clones from the introduced Robinia pseudoacacia, morphological charac- teristics and leaf nutrition of samples of a three-year-old stand were observed and analyzed during its growing season. Combined with data on rooting ability, height and basal diameter, comparisons were made on morphological characteristics, growth traits and leaf nutrition of 11 introduced R. pseudoacacia clones (two from Hungary and nine from South Korea) and two domestic clones. The results show that there are significant differences in growth and morphological characteristics among the 13 clones, but no significant differences in the contents of crude protein and crude fibers in the leaves (p > 0.05). Height and basal diameter growth of clones B and G were recorded as the fastest, while clone H1 was the slowest. Clone H2 had the largest leaflets, three times as large as other clones, while K4 had the heaviest dry weight per 100 leaflets because of its thick leaves. The 13 clones can be divided into four classes based on the number of leaflets per compound leaf, i.e., 1-3, 13-17, 15-23 and 21-25. There were significant differences in thorn size: H2 , with the largest leaflets had the smallest thorns. While of course all clones produced roots, there were significant differences; clones 2N, K5 and B had many adventitious roots, while clones K3 , K4 and H1 had few. Correlation between content of crude protein and (length × width of leaf) was positive (p < 0.05), while correlations of the content of crude protein, with the number of leaflets per compound leaf, petiole length of compound leaf and thorn length were negative (p < 0.01). Variation of traits that include height, diameter at breast height (DBH), stem volume, crown width, straightness, wood basic density, tracheid length and width of open-pollinated progenies from clonal seed orchard of Pinus massoniana was analyzed. Differences in traits such as growth, tree form and wood quality among families was significant, which indicated that the improvement potential was notable. Heritability of height and wood basic density reached 0.691 and 0.640, respectively. According to a correlation analysis between traits, stem straightness could be improved indirectly when growth traits are improved; growth traits were significantly correlated with wood basic density; and wood basic density was not significantly correlated with length and width of the tracheid. Under the selection ratio of 10%, genetic gains were 19.74% and 19.32% respectively, and selected families from the progeny test stands at the age of five years and eight years were the same. Genetic correlation of height, DBH and stem volume was also significant at the level of 0.01. These show that selection of the short rotation of P. massoniana for pulp and paper use would be efficient for five-year-old trees. According to the comparison of the heritability of all the traits and taking into account the result of canonical correlation analysis, height could be considered as the most important index for selection. Given wood quality of all the families, and flowering and fruit settings of the clones in a seed orchard, twelve fine families were selected at 10% selection ratio of height growth and stem volume. In our study, two experimental plantations, respectively, with 24 and 32 new clones of P tomentosa, were established in Weixian County, Hebei Province and Wuzhi County, Henan Province using a completely randomized block design. A comparative study was conducted on the continuous 5-year-old height and diameter at breast height (DBH) of new clones in the two plantations. As well, based on genetic correlation over the years of testing of these clones, a preliminary study of early selection was carried out. Results indicate that the growth traits of the new clones in Weixian were better than those in Wuzhi. The traits show weak correlation between the two plantations. In some stands, the height, DBH and seedling volume of 5-year-old clones presented statistically significant differences among clones. In both plantations, the new clones showed over 0.6 repeatability of height, DBH and volume, as well as larger coefficients of variation (CV). The fact that these clones achieved the largest repeatability and CV in the second year suggests that these traits are highly controlled by heredity. Thus, based on the growth traits of the second year, the new clones B305, B307, B303, H75, BT18, BT17 and 21J-1 were considered suitable in Weixian. In Wuzhi, the new clones had variable repeatability and CVs in various years and their correlation of growth traits among different years was not high. 利用设置在福建南平国有来舟林业试验场马尾松高产脂半同胞家系测定林,研究其产脂力与生长、树冠性状在家系间的遗传变异以及它们之间的遗传相关性,并进行脂用马尾松优良家系及优良单株选择。结果表明,马尾松产脂力与生长、树冠性状皆存在显著的家系差异,相对于生长、树冠性状,产脂力变异较大,变异系数高达61.91%,具有丰富的选择基础。产脂力受中度遗传控制,家系遗传力和单株遗传力分别为0.42和0.31,表明对马尾松产脂力通过家系和单株选择可取得较好的改良效果。性状遗传相关分析结果显示,马尾松家系产脂力与胸径、树高和材积呈较高的正遗传相关,表明在遗传育种进程中可同时对生长性状和产脂力进行改良。此外,产脂力与冠幅、冠高、轮盘数、活枝数也呈较高的正遗传相关。综合生长、树冠性状的遗传力以及与产脂力相关程度,认为胸径是高产脂优树间接选择的最佳指标。以单株产脂量和单株材积生长作为综合选择指标,共选出20个优良家系和16株优良单株,选出的优良单株产脂力遗传增益在52.54% 154.40%,单株材积遗传增益在0.22% 31.85%。  相似文献

对红锥(Castanopsis hystrix) 1.5代改良种子园42个无性系共951个单株的生长和形质性状进行调查和变异规律研究.结果表明,8个性状的变异系数为25%~47%,平均变异系数为32.6%.无性系间在生长和形质性状上的差异达显著和极显著水平(P<0.05),无性系间的方差分量为0.04~13.15.树高、胸径、冠幅、分枝角度、分枝数和分枝粗细的重复力介于0.23~0.34之间,表明它们在单株水平上受到中等水平的遗传控制.生长和形质性状相关分析表明,除通直度与冠幅、分枝数相关系数以及分枝粗细与分枝角度相关系数较低外,各性状间存在着不同程度的相关性.采用遗传值综合评分法筛选出6个优良无性系:28、3、4、23、33和22,这6个优良无性系的胸径比42个无性系总体平均值高出24.11%.  相似文献

该文报道了大叶榉树无性系2年生幼林生长测定结果。研究表明,不同无性系树高、胸径、枝下高、冠幅、干形、分枝数、分枝粗、分枝角度等8个性状均有显著差异(P0.05),不同性状的遗传变异系数在4.7%~26.6%之间,性状重复力在0.49~0.89之间。胸径与树高、枝下高之间,冠幅与分枝角度、干形(弯曲度)之间存在显著正相关,树高与分枝粗度之间存在显著的负相关。主成分分析结果显示,无性系性状前4个主成分的贡献率达85.21%,利用主成分得分值进行聚类分析,可将24个无性系划分为4类。以用材为育种目标,初选出"红4"、"桔3"和"黄10"等3个优良无性系。  相似文献

Quantitative trait locus (QTL) detection was carried out for growth traits in 122 F1 progenies of Pinus elliottiivar. elliottii (PEE) x tR caribaea var. hondurensis (PCH) hybrid. The PCH male parent linkage map contained 108 mark- ers in 16 linkage groups, while the PEE female parent contained 93 markers in 19 linkage groups. Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP), microsatellite (SSR), expressed sequence tag polymorphism (ESTP) and inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) were selected from an existing linkage map. Growth traits investigated were height at age five (HT05) and six years (HT06), diameter at breast height at age five (DBH05) and six years (DBH06) and annual growth from age five to six years of height (AGHT) and diameter at breast height (AGDBH). KruskaI-Wallis and interval mapping approaches were used to estimate levels of significance, the number of QTLs, the percentage of the phenotypic varia- tion explained by each of QTLs and their positions on the genetic linkage maps. Twenty six QTLs with significance levels p 〈 0.05 were detected on the parental maps for the six growth traits, which explained more than 15% of the phenotypic variation, suggesting an existence of major-effect genes. Several QTLs had the pleiotropy controlling more than one sin- gle growth trait. Overall, the proportion of phenotypic variation explained by QTLs ranged from 5.9% to 40.6% for HT05 and HT06, from 6.6% to 42.0% for DBH05 and DBH06 and from 5.8% to 22.3% for AGHT and AGDBH. The results from this study provide a basis for marker-aided selection (MAS) in PEE x PCH hybrids.  相似文献

Field trials testing a total of 27 clones of the interspecific hybrid Acacia mangium × A. auriculiformis and seedling controls of the parental species were established at Ba Vi and Yen Thanh in the north of Vietnam and Long Thanh in the south. At both Ba Vi and Yen Thanh there were significant (P < 0.001) differences in height and diameter at breast height (DBH) among 22 tested clones at 4 years. At Long Thanh, twelve hybrid clones did not differ significantly in DBH at age 3 years, but did (P < 0.001) at age 5 years. At the two northern sites the acacia hybrid clones had significantly greater DBH than control seedlots of the parental species. At Long Thanh, DBH of the hybrid clones and A. mangium was similar, with a genetically improved seedlot of A. mangium displaying the best DBH. Mean wood basic density at breast height of the acacia hybrid clones was 539 kg m−3 at Yen Thanh at age 8 years, and 473 kg m−3 at Long Thanh at age 5 years; density for A. mangium at Long Thanh was only slightly lower than the hybrid clones at 461 kg m−3. Linear regressions of Pilodyn penetration (PP) at breast height on wood basic density explained 60% of the variance in density of treatments (clones and control seedlots) at Yen Thanh and 36% at Long Thanh. There were significant differences between hybrid clones in PP at all three trial sites. Clonal DBH performance was not strongly correlated across the three trial sites; Pearson correlations of clone mean DBH between pairs of sites ranged from −0.47 to 0.20. Clonal rankings for PP were more stable, with Pearson correlations between pairs of sites ranging from r = 0.71 to 0.78.  相似文献
