岷江上游干旱河谷辐射松种子育苗试验研究 总被引:4,自引:6,他引:4
经过连续 3年对辐射松种苗特性及育苗技术的试验研究 ,结果表明 :( 1)辐射松种子在 5℃的低温条件下贮藏 2年其发芽率比对照提高 6 4 5 % ;( 2 )用 0 5 %的高锰酸钾液对种子进行消毒处理其幼苗出苗率提高 39 2 % ;( 3)用湿润河砂层积催芽的种子其苗木平均苗高 2 4 0cm ,平均地径 0 33cm ,比对照苗高多 4 8cm ,地径大 0 12cm ;( 4)酸性土上培育的苗木平均苗高比碱性土上培育的苗木平均苗高多 9 8cm ,平均地径大 0 16cm ;( 5 )营养袋规格 10cm× 15cm ,营养土配方为腐殖含量 5 0 %的平均苗高 2 3 3cm ,平均地径 0 3cm ,达到一级苗标准 ;( 6 ) 2月底 3月初播种的苗木比 4月底 5月初播种的苗木苗高多 9 1cm ,平均地径大0 16cm ,出苗率提高 35 6 %。经过综合试验研究 ,场圃出苗率由 40 %提高到 80 %以上 ,每公顷产一年生合格营养袋苗达 12 0万株。 相似文献

吸水剂在造林中的应用效果试验 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
吸水剂处理过的苗木 ,其浓度为 1.5 %的处理效果最好 ,其平均成活率为 90 .0 3% ,平均比对照高了 8.2 3% ,最高可达到 13.7%。其各处理树种成活率由高到低分别为杨树 >香樟 >大叶女贞 >花椒 >对照。在土壤含水量上 ,每穴 5克拌土型吸水剂最大持水量为 12 6 .16 % ,浓度为2 %的博亚蘸根型吸水剂最大持水量为 76 .33% ,而对照仅为 5 1.1%吸水剂。在我省干旱地带利用吸水剂造林 ,对提高苗木成活率具有显著效果 相似文献

选用6种育苗基质在2种立地类型下开展湿地松(Pinus elliottii)、本种加勒比松(P.caribaea var.caribaea)、洪都拉斯加勒比松(P.caribaea var.hondurensis)育苗试验.结果表明:(1)立地类型显著影响3个树种/变种苗木保存率和苗木质量(P<0.05),光照和水分供应充足的平地苗圃适合培育湿地松苗木,排水和环境卫生良好的山坡地更有利于培育加勒比松苗木;(2)湿地松的最佳基质是:20%火烧土+30%阔叶林腐殖土+47%黄心土+3%过磷酸钙、20%泥炭土+30%阔叶林腐殖土+47%黄心土+3%过磷酸钙;本种加勒比松最佳基质是:30%火烧土+20%松林表土+47%黄心土+3%过磷酸钙、30%阔叶林腐殖土+20%松林表土+47%黄心土+3%过磷酸钙;洪都拉斯加勒比松的最佳基质是:20%松林表土+30%阔叶林腐殖土+47%黄心土+3%过磷酸钙. 相似文献

为提高美国红枫扦插育苗的成效,探讨了扦插基质、生长调节剂对插穗成活率和苗木生长量的影响,结果表明:河沙、珍珠岩、森林土体积比1:2:1混合基质的扦插成活率最高,为75.46%;河沙、珍珠岩、森林土体积比1:1:1混合基质的苗木生长量最高。单一森林土的扦插成活率最低,为52.26%,但苗木生长势较好。用ABT1处理的插穗成活率最高,为73.14%,高于对照19.28%,苗木生长量在不同生长调节剂处理间无显著差异。 相似文献

Present study evaluated growth of Populus deltoides G48 and Toona ciliata over a period of 6 months, in nursery soil amended with 10% fly ash (v/v), 5% distillery waste (v/v), 20% farmyard manure
(v/v) and microbial consortium of Pseudomonas striata and Azotobacter sp. @ 30 ml/pot in different combinations leading to 12 different treatments with 16 replicates in completely randomized
block design. Biometric parameters such as plant height, collar diameter and total dry biomass were analyzed which indicated
that the treatment (T8) comprising of fly ash @ 10% (v/v), farmyard manure @ 20% (v/v) and microbial consortium @ 30 ml/pot
promoted growth of P. deltoides. The results indicated that combined addition of fly ash, farm yard manure and microbial inoculants can be used as a good

为探讨不同基质不同容器对普陀樟Cinnamomum japonicumvar.Chenii苗木生长的影响,在苗木试验基地设置6个育苗处理,即选择圃地土、35%黄心土+35%泥炭+30%猪粪、1/3火烧土+1/3黄心土+1/3圃地土的3种配置基质分别与普通营养钵和控根容器对比处理对普陀樟2a生苗进行试验,1a后测定高度相对生长量、地径相对生长量、高径比、叶绿素、根系鲜重、地上部分鲜重、地上地下部分鲜重比、根系活力、可溶性糖含量等指标。结果表明:植物控根栽培的过程中,容器的选用和基质的不同与否是影响苗木生长指标的重要因素;选用35%黄心土+35%泥炭+30%猪粪有机肥和控根容器在普陀樟容器苗栽培中是最适宜的。 相似文献

The effects of two fungicides (benomyl and captan ‐ at recommended doses and up to three soil drenches) on root development and mycorrhizal colonization of Sitka‐spruce (Picea sitchensis) and ash (Fraxinus excelsior) were examined after 20 weeks growth, under environmentally controlled conditions, in soil from an Irish tree nursery. Although four mycorrhizal types have been found on Sitka‐spruce at the nursery, only one ectomycorrhizal type (Piceirhiza horti‐inflata) was identified on the short roots in this study. An inoculant (Vaminoc: MicroBio Ltd, Hemel Hempstead, UK) was used to inoculate ash and 20‐week‐old seedlings had a higher arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) colonization in comparison with uninoculated controls. Multiple applications (2–3) of benomyl reduced the length of root and shoot and shoot dry mass of Sitka‐spruce, whereas in ash, it only depressed root length. Benomyl decreased the numbers of ectomycorrhizas of Sitka‐spruce and arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization of Vaminoc‐inoculated ash. A single application of captan stimulated root length and ectomycorrhizal colonization of Sitka‐spruce and root dry mass in ash compared with uninoculated controls. Applications of captan reduced arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization of Vaminoc‐inoculated ash to levels near to those of uninoculated controls. Of the two fungicides used, benomyl had the most deleterious effect on root length and mycorrhizal colonization of Sitka‐spruce and ash. 相似文献

苗圃预防试验结果表明,粉锈宁可有效地防治花椒苗期根腐病,经处理后的苗圃发病率为对照的1/17。不同立地类型移栽试验显示,新垦山地及农耕地中的砂土,砂壤土较适宜花椒生长,不易感染根腐病,成年椒园根腐病的防治效果,以粉锈宁灌根方式较好,并与施药剂的次数有关,在此基础上,本文结合病害流行条件与花椒栽培布局结构关系,初步探索出预防和治疗根腐病害的综合措施。 相似文献

通过不同育苗基质对湿地松容器苗生长的影响试验,结果表明,基质中火烧土含量和过磷酸钙含量是影响苗木生长量的主要因子,特别是火烧土,对后期苗木的生长起到关键作用。蛭石因改善了红壤的通气性,利于根系在土壤中呼吸,从而促进植株生长。从不同基质育苗结果得知,基质Ⅰ(火烧土60%、松林表土40%、过磷酸钙5%)育苗效果最为理想,平均地径、平均树高以及生长量的积累均达到最高。基质Ⅰ的平均地径和苗高分别为基质Ⅵ(深层红壤80%、松林表土20%)的1.23倍和1.36倍,是基质Ⅴ(深层红壤60%、松林表土20%、蛭石20%)的1.20倍和1.27倍。基质Ⅰ和基质Ⅱ(火烧土40%、深层红壤20%、松林表土40%)、基质Ⅴ、基质Ⅵ两两之间均存在极显著差异。 相似文献

This experiment evaluated the influence of manure, peat, and vermiculite incorporated at low and high rates (0.0118 and 0.0236 m3/m2) and under two soil moisture regimes on Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco) seedling (1+0 for 1+1) xylem water potential (xylem), whole-plant growth, root architectural development, and subsequent field performance under fertilized and non-fertilized conditions. Trends in soil moisture retention were observed (high manure > high peat > control) but there were no differences in xylem. Root length in the wetter soil moisture experiment was initially (three months) greatest for seedlings in high vermiculite and least in high manure but there were no differences among treatments at lifting (eight months). Mean height was greatest for seedlings grown in vermiculite and peat (wetter nursery experiment) after two field seasons. Field fertilization (35 g/seedling) with controlled-release fertilizer in the planting hole stimulated height growth initially, but decreased height and diameter growth during the second growing season. Dramatic improvements associated with the use of nursery soil amendments were not realized, but the failure to identify negative effects, a potential reduction in disease incidence, and improvement of nursery soil physical and chemical properties may justify their use. 相似文献

针对粉煤灰复田立地(利用电厂粉煤灰填充采煤塌陷区,在其上再覆30cm土壤)营造人工林的可行性和造林树种选择等问题,调查了该立地上生长的4—5年生欧美杨、旱柳、白榆和刺槐人工林根系的分布及生长特点。结果表明:四树种根系分布深达180cm以下,水平延伸达8m。在粉煤灰层中,各树种根系均能正常生长,其中根系长度和根系重量分别占总量的68%和87%以上。在30cm厚表层土壤中,根系长度和重量分别低于总量的30%和13%。欧美杨、旱柳、白榆和刺槐的根系总长度和总重量分别为每株49.24、29.45、25.42、68.08km和7.45、7.54、10.05、13.37kg。 相似文献

为了探索干旱半干旱地区影响文冠果育苗的主导因素,采用正交试验设计,就播种期、种子等级、覆土厚度、基质类型、营养杯规格等因子对文冠果育苗的影响情况分别进行了大田育苗和容器育苗试验,并通过指标测定和数理统计分析优选出了影响文冠果育苗的主导因子及其处理水平。研究结果表明:影响文冠果育苗的主导因子分别是播种期、种子等级、覆土厚度、基质类型、营养杯规格;5月中旬播种、种子等级为Ⅰ级、覆土厚度为5 cm、基质为牛羊粪+本地土、营养杯规格越大的苗木其长势越好;土壤理化性质对文冠果育苗也有一定的影响,土层厚度与苗高、地径间均呈正相关,其相关系数均在0.95以上,土壤养分是苗木生长所需养分的重要来源,适于其苗木生长的土壤p H值在6.5~8.0之间。 相似文献
