本试验从一例病死山羊组织内分离到一株致病性细菌,通过鉴别培养、生化试验、分子生物学试验和动物致病性试验,证明该病原菌为羊致病性A型魏氏梭菌;毒素基因分析结果显示,该菌同时含有α和β2两种毒素基因;动物致病性试验结果表明,该菌对昆明小鼠具有较强的致病性,并从试验致死的昆明小鼠病料中分离到了与病死山羊病原相一致的细菌,从而确定A型魏氏梭菌为引起该山羊死亡的主要病原菌。本试验结果为该羊场魏氏梭菌病的治疗和预防提供了科学依据。  相似文献

为调查贵州省细菌性山羊流产疫病的主要原因,分析山羊源流产细菌对正常怀孕动物免疫平衡的影响,本试验采集贵州省6个地区(州、市)12个规模养羊场临床健康和发病流产山羊的胎儿、子宫和母羊的阴道棉拭子样本共计107份进行细菌分离和鉴定,采用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法对3种主要羊源分离菌进行20种抗生素的耐药性调查,并用羊源流产细菌建立BALB/c小鼠流产模型,通过ELISA方法对妊娠相关细胞因子和激素进行测定。结果显示,从采集的107份样本中共分离到13个属细菌共302株,其中发病流产山羊生殖器官中分离的细菌种类多于临床健康山羊;流产山羊生殖器官中分离的羊源细菌耐药率高于临床健康山羊细菌耐药率;3种主要羊源流产细菌埃希氏菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌均可引起怀孕BALB/c小鼠发生不同程度的流产,流产率为埃希氏菌>葡萄球菌>链球菌;胚胎吸收率为埃希氏菌>葡萄球菌>链球菌;与空白对照组相比,各试验组BALB/c小鼠血清中的IFN-γ、IL-2含量上升,而IL-4、IL-10和孕酮含量降低。结果表明,贵州省细菌性山羊流产的发生与山羊生殖器官细菌种类多少、耐药性高低有一定相关性,推测山羊源流产细菌可能通过影响怀孕山羊的主要妊娠相关细胞因子和激素的含量导致山羊流产。  相似文献

In order to study the main reason of bacterial goat abortion in Guizhou province,and analyze the bacteria impact of abortion goat immune balance in normal pregnancy animals,107 samples of the goat fetus,uterus and vaginal swabs were collected from clinical health and morbidity abortion goat in 12 scale goat farms of 6 areas in Guizhou province.The bacteria were isolated and identified.The drug susceptibility disc agar diffusion method was launched for the survey of the resistance of three main sources of goat isolates to 20 kinds of antibiotics.The BALB/c mice model of abortion was established using abortion bacteria isolated from goats.The pregnancy related hormones and cytokines were determined by ELISA method.The results showed that 302 strains bacteria of 13 genera were isolated from the samples,and the species of bacteria isolated from morbidity abortion goat were more than the clinical health goats.The bacteria resistant rate of goat reproductive organs in abortion goats was higher than that of clinical healthy goats bacteria.The varying degrees of abortion of BALB/c mice could cause by Escherichia,Staphylococcus and Streptococcus isolated from goats,the rates were Escherichia>Staphylococcus>Streptococcus,respectively and the embryo resorption rates were Escherichia>Staphylococcus>Streptococcus,respectively.Compared with the control group,IFN-γ and IL-2 in the serum were increased;However,IL-4,IL-10 and progesterone were decreased.The results indicated that the occurrence of bacterial goat abortion diseases had certainly related to the number of bacterial types and the level of drug resistance in goat reproductive organs.The levels of pregnancy related hormones and cytokines in goats serum could be changed by abortion bacteria,thus lead to goats abortion.  相似文献

A pathogenic bacteria was isolated from a dead goat,and it was identified as goat-pathogenic type A Clostridium perfringens by differential culture,biochemical test,molecular biological technology and animal pathogenicity test.Analysis results of toxin genes showed that this bacteria contained both α and β2 toxin genes.Animal pathogenicity test result showed that this bacteria was highly pathogenic to mice,and the same bacteria was isolated from dead mice as which was isolated from the dead goat,so it was certain that type A Clostridium perfringens was the main pathogenic bacteria which caused the goat dead.The results would provide scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of the disease caused by Clostridium perfringens in this goat farm.  相似文献

采用垂直平板不连续缓冲系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,研究了安哥拉山羊和建昌黑山羊及其高代杂种羊 (F3 ) 9个血液蛋白基因座 (Alb、Pr、Pa、Tf、Hp、Hb、LDH、Akp、Amy)的遗传多态性。结果表明 :安哥拉山羊与F3 血液Alb、Pr、Pa、LDH、Amy呈单态 ,Tf、Hp、Hb、Akp呈多态 ;建昌黑山羊血液Alb、Pr、Pa、Tf、Hp、Hb、LDH、Amy呈单态 ,Akp呈多态。根据所测座位的基因频率计算了群体平均基因杂合度和一致度 ,以及群体间遗传相似系数和遗传距离 ,安哥拉山羊的平均基因杂合度与一致度分别为 0 .1131和 0 .886 9,建昌黑山羊的相应值分别为 0 .0 6 2 1t 0 .9379,F3 则分别为 0 .110 3和0 .8897。安哥拉山羊与F3 的遗传距离小 (0 .0 0 39)、遗传相似系数大 (0 .996 1)。  相似文献

DNases were demonstrated in samples of colostrum and blood serum from man and various domestic animals. The measurable DNase activity recorded was highest in samples from cat and dog and lowest in samples from goat, horse, pig and sheep. In contrast to DNases produced by certain bacteria, these enzymes were thermo-labile and the activity was maximal in the area pH 5.0–5.5.A modification of an agar medium originally described for the demonstration of bacterial DNases was found to be suitable for assays of DNases from colostrum, milk and serum.  相似文献

This report describes a case of a subcutaneous xanthoma of the sacral region in a 2-year-old female Saanen goat. The tan-coloured mass was 8.5 cm × 4.0 cm × 0.5 cm in size. Yellow-white areas were present across the cut surface. Histopathologically, the mass was composed of foamy macrophages, numerous giant cells, abundant lipid material and cholesterol clefts. The structure consisted of lobular areas surrounded by a stroma. Tissue sections were negative for bacteria, fungi and mycobacteria. Frozen tissue from the mass stained positively with Oil Red O, confirming lipid accumulation in both the extracellular spaces and the large foamy macrophages. Immunohistochemically, the mass was positive for vimentin, proliferating cell nuclear antigen and CD68, but negative for smooth muscle actin, glial fibrillary acidic protein and S100 protein antibodies. As the animal was presented dead, it was not possible to analyse blood lipid levels. To the authors' knowledge, this is the first report of a xanthoma in a goat.  相似文献

为丰富羊乳产品,开阔羊乳市场,给消费者带来更多的消费选择,实验以山羊乳、麦芽、红枣、酒花为主要原料,分别通过乳酸菌的乳酸发酵和酵母菌的酒精发酵后,将得到的红枣羊乳酸液和啤酒原浆按一定体积比配比,制备出兼具酸乳、啤酒、碳酸饮料风味和保健功能的新型红枣羊乳啤饮料,并通过测定沉淀率和稳定系数对其稳定性进行分析。结果表明:当红枣羊乳酸液与啤酒原浆的体积比为1∶1,红枣羊乳酸液中红枣汁添加量12%、羧甲基纤维素钠添加量0.2%、果胶添加量0.15%、蔗糖酯添加量0.1%、白砂糖添加量4%时生产的红枣羊乳啤口感最佳,稳定性最好。  相似文献
