甘肃省猪流感H5和H9抗体的血清学调查   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
用血凝(HA)和血凝抑制试验(HI)对甘肃省742份猪血清进行了猪流感H5和H9亚型抗体检测。在12个市州的猪群中检出SIH9亚型抗体,检出阳性34份,平均阳性率为4.58%。阳性率最高为9.09%,最低为0.91%。在2个市州的猪群中检出SIH5亚型抗体,检出阳性3份,平均阳性率为0.40%。阳性率最高为4.76%,最低为2.98%。检测患病猪(非流感病)血清66份,其中8份检测出SIH9抗体.抗体阳性率为12.12%。  相似文献

对2009年H1N1甲型流感流行前后的上海地区养殖场户410份猪血清样品,分别采用血凝抑制试验(hemagglutination inhibition,HI)和酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)进行检测H1N1甲型流感病毒和猪流感病毒(Swine in?uenza virus,SIV)。检测结果表明,除2007年外,2008~2010年猪血清中均存在不同水平的HI抗体,阳性率呈显著上升趋势,且抗体水平与猪群饲养周期及饲养密度正相关,而与猪流感病毒的流行无相关性。  相似文献

用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对甘肃省13个市州送检的188份健康猪血清和17个猪场患其它病猪血清进行了猪流感(H3N2)血清抗体检测.在11个市州的猪群中检出SIH3N2抗体,检出阳性118份,平均阳性率为27.89%.阳性率最高为66.67%,最低为5.13%.其中健康猪血清检出阳性42份,阳性率为22.34%;患其它病猪血清检出阳性76份,阳性率为32.34%.患其它病猪的阳性率高于健康猪.  相似文献

为了解广西猪群中猪流感(SI)的流行情况,以猪流感病毒H3N2亚型作为诊断抗原,采用微量血凝抑制试验(HI)方法,对广西部分市(县)的猪群进行猪流感的血清学调查.在12个市(县)采集的1000份血清中,有10个市(县)检出H3N2抗体,共有257份血清呈H3N2抗体阳性,平均阳性率为25.7%.百色的阳性率最高,达到82.9%,贵港和南宁市郊两地没有检出阳性,其它9个市(县)的阳性率在13.0%~45.7%之间.结果表明我区猪群中很可能存在H3N2亚型猪流感感染,其中百色地区猪流感的感染率比较高.  相似文献

猪流感是一种人畜共患传染病,猪流感病毒(Swine influenza virus,SIV)在全世界各国的猪群中普遍存在。为了解山东省猪群中SIV的感染情况,2016年6月至2017年12月在山东省各地共采集7000份血清,采用HI抗体检测方法,分别用类禽型猪H1N1(EA H1N1)、2009甲型H1N1(2009/H1N1)和H3N2亚型抗原为标准抗原进行检测。结果显示,SIV抗体总阳性率为63.79%,其中EA H1N1抗体阳性率为56.31%,2009/H1N1抗体阳性率为24.61%,H3N2亚型抗体阳性率为1.61%。本研究结果表明2016~2017年山东省SIV感染比较普遍,类禽型猪H1N1抗体阳性率最高,2009甲型H1N1,H3N2抗体阳性率较低。  相似文献

为了解石河子垦区规模猪场猪流感病毒H1N1亚型(SIV)感染情况,采集石河子垦区6个规模猪场血清,采用血清学方法进行HIN1亚型猪流感病毒抗体检测,同时调查混合感染情况。结果:186份血清样品H1N1亚型SIV抗体阳性率为27.42%(51/186),6个猪场感染阳性率为50%(3/6);51份阳性血清中,82.35%(42/51)感染了猪肺炎支原体(Mhp),80.39%(41/51)感染了猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2),29.41%(15/51)感染了猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP),50.98%(26/51)感染了副猪嗜血杆菌(HPS),62.74%(32/51)感染了猪链球菌2型(SS2)。说明垦区部分规模猪场存在H1N1亚型SIV感染情况,且混合感染情况比较严重。  相似文献

为了解东莞市猪群感染H1N1亚型猪流感病毒的情况,2015~2017年在东莞市猪养殖场采集猪血清937份,采用ELISA方法进行H1N1亚型猪流感抗体检测,抗体阳性数411份,抗体阳性率为43.86%,其中2015~2017年的抗体阳性率分别为62.83%、57.08%、26.06%。结果表明,东莞市养殖场的猪群普遍存在H1N1亚型猪流感病毒的感染,分析3年的感染抗体阳性率,2015~2017年有下降的趋势可能与猪流感流行的毒株有关。  相似文献

为了解和掌握最近几年时间里辽宁省规模化猪场猪流感的感染和流行情况,本试验利用血凝抑制试验对2019年3月~2022年6月期间在辽宁省沈阳、大连、本溪和铁岭四个城市的规模化猪场采集的572份猪血清样本进行了抗体检测。结果显示,调查期间内,猪流感抗体阳性血清总数为304份,总血清阳性率达53.15%;2019~2022不同年份时间内,2009年甲型H1N1(pdm/09H1N1)年平均抗体阳性率分别为8.15%、12.30%、18.56%和16.22%,欧洲类禽型H1N1(EA H1N1)年平均抗体阳性率分别为17.04%、23.77%、13.17%和19.59%,经典H1N1(CS H1N1)年平均抗体阳性率则分别为20.00%、26.23%、21.56%和20.98%;四个城市中沈阳规模化猪场中猪的抗体阳性率最高,达到72.09%,沈阳的猪场以EA H1N1亚型猪流感为主,本溪和铁岭的猪场以CS H1N1亚型为主,大连猪场则主要是pdm/09 H1N1亚型;不同生长阶段的猪样本中仔猪的血清阳性率最高(78.65%),其次是保育猪(58.97%),而育肥猪的阳性率最低(37.61%)。本...  相似文献

为了解近年来我国猪群中流感病毒的感染与流行情况,本研究分别对2013年11~12月期间采集于福建等9个重点养猪省份的2 198份以及2014年3~4月期间采自于广东和湖南两省的3 654份猪血清样品进行了血凝抑制(HI)抗体的检测。选取欧亚类禽型猪H1N1(EA H1N1)、2009甲型H1N1(2009/H1N1)、H3N2亚型猪流感病毒(SIV)、H5N1禽流感病毒(AIV)、H9N2 AIV及H7N9流感病毒制备的HI标准抗原作为检测抗原。结果显示,2013年我国猪群中EA H1N1、2009/H1N1、H3N2 SIV、H5N1 AIV、H9N2 AIV及H7N9流感病毒平均抗体阳性率分别为49.73%、11.87%、1.71%、0、0、1.36%;2014年分别为48.52%、12.10%、1.04%、0、0、2.05%。检测结果表明2013年~2014年间我国猪群中H1N1亚型SIV感染比较普遍,H3N2、H9N2流感病毒抗体阳性率较低,未检测到H5N1、H7N9流感病毒抗体。  相似文献

用酶联免疫吸附试验对甘肃省14个市(州)的42个猪场进行了猪流感血清抗体检测。共检测394份猪血清,在11个市(州)的猪群中检出SIV H1N1抗体,检出阳性139份,平均阳性率为35.28%,阳性率最高为64.8%,最低为3.03%。其中检测健康猪血清160份,阳性43份,阳性率为26.87%;检测患其他病的猪血清174份,阳性95份,阳性率为54.95%,患其他病的猪阳性率高于健康猪。  相似文献

乳腺癌是威胁妇女健康和生命的头号恶性肿瘤,但其发生发展的机制及诊疗仍然没有长足的进展。蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶11(PTPN11)是一个易于突变的基因,参与乳腺肿瘤的发生,但目前关于PTPN11调控乳腺癌的体内证据仍然缺乏。为了明确PTPN11在体内对乳腺癌发生发展的调控作用,利用大鼠乳腺肿瘤的动物模型,用PTPN11蛋白酶活性抑制剂Phps1处理,然后观察乳腺肿瘤发生的情况。结果发现Phps1处理后可延长DMBA诱导的大鼠乳腺肿瘤的潜伏期,延迟肿瘤的发生,并显著降低了DMBA诱发肿瘤的比率(P0.05),但对肿瘤生长的抑制作用不显著。证明了PTPN11参与调控体内乳腺肿瘤的发生,为理解和诊治乳腺癌提供了一个可能新的靶点。  相似文献

为分析T1R1(味觉受体1家族Ⅰ型)、T1R3(味觉受体1家族Ⅲ型)及PepT1(Ⅰ型寡肽转运载体)基因对湖羊氨基酸吸收的影响,以6月龄的湖羊为试验材料,采用荧光定量PCR技术对湖羊瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃、皱胃、十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠、结肠和直肠的T1R1、T1R3和PepT1基因的表达量进行相对定量分析。结果表明:T1R1和T1R3基因在检测的各段组织中均有表达,而PepT1基因在结肠中不表达;其中T1R1和T1R3基因在十二指肠中表达量最高,其次是空肠,并且两者差异显著极显著(P0.01);T1R1和T1R3基因在十二指肠(P0.01)和空肠(P0.05)中的表达量与消化道其他部位相比差异极显著或显著;Pep T1基因在空肠中表达量最高,其次是回肠,并且两者差异极显著(P0.01);Pep T1基因在空肠和回肠中的表达量与消化道其他部位相比差异极显著(P0.01)。该结果为进一步研究T1R1、T1R3和Pep T1基因对湖羊氨基酸吸收相关功能影响奠定基础。  相似文献

Four clinically healthy dogs of either sex, aged 3-5 years, weighing between 9 and 18 kg and maintained under uniform management conditions, were administered haloperidol (5 mg/ml) and ketamine (50 mg/ml) intravenously in 1:1 ratio until the pedal reflex was lost. The calculated doses of haloperidol and ketamine were 1.71 and 17.05 mg/kg body weight intravenously, respectively. Corneal and palpebral reflexes were maintained although pain reflexes were absent up to 20 min of the cocktail administration. The induction of anaesthesia was quick and smooth. There was moderate to good muscle relaxation and analgesia. Mean arterial and central venous pressures and tidal volume decreased significantly (P < 0.05) from baseline values. Suspected human-to-animal transmission of the 2009 pandemic H1N1 (pH1N1) virus has been reported in several animal species, including pigs, dogs, cats, ferrets, and turkeys. In this study we describe the genetic characterization of pH1N1 viruses isolated from breeder turkeys that was associated with a progressive drop in egg production. Sequence analysis of all eight gene segments from three viruses isolated from this outbreak demonstrated homology with other human and swine pH1N1 isolates. The susceptibility of turkeys to a human pH1N1 isolate was further evaluated experimentally. The 50% turkey infectious dose (TID50) for the human isolate A/Mexico/LnDRE/4487/2009 was determined by inoculating groups of 8-10-week-old turkeys with serial 10-fold dilutions of virus by oronasal and cloacal routes. We estimated the TID50 to be between 1 x 10(5) and 1 x 10(6) TCID50. The pathogenesis of pH1N1 in oronasally or cloacally inoculated juvenile turkeys was also examined. None of the turkeys exhibited clinical signs, and no significant difference in virus shedding or seroconversion was observed between the two inoculation groups. More than 50% of the turkeys in both oronasal and cloacal groups shed virus beginning at 2 days postinoculation (dpi). All birds that actively shed virus seroconverted by 14 dpi. Virus antigen was demonstrated by immunohistochemistry in the cecal tonsils and bursa of Fabricius in two of the birds that were infected by the cloacal route. Virus transmission to naive contact turkeys was at best doubtful. This report provides additional evidence that pH1N1 can cross the species barrier and cause disease outbreaks in domestic turkeys. However, it appears that the reproductive status of the host as well as environmental factors such as concurrent infections, stress, the presence or absence of litter, and stocking density may also contribute to efficient infection and transmission of this agent.  相似文献

为了研究最佳的H1N1亚型流感病毒鸡胚增殖参数,本试验进行了孵化前种蛋的选择与保存、鸡胚孵化中各参数设定等因素对H1N1亚型流感病毒产毒量影响的研究。其中种蛋的选择与保存,主要考察了蛋重、蛋形指数、保存期、消毒时间及方法等因素,结果显示,蛋重为55~65 g,蛋形指数为1.30~1.35,种蛋保存期为1~4 d,保存温度为16~18 ℃,保存湿度为70%~80%,保存期种蛋的甲醛熏蒸消毒时间为30 min时,可以为H1N1亚型流感疫苗生产提供最佳的种蛋。孵化过程中孵化参数对H1N1亚型流感病毒产毒量的影响,本试验主要将孵化温度、湿度、翻蛋、通风等参数作为研究对象,结果显示在生产H1N1亚型流感疫苗时,最佳孵化参数设定为:温度1~7 d为38.2 ℃、8~9 d为38.0 ℃、10 d为37.8 ℃,湿度1~10 d为65%~70%,翻蛋频率为1次/2 h,前后倾角各为45°,通风风门设定为1~5 d为4、6~10 d为5。本试验结果为H1N1亚型流感疫苗生产提供优质的鸡胚孵化技术,确保鸡胚尿囊液的质量和收获量。  相似文献

In order to study the best propagation parameters of H1N1 subtype influenza virus in chicken embryo,this study was conducted to research the effects of egg selection and preservation before hatching and hatching parameters setting on production of H1N1 subtype influenza virus.In the egg selection and preservation,we mainly investigated the egg weight,egg shape index,storage period,disinfection time and method and other factors,the results showed that egg weight of 55 to 65 g,egg shape index of 1.30 to 1.35,egg storage period of 1 to 4 d,storage temperature of 16 to 18 ℃,humidity of 70% to 80%,during storage period,eggs formaldehyde fumigation time 30 min,we could provide the best eggs for H1N1 subtype influenza vaccine production.The effect of hatching parameters on production of H1N1 subtype influenza virus,this experiment mainly investigaed incubation temperature,humidity,times of turning over eggs,aeration and other parameters,the results showed that in the production of H1N1 subtype influenza virus,the optimal parameter set to hatch:temperature 1 to 7 d was 38.2 ℃,8 to 9 d was 38.0 ℃,10 d was 37.8 ℃;Humidity was 65% to 70% from 1 to 10 d;Turning over eggs frequency was 1 times/2 h,before and after each dip 45°;1 to 5 d aeration set to 4,6 to 10 d set to 5.The results provided quality chicken hatchery technology for H1N1 subtype influenza vaccine production in order to ensure the quality and yield of allantoic fluid.  相似文献
