Linkage control of fire-fighting electrical equipment effectively and reasonable design, installation and debugging of power supply and distribution are increasingly important to ensure the safety of underground space. As the linkage control systems associated with the fire control electrical equipment are very complicated, and the distribution of installation and debugging are very professional, there are many hidden troubles of safety in the whole life cycle process. On the basis of analysis of characteristics of underground space of fire, underground fire-fighting electrical equipment and the requirement of power supply system are expounded, hidden dangers on linkage control of electrical devices and design installation and debugging of power supply and distribution underground space are analyzed, and some suggestions and countermeasures are provided for relevant departments as decision-making reference.  相似文献

Along with the development and appliance of the artificial intelligence, professional have adopted many kinds of methods such as expert system, NN and so on to explore an innovation type CAPP. The paper gives a brief introduction to the principle and design methods of process planning based on the theory of expert system developing a computer aided process planning system of sheet metal and discusses in detail the system uses the network graph to describe the parts and technology decision-making route, and the methods of separated reasoning and various expressions of knowledge are used to solve the complexity of development in CAPP research. The processing characteristics of the front bumper bracket are analyzed,and a reasonable process scheme is worked out.The three-dimensional sheet metal forming analysis software PAM-STAMP are adopted to simulate the bracket's drawing process.Then the surface of die is proved fine through analyzing the FLD diagrams and the forming results.An economical and optimized die structure is decided,and a complete set of dies of the bracket is designed.The spacing block is added in the sizing mold,which control the size precision of end products and assembling columns actively,and finally the certified products.The material utility and the labor productivity are raised,the production cost is saved,and the mold design quality and the efficiency are improved effectively.  相似文献

A digital detecting system of the dielectric loss in the capacitive equipment is introduced based on virtual instruments.This system can real-time collect,analyze,process and storage electrical signals with National Instruments' program LabVIEW and ADLINK,s DAQ board.Through the simulation test in lab and the real test in electric substation,it is shown that this system has high accuracy on testing the dielectric loss in the capacitive equipment,the real test data is stable and the relative error of real dielectric loss is less than 5%.It is to say that this system can meet the requirement of the real on-line monitoring.  相似文献

根据萌芽米的特性,研究了工厂化加工工艺,研制开发出适合萌芽米工厂化生产的关键设备。浸种催芽采用一体化智能仪表控制的冷热水循环系统,保证了催芽的恒温效果;芽体钝化采用高温高压的蒸汽,既保证了酶体的快速灭活,又起到灭菌的效果;干燥采用温室型太阳能干燥,既节能又保证萌芽米的商品性。经生产试验结果表明,设备的性能符合萌芽米的工业化生产要求。  相似文献

A new distributed equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis network system based on an RS485 field bus and an industrial ethernet was designed for the main drive system of a hot strip mill. The system structure and composition were studied. The following problems were resolved: communication of an intelligence data acquisition module with RS485 interface; communication between a server, clients and a light emitting diode; and point to point communication between a programmable logic controller and server. Real time signals of 24 radial run out, 12 axial drifting can be synchronously acquisitioned and stored in a database. System operation is satisfactory and can be used to identify the causes of rolling mill halt and transmission slip brake, and to improve sheet metal quality.  相似文献

物联网技术作为工业4.0的核心,成为全球的热点词汇。中国作为一个农业大国,在农业生产上,我们需要引用新型的技术,在有限的资源构造出消耗少、避污染、成本低、可量产的生产模式。本文介绍了物联网IOT技术结合西门子S7-1500控制器、Node-RED等物联网工具,连接传感器与PC站组成一套PLC控制的鱼菜共生系统。以TIA Portal作为编程组态软件,对传感器和被控对象进行组态、测试,对系统进行电气设计,组装外部控制系统电气柜,实现对鱼菜共生系统的自动控制。该设计改变了传统高密度养殖模式,是新型仿自然的种养一体复合农业模式,具有低能耗、高产出、高利润、产品好、无污染的特点。  相似文献

南美白对虾池塘养殖对于水体质量有着较为严苛的要求,残饵及生物排泄物的增多会大量消耗水体溶解氧,进而打破水体动态平衡,导致NH3-N、NO2-N等毒害成分升高,引起南美白对虾病害甚至导致死亡,造成养殖户经济损失并且阻碍了南美白对虾养殖产业的健康发展。针对上述问题,笔者研究并开发一种能够实时监测养殖池塘水质,并能根据南美白对虾生长习性智能控制增氧机、水泵等养殖设备的南美白对虾池塘养殖水质智能控制系统。系统具有控制智能、运行可靠、集成度高等特点,在养殖生产试验中取得了良好效果,保证了南美白对虾养殖过程的安全,有效降低了南美白对虾池塘养殖风险。  相似文献

Surface reconstruction is reproduction process of geometric topology information and feature bases on surface practicality model. The quality of surface reconstruction directly influences performance of production, analysis and manufacture. To improve quality of design and meet requirement of fair, precision, it's researched by the numbers the geometric modeling and constraint of surface reconstruction. The Graphic transfer technique applied in control software of a profile-followed robot for grinding turbine surface is described. Projection transformation in any axis of 3D camber on a display coordinate is realized by using homogeneous transfer matrix, which provides user with visual information of grinding and processing. 2D graphic linear transfer technique is used to provide user with uniform NC programming format and to carry out 2D grinding process for 3D profile. 3D non-linear transfer technique is successfully used to solve a series of difficult problems including coordinate transfer of controlled points in multi-coordinate system, the attitude adjustment of grinding and constant pressure grinding. All the mathematics methods used are demonstrated in practice feasible and efficiently.  相似文献

According to the urgent need for motorcycle parts enterprise to improve the ability of information exchange and business collaboration between the production process and other links such as the marketing, design, production planning, outsourcing, purchasing and delivering, an integration framework of the intergraded workshop production management system for motorcycle parts enterprise is presented. It can be integrated with the designing and production planning management systems upwards, the workshop equipments and workers downwards, and the subcontract production and supply chain management systems outwards. Then, some key technologies are studied, such as the realization scheme of system integration based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the data integration and sharing mechanism of heterogeneous information system based on eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and the real-time interaction technology of workshop information based on the multi-functional interactive information terminals, etc. Finally, the system is developed and successfully applied in a motorcycle parts enterprise, and good results are obtained.  相似文献

为研究重金属污染农田土壤的稳定化修复技术,通过实施云南省某农田土壤重金属污染修复项目,对各修复技术进行比选,对优选出的稳定化修复技术涉及的稳定化药剂进行归纳分析,并开展了小试—中试—工程实施系统的工艺研究、技术应用。结果表明:该技术保证了修复效果并降低了修复成本,实现了污染农田土壤的安全利用。形成了控源—减量—降活—低吸—农产品安全达标生产的修复模式,构建了具有针对性的稳定化—植物—农艺调控的联合修复技术体系,实现了重金属污染农田土壤修复、生态建设、经济效益的有机结合。  相似文献
