种植业清洁生产审核的实践与思考

工业清洁生产审核在我国已日趋完善,但是农业清洁生产审核还未得到应有的重视。2007年,北京农业清洁生产审核试点的开展以及审核验收,标志着农业清洁生产审核时代的到来。本文以北京绿都林科技示范园农业清洁生产审核过程为例,深入仔细的剖析了农业清洁生产审核的意义和未来前景。

基于QS认证审核下的休闲食品质量安全调查

为了探究QS认证审核制度对休闲食品生产加工企业产品质量安全的影响,面向95家休闲食品生产企业问卷调查,回收60份有效问卷。调查统计结果表明,65%被调查者对QS内容是认知的;94.7%在1 000万元以上规模企业工作的被调查者认为,QS制度有利于企业加强食品安全管理力度、规范操作、提高环境卫生、改善经营状况;100%的被调查者不赞成取消QS认证审核制度;70%的被调查者认为休闲食品标签"QS"不等同质量安全。建议加大休闲食品生产加工企业食品安全知识宣传教育,减免或取消QS认证审核成本费用,加强QS认证审核的后期监管和指导。

Information System Audit and Its Analysis of Related Problems

Information system audit is a product of combining both information technique and audit. Its generalized application can normalize the running of information system for various industrial department over whole life circle under the condition of high speed development, reduce information risk,and also guarantee profit to enterprise.Aiming at the different understanding on ISA generally used in China,we analyze and compare the difference between ISA and CAA(computer assisted audit),such as meaning,object,content,technique,method and operator,and so on.The paper shows that both ISA and CAA should be developped in audit field,that ISA is a new kind of audit to be different from CAA,and that there exists some disadvantage by means of computer audit summarizing CAA and ISA,so it is necessary to speed up to develop ISA.

With the increasingly economic competition in the World, the audit industry, numerous investors and the enterprises pay more and more attention on the audit of company's sustainable operation. 考察农业上市公司董事会特征对于会计盈余信息含量的影响。通过实证研究发现：董事会规模、独立董事比例,以及董事会持股比例对会计盈余信息含量具有显著影响;董事会的会议频率和审计委员会的设立与否对会计盈余信息含量没有显著的影响。     

上海都市现代农产品市场渠道拓展的研究进展

为了拓展适合上海现代农产品市场流通渠道的方法,从农产品运销组织、批发市场、配送中心、物流龙头企业、物流运输等角度,对上海现代农产品市场物流组织的现状进行了归纳整理。通过实地调查分析,指出上海农产品市场物流存在着营销企业规模小、缺乏规范运作能力,缺少第三方大型农产品物流企业,冷链、保鲜技术相对滞后,组织化水平较低、缺少农民专业营销合作组织等的主要问题。最终提出了合理发展新型农产品物流业态、发展专业农协组织物流、培育第三方物流企业、扶持农产品物流运输业、加强农产品物流供应链科学管理、提高农业物流企业管理人员素质等的拓展现代农产品市场流通渠道的综合对策,供政府和农业流通企业的决策参考。
