肉鸡后期日粮中添加不同水平铜的饲养效应   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4

将280 只21 日龄商品代AA 肉鸡随机分成5 组, 组内设两个重复, 基础日粮含铜为5 .7mg/kg( 测定结果) ,分别添加4 .3mg/kg 、44.3mg/kg 、84 .3mg/kg 、124.3mg/kg 、164 .3mg/kg无机铜进行3 周饲养试验,记录各组采食量(ADFI) ,测定日增重(ADG) 和料重比(F/ G) 。结果表明:日粮铜水平影响ADG、ADFI和F/G(P< 0.05) ,随着铜浓度的上升,ADG、ADFI呈下降趋势,F/ G 呈上升趋势, 高水平铜对肉鸡无增重效果。根据试验结果, 建议肉鸡后期日粮中铜给量为10mg/kg 。  相似文献

用68周龄海赛克斯蛋鸡,研究玉米-大豆粕-棉仁粕型日粮中添加5水硫酸铜(CuSO4.5H2O)形式的铜6mg/kg、30mg/kg、60mg/kg、125mg/k和柠檬酸铜(CuCit)形式的铜6mg/kg、30mg/kg、60mg/kg试验结果表明:与对照组经(含铜6.4mg/kg),日粮中添加6mg/kgCu(硫酸铜)时耗料最低,蛋壳厚度最大,且随着添加量的增加蛋壳厚度变薄;日粮中添加30mg/kgCu(硫酸铜)时产蛋率最高,料蛋比最低,蛋壳强度最大,日粮中添加不同铜源及水平对蛋黄铜含量的影响不大(P〉0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加125mg/kgCu(硫酸铜)时肝脏铜水平明显升高(P〈0.05),但各添加组之间的差异不显著(P〉0.05)。随着日粮中铜添加水平的提高,蛋黄和肝脏胆固醇水平显著降低(P  相似文献

1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡120只,随机分组,自由采食以葡萄糖-大豆分离蛋白为主要原料的半纯合日粮,日粮中分别添加0,11和440mg/kg铜,饮用去离子水,分别于1日龄皮下接种HVT冻干苗,7和14日龄滴鼻接种Lasota系冻干苗。试验结果表明,日粮中0或440mg/kg铜添加组与11mg/kg铜添加组相比:19,43日龄体重小 ,0mg/kg铜添加组0-43日组单位增重料耗显著高于11mg/kg铜添轴  相似文献

在安哥拉兔日粮中添加0、10、20、100、200mg/kg铜,研究日粮铜水平对兔组织中铜沉积量及铜代谢的影响。结果表明:在兔的7种器官中,铜沉积量从高至低依次为:肝、毛、心、肾、脑、胰、骨,此顺序不受日粮铜水平的影响;日糖中添加0 ̄20mg/kg铜的3组间肝铜沉积量差异不显著,铜添加量达100mg/kg时,肝铜量急剧增加;喂高铜日良的兔铜摄入量、排泄量及沉积量大幅度提高,高铜(E)组的数值大约是低铜(B)组的11倍。  相似文献

180头“杜长大”仔猪(21.34±0.44kg),按试验要求分为6组,分别饲喂添加5mg/kg、50mg/kg、240mg/kg无机铜(硫酸铜)、50mg/kg酪蛋白铜、50mg/kg奶蛋白铜和50mg/kg大豆蛋白铜的饲粮,试验为期30天。结果表明:①饲粮中添加不同化学形式的铜均提高了日增重,降低了料重比,其中以50mg/kg酪蛋白铜组最佳,日增重比对照组(5mg/kg硫酸铜)提高了13.6%(P<0.05),料重比下降了9.5%,其次为240mg/kg无机铜组,日增重提高了12.5%(P<0.05),料重比下降了8.3%(P<0.05)。②添加不同化学形式铜均提高了日粮粗脂肪消化率,其中以240mg/kg无机铜组最为显著,较对照组提高了31.0%(P<0.05),其次为50mg/kg酪蛋白铜组,提高了29.1%(P<0.05),但是添加无机铜(硫酸铜)和蛋白铜对干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率均无明显影响。③添加铜对仔猪胴体组成无明显影响,但240mg/kg无机铜组和酪蛋白铜组肌肉失水率略有升高,色泽呈下降趋势。④240mg/kg无机铜组和50mg/kg酪蛋白铜组的脑铜含量显著升高,分别较对照组提高了33.1  相似文献

用42头7月龄安格斯公牛进行试验,测定加钼或未加钼的低铜饲粮对牛的生产性能,胴体品质和铜状态的长期影响。断奶前28d给22头犊牛注射90mg断奶后,饲粮中添加铜7.5mg/kg干物质,对照组不添加铜。在获得铜后第40d后,铜的添加量降低到5mg/kg干物质,施铜期后,每组1/2牛的日粮中添加钼5mg/kg干物质。  相似文献

铜是动物生长所必需的微量营养元素之一,NRC(1994)标准中,0周龄-6周龄雏鸡对铜的需要量为8mg/kg,猪对铜的需要量为5mg/kg。目前在我国及其它国家的养猪生产中,使用高剂量铜作猪的促生长添加剂已相当普遍。但是对鸡的作用效果报道甚少。本试验通过对蛋公雏鸡的饲养试验、代谢试验来研究高铜对鸡生长的影响。试验在基础日粮的基础上以硫酸铜为外加铜源,补铜3个水平(60mg/kg、120mg/kg、180mg/kg),对8日龄-35日龄的蛋公雏鸡进行4周的饲养试验,并在28日龄-30日龄进行了代谢…  相似文献

在高铜(250mg/kg)日粮中加铁、锌,可显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地增加血红蛋白(Hb)浓度,血清铁、锌含量和血清碱性磷酸酶(SAP)活性,增强红细胞膜(RBCM)稳定性,减少血清铜含量。当日粮中加铁60mg/kg(日粮铁总浓度153mg/kg)、锌105mg/kg(日粮锌总浓度142mg/kg)时,猪血清铁和锌含量、血液Hb浓度、SAP活性、RBCM稳定性达到最大。在高铜日粮中加铁40~60mg/kg(日粮铁总浓度133~153mg/kg)、加锌70~105mg/kg(日粮锌总浓度107~142mg/kg),能增加猪平均日增重75.15%~76.07%(P<0.01),提高饲料转化率60.11%~60.77%(P<0.01)。结果表明,猪高铜(250mg/kg)日粮中铁、锌的适宜水平分别为153mg/kg和142mg/kg。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮铜添加水平对 1~28日龄泰和乌骨鸡生产性能和组织黑色素含量的影响。选用 1日龄泰和乌骨鸡 270只,随机分成 6组,每组设 3个重复,每个重复 15只鸡。试验鸡分别饲喂在基础饲粮(铜含量为 4.75mg/kg)中添加 0、5、15、30、60、125mg/kg铜的饲粮,饲养至 28日龄。结果表明:饲粮铜不同添加水平对 1~28日龄泰和乌骨鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05),但适量添加可显著或极显著影响其血清、肝脏、肾脏、皮肤及肌肉的黑色素含量、酪氨酸酶活性(P<0.05或 P<0.01),并呈现出随饲粮铜添加水平的提高先升后降的趋势。当饲粮铜添加水平为 30mg/kg时,泰和乌骨鸡血清和组织酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素含量达到峰值。由此可知,玉米 -豆粕型基础饲粮中添加铜可提高泰和乌骨鸡组织黑色素含量,其适宜添加水平为 30mg/kg。  相似文献

本试验旨在估测 1~21日龄不同性别北京鸭核黄素的需要量。采用 2(性别:公、母)×9(饲粮核黄素水平:1.2、3.2、5.2、7.2、9.2、11.2、13.2、15.2、41.2mg/kg)双因子完全随机试验设计,选取体重相近的 1日龄健康的 Z3系北京鸭公鸭和母鸭各 360只,公鸭和母鸭均随机分为 9组,每组 5个重复,每个重复 8只鸭。结果表明:性别对 1~21日龄北京鸭的平均日增重和料重比有显著影响(P<0.05),对平均日采食量、血浆核黄素水平以及血浆谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮核黄素水平对 1~21日龄北京鸭平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比、血浆核黄素水平以及血浆ALT、AST、LDH活性均有显著影响(P<0.05)。结果提示,分别以平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比和血浆核黄素水平为评价指标,采用折线模型估测 1~21日龄北京鸭公鸭核黄素需要量分别为3.31、3.24、5.20、3.82mg/kg,母鸭核黄素需要量分别为 3.27、3.19、3.33、3.84mg/kg。  相似文献

Three trials using 300 pigs were conducted to establish response surfaces for effects of calcium and phosphorus (Ca/P) levels and of time on postweaning pig performance. Five dietary Ca/P levels (70, 85, 100, 115 and 130% of the NRC [1979] estimated dietary Ca and P requirements) were fed from weaning to market weight. Twelve replicates, each consisting of five pigs, were used across the three trials, and one pig per replicate was slaughtered every 4 wk following the start of the trials. Efficiency of feed utilization (G:F) was insensitive to diet within the range of Ca/P levels used, whereas ADG and average daily feed intake (ADFI) were linearly (P less than .01) and quadratically (p less than .01) related to both diet and weigh period. Asymptotic models relating continuous effects of total Ca + P intake (average grams per day of Ca + P) relative to the NRC estimated Ca + P intake and days on test at the midpoint of each weigh period were fitted to the data and used to derive response surfaces for ADG and ADFI. Ninety, ninety-five and ninety-eight percent of maximum ADG, ADFI and G:F also were determined; 98% of maximum ADG was reached with a Ca and P intake of 99.8% of NRC Ca/P estimates, whereas Ca and P intakes of 95.3 and 83.5% of NRC estimates were required to produce 98% of maximum ADFI and G:F, respectively.  相似文献

Crossbred pigs (n = 144, average age and weight = 28 +/- 3 d, 7.5 kg) were used in two 6-wk trials to assess the effects of dietary pH and P source on growth performance, gastrointestinal digesta pH and chloride ion concentration (Cl-), and bone characteristics. Treatments were randomly allotted within blocks (based on weight within gender) to a 3 x 2 factorial arrangement with three dietary pH levels (5.4, 6.0, and 6.7) and two P sources: dicalcium phosphate (DCP) and defluorinated phosphate (DFP). Pigs fed the pH 6.7 diet had reduced ADG (P less than .01) and average daily feed intakes (ADFI; P less than .001) during wk 1 to 3 and overall compared with pigs fed the pH 6.0 diet, but ADG and ADFI were not affected when the pH 5.4 diet was fed. There was a dietary pH x P source interaction (P less than .05) for ADFI. Pigs had decreased ADFI as dietary pH was increased from 6.0 to 6.7 for both DCP and DFP, but ADFI was similar for the pH 6.0 and 5.4 diets with DFP, whereas ADFI was greater for the pH 5.4 diet with DCP. Effect of select menhaden fish meal in starter diets for pigs   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Two trials were conducted to evaluate a select menhaden fish meal (SMFM) as a protein source in starter diets for 390, 3-wk-old weaned pigs. Initial weights averaged 4.8 and 5.5 kg in Trials 1 and 2, and trials were conducted for 5 and 4 wk, respectively. Diets in Trial 1 were formulated by substituting levels of 0, 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20% SMFM for soybean meal plus corn on a protein basis. The 20% fish meal diet contained no soybean meal; all diets contained between 19.8 and 20.2% CP, between 1.34 and 1.40% lysine and 25% dried whey. Replacement of soy protein with fish meal elicited a quadratic improvement (P = .01) in cumulative ADG and average daily feed intake (ADFI) by the end of wk 5. The diet containing 8% SMFM resulted in the maximum observed ADG; however, the maximum ADFI occurred in pigs fed the diet containing 12% SMFM. Breakpoint analysis indicated that 4.5 and 9.3% SMFM maximized ADG and ADFI, respectively. Addition of SMFM did not affect efficiency of feed utilization (F/G). In Trial 2, a 2 X 3 factorial with two levels of dried whey (10 or 20%) and three levels of SMFM (0, 4 or 8%), a SMFM X dried whey interaction (P less than .05) was observed for cumulative ADG and F/G by the of wk 4 with greater benefit from SMFM with 10% than with 20% dried whey.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

试验旨在研究银耳多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻的影响。试验选取健康、体重接近的断奶仔猪72头,采用单因素完全随机化设计分为3个处理,即对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)、无抗组(在对照组饲粮基础上饲喂完全不含抗生素的饲粮)和TP组(在无抗组饲粮的基础上补充0.2%的银耳多糖)。每个处理3个重复,每个重复8头猪。试验期24 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,仔猪饲喂无抗饲粮日采食量增加0.95%、日增重增加1.75%、料重比下降了0.98%、腹泻率增加12.54%,但是对断奶仔猪的日采食量、日增重、料重比和腹泻率均无显著影响,表明不添加抗生素未对断奶仔猪生长性能造成负面影响;与无抗组相比,饲粮添加0.2%银耳多糖,仔猪日采食量提高9.76%、日增重提高12.98%、料重比下降2.46%、腹泻率下降17.80%,表明饲粮添加0.2%银耳多糖能够显著提高断奶仔猪的生长性能;与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.2%银耳多糖,仔猪日采食量提高10.80%、日增重提高14.95%、料重比下降3.41%、腹泻率下降7.49%,表明添加0.2%银耳多糖能够显著提高仔猪的生长性能。研究表明,饲粮中不添加抗生素会增加仔猪腹泻率,但未对其他生长性能造成负面影响;添加0.2%银耳多糖能够降低腹泻率、显著提高仔猪生长性能,并且能够替代抗生素发挥作用。  相似文献

We conducted two experiments to evaluate the effects of dietary energy density and lysine:calorie ratio on the growth performance and carcass characteristics of growing and finishing pigs. In Exp. 1, 80 crossbred barrows (initially 44.5 kg) were fed a control diet or diets containing 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, or 6.0% choice white grease (CWG). All diets contained 3.2 and 2.47 g of lysine/Mcal ME during growing (44.5 to 73 kg) and finishing (73 to 104 kg), respectively. Increasing energy density did not affect overall ADG; however, ADFI decreased and feed efficiency (Gain:feed ratio; G:F) increased (linear, P < .01). Increasing energy density decreased and then increased (quadratic, P < .06) skinned fat depth and lean percentage. In Exp. 2, 120 crossbred gilts (initially 29.2 kg) were used to determine the effects of increasing levels of CWG and lysine:calorie ratio fed during the growing phase on growth performance and subsequent finishing growth. Pigs were fed increasing energy density (3.31, 3.44, or 3.57 Mcal ME/kg) and lysine:calorie ratio (2.75, 3.10, 3.45, or 3.80 g lysine/Mcal ME). No energy density x lysine:calorie ratio interactions were observed (P > .10). Increasing energy density increased ADG and G:F and decreased ADFI of pigs from 29.5 to 72.6 kg (linear, P < .05). Increasing lysine:calorie ratio increased ADG and ADFI (linear, P < .01 and .07, respectively) but had no effect on G:F. From 72.6 to 90.7 kg, all pigs were fed the same diet containing .90% lysine and 2.72 g lysine/Mcal ME. Pigs previously fed with increasing lysine:calorie ratio had decreased (linear, P < .02) ADG and G:F. Also, pigs previously fed increasing CWG had decreased (linear, P < .03) ADG and ADFI. From 90.7 to 107 kg when all pigs were fed a diet containing .70% lysine and 2.1 g lysine/Mcal ME, growth performance was not affected by previous dietary treatment. Carcass characteristics were not affected by CWG or lysine:calorie ratio fed from 29.5 to 72.6 kg. Increasing the dietary energy density and lysine:calorie ratio improved ADG and G:F of growing pigs; however, pigs fed a low-energy diet or a low lysine:calorie ratio from 29 to 72 kg had compensatory growth from 72 to 90 kg.  相似文献

本研究选用18头28±1日龄断奶的杂交仔猪(平均体重约5.5kg),研究低蛋白质氨基酸平衡饲粮对早期断奶仔猪腹泻和生产性能的影响。试验结果显示:(1)低蛋白质氨基酸平衡饲粮使仔猪血浆挥发性盐基氨含量、血浆尿素氨含量和腹泻指数降低(P<0.05或0.01)。(2)采食全植物蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮(CP18.3%)的仔猪,其平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料肉比(P/G)与采食复合蛋白型对照饲粮(CP19.7%)的仔猪差异不显著(P>0.05),但前者的增重成本比后者降低(P<0.05)31%。(3)采食复合蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮(CP18.4%)的仔猪的生产性能优于采食复合蛋白型对照饲粮(CP19.7%)的仔猪,前者的ADG和ADFI分别提高(P<0.05)61%和32%,F/G和增重成本分别下降(P<0.05)24%和37%。(4)采食全植物蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮的仔猪,其ADG和ADFI低于(P<0.01)采食复合蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮的仔猪。前者的F/G和增重成本趋于高于后者,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,低蛋白质氨基酸平衡饲粮可显著降低仔猪断奶后腹泻和提高仔猪生产性能。复合蛋白型?  相似文献

72只21日龄樱桃谷鸭平均分成4组,分别添加0、30、60、90mg/kg烟酸进行3周饲养试验。测定平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)、血清总胆固醇(TCH)、血清总甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果表明:①日粮烟酸水平不影响ADFI、ADG、F/G(P>0.05),但与ADFI、ADG、F/G存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著二次曲线关系(P<0.01)。②日粮烟酸水平可能影响TCH、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。当基础日粮烟酸和色氨酸水平分别为35mg/kg和0.16%时,建议肉鸭后期烟酸添加水平为60mg/kg。  相似文献

The objective of the study was to determine voluntary feed intake and growth performance of Windsnyer pigs fed on increasing levels of potato hash silage meal. Thirty-six growing Windsnyer pigs (19 kg ± 5.59) (mean ± standard deviation (SD)) were individually and randomly assigned to six experimental diets containing 0, 80, 160, 240, 320 and 400 g/kg DM of potato hash silage. Diets containing the potato hash silage were formulated using diet dilution method from 0 g/kg and 400 g/kg. Six pigs were fed on each diet ad libitum for 6 weeks. Average daily feed intake (ADFI), average daily gain (ADG), gain to feed (G/F) ratio, scaled feed intake (SFI) and scaled average daily gain (SADG) were measured weekly. Increasing levels of potato hash silage caused a decrease (P < 0.05) in ADG, G/F ratio and SADG. The ADFI interacted significantly (P < 0.05) with the inclusion level of potato hash silage and week of feeding. Pigs fed on 240 g/kg potato hash silage had greater ADFI in the second, third and fourth week of feeding. There was a quadratic increase (P < 0.05) in ADFI. There was a linear decrease (P < 0.05) in ADG and G/F ratio and SADG as the potato hash silage level increased. Using piecewise regression, potato hash silage can be included up to 240 g/kg DM in Windsnyer pigs without undermining growth performance.  相似文献
