无氮日粮纤维水平对猪内源氨基酸测值的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以醋酸纤维素为纤维源配制成粗纤维水平分别为2.0%、5.0%、8.0%的3种无氮日粮,采用3头回—直肠吻合猪,分3期试验,通过3×3拉丁方设计研究在等进食量(750g/d)条件下日粮的纤维水平对回—直肠吻合猪消化道内源氨基酸测值的影响。结果表明:除缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和胱氨酸外,无氮日粮的粗纤维水平对回肠末端食糜干物质中其他内源氨基酸含量(%)无显著影响(P>0.05)。而对回肠末端内源氨基酸的总排泄量影响显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。相关分析表明,粗纤维水平与各种内源氨基酸的排泄总量之间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的强相关关系,随无氮日粮中粗纤维水平的升高,各种内源氨基酸排泄量呈直线增加。  相似文献

选择有代表性小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊哺育单羔母羊各6只,通过饲养试验、平衡试验等方法,测得小尾寒羊干物质进食量(DMI)为1655g/d,有机物质进食量(OMI)1539g/d,代谢能进食量(MEI)为18.9kJ/d,粗蛋白进食量(CPI)为188.0g/d。大尾寒羊DMI、OMI、MEI和CPI分别为1385g/d、1288g/d、15.7kJ/d和135.7g/d。小尾寒羊DMI、MEI和CPI均显著高于大尾寒羊。小尾寒羊全期平均泌乳量为645g/d,大尾寒羊为480g/d,小尾寒羊比大尾寒羊高34.4%(P<0.05)。两种品种羊对DM、OM、GE(总能)的消化率和代谢率,以及乳糖、乳脂、乳蛋白等各种乳汁成分均无显著差异。  相似文献

用3个不同梯度氮进食量的10种日粮的研究结果表明,可消化氮进食量与氮沉积之间呈线性相关(r=0.9601)。当沉积氮为零时,可消化氮为0.3982g/W0.75。沉积氮/可消化氮与沉积氮量之间呈线性相关(r=0.9615),实测的沉积氮(g/W0.75)范围为0.011至0.376,沉积氮/可消化氮的范围为0.0235至0.479。维持的可消化氮需要为0.3982g/W0.75,内源尿蛋白氮为2.44g/W0.75。  相似文献

本试验采用单因子试验设计,共4个处理,每个处理4次重复。选取1日龄中速型江村黄羽母鸡800只,随机分为16栏,每栏50只,以栏为一重复,以重复为单位空腹称重。试验共75天,分3阶段,每个阶段25天,在每个阶段的结束日上午以重复为单位空腹称体重。试验采用粤江丰黄羽肉鸡料的配方为基础,分别为:对照组(处理1);对照组添加饲用复合酶1000g/T(处理2)对照组添加饲用复合酶750g/T(处理3);对照组添加饲和复合酶500g/T(处理4)。测定指标为常规生产性能包括增重、饲料报酬、死亡率和经济效益分析。试验结果表明:添加复合酶能提高肉鸡的增重,降低料肉比,提高经济效益。在本次试验条件下,综合生长性能和经济效益得出酶的最佳添加量为1000g/t。  相似文献

将24只新疆细毛羊周岁母羊(平均体重289kg)随机分入6个处理组(每处理4只羊):第1组喂基础日粮,即自由采食干牧草+尿素10g/只+矿物质添加剂10g/只(对照组);第2~5组喂基础日粮外分别加80、160、240、320g/只棉籽粕;第6组喂基础日粮+混合精料1000g/只。每天补饲240g或更高的棉籽粕显著降低了干草干物质采食量;棉籽粕补饲显著提高了日粮干物质表观消化率;每天补饲160g或更高的棉籽粕显著提高了日增重和净毛产量,但补饲对纤维直径无显著影响。每天补饲80、160、240和320g棉籽粕的绵羊日增重分别相当于饲喂混合精料日粮绵羊的13%、35%、45%和53%,净毛产量则分别相当于66%、72%、82%和79  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮粗蛋白质水平对泌乳水牛产奶量及氮代谢的影响。试验采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,选用 16头体况良好、上期泌乳量相近、产犊胎次 2~3胎、健康的泌乳前期水牛,随机分为4组,进行动物饲养试验和消化代谢试验。将4组泌乳水牛随机分配到4个梯度的饲粮粗蛋白质水平组,即 16.0%、15.2%、14.4%、13.6% 4个组,每组 4头,进行 4期饲养试验,每期 21d,共 84d。按照 4×4拉丁方设计给各期各组泌乳水牛饲喂不同粗蛋白质水平的饲粮,每期试验预试期 7d。在第 2期和第 4期饲养试验的最后 4d开展 2期氮消化代谢试验。结果表明,总采食氮、可消化氮、乳氮/进食氮以及氮表观消化率在部分组间差异显著(P<0.05);乳氮、粪氮、尿氮在各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲喂不同粗蛋白质水平饲粮对水牛产奶量、乳蛋白率、乳脂率、乳非脂固形物率和乳糖率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。血清总蛋白和尿素氮含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。以试验期间进食氮水平(g/d)为横坐标(x),标准乳产量(kg/d)为纵坐标(y),获得进食氮水平与标准乳产量的二次曲线关系,即 y=-0.0016x2+0.9556x-129.91。由此可见,饲粮粗蛋白质水平对泌乳水牛生产性能及血液生化指标影响不显著,根据进食氮水平与标准乳产量的二次曲线关系可得,当进食氮水平为 298.625g/d时,得到水牛标准乳产量最大值为 12.773kg/d。  相似文献

采用消化代谢试验、比较屠宰试验、饲养试验、内源尿氮及代谢粪氮测定等方法,研究藏羊生长期氮代谢规律,以测定其蛋白质需要量。研究结果表明,藏羊生长期日粮蛋白质水平以9.0%为宜,高于此值意义不大。用低氮日粮测得藏羊每日排出内源尿氮(EUN)为0.186g/W ̄0.75。代谢粪氮(MFN)为0.809g/W ̄0.75,氮沉积(NR)为3.13g/w ̄0.75。通过对试验数据的统计分析,得出藏羊粗蛋白质维持需要(CPm)为8.28g/W ̄0.75,日增重需要(CP△g)为0.49g/g·△G)。藏羊生长期的粗蛋白(RCP)和可消化粗蛋白质(RDCP)的需要量为:RCP(g/d)=8.28W ̄0.75+0.49△GRDCP(g/d)=6.91W ̄0.75+0.41△G  相似文献

 试验选用36头12月龄左右、体况良好、体重相近的西门塔尔牛,随机分为4组,测定异丁酸(0,0.02,0.04和0.06g/kg· d)对日粮养分消化率、增重性能和甲烷排放的影响。结果表明,日粮添加异丁酸后,0.04和0.06g/(kg· d)组有机物(organicmatter,OM)消化率显著高于对照组,处理组粗蛋白(crudeprotein,CP)消化率显著高于对照组,无氮浸出物(nitrogenfreeextract,NFE)消化率差异不显著,0.04g/(kg· d)组中性洗涤纤维(neutraldetergentfibre,NDF)消化率显著高于对照组和0.02g/(kg· d)组(P<0.05),0.04g/(kg· d)组酸性洗涤纤维(aciddetergentfibre,ADF)消化率显著高于对照组和其他处理组(P<0.05);试验期间0.04g/(kg· d)组和0.06g/(kg· d)组日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与0.02g/(kg· d)组差异不显著;肉牛干物质采食量在试验期间0.04g/(kg· d)组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其他组间差异不显著,0.04g/(kg· d)组和0.06g/(kg· d)组每千克增重消耗饲料显著低于对照组和0.02g/(kg· d)组(P<0.05);此外,玉米秸秆日粮中添加异丁酸后,甲烷能呈降低趋势,0.04g/(kg· d)和0.06g/(kg· d)组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此推断日粮添加异丁酸后对增重性能\营养物质消化和降低甲烷排放有显著促进作用,适宜添加水平为0.04g/(kg· d)。  相似文献

Barrows with an average initial weight of 55 kg were fitted with simple T-cannulas at the distal ileum. The animals were fed a protein-free diet that consisted of 79.7% cornstarch, 10% sucrose, 3% Alphafloc (a source of cellulose), 3% canola oil and a vitamin-mineral premix. The pigs were fed 700 g of diet twice each day, at 0800 and 2000. A balanced amino acid mixture or a saline solution was administered intravenously while the protein-free diet was fed. Ileal digesta were collected for 24 h following a 7-d adaptation period. The administration of amino acids reduced (P less than .05) the recovery of endogenous protein from 18.5 to 12.7 g per kg dry matter intake. For the amino acids, the reduction was only significant (P less than .05) for proline, from 3.6 to .6 g per kg dry matter intake. If the total endogenous protein losses are assumed to be constant and the differences in the amino acid composition of non-reabsorbed endogenous protein, as observed in this study, are used to calculate true ileal digestibilities, differences in the digestibilities of the indispensable amino acids are large (up to 7.4 percentage units for threonine). The amino acid composition of endogenous protein determined in pigs fed a protein-free diet and parenterally administered with amino acids should provide a better estimate for the calculation of true amino acid digestibilities when based on the determination of true protein digestibility by the 15N-isotope dilution technique.  相似文献

Nine barrows with an average initial weight of 60 kg were fitted with simple T-cannulas at the distal ileum. The animals were fed four different protein-free diets according to an incomplete latin square design. Diet 1 (control diet) consisted of 79.7% cornstarch, 10% sucrose, 3% Alphafloc (a source of cellulose), 3% canola oil and a vitamin-mineral premix. Diets 2, 3 and 4 contained, respectively, 4% pectin, an additional 7% cellulose and an additional 10% canola oil, each included at the expense of cornstarch. Feces were collected during 3 d following a 7-d adaptation period. Thereafter, digesta were collected during two 24-h periods with a 24-interval between periods. The pigs were fed 800 g of feed twice at 0800 and 2000. Added pectin increased (P less than .05) the recovery of endogenous protein in ileal digesta from 19.8 diet (diet 1) to 24.0 g per kg dry matter intake. This increment was largely due to increases (P less than .05) in glycine and proline from 1.9 to 2.4 and from 6.2 to 8.4 g per kg dry matter intake, respectively. In feces, only added cellulose increased (P less than .05) excretion of endogenous protein (8.4 vs 11.1 g/kg DM intake) and of most amino acids. Including additional fat did not affect the quantity of endogenous protein and amino acids recovered in ileal digesta or feces. The aim of the study was to determine and compare the endogenous ileal excretions of nitrogen and amino acids under protein-free and peptide alimentation by the dog and rat. Two diets were prepared, one that was devoid of protein and the other containing 23% enzyme hydrolysed casein. Chromic oxide was included in the diets as an indigestible marker. A total of 10 mixed breed dogs were fed hourly either a protein-free or enzymatically hydrolysed casein diet for a total of 10 days. A faecal sample was obtained from each dog on day 9 while digesta was obtained from the terminal 20 cm of the ileum directly after euthanasia on day 10. A total of 12 8-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats received the same diets as the dogs. A faecal sample from each rat was obtained on day 7 while ileal digesta samples were obtained on day 8. The endogenous ileal excretions of most amino acids were greater in the dogs and rats that received the enzymatically hydrolysed casein diet compared with those receiving the protein free diet. Whereas the pattern of endogenous amino acid excretion was similar in the rats and dogs, the dogs excreted a significantly greater amount of nitrogen (1.91 vs. 2.27 and 1.63 vs. 4.12 g/kg dry matter intake for the protein-free and peptide alimentation method, respectively) and all amino acids except for glycine, isoleucine and leucine. Endogenous ileal amino acid excretions are higher in dogs compared to omnivorous animals such as rats and pigs but similar to the carnivorous cat.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of BW, feed intake, and the physiological condition of the animal on the loss and amino acid composition of endogenous protein in swine. Ten growing barrows and five multiparous sows were equipped with a T-cannula in the distal ileum for digesta collection. A protein-free diet was fed to all animals. The barrows were given free access to the experimental diet. The sows also were allowed to consume the diet on an ad libitum basis, and digesta were collected during lactation and in the following gestation period. In addition, digesta from the gravid sows were collected after restricting the sows to 2 kg of feed per day. For each animal group, the endogenous losses of protein and amino acids were calculated in relation to DMI, and the amino acid composition of endogenous protein was calculated. The total endogenous gut protein loss at the distal ileum of growing pigs, lactating sows, and gestating sows, given free access to feed, was 12.4, 9.4, and 11.2 g/kg DMI, respectively. These values were not different (P > .10). However, when gestating sows were fed only 2 kg/d, 17.8 g of endogenous protein was lost per kilogram of DMI, which was higher (P < .05) than for any of the other groups. This difference was mainly caused by higher (P < .05) losses of glycine, proline, and serine. There were no differences (P > .05) in amino acid composition of endogenous protein between growing pigs, lactating sows, and gestating sows given free access to feed, but restricted-fed gestating sows had an amino acid composition of endogenous protein that was significantly different from that of the other groups. The results from the experiment showed that age, BW, and the physiological condition of the animal have little or no effect on the amount of endogenous protein and amino acids lost at the distal ileum of hogs if calculated in relation to DMI. Likewise, the amino acid composition was not affected by the BW or physiological condition of the animal. However, DMI had a significant effect on endogenous protein losses in sows as well as on amino acid composition of endogenous protein.  相似文献

Two experiments were carried out to investigate endogenous crude protein (N 2 6.25) (CP) losses in growing pigs. In experiment I, 42 cross-bred gilts [live weight (LW) 35-40 kg] were fitted with a simple T-cannula at the terminal ileum. Seven experimental diets (four feedstuffs: barley, wheat, soyabean meal and rapeseed meal, and three mixtures with varying compositions of the same feedstuff batches) were investigated. Each diet was fed at six different CP levels, obtained after dilution with a 1:1 mixture of sucrose and dextrose. In total, 42 different diets were used and on each pig three different diets were tested. In experiment II, 12 (LW , 18 kg) plus eight (LW , 88 kg) cross-bred castrates were fitted with a simple T-cannula at the terminal ileum. Four experimental diets based on casein as the sole protein source and with CP dietary levels from 6 to 25% were used. By extrapolation to zero CP intake the basal endogenous protein loss in experiment I was 15.7 g kg -1 dry matter (DM) intake, when including all diets, and 14.3 g kg -1 DM intake after excluding the barley diets. In experiment II the basal endogenous CP loss was 11.3 g kg -1 DM intake. In experiment I a relative increase in almost all amino acids in the endogenous CP loss was found when the dietary CP level in the diets increased from zero to 17%. Exceptions were glycine, which was constant, and proline, which decreased significantly from 176 to 58 g 160 g -1 CP. However, the sum of proline and glutamic acid in the endogenous protein loss was almost constant. Similar results were obtained after correction for undigested dietary CP and amino acids, based on in vitro analyses of CP digestibility. In a supplementary study, ileal samples, selected for unusually high levels of proline were analysed for free amino acids. For proline, 36-64% was free, whereas insignificant proportions of the other amino acids were free. It is concluded that the composition of endogenous CP is generally relatively constant. However, experimental conditions with low or inappropriate dietary CP supply may influence the composition and occasionally induce unexpected high levels of proline from secretion of free proline into the lumen of the digestive tract.  相似文献

Re-entrance cannulae were applied by way of operations at the end of the small intestine of a larger number of growing pigs. After a post-operative phase these animals were fed with various rations (N-free diet, fattening feed for pigs, rations with dried skim milk resp. wheat gluten + lysine and wheat + wheat gluten + lysine). During the main experiment periods the ileum digesta (24 hour-periods of collecting) and the feces were quantitatively registered. The protein and amino acid content ascertained in the feed rations, the digesta and feces samples are reported, comparatively evaluated and discussed. The amount of amino acids (in mg per kg intake of dry matter) contained in the ileum digesta after N-free feeding were statistically calculated with regard to differences occuring between the animals and days. For most amino acids a significant decrease in the ileum digesta could be detected during the course of the N-free feeding period. Moreover, the amount of amino acids in the ileum digesta was compared with the metabolic fecal amino acids, from which conclusions could be drawn concerning the disappearance rate of the individual amino acids in large intestine.  相似文献

本试验旨在测定不同省份来源的稻谷干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)饲喂生长猪的消化能、代谢能和氨基酸回肠末端消化率。试验一:选用30头初始体重为(35.02±1.61) kg杜×长×大三元杂交去势公猪,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。各组分别饲喂玉米饲粮和4种稻谷DDGS饲粮。试验期19 d。试验二:选用30头初始体重为(42.04±1.90) kg装有T型瘘管的杜×长×大三元杂交去势公猪,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。各组分别饲喂无氮饲粮和4种稻谷DDGS饲粮。试验期16 d。结果表明:1)来源于黑龙江、安徽和河北的稻谷DDGS的总能、粗蛋白质和氨基酸含量高于来源于广西的稻谷DDGS。来源于黑龙江、安徽和河北的稻谷DDGS的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量低于来源于广西的稻谷DDGS。2)来源于广西的稻谷DDGS的消化能、代谢能,粗蛋白质、干物质和能量表观全肠道消化率,以及氨基酸表观和标准回肠末端消化率均显著低于来源于黑龙江、安徽和河北的稻谷DDGS(P<0.05)。由此可见,不同省份来源的稻谷DDGS由于营养成分不同,导致其在生长猪上的消化能、代谢能和氨基酸回肠末端消化率存在差异,其中粗纤维含量是影响稻谷DDGS营养价值的关键因素之一。  相似文献

1. The study aimed to assess the effect of a commercially available microbial phytase on phytate phosphorus and total phosphorus content at the terminal ileum as well as true ileal amino acid digestibility. 2. Five diets, each containing a different plant-based feedstuff, were supplemented with microbial phytase and fed, along with a non-supplemented corresponding diet, to 28-d-old broiler chickens, Chromic oxide was used as an indigestible marker. Ileal contents were collected and analysed, along with the diets, for total phosphorus, phytate phosphorus and amino acids. 3. Endogenous phosphorus determined at the terminal ileum was 272 +/- 108 mg/kg food dry matter (mean +/- SE). Endogenous ileal amino acid flows ranged from 58 +/- 10 mg/kg food dry matter for methionine to 568 +/- 47 mg/kg food dry matter for glutamic acid. 4. Supplementation with microbial phytase resulted in a significantly greater phytate P disappearance from the terminal ileum for rice bran (17% units), but not for soyabean meal, maize, wheat or rapeseed meal. Similarly total phosphorus digestibility was significantly (P < 0.05) higher when microbial phytase was added to the rice-bran-based diet but not for any of the other feedstuffs. 5. Amino acid digestibility was significantly greater in the presence of microbial phytase for all the amino acids examined in wheat, for several of the amino acids each in maize and rapeseed meal and for one amino acid in rice bran and soyabean meal. The average increase in amino acid digestibility for those amino acids affected, was 13, 6, 10, 7 and 12% units for wheat, maize, rapeseed meal, rice bran and soyabean meal, respectively. 6. It appears that microbial phytase improves phosphorus digestibility and amino acid digestibility for certain plant-based feedstuffs.  相似文献

Abstract

Rumen metabolism, microbial biomass synthesis and microbial long chain fatty acid composition were studied in lactating cows fed at two levels of dry matter intake (L, 8.6 kg DM and H, 12.6 kg DM) with 0, 4 and 6% added tallow at the low feed level (L0, L4 and L6) and 0, 2, 4 and 6% at the high feed level (H0, H2, H4 and H6).

Fibre digestibility was not significantly affected by tallow addition. Increasing tallow level in the diet decreased the total VFA concentration, the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid and the ammonia concentration in the rumen. Crude fat and fatty acid content in bacterial and protozoal dry matter increased with increased tallow level, especially due to an increase in fatty acids originating from the feeds. Microbial synthesis in the rumen and flow of amino acids to the duodenum was highest for medium fat intake at the high feed level.  相似文献
