基于共享服务模式的农业资源管理WebGIS系统构建

根据现有农业资源管理信息系统在可视化表达和资源共享方面存在的不足,提出以农业资源共享服务模式为基础,结合富客户端WebGIS可视化表达与空间分析技术,构建农业资源管理系统的思路,并将该设计思想运用在“贵州省安顺市农业资源管理系统”的具体案例中。实践表明,运用共享服务模式来构建农业资源管理WebGIS系统不仅可以满足自身系统的业务需求,还能为其他应用系统提供数据共享服务,可以有效解决目前农业资源信息系统之间资源不能共享、重复建设,互操作难的问题,有效避免“信息孤岛”的产生,还可以直观的描述农业资源的时空分布、动态分析区域农业资源状况,为农业资源的管理、规划和决策提供了快速、直观和有效的手段。     

响应面法优化解脂耶罗维亚酵母ypy01淀粉酶发酵条件研究

利用Plackett–Burman（PB）设计和响应面法对解脂耶罗维亚酵母ypy01淀粉酶生产条件进行了优化。PB设计筛选到3个显著因子,分别为可溶性淀粉浓度、蛋白胨浓度和初始pH。采用响应面法对3个显著因子进一步优化,获得了最佳培养基组成：0.84%可溶性淀粉,2.25%蛋白胨,1%酵母粉,3%NaCl,0.05% MgSO4,0.05% CaCl2,初始pH为6.8,在最优条件下,淀粉酶产量达到2012.50 U/mL。     

Ecological Planning and Design of Waterfront in Xianghe County from the Perspective of Landscape Security Pattern

Waterfront is a precious resource in urban ecological construction,and also a key section for ecological protection,so ecological planning of urban waterfront has far-reaching influence on the whole region.This study explored ecological planning and design of waterfront from the perspective of landscape security pattern,analyzed current waterfront in Xianghe County and construction of landscape security pattern for waterfront,provided a basis for the ecological planning and design of landscape.     

基于MapGIS的县乡土地利用总体规划数据库研究

为了科学地管理和实施土地利用总体规划成果,实现土地资源管理信息化,笔者主要探索基于MapGIS平台下,如何利用土地利用现状数据库和土地利用总体规划成果,建立县乡土地利用总体规划数据库,运用系统分析与流程图法,系统阐述了数据库建立的总体思路、目标、技术路线,解决了在数据库建立过程中规划要素层添加,建立了数据库区文件、线文件以及点文件的属性结构,提出了属性数据的输入方法,并着重对图斑面积量算方法进行描述。结果表明,在MapGIS软件平台下,运用土地利用现状数据库和土地利用总体规划成果可以建立规划数据库。     

Resource Management in Application System

Application system generally refers to all kinds of computer information system. It aims at improving the sharing and application of the resource. The resource in application system usually means data resource. For computer management and maintenance, there are not only data resource, but also program resource and network resource. Effective management of this resource is key to ensure proper work of the application system. In this paper, the basic pattern and policy for resource management is put forward and a method to build and realize the resource layer that lies between database layer and application layer is to be found. This management layer, which skillfully connects the application system with resource and establishes good base for application and exploitation of system, is named as resource management system.     

Manufacturing resource modeling of complexassembly process under project-based manufacturing

In an engineering-to-order (ETO) company, organization and management of manufacturing process is differ from common products because of the complexity of product. A project-based manufacturing (PM) planning model for product final assembly is proposed based on single-piece and small-batch production model so that the characteristics of complexity, specificity and high complex product manufacturing process can be met by means of projected-based manufacturing. The method of layered network planning under project-based manufacturing can transform the objects of planning from parts to assembly cell in the course of final assembly that has some time-based buffer for planning; simultaneously a resource-task matrix is build for the whole assembly process. The matrix can achieve the relatedness between manufacturing resources and assembly task, and follow the resources loads in order to realize the matching of planning and resource against project product.     

Study on the Flexible Paradigm of Urban Planning

There is a great probability in the development of modern urban economy,and the traditional rigid urban planning paradigm can't meet the need of the urban construction.The flexible work method will become the developing direction of urban planning at the new stage.In the flexible urban planning,the items of urban development prediction,land use arrangement,and urban development policies,all have great flexibility and are indeterminate.So the flexible paradigm can keep the urban planning adjustable with the stability in whole.Taking the population prediction of Bengbu as an example,the author finally explains how the flexible method of urban planning works.     

Conception of Planning Scheme of Zijingang West Campus of Zhejiang University

This paper, by introducing the conception of planning scheme of Zijingang West Campus of Zhejiang University, expounds how to integrate the traditional "human landscape" spirit into the planning and design of the modern campus, so as to create a personalized campus where cultural traditions are complementary to natural atmosphere. In this paper, with the campus planning and design as an extension as well as the blending and symbiosis between urban historical culture and natural scenery as the focus of attention, the Chinese thinking pattern stressing prefect harmony and in-depth dialogue between culture and nature is expected to be applied to the construction of modern cities to build and improve the "Shanshui city" planning system so that the planning concept that Chinese thought, "unity of man and nature", is used to build modern cities is carried forward.     

Strategies for Improving the Overall Environmental Quality of Rivers Based on “Renovation and Restoration” Concept: A Case Study of Landscape Planning of Linjiang River,Yongchuan District,Chongqing City

The concept of "renovation and restoration" marks the transformation from urban and rural planning and construction to intensive development mode and to quality improvement stage.The environmental imbalance problem of emphasizing development and neglecting ecology in the past has become the focus of the current urban quality improvement stage.Rivers are related to the origin,development and evolution of cities,affect the layout,transportation and environment of cities,and bear the culture,economy and characteristics of cities.Taking the Linjing River of Yongchuan in Chongqing as an example and taking the concept of "renovation and restoration" as the guidance of the design of the overall environmental quality improvement of the river,this study analyzed and summarized the problems to be solved in the improvement of the environmental quality of the river based on the four river environmental impact factors of water pollution,water resource supply and demand,ecological environment and shore water waterfront type and the strategies of optimizing the aquatic environment management,constructing the ecological landscape pattern,shaping the regional cultural landscape and combining the economic development along the river were put forward in order to improve the overall environmental quality of Linjiang River and provide reference for relevant planning and design.     

Research on Impact of Urban System Hierarchy Restructuring upon Spatial Planning

Economy is a major force in determining the hierarchy of urban system. As regional economy globalizes, urban systems in many countries are making their transition from the scale-based hierarchy to the networked system, while that in China still maintains an administrative stratification. The paper discussed the triumph of Baigou Town in the East Baoding Sub-center Campaign. It significantly shattered the administrative hierarchy of the urban system in China, which owes largely to the new type of economical development, i.e. government-led fixed assets investment and real estate development, as demonstrated in the urban expansion. Under the pattern of "territory" logic, spatial planning not only lost efficacy, but also stimulated bottom-up over development in local areas. The paper recommended foreign action- and collaboration-oriented urban planning theories, and that the absolute top-down spatial blueprint planning must be abandoned, and a harmonious synergy of planning roles, work content and methodology be facilitated.     

A Prediction of Network Traffic Flow Based on Lyapunov Exponent

The prediction of network traffic flow is a problem of great significance in the research work of resource allocation and congestion control. Based on this accurate prediction, the scheme of resource allocation and control can easily adapt to dynamic variations of incoming traffic flow. So the goal of optimal network performance is achieved. There are many sorts of traffic flow of self-similarity characteristics in high-speed network, and some research work has showed this self-similarity keeps in close contact with the attractor of chaos system. A rate prediction of self-similar traffic sources in high-speed network is proposed as well as the maximum of predictable time by applying the technology of phase space reconstruction about chaotic time series. This method has a simple prediction mode, and the result of simulations indicates it also has highly accurate results.     

三峡黄金旅游带旅游资源评价及开发研究

通过层次分析法、模糊赋分法对三峡工程蓄水后三峡黄金旅游带（重庆段）主要自然、人文景点（区）资源进行评价,并分析了旅游资源结构、开发价值及空间组合特点。在旅游带的旅游资源结构中,自然资源起着基础作用,人文景观为重要组成部分;在空间组合上可分为都市成片旅游区和沿江点状旅游区。基于上述评价结果,文章提出关于了三峡黄金旅游带旅游资源开发的一些思路。     

参与式发展研究方法在村级发展规划中的应用 ——以保定市两渔村为例

参与式发展研究是农村发展工作者与农民一起共同分析现状、共同制定和执行发展规划的一种研究方法。运用参与式方法制定的发展方案能够充分体现农民的意愿和想法，使农民在实施中具有很高的积极性，保证方案实施的可持续。采用参与式发展研究方法，按照“参与”、“互动”、“讨论”、“研究”的原则，提出了近期两渔村村级发展规划。     

响应面法对解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)12-7产抗菌蛋白条件的优化

解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)12-7是从发病棉田土壤中分离得到的1株生防细菌,其对棉花黄萎病致病菌大丽轮枝菌Verticillium dahliae Kleb.V190具有明显的拮抗作用,已证明其抗菌物质为蛋白质。采用响应面法对该生防菌株的产抗菌蛋白条件进行优化,以期为棉花黄萎病生物农药的研制开发以及抗菌蛋白的后续研究奠定基础。以发酵液上清液对大丽轮枝菌的抑菌圈面积为考察指标,首先采用单因子试验考察培养时间、温度、初始pH、碳源、氮源、无机盐等因素对菌株12-7发酵产抗菌蛋白的影响;再根据响应面分析法的基本原理和方法,对发酵条件进行优化。得出该菌株产抗菌蛋白的最优发酵培养基和培养条件为:1.5%(质量分数)蔗糖、1.5%(质量分数)大豆蛋白胨、0.3%(质量分数)NaCl、0.1%(质量分数)K2HPO4、初始p H7.3的培养基,31℃发酵培养60 h。优化后抑菌圈面积从试验设计初期的171.95 mm2提高至320.3 mm2,且经过验证试验证实预测值与实际值之间具有较好的拟合度。

浅析了淮南市潘集现代农业示范园区规划,对规划的背景、示范区现状、规划意义、规划目标、示范区的空间结构布局和功能分区以及规划的创新进行了充分的分析。淮南是全国重要的大型煤炭生产基地,面临着资源枯竭的危机和产业转型的机遇,综合示范区现有农业资源禀赋、产品定位、空间分布、市场区位和交通条件等因素,通过不同功能区的培育和交通系统的完善,因地制宜,针对性地提出了现代农业的规划,形成六区一带的总体格局,将蔬菜、粮食、循环养殖、加工物流、观光农业等产业及新农村建设有机结合,为采煤塌陷区产业转型提出了有效的现代农业的规划思路,促进潘集区现代农业的快速发展,给当地带来十分广阔的发展前景,给类似地区的发展提供参考。     

土地资源研究进展与趋势

土地资源研究是自然资源科学研究中非常重要的领域,其研究主要集中在土地资源安全、土地资源可持续利用、土地资源评价、土地资源调查、土地利用/覆被变化、土地综合整治、土地利用规划7个方面。文章叙述了每个方面的研究进展和所关注的主要内容;概括了土地资源研究的发展特征;指出了当前研究中存在的主要问题;并针对研究现状提出了今后的发展动向：（1）土地资源研究理论往纵深方向发展;（2）综合集成性研究成为必然趋势;（3）更加关注土地利用的风险与不确定性;（4）信息化与智能化水平得到进一步提高;（5）研究将更紧密的结合社会和民生需求;（6）政府间合作与国际协作不断加强。     

Comprehensive Landscape Planning of Express Railway: A Case Study of Shanghai-Nanjing Section of Beijing–Shanghai Express Railway

Comprehensive landscape planning of express railway is a signifi cant part of railway planning, and landscape contributes greatly to the integration of railway into neighboring environment. This paper focused on the scientific comprehensive landscape planning of express railway, applied "layer, group and cluster" analysis, concluded the landscape features of different hierarchical systems of "layer—group—cluster" by analyzing landscapes along the Shanghai–Nanjing Section of Beijing–Shanghai Express Railway, proposed the landscape design principles for this section, in order to promote the integration of express railway construction with city and regional development, and provide a new concept and technique for the future railway landscape design.     

Study and Application on Risk Control Strategy of Implementing Distribution Resource Planning(DRP) System

Enterprises require more and more on the control of distribution channel,so many distribution resource planning(DRP) systems have been implemented.However,few of them are successful.This paper analyzes the risks existing during the implementation of DRP system,and the countermeasures have been put forward.The implementary characteristics of Distribution Resource Planning(DRP) system are analyzed firstly.Then the risks during each phase of the(implementation) of DRP system are put emphasis upon,and the countermeasures of risk control are studied.An implementary method based on risk elusion is put forward.At last,the method is used in the implementation of DRP system of an enterprise integrating farming,industry and business.For varies kinds of risks have been considered beforehand and countermeasures have been taken,it worked well on risk elusion.     

响应曲面法优化罗布麻愈伤组织中绿原酸的提取工艺

通过优化罗布麻愈伤组织中绿原酸的提取工艺,为进一步探索规模化提取罗布麻愈伤组织中的绿原酸奠定前期工作基础。以罗布麻愈伤组织中绿原酸得率为指标,通过HPLC法测定并比较,得出最佳提取方法;在单因素试验的基础上,结合响应曲面法优化提取绿原酸的工艺。从罗布麻愈伤组织中提取绿原酸的最佳方法是超声波辅助提取法;在单因素试验的基础上,结合响应曲面法优化超声波辅助提取绿原酸的最佳工艺条件为：提取时间40 min,提取功率40 W,料液比1:40,绿原酸最高得率为0.4911 mg/g(D.W),提取时间和提取功率的交互作用对得率有显著影响。建立的二次多项式数学模型对从罗布麻愈伤组织中提取绿原酸具有重要的指导作用。     

Planning Method of Ecological Embedded Industrial Parks

Exploration of the gentle slopes of low mountains and hills has already become a new topic in the development of urban land resources in hilly areas. For the high ecological sensitivity, tremendous cost of urban construction, as well as complicate utilization technology, planning and design of gentle slopes of low mountains and hills are faced with serious challenges. This paper took the planning of Yidu High-tech Industrial Park for example, to explore the design concepts and rational methods of planning "ecological embedded" industrial parks in hilly areas.
