针对我国果树产业的发展现状,剖析了产业发展中存在的主要问题和面临的形势。基于现阶段我国果树产业正处于一个转型发展期,提出"十四五"应以促进乡村振兴为总抓手,坚持绿色高质量发展理念和"一稳定、二调整、三提高"的发展方向,具体发展对策包括:继续调整优化果树种植区域布局、树种与品种结构,规范现代良种苗木繁育体系建设,集成示范推广现代高效栽培模式及果园化肥农药减施增效技术,大力推广节本增效技术,加强自然灾害和病虫害等突发事件预警机制建设,开发果树产业新功能等,旨在为我国果树产业高质量发展提供参考。 相似文献

The influence of autumn temperatures on flowering and cropping date was examined for Pyrus communis cv. Conference. Warming potted trees in both October and November delayed bud development and the date of blossoming, relative to unheated control and field-grown trees. The later the warming treatment was applied in the autumn, the more the flowering date was delayed. The delay in flowering date is suggested to be due to an increase in bud dormancy in response to a reduction in winter chilling. Mean fruit yields and fruit number per tree were greater in trees warmed during October compared with unheated control trees, but declined with heating in November. Some evidence is presented which suggests that flower number per cluster may decline with warming. Both the initial and final set increased with warming. Fruit set was also likely to have been influenced by treatment differences in fruit number per tree. The results of this work are discussed in relation to attempts to provide a physiological understanding of recently reported effects of temperature on the year-to-year variation in cv. 14 C distribution patterns were studied on small potted trees under glasshouse conditions by supplying 14 CO2 to selected source leaves for 24 hours and then preparing autoradiographs of the entire shoots. Experiments covered the period from the emergence of new growth, through flowering and fruit-set, up to the stage of fruit maturity.Newly emerged growth drew 14 C assimilates from both current photosynthesis and stored substrate. Developing leaves represented strong sinks and did not become contributing organs until fully mature. Flowers also represented uniformly strong sinks for assimilates although after fruit-set some discrimination existed between adjacent fruitlets with respect to their ability to import assimilates. The developing fruit continued to act as sinks for assimilates up to the time of harvest.14 C assimilate turnover in mature leaves following a brief exposure to 14 CO2 was sluggish, despite the presence of developing shoots in the leaf axils. The removal of 14 C photosynthate was still incomplete after 38 days in the glasshouse. 相似文献

森林草莓‘Ruegen’果胶裂解酶基因的克隆及荧光定量表达分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
根据森林草莓(Fragaria vesca)果胶裂解酶(Pectate lyase)基因序列信息设计引物,克隆了森林草莓‘Ruegen’的果胶裂解酶基因PLA、PLB和PLC。利用MEGA5.0软件将这3个基因编码的氨基酸序列与其他植物的果胶裂解酶氨基酸序列进行聚类分析,同时采用荧光定量PCR的方法对‘Ruegen’植株不同器官及不同发育时期果实的果胶裂解酶基因表达量进行分析。结果表明:PLA、PLB和PLC在其植株各器官中均有表达,且在发育后期果实中的表达量明显高于其他器官,结合进化树以及果实发育过程中果胶裂解酶活性变化,推测果胶裂解酶基因对草莓果实发育后期的软化具有调节作用。 相似文献

【目的】为了探索苹果叶片缺铁失绿矫正新方法,【方法】通过田间试验和盆栽试验,分别研究了铁肥虹吸输液对矫正苹果缺铁失绿症的影响,铁肥虹吸输液和强力高压注射对叶片和根中铁含量的影响及铁在树体内的运输与分布。【结果】结果表明,铁肥虹吸输液能够在较短时间内使黄化的叶片复绿,显著增加叶片中叶绿素含量。虹吸输液增加叶片中铁含量显著多于强力高压注射,强力高压注射增加根中铁含量显著高于虹吸输液,虹吸输液铁肥靠叶片蒸腾拉力进入树体,强力高压注射的铁肥靠压力进入树体。【结论】铁肥虹吸输液是矫正苹果缺铁失绿症一种新的高效、简单易行方法。 相似文献
