赏食兼用型辣椒品种选择与工厂化盆栽管理技术

为了满足人们对美好生活的向往和需求,顺应蔬菜多功能利用开发的新业态发展趋势,佛山市近年来在观赏、食用型辣椒盆栽生产方面进行了大胆尝试,在观赏型辣椒品种的特征特性、盆栽管理技术特点及延长果实观赏期方面进行了深入探索,总结出一套适合当地观赏、食用型辣椒种植的栽培技术,主要包括育苗基质配比、适宜播种时期、定植营养土调配、肥水温光管理、保花保果技术及病虫害防治措施等,取得了每667 m~2种植2 000盆,每盆价格平均30元,667 m~2产值达60 000元,产生的经济效益是普通辣椒2倍以上的良好效果。

Selection of Ornamental and edible Pepper and Its Industrialized Potted Management Techniques

In order to meet people''s yearning demand for a better life and comply with the development trend of new formats of multi-functional utilization and development of vegetables, Foshan city had made bold attempts in the production of ornamental and potted plants of edible pepper in recent years, and made in-depth exploration on the characteristics of ornamental pepper cultivar, the characteristics of potted plant management technology and the extension of fruit viewing period, a set of cultivation technologies suitable for local ornamental and edible pepper was summarized, including seedling substrate ratio, suitable sowing time, planting nutrient soil allocation, fertilizer, water, temperature and light management, flower and fruit preservation technology and pest control measures. The average price reached 30 yuan per pot with 2 000 pots planting in 667 m2, and the output value reached 60 000 yuan per 667 m2, the economic benefit was more than 2 times of common pepper planting.
