河南省小麦区试资料的非参数度量

为了给小麦区试资料分析提供更合理、更全面的评价方法,采用非参数统计分析法,对2008-2009年度河南省小麦区域试验冬水组数据进行了分析。结果表明,V11（豫教5号） 是丰产稳产性最佳品种,该品种已参加河南省生产试验;V5（众福6号）为丰产性最差品种,V8（天禾077）为稳产性最差品种,此两品种均已被淘汰;对品种差异具有较高分辨力的试点有7 个,分辨力最高的试点为L7（济源市农科所）,发现了87.2 %的差数为显著。

AMMI模型分析夏谷品种适应性

利用AMMI模型和双标图对2012年国家华北夏谷区谷子品种区域试验的16个品种和11个试点的试验数据进行了分析。结果表明：济0506和安10-4172黄属高产稳产型品种,安09-8525产量较高,但稳定性稍差,C258、航谷8号和H332产量低且稳定性差;11个试点中,洛阳市农林科学院和中国农科院作科所对谷子品种差异的分辨力较强,河北省农科院旱作所分辨力较弱。     

黄淮旱地区试小麦新品种的高产稳产性分析

本文采用非参数统计方法对参加2000－2001年度国家黄淮旱地小麦区试的旱地小麦新品种进行高产稳产性分析，并对各试点的鉴别力进行评判。结果表明：区试品种间丰产性稳产性存在显著差异，洛旱2号、晋麦47号是丰产性最佳品种，稳产性好的有临优9751、临远993、晋麦47；洛旱2号丰产性稳产性相对较好；试点对品种的鉴别力存在很大差异，具有较高分辨力的试点有鹤壁、晋城、黄骅、绛县、成县、济源、分辨力最好的试点是鹤壁、有86．7％的差数为显著。     

我国棉花品种区域试验重复次数和试点数量的设计

农作物区域试验重复次数和试点数量设置直接影响试验的遗传力和品种选择效率。本研究以2000-2014年期间长江流域、黄河流域和西北内陆棉区国家棉花区试数据为资料,依据各棉区的试验发展现状和试验遗传力随着试点数量的变化,分析重复次数和试点数量设置的合理性,提出各棉区试点数量的设置方案。结果表明: (1)我国棉花品种区域试验采用3次重复是保证试验效率的充分条件;(2)长江流域和黄河流域国家棉花区试现行的试点数量设置已经可以充分满足试验的遗传力要求,西北内陆棉区的试点数也符合遗传力达到0.75的基本要求;(3)由于棉花区域试验对品种的推荐审定和应用十分重要,试验过程中也可能会因田间管理、自然灾害或其他异常情况导致试验报废,为充分保证试验的可靠性,长江流域棉区可保持当前20个左右的试点数量,遗传力即可达到0.90的水平;黄河流域和西北内陆棉区可以分别将试点数量增加到27个和19个左右,遗传力达到0.90和0.85的水平。该结果为国家棉花区域试验的优化配置提供理论依据,也为其他作物区域试验布局提供参考。     

杂交水稻区试点对组合的判别力比较研究

基于更合理的欧氏距离Dj^*值的计算方法，利用AMMI模型对广东省2000年晚造杂交稻感温组区试资料进行分析，综合评价了各个区域试验点对组合的判别力，结果表明惠来、东莞、新兴、南雄和湛江这5个试点具有较强的组合判别，是较为理想的水稻感温组区试点。同时对几种估算区试点判别力垢参数进行了比较。     

品种试验田的选建及防护

1 品种试验田的选建把新育成的品种或引进的优良品种,在品种比较试验的基础上,有计划地放在各种不同生态区域及栽培条件下进行试验,以鉴定其利用价值,确定适宜种植的区域,这种试验称之为品种区域化鉴定试验或品种区域试验.安排品种试验,必须选择适合的生态区域、适合的试验田块.1.1 选择适合的承试点选择适合的承试点,应掌握5个要点.一是承试点应具有生态代表性,选择能够代表当地自然条件(如土壤种类、地势、地力、气象条件等)的承试点,并且采用当地典型的技术措施(如轮作制度、施肥水平、栽培管理方法等)进行试验;二是承试点应具有与承担区试任务相适应的2名以上的技术人员,要求的技术人员:(1)具有高中(职业高中、中专)以上文化程度;(2)热爱区试工作,作风正派,具有科学、公正的职业道德;(3)具备一定的区试基础知识和试验操作技能;三是承试点应具有与所承担的区试项目相适应的耕地(包括地块形状、面积大小、产量水平);四是承试点应具有与所承担区试项目相适应的劳力,以及播种、收获、考种等条件;五是承试点应处于交通方便,便于检查观摩的地理位置.     

2016年北玉玉米品种联合体区域试验初报

根据2016年北玉玉米品种联合体区域试验(西南春播玉米组)在保山试点的产量、抗性、果穗性状及农艺性状等试验结果,对参加区域试验的7个玉米品种进行比较分析.结果表明,6个参试品种的综合性状均优于对照品种渝单8号.6个参试品种中,民生5961综合性状表现突出,建议在保山海拔1000～2000m范围扩大示范推广;周玉0913丰产性较好,建议在保山海拔1800m以下区域种植应用;金秋7209和康农玉508单季综合表现可以,可继续试种观察;金白玉2号和中单888综合性状表现一般偏下,在保山的种植利用价值不大;对照渝单8号综合表现较差,不适宜在本地区种植.     

南方水稻新品种试验体系现状及发展建议

<正>1现状1.1区域试验根据2014年南方稻区国家水稻品种区试及生产试验实施方案,目前南方稻区国家水稻品种区试包括华南早籼组(区试点11个,下同)、华南感光晚籼组(12个)、早籼早中熟组(17个)、早籼迟熟组(15个)、长江上游中籼迟熟组(18个)、长江中下游中籼迟熟组(15个)、晚籼早熟组(15个)、晚籼中迟熟组(17个)、单季晚粳组(11个)和武陵山区中籼组(11个)10种类型,区试点142个,特性鉴定单位23个。     

甘肃省玉米区域试点的聚类分析

利用聚类分析的方法对甘肃省玉米中、晚熟组区试点的相似性进行了研究，结果表明：区试点间的相似性与地理分布及种植区划有一定的关系。在R0.01=0．798的极显著水平上，玉米中、晚熟组有14个区试点分别分为10、13相对独立的区试类，而在R0.05=0.666的显著水平上，则中、晚熟组分别分为7、12相对独立的区试类，从而提出在强调布点代表性选择的基础上适当减少布点数量的建议。

小麦糖原合成酶激酶基因(TaGSK1)的染色体定位

以中国春缺体-四体系为材料,提取各材料的基因组DNA,分别经限制性内切酶EcoRI和KpnI完全酶切、电泳、转膜后,用α-32P_dCTP标记的与小麦耐盐相关的糖原合成酶激酶基因TaGSK1为探针进行杂交,结合生物信息学的方法,将该基因定位于普通小麦第一同源群染色体的短臂上,为进一步研究小麦耐盐性的遗传及机理奠定了基础。     

黄瓜CsCCD7基因的核酸和蛋白质序列分析

为了研究CsCCD7蛋白的生物学功能并为CsCCD7的表达调控提供理论依据,使用一系列生物信息学软件、数据库和在线程序,对黄瓜CsCCD7核酸序列及蛋白序列进行分析。结果表明CsCCD7开放阅读框长1665 bp,编码554 AA,与CCD7蛋白同源性高;预测CsCCD7位于黄瓜第6号染色体上、基因全长含7个外显子和6个内含子。CsCCD7分子量是62.7 KDa、是不稳定蛋白;其蛋白序列中富含磷酸化位点;此蛋白为非分泌型蛋白、无跨膜结构域;预测其定位于叶绿体;此蛋白二级结构预测表明β折叠和β转角加起来的量多于α螺旋的量、为亲水性蛋白质;其二级结构和三级结构预测显示属于类胡萝卜素双加氧酶家族成员。CsCCD7属于CCDs蛋白家族成员、为黄瓜腋芽生长抑制基因的同源基因,可能在黄瓜腋芽生长和发育阶段对独角金内酯的合成和信号转导途径中起到重要作用,CsCCD7有进一步研究的价值。     

The configuration location designation of variable message signs

This paper mainly focuses on the configuration location designation of variable message sign. The random error term of Probit traffic assignment model stands for the difference between roadway situation and traveler’s expectation and it has an effect on the assignment result. Different assignments result in different roadway network situations. In this paper,the BPR function and HCM2000 signalized intersection delay model are taken to evaluate the roadway network operations and variable message sign locating procedure is also set up. A4×4 roadway network is taken as the numeral sample and the best location of variable message signs are determined. Based on the method mentioned above,the influence of information coverage on the roadway network operations and the influence of information accuracy on the roadway network operations are discussed. The results show that the total expected roadway network travel time tends to decrease with the expansion of information coverage and improve of the information accuracy.

Decision Model for Location Selection of the Resident Project

Started with studying the evaluation standard, which are influencing the decision for location selection of the resident project, this paper set up a decision model for the location selection. It confirmeds evaluation rule of the location selection according to the characteristic of the resident project and selects all the location by fuzzy mathematic and AHP. After this selection, AHP is used again to taxis all the suitable location to build in the most suitable place. This model is provided with a scientific and rational decision result in the location selection for companies of the real estate.     

Chromosomal Location of Dimeric Phosphatase Structural Genes in Hexaploid Wheat

Structural genes for leaf dimeric phosphatases (E.C. 3.1,3.2.) have been located on wheat chromosome arms 7BL and 7DL. No gene was found on 7AL. The results obtained pointed to the existence of two kinds of wheat phosphatases (monomers and dimers j located on different homoeologous groups, which is in agreement with results found in Secale cereale and Agropyron intermedium. These results allow homoeologous relationships to be established through the classification of dimeric phosphatases and also provides another useful genetic marker for the 7BL and 7DL arms., They also provide further support for die concept of the conservation of gene synteny groups within the Triticnae.
