After analyzing the current researches with the three-major-goal management: quality,cost and time,on the construction project and aiming at the existing issues,this article puts forward a new method.This method identifies the reliability of every fundamental module(subsystem) suitably,which based on the current standards to analyze and classify the large construction procedure,and was constituted by the construction procedure.Also was considered the three-major-goal(quality,cost and time) of every module.Then the reliability of the large construction project was calculated,the qualified standards of reliability were evaluated,and the general and particular frame was optimized.Furthermore,it raises a new conception of the comprehensive control technique considering the reliability of the three-major-goal synthetically.This article explores a new way to ensure the three major unified goals: quality,cost and time,of the construction project management,and makes sure that the process of the construction project was in an ideal condition.  相似文献

In this paper, how to effectively control building cost under the current situation is discussed, due to that the engineers take part into project management only in the stage of construction. It points out that the engineers should notice the following issues when applying cost control: they should be experienced with necessary knowledge on building cost and contracts control, analyze each cost in bills of project volume carefully, sign a set of reasonable contracts, pay attention to the site sign, understand their skills of claim for compensation and pay much attention to cost control during settlement stage.  相似文献

Since the implementation of the new construction system in 1988 in China, this system has gone through three phases: trial phase(1988-1993),development phase(1993-1995),and comprehensive application phase from 1996.Construction supervision as a new management system has profound effects to the whole process of a construction project, in particular, to the three conventional objectives, that is quality, cost and construction time. The new management system has to a large extent brought the traditional problems of extended construction time, uncontrollable cost and unsecured quality to a normal practice. Construction supervision is a management activity with request of high intelligence. The performance of this activity is closely related to the quality of project general supervision engineer. This paper identifies the basic elements that a proper project general supervision must have. By applying the fuzzy analysis principle, this paper presents a quantitative model for evaluating the quality of project general supervision engineer.It provides an applicable approach for project clients when general supervision engineers are to be chosen.  相似文献

Nowadays,the computer technology is applied more and more widely in the architecture,engineering and construction industries(AEC).This paper introduces a methodology of construction project management based on the five-dimension modeling which integrates three-dimension building models,resources and schedules by the development of virtual construction technology.The application of this method also influences several aspects of project management such as range,time,cost,resource,communication and information management.Finally,the process of 5D modeling and the management practice are presented through a real life case in Beijing which proves to be a more efficient,productive and economy project.  相似文献

According to the quality of one-time ,uncertainty and high risk in engineering project, the importance of management by objetctive of construction project is expatiated. The features and structure model of the system of management by objects are analyzed and established. The principle to determine the superiority of objectives in different levels and the "Analytic Hierachy Process" to calculate the weight factors are put forward. The method of active and passive control is employed to manage the project dynamically so that the successful enforcement of the overall objectives will be ensured and meanwhile the best investment effect will be achieved.  相似文献

In this paper, in allusion to the three kinds of serious overvaluation (the budgetary estimate of project construction exceeds the rough estimate, the budget exceeds the budgetary estimate and the final accounts exceed the budget) causing uncontrollable project investment often appeared in domestic project construction,the main causes for that are analyzed. That is, the frequent project change and the malpractice of the cost managing system. In this paper, according to some real projects,the kinds and causes of project change are clarified and the malpractice of the cost managing system is analyzed. The effective approaches of reducing the project change, especially the united surveying and improving the cost managing system in order to make the effective control of the project investment are realized.  相似文献

The consultation in project prospecting and designing plays a very important role in the project construction and it is facing a great challenge after the access of China to WTO. 随着国家和地方政府对农业科技工作的重视,省级农业科研院所课题经费呈现出资金总量快速增长、课题经费来源渠道和经费结构变化明显、经费管理办法不一、课题组织形式多样等新特点;不同程度地存在经费管理与课题管理脱节、预算编制与实际需求脱节、资产管理与财务监管脱节、项目支出与科研实际脱节等问题。基于这些变化特点和存在的问题,研究提出了建立健全财务管理制度、规范科研资金管理,科学编制课题预决算、提高资金使用效益,制定课题经费管理办法、强化项目经费监督管理等意见和对策。  相似文献

本文通过对闽西北烟-稻轮作区2005-2007年度农田渠道建设中采用的浆砌石、预制混凝土渠槽、现场浇筑混凝土等三种防渗衬砌结构的渠道造价进行分析,结合防渗效果、工程效益、运行情况和使用年限等方面的比较,选择出造价经济、建设质量容易控制、防渗水效果好、工程效益高、运行情况好、使用年限长的现场浇筑混凝土结构作为渠道衬砌的主要方式。由于在现场浇筑混凝土的施工中采用了双面立模、钢架固定的立模新工艺,从而达到整体浇筑、一次成型的施工目的。实践证明此方法增强了渠道的密实度和强度,渠面麻点少、糙率减小,提高了防淤抗冲性、抗磨性,渠道线条更加流畅,美观度好,从而增加了过水能力,方便了管护运行,延长了渠道的使用年限。  相似文献

Energy consuming is not very clear for production.Consuming in our country is far more than the international standard and there is a distance between the middle_westland and the eastland. As a enterprise that faces the international market,it is important for it to strength the management so that the cost can be reduced. Considering those phenomenons of ignoring energy management and wasting energy in refrigeratory at present, some measures such as improved the unreasonable operation process, strengthening the energy management and automation to realize automatizing operation are improved to reduce the cost for refrigeratory trades.  相似文献

This article states systematically the fundamental conception of the mode of construction management general contract, the contract structure and the organization structure through the analysis of the construction characteristics of Shanghai large-scale projects, considering the situation of China and the characteristics of this line. It also summarizes the characteristics of the mode of construction management general contract through the example of the Pudong International Airport Construction. The mode of construction management general contract not only meets the needs of construction technique in bettering the design of construction project building, but also releases the pressure in middle and later management of construction project building and overcomes the deficiency of the long-term building period, hard-to-control investigation brought by the problem of design, purchase, construction divided from and restricted by each other existed in the traditional contract mode. It also helps the contractor to provide socialized, specialized, commoditized service for the contractor. Helps to overall arrangement, economized investment, management level improve ment can be given. As a semantic foundation, ontology is extensively applied in areas such as information retrieval, artificial intelligence, semantic web and knowledge management and so on. This study adopts the ideas of reuse in software system model to combine the construction of an evaluation system and ontology against the static drawbacks in current construction of an evaluation system. It takes advantage of the concepts in domain ontology to make a domain stipulation and model mapping. Besides, it is the first time to apply the concepts to the construction of FDI evaluation system. The flowing sequence has important effect to the flow ste Pdistance and the period of non-rhythm flowing construction,algorithmic research of ordering and step distance calculation are always difficult point of non-rhythm flowing construction optimizes studying.An optimization model of non-rhythm flow process is founded,and a common method for confirming the length of flow step was put forward.In order to find the solution of the optimization model conveniently,the optimization problem is transformed to shortest path problem skillfully.A dynamic programming algorithm is given to make the construction project period as shorter as possible,to reduce cost and improve economic efficiency.  相似文献
