AIM: Secretogranin III (SCG3/Sg III) is extensively distributed in endocrine or endocrine-like cells in human body and plays an important role in some biological functions by regulating peptide hormone secretion and neuroendocrine activity.The distribution and functions of SCG3 make itself as not only one of the most useful biological markers in association with neuroendocrine functions, but also a potential indicator of diagnostic and prognostic evaluation in certain diseases.The gene and protein structures, tissue expression, biological functions as well as pathophysiology and clinical significance of SCG3 are reviewed in this article.  相似文献

贮前热处理是一种无毒无残留的物理处理方法,可在贮藏期间延缓某些果蔬衰老,控制病害的发生,提高贮藏质量。热处理与其它处理相结合可增强热处理的效果、降低热处理强度、弥补其不足,成为现在热处理领域的研究热点。复合热处理主要包括热处理与生物拮抗、物理处理、化学处理相结合的综合处理方式。生物拮抗菌中对酵母菌的研究较深入,取得较好效果。热处理与其它物理或化学方法的有机结合,可以进一步提高保鲜效果。综合处理的先后顺序和处理参数的选择对处理效果起决定性作用。综述了近年来国内外的研究成果,以期为此领域的研究提供帮助。  相似文献

病菌危害是荔枝难于贮藏保鲜的最重要原因之一。荔枝采后不但受采前已侵入病原菌的危害,还受采后大量腐生菌的侵染危害。目前,荔枝采后贮藏保鲜中控制病害的主要措施一是通过生理调节来间接地抑制病害发生,二是应用杀菌剂。针对杀菌剂应用中存在的严重污染环境和危害人身健康的问题,通过介绍生物防治在果蔬贮运病害防治中具有的优点和荔枝采后病害生物防治的实例,指出采用生物防治的方法控制荔枝采后病害,应予以重视。  相似文献

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are non-coding small RNAs, which bind to the 3'-UTR of target mRNAs and negatively regulate the gene expression. Accumulating evidence demonstrates that miRNAs are involved in many biological processes such as embryo development, cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and tumorigenesis. Heart development and heart diseases are complex processes controlled by various signaling pathways. Recent researches indicate the importance of miRNAs in the process of cardiac development and heart diseases. In this review, the role of miRNAs in cardiac development and the pathogenesis of heart diseases are overviewed. The insight into the regulating miRNAs will significantly expand the cardiovascular therapeutic strategies beyond classical pharmacology.  相似文献

番茄灰霉病、黄瓜霜霉病、甘蓝烟粉虱这三种蔬菜病虫害在山东地区时常发生,严重危害了蔬菜栽培产业的经济利益,笔者对以上三种设施蔬菜病虫害的发生现状进行了调查,提出了有效的生物防治措施,并进行了药剂防治试验,以期为山东设施蔬菜病虫害的防治提供指导和参考。试验结果表明,40%施佳乐1000倍液防治番茄灰霉病的效果最好;对黄瓜霜霉病防治效果最佳的药剂是72.2%霜霉威800倍液;1.8%阿维菌素乳油3000倍液是防治甘蓝烟粉虱的较理想药剂。  相似文献

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that are actively released from all types of cells to various body fluids under the physiological and pathological conditions. It can be used as an intercellular signaling carrier by transferring specific components such as proteins, lipids and nucleic acids, which mediates the transmission of information between cells, thereby affecting the biological function of the recipient cells. Urinary exosomes are secreted by various cells in the urinary system and released into the urine. Recent studies have shown that changes of urinary exosome microRNAs can be used as biomarkers in kidney diseases for monitoring the changes of diseases and judging prognosis, and also have important value in the disease treatment. This article reviews the progress of urinary exosome microRNAs in kidney diseases.  相似文献

Lipoxins, metabolites of arachidonic acid, are a strong “braking signal” towards inflammatory reaction. Due to their anti-inflammatory and pro-resolving properties, lipoxins have emerged to be the central targets in the research on inflammation. 中国古代著名药用菌槐耳在营养基质上进行固体发酵,产生槐耳菌质,从中提取的清膏及进一步提取的蛋白多糖,都有明显的抑制动物体内瘤和延长生命等作用,抑瘤率可达50%左右,清膏治疗中晚期发性肝癌总有效率达75.71%,它们具有促进多种免疫功能的作用,是良好的生物反应调节剂,并有可能进一步扩大其适应症。  相似文献

In recent years, extracellular vesicles are found as an important medium for intercellular signal communication in prokaryotic and higher eukaryotic cells for regulating a variety of biological processes. Extracellular vesicles include exosomes, microvesicles and apoptotic bodies, and can be released into extracellular media by almost all types of cells in vivo and in vitro. Extracellular vesicles are released under physiological and pathological conditions, including liver diseases, and have a wide range of effects on the target cells. This review summarizes the progress in understanding the role of extracellular vesicles in chronic liver diseases. Specifically, how extracellular vesicles regulate non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, viral hepatitis, liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma is discussed in detail highlighting extracellular vesicles as a promising therapeutic target for chronic liver diseases.  相似文献

Receptor type protein tyrosine phosphatase Q (PTPRQ) is an unusual protein tyrosine phosphatase that has intrinsic dephosphorylating activity for various phosphatidylinositiol and phospho-tyrosine substrates, especially the phosphatidylinositol activity. Recent data show that PTPRQ has an important role in various biological processes and is associated with some diseases.
