玉米水分测定方法的比较

本文通过对几种测定玉米水分方法的比较，将微波干燥测水技术用于单个或小批量玉米水分测定中，所得测定结果符合国标要求。     

大米镉含量测定结果的不确定度评定

为确保大米中镉含量测定结果的可靠性,依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米镉含量过程中可能带来不确定度的各因素进行了详尽分析,找出了影响测定结果可靠性的主要因素,对在镉含量测定的实际工作中有效控制各影响因素具有积极的指导作用。     

高水分粮食解吸试验

16．1％、18．2％水分籼稻谷及17．1％、20．9％水分玉米在20℃60％RH,20℃70％RH,25℃60％RH,25℃70％RH条件下的解吸试验结果表明：温度越高、湿度越低、原粮水分越高则解吸速度越快,粮食的解吸速度随时间递减,40小时基本达到平衡,64小时内解吸完成;解吸平衡水分与温度和相对湿度有关,与原粮水分无关。粮食的吸附滞后现象明显存在,粮食容易出现过干燥,采用可移动立式通风管通风干燥时,从避免过干燥的角度考虑,每通风40小时左右向上移动一次立式通风管比较适宜。为了保持粮食的原始品质,应控制未干燥层的粮食温度。     

STUDY OF SPECIMEN SIZES OF FRACTURE EXPERIMENTS OF CONCRETE MATERIAL

The minimum sizes of specimens that can get effective K_(10) values by 3-point bending, 4-point bending and CT methods are derived on the basis of their notch sensitivity laws and size effect equation of concrete. The results show that the minimum heights of 3-point bending and 4-point bending specimens are very similar to those from Modeer's results, and the minimum height of CT specimen increases as the relative crack length increases.     

RESEARCN OF MODEL OF AUTOMATIC CHECWEIGHER

Generally,a second order spring-damper system is used to represent the model ofweighing sensor in checkweigher. It only represents one part of checkweigher.In this paper,accord-ing to the relationships of individual parts of checkweigher and main disturbance source,a model isproposed for whole checkweigher.It is proved by simulatlon that this model is in a good approxima-tion.     

稻谷在储干燥试验

本文分析了在储干燥的必要性，总结了在储干燥的优越性和不足之处。在储干燥稻谷的品质优于机械烘干的稻谷品质，与机械烘干单位烘干费用相比，在储干燥更经济。     

用异丙醇代替乙醚—乙醇混合溶剂测定植物油脂酸价的研究

用3种不同溶剂测定植物油脂的酸价,发现用异丙醇作溶剂所测结果与GB5530－85所规定的溶剂测得值非常接近。而异丙醇具有无毒性、安全性高等优点。建议用来取代乙醚—乙醇混合溶剂测定油脂酸价。     

稻谷新陈度的快速测定方法的研究

在对四种常用的稻谷新陈度检测方法的初步研究和探讨之后,着重对酸性指示剂法进行了深入的分析和研究。通过不断的摸索和试验,发现了稻谷脱壳后的糙米水浸液pH值的变化具有一定的规律和特点。利用甲基红和溴百里香蓝配制的溶液作为检测稻谷新陈度的原液,通过观察糙米显色液的颜色变化和米粒的着色情况,判断和推测出稻谷的新陈程度及其储藏时间。     

桐籽饼去毒作饲料的研究

文章报导了将经去毒处理的桐饼粉,按不同比例添加于饲料中喂养肉鸡、蛋鸡、生长肥育猪,经筛选、小试、中试等规模试验的情况。结果表明：我国现行榨油工艺的机榨桐饼,经去毒处理后,可按10％比例加入肉鸡饲料,按5％比例加入蛋鸡饲料。按5％～7．5％加入肥育猪饲料中;各项生产性能及病理变化均与对照无明显差异．有的还优于对照,文章报导的去毒方法,较发酵法和化学处理法操作工艺简单,成本低,效果好．     

A STUDY OF MOVEMENT LOCUS OF THE INSTANTANEOUS CENTR OF CROSS-SPRING PIVOT

The instantaneous center of the cross-spring pivot is studied in this paper. It is also pointed out in this paper that three different kinds of center(the static geometric center the moving geometric center and the instan-tanaous canter), exist when the cross-spring pivot is deflected. Their relationship is calculated, the variation character of the moving geometric center almost condcides with the curve of S.Hildebrand's experiments.

ELLIPSOMETRIC SPECTROSCOPY OF ELECTROCHROMISM OF POLYANILINE FILMS

The electrochromism of polyaniline films, which is prepared by electropolymer-ization from aniline in acidic aqueous solution onto platinum,is investigated in 330-700nm through in-situ ellipsometric technique. The results indicate that the ellipsometric peak of the reduced state(-0. 2V) of the film appears at 390-400nm and the oxidized state(0. 55V) at 500-530nm. The elec-trochromic reaction from the reduced "yellow" state to the oxidized "green" state is suggested via intermediate state whose ellipsometric peak appears at 466-470nm.     

GENERAL EXPESSIONS OF COMPUTER OF BASIC PROBLEMS UNDER CONDITIONAL OBSERVTTION OF ADJUSTMENT

This paper presents the general expressions of computer which include(1) calculation of the coefficient of normal equations;(2) calculation of the reduced coefficient;(3) calculation of[PVV];(4) calculation of the cor-relate;(5) calculation of the weight reciprocal(1/P_F)of the function of adju-sted value.Each calculation contains corresponding program of calculation.As a program block,it may be quoted at any time in the course of surveying computation.     

THE ELIMINATION OF UNDETERMINED MULTIPLIERS OF MOTION EQUATIONS OF NONHOLONOMIC SYSTEMS

This paper studies several kinds of motion equations of nonlinear nonholonomic constraint systems. On the basis of the motion equations of the first order nonholonomic system and the theory of the zero factor of matrix multiplying from the left, the general equations of the system without undetermined multipliers is derived. By applying the method to arbitrary order nonholonomic systems, the motion equations of the systems are gained.     

南方地区高水分玉米安全度夏技术探讨

根据水分的高低,对新收购的高水分玉米分别储存在露天囤和高大平房仓中,将露天囤里的玉米通风降水后转入高大平房仓储存,再对玉米通风降温,并采取仓房密封、悬挂防晒网、空调控温等配套措施控制粮温,期间采取磷化铝多次补药熏蒸杀灭粮堆内害虫及霉菌,使玉米安全度夏。     

STUDY OF DETERMINING THE DEGREE OF GRAPHITIZING OF COKE WITH X-RAY DIFFRACTION METHOD

In the paper, the process of determining the degree of graphiti-zing of metallurgy coke with X-ray diffraction method was discussed. The extrapolation was used in order to obtain the interplanar distance. of (002) crystaloface of metallurgy coke. The finding showed that the dmax. wasn''t 3.44A, butO4.31A. A rational formula which could be used to characterize the degree of gra-phitizing of metallurgy coke was found.     

THE EFFECT OF THE STRESS OF LONGWALL AND STRUCTURE OF COAL ON THE BUMP OF COAL AND METHANE

The problems that the bump of coal and methame in the mine is contraled by the stress of longwall and that the coal and methane bump in the mine is affected by the physical properties of the coal are analysed and discussed through some specific bump cases. It is shown that the compressive stress, the content of the methane of the coal, and the bump of coal and methane are directly affected by the content of the ash and the volatile of the coal.
