The objective of this study was to test for effects of gametic imprinting on litter size in swine by estimating variances for parent-specific gametic effects. Data were 64,047 and 137,009 multiparous records of number born alive for the U.S. Landrace and Yorkshire breeds, respectively. The statistical model included fixed effects of parity number and herd, and random effects of herd-year-season, mate, permanent environment, animal (additive genetic), and either maternal or paternal gametes. A Bayesian approach that used Gibbs sampling to obtain posterior distributions was employed. To aid in the interpretation of results, the Landrace data structure was used to simulate data with and without effects of imprinting. Analyses of the simulated records indicated that the model applied was capable of detecting effects of imprinting when such effects were present. Small, but non-zero, estimates of gametic variances were obtained when no imprinting was simulated. Estimates of the proportion of total variance accounted for by paternally transmitted gametes were 0.8 and 0.9% for Landrace and Yorkshires, respectively. These estimates were different from zero, but were similar to the results observed for data simulated without an imprinting effect. Corresponding results for maternally transmitted gametes were 1.6% for Landrace and 0.8% for Yorkshires. The estimate for Landrace was significantly greater than that observed for Yorkshires and for the simulations without a true effect and suggested the presence of a non-Mendelian genetic influence on litter size. Paternally imprinted genes are a plausible reason for the observed results. Assuming that the effect observed was due to paternal imprinting at a single biallelic locus, the substitution effect of the superior allele could be greater than 0.7 piglets per litter. Identification of a genetic marker for such an allele would be useful in marker-assisted selection of females. Other possible explanations exist for the increased gametic variance in the Landrace breed, but these explanations (such as maternal or cytoplasmic effects) may be less likely than paternal imprinting.  相似文献

The first three lactation curves of the Japanese Holstein cows were analyzed using a random regression (RR) test-day model with a cubic Legendre polynomial fitted to each of the three parities. The first three eigenvectors of the additive genetic RR covariance matrix explained 77.8, 10.9, and 4.2% of the total variance of the three parities and are associated mainly with the level of milk yield, the linear increase, and the concave curve, respectively. On a lactational basis, as the parity increases, the contribution of the first eigenvector to a lactational variation decreases whereas the contribution of the second eigenvector increases sharply. This means that the impact of the first eigenvector on the level of milk production decreases across parity whereas the effect of the second eigenvector on the shape of the lactation curve increases across parity. The first lactation curve was the most persistent, followed by the second and the third lactation. Persistency and days to reach peak yield decrease as the parity increases (45, 40, and 36 days for the first three parities). Daily heritabilities within lactation were lower for the first parity than for the second or the third parity. The first three lactation curves possess distinctive genetic characteristics that merit consideration when combining the proofs of the first three lactations to select for lifetime production. Within- and between-parity genetic correlations between the constant and the linear RR coefficients were all positive, suggesting that raising the level of milk production in one parity would increase the linear slope in all parities, thus improving persistency. Within- and between-parity genetic correlations between the constant and the quadratic RR coefficients were all negative, implying that increasing the level of production in one parity would deepen and/or widen the concave curve in all parities, thus decreasing persistency. The linear and quadratic RR coefficients were negatively correlated within or between parities and thus have antagonistic effects on persistency.  相似文献

A whole genome scan to map quantitative trait loci (QTL) for persistency of milk yield (PMY), persistency of fat yield (PFY), persistency of protein yield (PPY) and persistency of milk energy yield (PEY) was performed in a granddaughter design in the German Holstein dairy cattle population. The analysis included 16 paternal half‐sib families with a total of 872 bulls. The analysis was carried out for the first lactation and for the first three lactations combined using univariate weighted multimarker regression. Controlling the false discovery rate across traits and data sets at a level of 0.15 and treating the four persistency traits as different traits revealed 27 significant QTL. A total of 12 chromosomes showed significant QTL effects on a chromosomewise basis. The DGAT1 effect was highly significant for PPY and protein yield. A haplotype analysis using results of previous studies of the same design revealed a co‐segregation of various persistency QTL and QTL affecting health traits like dystocia and stillbirth and functional traits like non‐return rate 90 and somatic cell score.  相似文献

The fundamental assumption of Mendelian genetics is that behavior of an allele is identical whether it arrives to a zygote through paternal or maternal germline pathway. Gametic imprinting phenomena discovered and studied in mammals show limitations of the classical view in special cases. Two sources of evidence were essential to describe gametic imprinting. The first approach based on genetic evidence demonstrated that some maternally and paternally derived regions of certain chromosomes were not equivalent. Paternal or maternal disomy of the regions containing particular genes caused significant effects on viability and development of progeny. The second set of data was obtained by nuclear transplantations and parthenogenetic activation of mammalian oocytes. These data suggested that the contribution of parental genomes was not equivalent and differential imprinting of nuclear genes during gametogenesis was very likely. The number of loci found in mice, which show gametic imprinting, is 34 and continues to grow. It is generally accepted that gametic imprinting is a mammalian invention and there are differences in imprinting pattern between species. Most hypotheses propose involvement of imprinted genes in the control of fetal growth and fetal-maternal interactions, thus keeping a balance between contradictory fetal and maternal requirements. Molecular mechanisms responsible for gametic imprinting still remain to be studied, but for several genes it was shown that imprinting marks are imposed by a parent-specific methylation process during gametogenesis. These marks are resistant to global demethylation during cleavage and to global de novo methylation after implantation and maintain different methylation patterns in paternal and maternal alleles of imprinted genes. About 20 to 25% of all transgene loci studied demonstrate similarities with imprinted genes. For instance, methylation of some transgenes is dependent on parental gametic pathway and reversible in the next generation. There are data indicating that selection of modifier genes may change the effects of gametic imprinting. It is possible that future selection and crossbreeding programs may take gametic imprinting into consideration.  相似文献

Treating gametes as homozygous diploid individuals, TIER and SÖLKNER (Theor. Appl. Genet. 85: 868–872, 1993) proposed a method which manages the use of available computer programs with a common animal model to estimate variance components caused by imprinting effects. Despite some relevant model restrictions, this approach has already been used in some field data analyses by an adapted version of the widely used DFREML computer program, subsequently indicated by DFREML a. The main objective of this study was to ascertain the properties of DFREML a by computer simulation and to examine other alternative estimation approaches. The most important results may be summarized as follows: (1) Treating gametes as homozygous diploid individuals has the consequence that one‐half of the actually realized gametic effect is totally abstracted in variance component estimation. Thus, an additional adjustment of the phenotypic variance calculated by DFREML a is necessary to get correct values of estimated variance component ratios. (2) Adjusted DFREML a estimates yielded correct results when animals were unselected and only maternal or paternal imprinting (not both simultaneously) occurred. (3) When the model did not adequately account for the additive genetic component within a maternal lineage, significant upward biases for the cytoplasmic component were observed. (4) The use of a simple dam and sire model with appropriate relationship matrices can be recommended when only the difference of maternal and paternal imprinting effects is of primary interest and the covariance between maternal halfsibs is not substantially increased by common environmental effects. (5) An adequate estimation of variance components for all possible imprinting situations requires the use of an animal model augmented by both maternal and paternal gametic effects. The objective of this study was to estimate variance components related to imprinting for carcass traits and physiochemical characteristics in Japanese Black cattle. The carcass records obtained from 4,220 Japanese Black feedlot cattle included carcass weight (CW), rib eye area (REA), rib thickness, subcutaneous fat thickness, and beef marbling score (BMS), and the physiochemical characteristics were fat, moisture, glycogen per proportion of moisture content, oleic acid, and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). To detect gametic effects, an imprinting model was fitted. High additive heritabilities were estimated for all traits (from 0.516 for glycogen to 0.853 for fat) and were reduced in Mendelian heritability. The range of the differences was from 0.002 (CW) to 0.331 (fat and moisture), and the reductions were due to their imprinting variances. The ratio of the imprinting variance to the total additive genetic variance for REA (0.374), BMS (0.291), fat (0.387), moisture (0.388), and MUFA (0.337) were large (p < 0.05). These imprinting variances were due to the maternal contribution and suggested the existence of maternally expressed genomic imprinting effects on the traits in Japanese Black cattle. Therefore, maternal gametic effects should be considered in breeding programs for Japanese Black cattle.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to relate acetone in milk with cow and management factors in one low producing dairy herd (5260 kg milk per 305-day lactation). Milk acetone was measured in regular monthly milk samples one to three times within 100 days of lactation in 4433 lactations (2639 cows, 7800 measurements) from one herd over a period of 32 months (1988-91). Associations between milk acetone and cow factors and surrogate measures of management were evaluated by variance components of multiple fixed effect models. Lactation stage, calendar month of study, production groups and milk yield were strong, and percentage milk fat and parity were weak predictors of milk acetone. There was a trend of increasing body weight loss from the first to the second month of lactation with increasing milk acetone level. A substantial increase in milk production in 1991 was accompanied by an almost twofold rise in milk acetone. It was concluded that environmental parameters had strong relationships with milk acetone even in this low-producing herd.  相似文献

Genomic imprinting should be considered in animal breeding systems to avoid lead in bias in genetic parameter estimation. The objective of this study was to clarify the effects of pedigree information on imprinting variances for carcass traits and fatty acid composition in Japanese Black cattle. Carcass records [carcass weight, rib eye area, rib thickness (RT), subcutaneous fat thickness and beef marbling score (BMS)] and fatty acid composition were obtained for 11,855 Japanese Black feedlot cattle. To estimate and compare the imprinting variances for the traits, two imprinting models with different pedigree information [the sire–dam gametic relationship matrix (Model 1) and the sire–maternal grandsire (MGS) numerator relationship matrix (Model 2)] were fitted. The ratio of the imprinting variance to the total additive genetic variance for RT (6.33%) and BMS (19.00%) was significant in Model 1, but only that for BMS (21.09%) was significant in Model 2. This study revealed that fitting the sire–MGS model could be useful in estimating imprinting variance under certain conditions, such as when restricted pedigree information is available. Furthermore, the present result suggested that the maternal gametic effects on BMS should be included in breeding programmes for Japanese Black cattle to avoid selection bias caused by imprinting effects.  相似文献

Breeding value prediction for dairy goats in Germany is still based on herd mate comparison within breeding society. The objective of this study was to estimate genetic parameters for milk yield based on a test day model. For the analysis 35,308, 30,551 and 23,640 test day records from lactations 1, 2 and 3 from 5079, 4118 and 3132 animals, respectively, were used. The data between 1987 and 2003 were obtained from six German breeding societies. The multiple trait (lactations 1, 2 and 3) repeatability model (RPT) included the fixed effects of breeding society-breed-herd-year, litter size, lambing season, and days in milk of third-order Legendre polynomials nested within herd-year, and the random effects of animal additive and permanent environment. The three-trait random regression model (RR) also included the random regressions based on second-order Legendre polynomials for animal additive and permanent environmental effects. Heritability estimates in RPT were 0.27 +/- 0.02, 0.20 +/- 0.02 and 0.37 +/- 0.02 for the first, second and third lactation, respectively. The genetic correlation between the first and second lactation was 0.69, between the second and third lactation 0.79, and between the first and third lactation 0.45. Heritability estimates from the RR in the first and second lactations decreased from the beginning to the end of the lactation, with average values of 0.28 and 0.27, respectively. Estimates in the third lactation showed a maximum in the middle of lactation, averaging 0.37. Genetic correlations between the first and second lactation averaged 0.64, between the second and third lactation 0.72, and between the first and third lactation 0.46. Despite the small data set and restricted relationship structure the estimates were reasonable with the exception of estimates from the third lactation, which seemed inflated. RR could be used for genetic evaluation of dairy goats in Germany.  相似文献

Multiple-trait random regression models with recursive phenotypic link from somatic cell score (SCS) to milk yield on the same test day and with different restrictions on co-variances between these traits were fitted to the first-lactation Canadian Holstein data. Bayesian methods with Gibbs sampling were used to derive inferences about parameters for all models. Bayes factor indicated that the recursive model with uncorrelated environmental effects between traits was the most plausible specification in describing the data. Goodness of fit in terms of a within-trait weighted mean square error and correlation between observed and predicted data was the same for all parameterizations. All recursive models estimated similar negative causal effects from SCS to milk yield (up to -0.4 in 46-115 days in milk in lactation). Estimates of heritabilities, genetic and environmental correlations for the first two regression coefficients (overall level of a trait and lactation persistency) within both traits were similar among models. Genetic correlations between milk and SCS were dependent on the restrictions on genetic co-variances for these traits. Recursive model with uncorrelated system genetic effects between milk and SCS gave estimates of genetic correlations of the opposite sign compared with a regular multiple-trait model. Phenotypic recursion between milk and SCS seemed, however, to be the only source of environmental correlations between these two traits. Rankings of sires for total milk yield in lactation, average daily SCS and persistency for both traits were similar among models. Multiple-trait model with recursive links between milk and SCS and uncorrelated random environmental effects could be an attractive alternative for a regular multiple-trait model in terms of model parsimony and accuracy.  相似文献

It is believed that milk production is determined by the number and activity of mammary secretory cells. Secretory activity, as assessed by milk volume, depends on secretion of the major osmole in milk, lactose, which is produced by lactose synthase. The amount of either of the two proteins in lactose synthase may regulate milk production. The objective of this study was to determine whether the concentrations in milk of the two components of lactose synthase, α‐lactalbumin (α‐LA) and β1,4‐galactosyltransferase (B4GALT), were related to genetic background, stage of lactation, breed or parity of dairy cows. α‐Lactalbumin and B4GALT concentrations were measured by ELISA and by enzyme assays, respectively, from single milk samples. Two herds with a total of 279 cows were used in the analysis. One herd contained Ayrshire, Brown Swiss, Holstein and Jersey cows; the second herd contained two groups of cows; Holsteins selected for high milk production and Holsteins with 1960s genetics. The α‐LA concentration in milk was greater in Jerseys and Ayrshires than in Holsteins and Brown Swiss. However, no difference in α‐LA concentration was observed in milk from high and low genetic merit cows in the Minnesota herd or among different genetic backgrounds in the Illinois herd. β1,4‐Galactosyltransferase concentrations were similar for all groups that were analyzed. α‐Lactalbumin concentrations were positively correlated with milk protein concentration, milk fat concentration and lactose concentration. β1,4‐Galactosyltransferase concentration in milk exhibited a strong positive correlation with number of days in milk. Although the concentration of B4GALT increased as lactation progressed, the values did not show any correlation with persistency of lactation or late lactation milk production. In conclusion, this survey shows that the two components of lactose synthase are each correlated to protein concentration and individually correlated to the concentration of other milk components and stage of lactation.  相似文献

To analyze how infection with Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) affects the shape of lactation curves, a three-level hierarchical test-day model was set up with fat-corrected test-day milk yield (FCTM) as response. Milk samples from 6955 cows in 108 Danish dairy herds were tested with ELISA to detect antibodies against MAP. Optical densities (ODs) recorded on a continuous scale were standardized according to parity and stage of lactation. In addition to standardized ODs (stOD), seven fixed covariates, quadratic terms and first-order interactions were included in the model. Cow and cow nested in herd were included as random effects. Cows of first, second and higher parities were analyzed separately. The lactation curves after peak yield were significantly less persistent in young infected cows, where an increase of one stOD unit was associated with a depression of the milk yield per day through day 305 of 3.7 kg FCTM in first parity and 2.7 kg FCTM in second parity. In second-parity cows, the lactation curve also was both depressed through the entire lactation and more steep after 60 days in milk (DIM). In third and older parities, a significant effect of the quadratic term of stOD indicated exponentially increased losses with increased ODs.  相似文献

A newly developed milk dot blot test was used to detect anti-bovine leukaemia virus (BLV) antibody in milk samples from 2079 lactating adult cows from among 61 herds. The milk dot blot test was highly repeatable; the concordance rate, compared with the agar gel immunodiffusion test performed on serum, was 83.5%. All herds contained BLV-positive cows; the prevalence rate was 36%. BLV-positive cows tended to come from larger herds and were older and more often later in lactation. Fourteen production and related variables (herd size, age, days open, days in milk, milk somatic cell count, milk, fat, and protein produced in the current lactation, projected production of milk, fat, and protein, and breed class average deviations for milk, fat, and protein) were compared between BLV-positive and BLV-negative cows. Although somatic cell count, milk produced, and projected production of milk and protein were related significantly to BLV status using simple tests of association, once the variables herd size, age and days in milk were controlled, these differences were removed. Further analyses using logistic (outcome: individual cow BLV status) and least-squares regression (outcome:herd proportion of BLV-positive cows) failed to show an association between any of the measured production or related variables and BLV-positivity. A functional herd dynamics model was developed to estimate the effect of culling age on milk and meat production for Japanese-Saanen goats in relation to changes in prices of milk and meat. The model simulates life cycle production of bucks and does and their kids. Every production trait is first modelled as an individual trait and thereafter as a trait in the herd using a herd dynamics model. At the individual level, the survival curve function, the litter size function and the production traits function are combined. Data on growth and lactation were used to fit growth and lactation curves to estimated parameters using non-linear least squares regression technique and used in the production traits function. Using herd dynamics, the individual level functions are combined with the total number of animals function to estimate the total herd output and income efficiency at the herd level. Here, variables of culling days including the effect of difference in meat price value among goat categories (bucks, does, male kids and female kids) are used. Analysis of interrelations among the culling days of does, the price ratio and the income efficiency indicated that optimal culling days of does was shortened with an increase in the price ratio of meat to milk. However, when meat price value was different among goat categories according to actual situation of Japanese goat production, the optimal culling days of does could be fixed regardless of the change in price ratio and was calculated as 1730 days. This functional herd dynamics model can aid in decision-making regarding culling under several situations especially when there is a wide fluctuation in prices at local markets.  相似文献

Variances caused by the differential expression of paternally and maternally imprinted genes controlling carcass traits in Japanese Black cattle were estimated in this study. Data on marbling score (BMS), carcass weight, rib thickness, rib‐eye area (REA) and subcutaneous fat thickness (SFT) were collected from a total of 13,115 feedlot steers and heifers in a commercial population. A sire–maternal grandsire model was used to analyse the data, and then, imprinting parameters were derived by replacing the genetic effect of the dam with the effect of the maternal grandsire in the imprinting model to calculate the genetic parameter estimates. The proportions of the total genetic variance attributable to imprinted genes ranged from 8.7% (SFT) to 35.2% (BMS). The remarkably large imprinting variance of BMS was mainly contributed by maternally expressed inheritance because the maternal contribution of the trait was much larger than that of the paternal trait. The parent‐of‐origin effect originating from maternal gene expression was also observed for REA. The results suggested the existence of genomic imprinting effects on the traits of the Japanese Black cattle. Hence, the parent‐of‐origin effect should be considered for the genetic evaluation of Japanese Black cattle in breeding programmes.  相似文献

The aims of this study were to estimate, simultaneously, the genetic parameters of test‐day milk fat‐to‐protein ratio (FPR), test‐day milk yield (MY), and days‐open (DO) in the first two lactations of Thai Holsteins. A total of 76 194 test‐day production records collected from 8874 cows with 8674 DO records between 2001 and 2011 from different lactations were treated as separated traits. The estimates of heritability for test‐day FPR in the first lactation showed an increasing trend, whereas the estimates in the second lactation showed a U‐shape trend. Genetic correlations for FPR‐DO and MY‐DO showed a decreasing trend along days in milk (DIM) in both lactations, whereas genetic correlations for FPR‐MY increased along DIM in the first lactation but decreased in the second lactation. Genetic correlations of FPR between consecutive DIM were moderate to high, which showed the effectiveness of simultaneous analyses. Selection of FPR in the early stage has no adverse effect on MY and DO for the first lactation but has a negative effect on MY and positive effect on DO for the second lactation. This study showed that genetic improvement of the energy balance using FPR, MY and DO with multi‐trait test day model could be applied in a Thailand dairy cattle breeding program.  相似文献

23 cows of the Holstein-Friesian breed during second lactation were used in the experiment. All animals were housed in one stable with tying. The blood was collected from each cow four times during first to third, fourth to sixth, seventh to ninth and above nine months of lactation. After 305 days of lactation, the milk cows were classified as with high (n = 14) and lower performance (n = 9), the limit value was 5000 kg of milk. The difference in milk production between groups was highly significant even during the period of the first 90 days (501 kg) and this difference increased for 305 days of lactation to 1538 kg (Tab. I); the dairy cows with high performance produced 6162 kg of milk per 305 days and that with the lower performance gave 4624 kg during the same period. Another significant differences occurred in the fat contents per kg and in the amount of milk converted on 4% fat content. During the first stage of lactation a slightly higher haemoglobine level was found in cows with high performance, the opposing results were obtained in another studies (Tab. II), the highest difference was recorded in the course of 7th to 9th month. The level of total protein was, except 7th to 9th month, always higher in cows of the first group. The difference was significant at the beginning of lactation. Insulin concentration (INS) exhibited identical tendency for the whole lactation--dairy cows with high milk production exhibited lower values, significant differences were recorded in the first observation at the beginning of lactation and in the period above 9 months. Similarly as in case of insulin, it is also in hormones of thyroid gland, the cows with high milk capacity had the lower values (Tab. III). The highest differences in triiodothyronine (T3) concentration were recorded in the second half of lactation, significance ranged from 7th to 9th month of lactation. In thyroxine content (T4), marked differences were recorded during the first and last observations, the difference was highly statistically significant during the seventh to ninth month of lactation. The levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (AMP) were higher for the whole experiment in animals with lower milk production. Tab. IV gives the correlation coefficient of different parameters between periods under study. Almost all parameters are in a close positive relation, the closest dependences were observed between second, third and fourth periods in hormones of thyreoidea. Various environmental variables were used in analysis of genotype by environment interaction (GxE) for first lactation protein yield and days open in Swedish Red and White dairy cattle. The environmental variables described the herd level of production and fertility, herd size, geographic position, and weather conditions of the herds. Fixed effects of the environmental variables were analysed using a fixed regression sire model. All studied environmental variables, except the average rainfall during summer, had significant effect on both protein yield and days open. Possible effects of GxE were evaluated using random regression of protein yield and days open on the environmental variables. GxE was indicated between protein yield and herd level of production, protein yield and herd size, and days open and herd level of fertility. Correlations between the traits expressed at average and deviating levels of the environment were high indicating that GxE did not result in reranking of sires within the range of environments found in Sweden.  相似文献

Abstract

Records form Finnish Ayrshire cattle were used to estimate variances and covariances of milk traits by the restricted maximum likelihood (REML) method using the individual animal model (IAM). Two data sets were analyzed. The first data set consisted of 1423 sires and 16363 cows, of which 11911 had records on first lactation. The heritabilities estimated from this data set for milk yield, protein yield, protein content and fat content were 0.40, 0.31, 0.63 and 0.68, respectively. The second data set was a subset of first data set with herds with less than ten observations excluded and consisted of 1335 sires and 11262 cows with 8140 first, 5688 second and 3717 third lactation records. The heritability estimates from the second data set under a repeatability model for milk yield, protein yield, protein content and fat content were 0.30, 0.26, 0.59 and 0.66, respectively. The repeatability estimates for the same traits were 0.53, 0.51, 0.67 and 0.76, respectively. The second data set was also used to estimate genetic and phenotypic correlations among milk traits in first lactation. Both genetic and phenotypic correlations among protein yield and protein and fat content traits were small. The genetic correlation between milk yield and protein content was -0.61, between milk yield and fat content -0.50 and between protein content and fat content 0.67. Absolute values of phenotypic correlations for the same pairs of traits were somewhat smaller than respective genetic correlations.  相似文献

A herd of 370 Holstein–Friesian cows were maintained in Central Sudan, Khartoum for intensive dairy production during the period 1990–1996. The area is characterized by high temperatures during the day and cools down at night, with an average thermal-humidity index (THI) of 74.8. The average adjusted lactation milk yield, milk yield per day, milk yield per day of calving interval and lactation length of the animals in the herd were 5117±123 (SE) kg, 14.7±0.25 kg, 11.3±0.36 kg and 350±8.0 days, respectively. Heifers calved at 25.2±2.3 (SD) months of age. The variation was large, which suggested large environmental fluctuations. Sire variance contributed 1.35% and 19.6% to the total variance in cows and heifers, respectively, while cow within sire contributed 19%. The heritabilities of total lactation yield, 305-day yield, milk per day of lactation, milk per day of calving interval, and lactation length in heifers were 0.78±0.24, 0.36±0.34, 0.39±0.24, 0.23±0.23, and 0.23±0.22, respectively. In cows, the heritability estimates were 0.05±0.24, 0.06±0.24, 0.08±0.24, 0.00 and 0.00 for the same traits, respectively. The repeatabilities of total lactation yield, 305-day yield, milk per day, milk per day of calving interval and lactation length were 0.02±0.03, 0.22±0.03, 0.17±0.02, 0.05±0.02 and 0.00, respectively. Regression analysis showed that, for each unit increase in THI, milk yield decreased by 0.29±0.04 kg. The stress usually caused by the combined effects of temperature and humidity was not severe in this area.  相似文献
