三倍体漆树组织培养无菌体系建立技术探究

摘    要:为建立三倍体漆树组织培养无菌体系,以当年生三倍体漆树幼嫩茎段为外植体,通过植物组织培养方法,找出三倍体漆树幼嫩茎段最适宜消毒时间、方法以及最佳腋芽诱导培养基,为三倍体漆树无性繁殖及应用提供理论依据。结果表明:三倍体漆树幼嫩茎段消毒最佳时间和方法为:75%乙醇消毒1 min,0. 1%升汞消毒4 min。三倍体漆树腋芽诱导最佳培养基为: MS + 0. 3 mg / L 6-BA + 0. 2 mg / L ZT + 0. 3g / L活性炭。

Establishment of sterile system and axillary bud induction culture of Triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum
Abstract:In order to establish the sterile system of Triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum and improve the efficiency of axillary bud induction and culture of Triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum, this paper takes the current year young stem segment of Triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum as the explant, and studies the best disinfection method and the most suitable axillary bud induction medium through the plant tissue culture method, so as to provide relevant theoretical basis for the follow-up experiment of Triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum. The results showed that the best disinfection methods for the explants of the young stem segments of Triploid Toxicodendron vernicifluum were 75% ethanol for 1 min and 0. 1% mercuric chloride for 4 min. The best medium for axillary bud induction was MS + 0. 3 mg / L 6-BA + 0. 2 mg / L ZT + 0. 3g / L active carbon.
